      • 제주도 노인의 건강생활 실태에 관한 연구 : 노인학교를 중심으로 focusing on old people's School

        The main focus of this study was to reveal the realites of health and life of Cheju Provincial old people that partcipated in schools for the old. The results are the following; 1) Most of students in schools for the old are 60 ~ 69 years old, came from a lower educational background ( Elementary school ). and do an exercise as a hobby. 2) The current conditions of health are poor : In generally they suffer from neuralgia, arthritis. bad teeth and poor hearing ability. Students in schools for the odl take a suitable exercise and lead a regular life to promote health. 3) According to survey. their chief food was polished rice and side dish was meat, sea food. Therefore We could see that their food life has been 4) Most of them do physical exercise and take a walk for their health about thirty or forty minutes with their friends. They do that near school or in the park at dawn. 5) In order to activate old people's school, they think that the expansion of facility and modernization is necessary. Also they think that the spreading of the various program development and the disposal of competent leader is necessary.

      • 심전도의 디지털 기록화 모듈과 개인용컴퓨터 저장/분석시스템의 개발

        연구목적: 현재 우리나라의 의료분야에서는 정보기술의 발전으로 처방 전달 시스템과 전자차트의 활용이 상용화 되고 있으나 병원내에서 가장 많이 처방되고 검사되는 12-유도 심전도의 디지털화와 이에 연계된 심전도 결과의 개인용 컴퓨터로의 저장, 인터넷을 이용한 병원으로의 전송이나 타 기관에서의 심전도 결과의 동시 관찰 등에 관한 기술 등은 개발되지 못한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 심전도를 디지털화하며 저장이 가능한 PC 모듈을 개발하고 심전도 결과를 병원 전산 시스템에 포함시켜 병원내외에서 편리하게 조회, 검색할 수 있는 디지털 인터페이스를 개발하려 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 낮은 전력에서 잡음특성이 우수한 대역여파기와 증폭기를 설계하였으며 각종기능이 내장된 고신뢰성 프로세서를 채택하였으며 전원 잡음이 고려된 필터와 전원 회로 설계로 하드웨어를 개발하였다. MSC 6.0과 Visual Basic 6.0을 바탕으로 하여 active X 모듈화를 유도하고 조회용 PC에서의 복원과 PACS로의 연동을 통해 순환기내과용 PACS 개발이 가능하도록 소프트웨어를 준비하였다. 결과: 심전도 검사자가 쉽게 장착, 검사가 가능한 소형화된 측정 모듈을 개발하였고 극저전류에서 동작이 가능하였으며 우수한 데이터의 압축 및 복원률을 구현하였다. 결론: 이번 심전도 디지털 모듈의 개발로 기존의 감광지에 의존하던 심전도 결과의 보존과 보관공간에 의한 경제적인 손실을 상당 부분 해결할 수 있으며 OCS에 연계된 결과로 인해 원내에서의 다면적 진료가 가능하다. 이번 연구에서 개발된 기술은 향후 디지털화된 심전도 기록장치와 같은 고부가 의료장치의 국산화와 광파일 의무기록 시스템이나 검사물의 무선 전송에 채용되어 의료 전달 체계나 응급체계의 발전에 기여하리라 사료된다. Purpose : The progressed communication technology commercialized the order communication system ( OCS) and the electric medical records( EMR) in the field of medicine in Korea. However, technologies of digitalization such as recording to personal computer, transfer to internet and simultaneous observation of electrocardiogram ( ECG) recorded at the different center were not realized yet. This study tried to invent personal computer module that can digitalize and record of the ECG and design the digital interface that can approach and search digitalized ECG in various part of hospital simultaneously. Materials and Methods : We had designed high-fidelity digital filter and amplifier which can work in very low voltage, had selected multifunctioned microprocessor. Activation X modulation was conducted by MSC 6.0 and Visual Basic 6.0. Softwares were prepared for the transfer of ECG informations from terminal PC to PACS and cardiologic PACS was designed for future application. Results : We have developed the small, portable, very low voltage managed ECG module and high quality digitalized information compression software in OCS and PACS. Conclusion : This invented ECG digital archive module can save hospital cost by substitution of ECG papers for digital storage or on-line storage, therefore ECG data can be handled in multisector of the hospital and through telemedicine. This technology can be applied to domestic ECG digitalizing device development and effective medical transfer system by adoption cordless medical information delivery.

