        피로손상된 제진합금의 감쇠능에 미치는 피로 응력의 영향

        This study investigates the effect of fatigue stress on the damping capacity in a damaged Fe-22Mn-12Cr-3Ni-2Si-4Co damping alloy under fatigue stress. ${\alpha}^{\prime}$ and ${\varepsilon}-martensite$ forms by fatigue stress in the damaged Fe-22Mn-12Cr-3Ni-2Si4-Co damping alloy under fatigue stress. The ${\alpha}^{\prime}$ and ${\varepsilon}-martensite$ forms with the specific direction and surface relief, or they cross each other. With an increasing fatigue stress, the volume fraction of ${\alpha}^{\prime}-martensite$ and ${\varepsilon}-martensite$ increases. With an increasing fatigue stress, the damping capacity increases with an increase in the volume fraction of ${\varepsilon}-martensite$. The increase in the damping capacity in the damaged Fe-22Mn-12Cr-3Ni-2Si-4Co alloy under fatigue stress strongly affects the increase of ${\varepsilon}-martensite$ formed by fatigue stress, but the damping capacity of the damaged Fe-22Mn-12Cr-3Ni-2Si-4Co damping alloy under fatigue stress is strongly controlled by a large amount of ${\alpha}^{\prime}-martensite$.

        원자력교육원 #2(KNPEC-2) 시뮬레이터는 1980년도 중반에 웨스팅하우스에 의해 공급되어 계속 사용되어 오다가 현재 성능개선 연구가 진행 중이다.<br/> 이번 성능개선을 통해 기존의 컴퓨터 시스템 (Gould MPX)와 소프트웨어의 전면 교체가 이루어지고 있으며 최적 계산코드를 이용한 실시간 열수력 모델 (ARTS; Advanced Real-Time Thermal-Hydraulics Simulation) 개발, 2-Group 3D 실시간 노심모델 (REMARK, Real Time Multigroup Advanced Reactor Kinetics)를 이용한 노심 주기개선 (Cycle Update), 가상현실 기술 등을 이용한 컴퓨터 교육지원 시스템 (CATS: Computer Assister Training System) 둥 새로운 시도가 이루 어지고 있으며 본 논문은 이러한 새로운 시도를 및<br/> 그 결과에 대해 기술하고 있다.<br/> 기준발전소 (Reference Plant) 인 영광 1 호기 12 주기의 노성모델로 주기개선 (Cycle Update) 을 위한 REMARK 의 입력자료 생성을 위해 핵설계 전산 체계인 APA (ALPHA-PHOENIX -ANC) 시스템 의 출력으로부터 자동으로 REMARK 입력데이타를 생성하기 위한 GUI 툴 개발하였다 .<br/> 또 이를 이용하여 개발된 노심 모델은 최적계산코드 (RETRAN 3D)의 열수력 해법을 이용하여 개발 된 NSSS 열수력코드 (ARTS) 와 결합 OntegratlOn) 되어 안정 및 과도 상태 시험에 사용되었으며, 원 자로 냉각재 펌프 정지등의 몇 가지 과도 시험 계산결과 기존 해석 결과와 잘 일치하였다<br/> 중앙제어실 (MCR ; Main Control Room) 내의 운 전원 행동만 훈련하도록 되어있는 기존 시뮬레이터의 한계를 극복하기 위해 가상현실 (VR) 저작도구를 이용한 발전소 현장 내부를 표현하는 가상발전<br/> 소 (Virtual Plant), 발전소 현장에 소재하여 기존 시뮬레이터의 모의한계 밖에 있던 패널을 표현한 가상판넬 (Virtual Panel 등과 강의실에서 발전소 모의 훈련을 가능케하기 위해 가상현실 기술을 이용한 컴퓨터 지원 교육훈련 시스템 (CATS: Computer Assister Training System) 을 개발 중이며 일부 개발부분을 소개하였다.

        500MW급 표준화력발전소 시뮬레이터 모델을 이용한 디지털 제어시스템 검증

        The simulator models for 500MW fossil power plant have been developed, and interconnected with the turbine control system to test and validate the digital instrumentation & control (I&C) systems before they are implemented in operating power plants. When the performance of a selected digital I&C system is tested, the corresponding simulator model is replaced by the plant digital I&C systems which is considered as a non-tunable system. The input/out variables of simulator models and control systems were mapped using the LabView in interface systems. This paper describes the interconnection method between the simulator model and the digital I&C system, and summarizes the validation test results performed at the condition of steady-state operation, normal evolution, and malfunction. The integrated validation method of digital I&C systems using the simulator models showed that the simulator can be used as a test bed for the implementation of digital I&C systems in power plants.

