Some scholars have taken a dark view of English language laboratory class in Korea, but in my view, English language laboratory class is a very practical way of teaching Korean students English, since there is not yet any better practical alternative. Most Korean students also think that English language laboratory class is not efficient. It is natural that they should think so, because they can`t understand fully what the native speaker says. Why is this so? It is because they usually have only one English language laboratory class a week. They cannot be good English listeners and speakers through such a short training. In fact, to become a fluent English speaker, we must be proficient in recognizing the native speaker`s English prounciation. If you are a good English listener, you can be a good English speaker. As the "No work, no pay." goes, so goes "No listening, no speaking." Therefore, when we increase the Korean students` English laboratory classes, they can become good English speakers and they will think that English laboratory class is very efficient. In order to develop the student`s auditory memory, we should have a complete set of audio-visual aids in each school as a help to the students in becoming good English speakers.

The test for internal and external rotation of hip joint, was donet from September 2 to 9, 2002, with the participation of 50 male/female university students who are in a normal health condition. Results are : 1. When applying the external rotation of 45 degrees angle ; 1) In a sitting position, for male it results in an increase of 5 degrees on right and left sides each. 2) In a sittmg position, for female there is no change on both right and left sides. 3) In a supine position, for both male and female it results in an increase of 5 to 10 degrees on right and left sides each. 4) In a prone position, for male it results in an increase of 5 degrees on the left side only. 5) In a prone position, for female it results in an increase of 5 to 10 degrees on right and left sides each. 2. When applying the internal rotation of 45 degrees angle ; 1) In a sitting position, for male it results in a decrease of 5 degrees on right and left sides each. 2) In a sitting position, for female there is no change on both right and left sides. 3) In a supine and prone position, there is no change for male. 4) In a supine position, for female it results in an increase of 5 to 10 degrees on right and left sides each. 5) In a prone position, for female it results in an increase of 5 degrees on right and left sides each.

This study aims to find out demand areas of CM by examining the progresses of various service areas for the conceptual framework of CM suitable to construction environment of school facilities and recognition and needs of construction business management and present the basic information to construction business managers. Consequently, such problems as practical application of cost for design and construction and demand and supply of materials were pointed out in the side of construction executor based on sufficient budget and supports for the construction and design. As a result of questionnaire, it was found that design change factors according to progress included changes of field conditions and degree of opinion adjustment in the part of constructor and changes by customers' personal intentions in the part of designer. As a result of examining the degree of recognition and needs of construction business management, most of respondents showed affirmative responses on recogniton of construction business management, employment of constuction business manager and its application in building school facilities and in particular constructors showed a high affirmative opinions. Accordingly, it will be important that the need and importance of construction business management in building school facilities should be emphasized to customers, its expected effects should be published, professional technologies should be equipped for ensuring more demanders and service demands by each area should be explored.
Computational Analysis on Response Behaviors of Tetranychusurticae after the Treatments of Abamectin

Movement behaviors of specimens of mite (Tetranychus urticae) were computationally analyzed after the treatments of pesticide, abamectin, at a low concentration of 0.78ppb. During the observation period, test specimens were placed individually on the bean leaves (diameter=7mm), and their position was recorded in 2-dimension at 0.25 second intervals (8 hours before treatment and 8 hours after treatment). The selected parameters such as speed, angular change, meander, etc, were checked for characterizing response behaviors after the treatments. The difference of mite behavior was accordingly observed after the treatments, and the time spent in the center area appeared to be longer after the treatments. Additional characterization of movement behaviors was computationally checked, and utilization of behavioral monitoring in pest management was further discussed regarding early detection of susceptible or resistant strains.

이 硏究의 目的은 農業高等學校 學生들의 職業的 期待를 把握하고 그 職業的 期待의 決定 要因을 究明함에 있었다. 資料는 4個 道의 8個 農業高等學校 學生 945名을 標集으로 質問紙法에 依하여 蒐集되었다. 蒐集된 資料는 IBM 360을 利用하여 辨別分析(discrimimnt analysis), F-檢證, X²-檢證 方法을 使用하여 分析되었다. 이 硏究 結果 發見된 事實을 要約하면 945名의 學生中 約 24퍼센트는 營農에, 約 36퍼센트는 農業關係職에 約 23퍼센트는 非營農職에 從事하려고 計劃하고 있으며 나머지 17퍼센트는 未定이었다. 營農에 從事하려고 하는 學生들의 特徵은 첫째, 다른 學生들에 比하여 農業高等學校에 入學하겠다는 決心을 일찍 하였고 둘째 農業高等學校에 入學한 動機가 農業에 興味가 있고 앞으로 農場을 設立 運營하겠다는 欲求때문 이었고 세째, 營農의 就業機會, 營農으로 부터의 收入, 肉體的 勞動이 强調되는 農事일에 滿足感을 갖고 있었고 네째 營農을 하겠다는 決心이 주로 自身과 친구의 影響을 받아 決定 되었다. 農業關係職에 從事하겠다는 學生들의 特徵은 첫째 農業高等學校에 入學한 動機가 經濟的 困亂 때문이었고 둘째 다론 學生들보다 學業의 成就度가 높았고 세째 農業關係職 分野의 就業機會에 滿足하고 있었다. 非農業職 分野에 從事하려고 하는 學生들의 特徵은 첫째 農業高等學校에 入學하겠다는 決心이 入學 願書 提出이 臨迫할 무렵에 이루어졌고 둘째 自身과 친구의 影響이 컸었다.
