Comparison of the community structure and changes of ground beetle (Coleoptera: Carabidae) as indicator species in forest genetic resource reserve

2016년도에 조사를 수행한 경상북도 내 위치한 산림유전자원보호구역 3개 지역(봉화・영주・울진)의 곤충 군집 변화를 확인하기 위하여 5월에서 9월까지 함정 트랩(pitfall trap)을 이용하여 5회씩 3반복하여 각각 상대적으로 비교 하였다. 채집된 딱정벌레류는 딱정벌레과 등 22과 141종 2,415개체가 확인 되었으며, MRPP (Multi-response Permutation procedures)분석 결과 서식지간의 군집구조차이가 있음을 확인 하였고(p < 0.001), Bray-cutis 분석결과 군집간의 차이와 함께 신갈나무 군락이 보행성 딱정벌레류의 종 풍부도에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 소나무군락 은 비교적 낮은 영향을 받았다. 식생유형에 대한 지표종 분석결과 신갈나무 군락에서 붉은칠납작먼지벌레(Synuchus cycloderus Bates, 1873)를 포함한 4종, 자작나무 군락에서는 노랑털검정반날개(Ocypus weisei Harold, 1877)를 포함한 3종, 소나무 군락에서는 홍딱지반날개(Platydracus brevicornis Motschulsky, 1862)를 포함한 3종의 지표종 변화를 확인 하였다.

Lipoxygenase-3 缺乏 大豆系統의 選拔과 特性

Carotene bleaching test와 SDS-polyacrylamide 전기영동을 통하여 수집한 대두 유전자원 723계통으로 부터 lipoxygenase-3 동위효소가 결핍된 두 계통(N0. 67. No. 217)을 선발하였다. 비린냄새가 아주 적은 돌연변 선발계통은 생리적 이상이 발견되지 않았으며 지방산조성 및 아미노산조성도 정상계통과 큰 차이가 없었다. 연구결과는 경제적 이용성을 갖는 대두품종의 육성에 보탬이 될 뿐만 아니라 주요작물의 유전자원수집과 보존의 중요성을 말해준다. 723 soybean germplasm collections were screened for genotypes missing lipoxy-genase-3 isozyme(linoleate : oxygen oxidoreductase, E.C. 1.13.11.12). Two lines 'No. 67' and 'No. 217' were found to lack lipoxygenase-3 by both carotene bleaching test and improved SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The mutant seeds showing very low beany flavor germinated, grew, and matured normally. Their food composition was similar to that of the normal type of soybean. These results encourage us to breed soybean cultivars having a great economical value for the utilization of soybean and demonstrate the importance of collecting and maintaining extensive germplasm collections of our major crops.

Cleft Sentence 'it' It is the rule that must place pronoun 'it' in the first position of the sentence and then 'be' verb. Mr. Kim gave Miss Lee a book. → It was Mr. Kim who/that gave Miss Lee a book. 9. Idiom 9.1 It is no use (good) - ing 9.2 It goes without saying etc. In this way, 'it' is divided into 9 sub-chapters in this thesis.

Atomism is physical and metaphysical doctrine that the world is made up of indivisible(a-tom) and imperceptible small material units. We review this doctrine and examine it physically in the light of quantum mechanics. From atomism, we elicit atomistical separability which says that properties of the whole system is determined by the properties of the parts. However, according to our argument, the atomistical separability cannot compatible with the formalism of quantum mechanics. In conclusion, atomism does not sustainable anymore, instead, holism of properties or things comes sound.

방사선조사가 백서 타액선의 clusterin 발현에 미치는 영향

Purpose : To investigate clusterin expression in the acini and ductal cells of rat submandibular glands after Co-60 gamma irradiation. Materials and Methods : The male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing approximately 250 gm were divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group was irradiated with a single absorbed dose of 2, 5, 10, and 15 Gy on the head and neck region. All the rats were sacrificed at 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after irradiation. The specimens including the submandibular gland were sectioned and observed using a immunohistochemical method. Results : In the 2 Gy group, clusterin expression was similar to that of the control group at 1 day after irradiation and it was observed in the striated ductal cells at 3 days after irradiation. In the 5 Gy group, clusterin expression was observed in the striated ductal cells at 1 day after irradiation and gradually increased in the 10 and 15 Gy groups. In the 15 Gy group, clusterin expression was prominent in the striated ductal cells at 1 day after irradiation, but it gradually decreased with the experimental period. The destruction of the striated ductal cells was observed in the 2 Gy group at 21 days after irradiation and in the 5, 10, and 15 Gy groups at 7 days after irradiation. The destruction of the acinar cells was observed in the 2 Gy group at 28 days after irradiation and in the 5, 10, and 15 Gy groups at 14 days after irradiation. Conclusion : Clusterin expression was induced by low doses of irradiation and it appeared to be involved in the regulation of cellular response to irradiation. 이란산 흑석류 농축액과 그 제품의 성분 및 함유된 Phyto 에스트로겐류에 관한 연구