        산조인탕치료가 여성갱년기 수면장애에 미치는 효과 : 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

        Objectives : The purpose of this systematic review was to investigate the efficacy and safety of Sanjoin-tang (Suanzaoren decoction, SZRD) for insomnia in menopausal syndromes. Method : We searched the following databases: PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Science and Technique Journals Database (VIP), Wanfang, Research Information Service System (RISS), OASIS, Korean studies Information Service System (KISS), and National Digital Science Library (NDSL) databases. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or quasi-RCTs that used SZRD for women in menopause were included. The methodological quality of each RCT was assessed using the risk of bias tool. Results : In total, nine RCTs were finally included. The included RCTs had a high risk of bias across their domains. Three RCTs examined the effects of SZRD compared with western medicine (WM) in insomnia. Three RCTs showed favorable effects of SZRD with insomnia. Infrastructure also showed that SZRD resulted in better clinical WM (RR 1.19, 95% CI 1.07 to 1.32, P=0.001, I<sup>2</sup>=0%). Four RCTs showed favorable effects of Modified SZRD with insomnia. Infrastructure also showed that Modified SZRD resulted in better clinical WM (RR 1.13, 95% CI 1.04 to 1.23, P=0.004, I<sup>2</sup>=0%). Among the 4 RCTs, three RCTs showed an equivalent effect on the total Pittsburh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The meta-analysis also showed that Modified SZRD had a superior effect on the total of PSQI (total of PSQI : MD -2.55, 95% CI -3.72 to -1.37, P<0.0001, I<sup>2</sup>=85%). Only 2 trials reported adverse events and none reported severe adverse events. Conclusion : SZRD appears to be safe, but there is insufficient evidence to make a definitive conclusion because only a few studies reported adverse events. Due to the poor methodological quality of the included studies and the small number of trials included, the evidence cannot be reproduced and assessed. Well-designed RCTs with a larger sample size are needed in the future.

        어혈처방 3종이 지방전구세포 분화에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Blood stasis (BS) is related to be caused by blood circulation and stagnation which are cancer, atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia in traditional medicine. We extracted 3 kinds of BS formula; Seogakjihwang-tang (SGT), Tonggyuhawlhyul-tang (THT), Hyulbuchukeo-tang (HCT). This study was conducted to investigate whether the 3 kinds of herbal formula extracts have inhibitory efficacy association with anti-adipogenesis. Methods : To investigate the anti-adipogenesis, we used the mouse fibroblast cell line, 3T3-L1 which differentiated into adipocytes in response to insulin, IBMX and dexamethasone (MDI). Cytotoxicity of herbal formula extracts were examined by CCK-8 kit. Intracellular lipid droplets were detected by Oil-Red-O staining. Triglyceride (TG) and leptin were measure using elisa kit. Results : The yield of water extracts was 14.62% (SGT), 21.27% (THT), 20.02% (HCT). Lipid accumulation was reduced significantly by 3 kinds of herbal formula compared to control. Especially, THT and HCT decreased lipid droplet, respectively at all concentration. The TG and leptin were also inhibited by 3 kinds of herbal formula. The IC50 of TG were 280.51 ㎍/㎖ (SGT), 52.62 ㎍/㎖ (THT), 313.99 ㎍/㎖ (HCT). The IC50 of leptin were 348.76 ㎍/㎖ (SGT), 164.02 ㎍/㎖ (THT), 257.00 ㎍/㎖ (HCT). THT was better than other herbal formula on anti-adipogenesis. Conclusion : kinds of herbal formula inhibited adipogenesis in MDI-induced 3T3-L1 adipocytes, as indicated by the significant reduction in TG and leptin concentration without cytotoxicity. Therefore, 3 kinds of herbal formula for BS might act as a therapeutic agent for preventing lipid diseases, such as obesity and atherosclerosis.

        대한예방한의학회지에 게재된 체계적 문헌고찰의 방법론 및 보고 질에 대한 평가

        Objectives : The publication of systematic reviews (SRs) has increased significantly over the years, and systematic reviews are considered to have the strongest evidence as they are at the top of the hierarchy of evidence pyramid. In this study, a thorough assessment of all SRs published in Journal of Society of Preventive Korean Medicine (JSPKM) was performed to evaluate their reporting quality and methodological quality to better improve the quality of SRs in JSPKM. Methods : JSPKM website was searched to include all SRs published in JSPKM from 1997 to 2018. Two independent researchers assessed the SRs using A MeaSurement Tool to Assess systematic Reviews (AMSTAR, formerly known as Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews) tool checklist for methodological quality assessment, and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guideline checklist for reporting quality assessment. Results : Out of 618 published articles published in JSPKM from 1997 to 2018, only 3 SRs were identified as SRs. For AMSTAR methodological quality scoring, the average score of 3 SRs was 3.0 out of 11 which is low quality level. For PRISMA reporting quality items, the 3 SRs reported 17.3 items on average out of 27 items. The 3 identified SRs did not provide information on protocol or registration which is included in both AMSTAR assessment tool and PRISMA guideline. Conclusions : Improvements on reporting quality and methodological quality of SRs using relevant tools or guidelines are needed to assure the quality of SRs published in JSPKM so that their conclusions will be more transparent and reliable for decision-making in healthcare and the best clinical practice.

        CARE 지침에 따른 대한한방소아과학회지의 증례보고에 대한 질평가

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of case reports from the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine. Methods Case reports were selected from the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine from January 2015 to April 2018, by utilizing Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). The quality of the reports were reviewed based on the Consensus-based Clinical Case Reporting Guideline Development (CARE) guideline. Results Total of 13 case reports were finally selected for the assessment. 73.08% of the case reports included necessary information based on the CARE guideline but the rest of the reports did not. More than 50% of the reports were missing data regarding 'Timeline', 'Diagnostic challenges', 'Intervention adherence and tolerability', 'Adverse and unanticipated events', or 'Patient perspective or experience'. Also, the reports did not include 'Key word', 'Introduction in abstract', 'Case presentation in abstract', or 'The rationale for conclusions' information. Conclusions Case reports from the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine have important role in pediatrics. Efforts are needed to improve the quality of the case reports as well as to develop reporting guidelines for the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine.
