        In this paper, we analyze the cohesion and coupling-a functional quality evaluation model that must be considered from the design phase by the programmer-based on the National administration information's software programmed by the C language. And we measure items. That is able to evaluate the quality of affairs of National administration by the criterion of five software quality measuring methods and five testing methods. Among quality measuring items, we additionally propose the efficient parts in doing affairs of National administration such as the number of blocks in function, the number of case blocks in switch statement, the complexity of menu, the logical complexity of main menu. Making quality evaluation more detailed, we reduce the system maintenance cost and make it possible to develope qualified software.

        알코올 의존 환자의 스트레스 지각, 대처 방식, 사회적 지지 및 통제 소재가 우울과 불안에 미치는 영향

        This study explored the relationship and predictability of depression and anxiety with stress perception, coping style, social support and locus of control of patients with alcohol dependence from march, 1994 to september, 1994. The Beck depression inventory(BDI), trait anxiety scale, stress perception questionnaire, the ways of coping checklist, interpersonal support evaluation list(ISEL) and internal-external scale were checked with 103 patients with alcohol dependece. The data were analysed through zero-order correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows : 1) The depression had significantly high positive correlation with anxiety(r=.57, p<.01). Multiple regression showed that the depression and anxiety had the signifiant predictability(32.9%) each other. 2) The depression had significantly negative correlation with positive coping style(r=.-16, p<.05), social support(r=-.20, p<.05) and locus of control(r=-.36, p<.01). Multiple regression, which considered these variables simultaneously, showed that the anxiety had the predictability of 32.9%, followed by locus of control(6.0%). 3) The anxiety had significant positive correlation with stress perception(r=.22, p<.05), passive coping style(r=.22, p<.05). Multiple regression, which considered these variables simultaneously, showed that the depression had the predictability of 32.9%, followed by passive coping style(3.3%) and stress perception(3.1%). These results suggest that depression and anxiety which have affected patients with alcohol dependence are quite different in their cognitive behavioral persepectives. So correction of its evaluation and therapeutic approach on patients with alcohol dependence may be needed.

        학생들이 사용한 엔진 구동형 Ni-Ti file systems의 근관 성형 효율 비교

        본 연구의 목적은 학생들이 사용한 세 가지 Ni-Ti 파일의 성형효율을 비교하고, 각 파일의 사용 경험 유무에 따른 차이를 비교하여 치과대학생을 위한 교육에 적합한 종류를 선택하는데 도움을 얻고자하는 것이다. Ni-Ti 파일 사용 경험이 없는 학생 50명과 Ni-Ti 파일을 사용한 근관치료 경력이 2년 이상인 경험자 10명이 세 종류의 Ni-Ti file - ProFile^(®) (PF), HeroShaper^(®) (HS), K3™ (K3) -을 사용하여 180개의 근관 모형을 성형하였다. 근관성형 시간 및 기구 변형, 근관 이형성을 조사하고 성형 전후 상을 중첩하여 근관 삭제폭, 근관변위량과 중심변위율을 1, 3, 5 ㎜에서 분석하였다. 1. 근관 성형시간은 HS군이 가장 빨랐으며, 총 삭제량은 모든 지점에서 K3군이 다른 군보다 컸다 (P<0.05). 2. 세 군 모두 1, 3 ㎜에서 외측 변이를 보였고, 1 ㎜ 지점에서 PF군이 가장 안정적이었다 (P< 0.05). 3. 중심변위율은 1, 3 ㎜에서 HS, PF군이 K3군보다 작았다. 5 ㎜ 지점에서 PF군이 가장 작았고, PF군 3 ㎜에서 학생은 경험자보다 유의하게 작았다 (P < 0.05). The purpose of this study was to compare the shaping ability of three Ni-Ti file systems used by dental students or the experts and consequently to aid in choosing a proper systems for educational courses of dental students and beginners. Fifty students and ten dentists who have clinical experience over two years prepared 180 simulated root canals in resin blocks with three Ni-Ti systems: ProFile^(®) (PF), HeroShaper^(®) (HS), K3™ (K3). After preparation, the Ni-Ti files were evaluated for distortion and canal preparation time was recorded. The images of pre- and post-instrumented canals were scanned and superimposed. Amounts of increased canal widths,deviation, and centering ratio were calculated at apical 1, 3 and 5 ㎜ levels and statistical analysis was performed. The results were as follows: 1. HS showed the shortest preparation time and instrumented canal width in K3 was significantly larger than other groups (P< 0.05). 2. At 1 and 3 ㎜ levels, all groups had outward deviation. In student group, at the 1 ㎜ level, PF had the least deviation (P< 0.05). 3. In the centering ratio, the PF had the best centering ability compared to the others at 5 ㎜ level. At 1 and 3 ㎜ level, HS and PF had better abilities than K3. Student group had better ratio than the expert at 3 ㎜ level with PF (P<0.05). Based on the results, it is surmised that the ProFile^(®) is the safest and most ideal instrument for students and beginners.〔J Kor Acad Cons Dent 31(1):1-10, 2006〕

      • Screen Printing Method로 제작된 CdS 막의 광전도도

        Photoconductive CdS films doped with CI were prepared by screen printing and sintering of CdS paste. The CdS paste consists of CdS, CdCl₂, and propylene glycol. The results of X-ray measurements showed that these samples belong to hexagonal structure, and the lattice constant were a=4.13A, c=6.71A. The spectral response of photoconductivity has two maxima. The one photoconductivity peak was observed at 524nm and the other broad peak at larger wavelength region at 285K. As the temperature decreases, the energy position of the maximum due to band absorption shifts towards shorter wavelength, and give a temperature coefficient of photoconductivity band peak of about ??. The rise and decay time of the photocontivity were 0.8ms and 0.7ms.