천연 호르몬 보충 제제의 개발을 위한 기초 연구로 이란산 흑석류 과즙 농축액과 이를 이용한 제품의 화학성분들을 분석하였다. 석류 농축액의 일반성분은 수분 39.3%, 조지방 0.4%, 조단백질 0.9%, 조회분 1.4%, 그리고 탄수화물은 42.0%이었다. 아미노산 함량은 글루탐산이 1310.Oppm, 아스파르트산이 896.2ppm, 아르기닌이 877.7ppm, 페닐알라닌이 57.5ppm순으필 무기 성분들은 철분 6640.Oppm, 염소 3464.Oppm, 칼륨 2550.8ppm, 인 150.Oppm, 칼슘 80.Oppm 순으로 많이 함유되 어 있었다 비타민은 5가지의 수용성 비타민이 함유되어 있었으며 그 중 비타민 C(20mg/100g)를 제외한 나머지 비타민들이 아주 적은 양이 있었다. 주요 지방산은 palmitic acid(8.3%)와 stearic acid(69.4%)로 전체 지방산의 약 60~80%를 차지하고 있었다. 또한 6종의 phyto및 에스트로겐류가 들어 있었으며 각각daidzein 23.72ppm, quercetin 9,75ppm, catechin 1.48ppm, genistein 0.29ppm, 2,3-di-MeO-estradiol이 0.04ppm, 그리고 17β-에스츠라디올이 0.15ppm이 함유되어 있었다. 이상의 결과들을 석류 농축액으로 제조한 제품 포에버 120과 칡과 대두 isoflavon 농축분말과 비교하다. Phytoestrogens are non-steroidal compounds found in a variety of plants, which exert estrogenic effects in animals. In this study, the physico-chemical properties of Iranian black pomegranate extract and its products as preliminarily research for the developing of natural estrogen supplement were evaluated. The chemical components of Iranian black pomegranate extracts and its product (Forever 120) were analyzed. Proximate compositions of pomegranate extracts were as follows; crude lipid 0.4%, crude protein 0.9%, crude ash 1.4% and carbohydrate 42.0%. Major amino acids of pomegranate extracts are glutamic acid (1310.Oppm), aspartic acid (896.2ppm), arginine (877.7ppm) and phenylalanine (57.5ppm). Fatty acid compositions of pomegranate extract lipid extracted by chloroform-methanol (2:1) were myristic (13.1%), stearic (69.4), oleic acid (6.8%) and palmitic acid (8.3%). Mineral elements were ferrous (6640.Oppm) and potassium (2550.8ppm). Vitamins were composed of ascorbic acid(20.Omg/100g), Vit. B_1 (0.12mg/100g) and niacin (0.80mg/100g), 20 phytoestrogens and 20 estrogens of pomegranate extracts were detected Daidzein (0.29ppm), quercetin (9.75ppm) genistein (0.29ppm) and 17 β-estradiol(0.15ppm). Above the chemical components of pomegranate extracts were compared with that of pome granate its product or other isoflavon concentrates.

국균세포벽을 모델로 한 새로운 고정화담체의 개발

The purpose of this investigation was to develop a new carrier using chitin and glucan as the model for Aspergillus oryzae cell wall. In case of the ratio of chitin and glucan(3/1), the activity of the immobilized protease had higher than that of model(chitin/glucan=1/3) and carriers were formed gel. In case of soluble chitin and glucan treated with calcium carbonate, there were a 1.8-fold increase in activity of immobilized protease compared with untreated chitin. The scanning electron microscope image showed that a pore size of this carrier had a homogenized pore size and a smooth surface.

동종 골수이식 후 만성 이식편대숙주질환과 동반되어 신증후군으로 발현된 IgA 신병증 1예

동종 골수이식 후 발생하는 신기능부전은 원인이 다양하여 감별에 어려움이 있다. 만성 GVHD는 흉선의 기능저하에 따른 면역관용의 실패로 발생되는 자가면역현상에 의해 발생되는 것으로 알려져 있으며 드물게 신장을 침범하여 신증후군을 일으키기도 한다. CaA의 용량을 줄이거나 투약중지 후 발생한 만성 GVHD에 동반된 신증후군의 경우 조기에 신조직검사를 시행하여 감별진단하고 CsA의 용량을 증량하거나 재투약하여 좋은 치료 결과를 보일 것으로 기대된다. 저자들은 문헌고찰을 통해 동종 골수이식 후 발생된 신증후군이 유사한 임상양상을 보이며 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가면역현상이 연관되어 있음을 확인하였으며 동종 골수이식 후 신증후군의 임상양상을 보이는 환자에서 병리조직학적으로 lgA 신병증을 진단하고 이러한 lgA 신병증이 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가 면역현상이 연관되어 있을 가능성을 최초로 확인하였으며 CsA를 이용하여 성공적으로 치료한 경험을 하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Renal insufficiency is occasionally encountered in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation and its cause is difficult to ascertain. Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) related to thymic dysfunction is immune-mediated and involves autoreactivity of T-lymphocytes derived from donor marrow to recipient's major histocompatibility complex(MHC) minor antigens. The clinical mainifestations of chronic GVHD are similar to those of autoimmune disease but kidney involvement is rare. Few cases of nephrotic syndrome with membranous nephropathy or minimal change nephrotic syndrome have been reported to be associated with chronic GVHD in allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipient especially after cyclosporine A(CsA) withdrawal, and these cases have responded well to CsA. Therefore, it is prudent to differentiate the cause of post-transplant renal insufficiency using renal biopsy and to start CsA in a case of nephrotic syndrome associated with chronic GVHD as early as possible. We report a case who had a massive proteinuria during the post-allogeneic marrow transplantation period. The cause of nephrotic syndrome was diagnosed as IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy. The patient was successfully treated with reintroduction of CsA.