      • 새로운 무손실 압축 기법에 관한 연구

        In general, the pixels are correlated in image data, especially, highly correlated among the adjacent pixels. In this paper, a new lossless image compression scheme using this fact is proposed in order to improve the compression ration and for effective transmission after the compression. The whole image is subdivided into small fixed-sized blocks and each block data are coded using the run-length and the offset coding. If all the pixels in an image block have the same data values, the run-length coding is applied, otherwise, the offset coding is applied. Based on the dynamic range of the data in a block, an image block is coded with one of 6 different offset classes. To reduce the number of data bits stored in the memory, in case of an image block having edge, the block is classified using a special code. In that case, the edge direction is detected first and the block is partitioned into 2 sections according to the edge direction, and then each section of the block is coded using the proposed offset coding method. Computer simulation results show that the bit ratio of about 5bpp for the standard images is obtained using the proposed compression scheme. Also, this scheme can support both the sequential and progressive data transmission modes.

        특수기능성섬유가 성장기 운동선수의 수면 중 성장호르몬 분비에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of multi-functional fabric on EEG and growth hormone (GH) during sleep and quality of sleep with the 9 young female athletes. The subjects participated in separated experimental procedure; sleeping in multi-functional fabric wear (experimental group) and cotton wear (control group) for 450min. During the night (22:00-05:30), we recorded the changes of nocturnal polysomnographic sleep recording and GH were measured every 60min. The results show that there are significant differences in percentage of stage 1, 2 and slow wave sleep (SWS) between two groups(S1, p<.05;S2, SWS, p<.01). The SWS percentage of experimental group is 1.89 times higher than control group. The changes of GH secretion varied depending on two experimental procedures. The peak of GH secretion in experimental group is more than controls by 2.4time (p<.001). The quality of sleep in experimetal group is significantly higher than control (p<.01). These results suggest muti-functional fabric wear is effective in inducing the deep sleep and increasing GH and quality of sleep.

      • 청주향교 명륜당의 실내음향특성 조사분석

        The present study aims to investigate the styles of traditional classrooms and to discover the acoustic characteristics of the classroom. Acoustic experiments were undertaken at the Myoung Ryun Dang at the Cheongju Hyang-gyo which have typical style of the traditional classroom of Korea. The background noise level is about 37.3dB that is unsuitable for educational spaces. It is because lots of noise is coming from the outside. Several acoustic parameters were measured at 12 points including sound pressure level (SPL), reverberation time(RT), definition(D50) and speech intelligibility(RASTⅠ). It was found that SPL is reducing rapidly in proportion with the distance away from the sound source. The average value of RT is 0.75 second when classroom was empty which means the appropriate condition for speech. The average D50 value is a 0.60 that is regarded as suitable condition. The average RASTⅠ is 0.66 which is a value of satisfactory level. The result shows that Myoung Ryun Dang has good acoustic conditions with short reverberation time and high clarity in spite of the noises.

      • 용액 중합에 의한 전도성 Poly(amide)/Polypyrrole 복합체의 제조와 그 전기적 성질

        Poly(amide)/Polypyrrole composite films were prepared by solution ploymerization method. The films obtained by this method exhibited high conductivities. After polymerization of pyrrole for 1 hr, composite films showed the conductivity as high as 10^-3∼10^-2 S/cm and it increased with increasing the concentration of oxidizing agent. The stability of conductivity to ambient air exposure was excellent. As the result of the thermal characterization of composite films by TGA, we found that the composite film was thermally stable.

      • 도시하천의 이용행태와 물리적 요소에 대한 만족도

        The purpose of this study is to plan, design and reflect to the future naturalization of the urban rivers by using the literatures, field survey results and aerial photography of Milyang River as the case regarding the effect of physical factors of urban rivers on landscape, defining those factors as Sammon fine forest, outdoor stage, Youngnamlu, RC stadium, stroll roads and bicycle roads, artificial island, outdoor swimming pool and sculpture park, and by suggesting the specific characteristics of the landscape according to those factors. The questionnaire survey was made to understand the users' satisfaction and attributes. The statistical analysis was applied, the frequency analysis and percentage calculation were used to find out the citizenship and perception toward the physical factors, and paired-sample T test to compare the average.

      • 한민족 화합을 위한 남북체육교류 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to propose an approach to creating an atmosphere in which peace and reunification on the Korean peninsula can be achieved through north-south sport exchanges and cooperation. This proposal is intended to show how cooperative north-south sports exchanges will foster an atmosphere conductive to peaceful unification by recovering the homogeneity of the Korean people. The main characteristics of this study are as follows: First, future north-south sports exchanges should not be managed by government agencies, but will require the formation of specialized civilian organization which can carry out the necessary operations. Second, advancement of the north-south sport exchanges will require the establishment of a "North-South Sport Information Reference Center". Third, a north-south cultural facility which would include a unified sport center(including an athlete's village)must be established. Fourth, north-south sports exchanges and cooperation will require the establishment of systematic provisions for the financial support required to advance this endeavor. Fifth, in order to activate the commercial support needed for these exchanges, recognition of the importance of the endeavor will be called for from all sports minded people.