        방사선조사가 저칼슘식이 백서 치주조직에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of periodontal tissues in the irradiated mandibular bone in rats which were fed normal diet and low calcium diet. In order to carry out this experiment, 64 seven-week old Sprague-Dawley strain rats weighing about 150 gms were selected and equally divided into one experimental group of 32 rats and one control group with the remainder. The two groups were irradiated a single dose of 20 Gy on the only jaw area and irradiated with a cobalt-60 teletherapy unit. The rats in the control and experimental groups were serially dissected by fours on the 3rd, the 7th, the 14th, and the 21st day after irradiation., After each dissection, both sides of the dead rat mandibular bodies were removed and fixed with 10% neutral formalin. The specimens sectioned and observed in histopathological, histochemical, and immunocellular chemical methods. The obtained results were as follows ; 1. In the mandibles of rats with low calcium diet the increased number of fibroblasts of periodontal ligaments, many small capillaries and irregular arrangement of loose collagen fibers were detected and the partial resorption of dentin and cementum could be found by the microscopic studies. 2. In the group of irradiated rats, degenerated periodontal tissues led to the condition of irregular arrangement of collagen fibers and the decreased number of fibroblasts. But this condition was somewhat restored after 21 days of experiment. 3. Periodontal tissues of the irradiated rat group with low calcium diet were destroyed earlier than those of the irradiated rat group with normal diet. Soon this condition was restored and then high cellularity and dense collagen fibers where observed. 4. Many periodontal cells bearing tumor necrosis factor could be clearly observed in the nonirradiated group of rats with normal diet, whereas could not be observed on the 7th day reappeared on 14th day in the irradiated group of rats with normal diet. A few of them could be observed in the group of rats with low calcium diet, but they could be clearly observed in the both groups after 21 days of experiment.

      • 3포트 ER 밸브 개발을 위한 분산계 ER유체의 유동특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the present study is to examine the flow characteristics of ER fluids between 2 port and 3 port rectangular tube brass electrodes. ER fluid is made silicon oil mixed with 2-3wt% starch having hydrous particles. Flow visualization of the ER fluids were obtained by CCD camera measuring those of the clusters using an image processing technique. This research found the flow rate(Q_(L)) with 0 kV/mm, 0.5kV/mm and 1.0kV/mm for Q_(L) = 0, 0 and 5.73cm³/s. When the strength of the electric field increased, the cluster of ER fluids are clearly strong along the rectangular tube and the flow rate(Q) decreased.

        Silver powders have been extensively studied as an anode active material for lithium secondary batteries. In the present study, a unique attempt is made to develop silver negative electrode by slurry method, because the silver electrode is a good candidate to replace the commercial graphite electrode for lithium rechargeable batteries. Silver electrode was prepared and its electrochemical properties were characterized gradual increasing test state of charge (GISOC) analysis method. Charge-discharge performance indicates that the initial charge potential range of Li/Ag cells has showed similar behaviors compared with Li/Graphite system and the irreversible capacity facd is also higher than Li/Graphite system.

        Component-based systems are generally known as useful for maintenance and extension. However, there are a number of difficult aspects in designing them, and skillful knowledge of component-based design is strongly requested. Against the problem, this paper presents a User Interface tool that helps to develop component-based healthcare systems more easily and effectively. This UI tool has been developed, aiming at enabling easier and faster development of such systems. Further it supports standardization and interoperability. We expect that use of the UI tool helps to add, delete, change medical contents, and maintain related systems with less effort and better performance.

      • 모래의 입도분포가 모르터의 물성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Fineness Modulus is a term used as an index to the fineness of sand. It is well - known that the modulus distribution of sand plays an important role in achieving the desired properties of mortar. The maximum size of sand is also important parameter in mortar. These parameters affect workability, strength and unitweight of mortar. In tills study, different sand gradings were used to investigate effects of fineness moduli of sand for examination about the workability, strength and unit weight characteristics of cement mortar. Two kinds of sands with various size distribution and three kinds of fine aggregates with the similar particle size distribution (Sieve No.16~30, No.30~50, No.50~100) were used. Water-cement ratio (W/C) of mortar mix was kept constant for all the trial mixes with sand of different fineness modulus. Major findings of tills study are: (a) Fine sand with the similar size distribution reduces the workability and unit weight of cement mortar. (b) The compressive strength of mortar is not sensitive to sand grading variations. (c) The compressive strengths at the age of 28 days range from 32.1 to 54.1 MPa. (d) The sand with standard modulus distribution has better positive effects on the properties of the mortar.

        치성감염에 의해 발생된 후측인두부 및 종격동 농양

        Odontogenic infections are usually locally confined, self-limiting processes. However, under certain circumstances, they may break through the bony, muscular, and mucosal barriers and spread into contiguous fascial spaces or planes far from the initial site of involvement, resulting in severn life-threatening complications, such as retropharyngeal spread, suppurative mediastinal extension, airway obstruction, pleuropulmonary suppuration, and hematogenous dissemination to distant organs. The mortality arte for mediastinitis from odontogenic infection ranges from 40% to 60%. Therefore rapid evalution and treatment is essential with a combination of life support, antibiotic therapy, and surgical intervention. Recently, we experienced three cases of retropharyngeal and mediastinal abscesses secondary to odonogenic infections. In all patients, early diagnosis was possible by CT scanning and physical examination. The prognosis was good in all patients by using urgent aggressive surgical and antibiotic therapy.
