      • 폐염간균에 대한 Quinolone계 약제의 항균작용에 미치는 Rifampin의 영향

        Antimicrobial activities of nalidixic acid(NA),norfloxacin(NX), oxolinic acid(OA), pefloxacin(PX), pipemidic acid(PA), oxacillin, cefotaxime(CFT), cephaloridine, cefazoline, moxalactam(MX), gentamicin, amikacin(AK) and rifampin(RP) were compared by the agar dilution method against 31 strains of K. pneumoniae isolated from various clinical spectimens. And then combined activities of RP with each of the quinolones (NA, MX, OAA, PX, and PA) against the test strains were measured by checkerboard dilution and time-killing methods. The growth inhibitory activities of PX, NX, OA, MX and AK were exellent, and those of PA, NA, RP and CFT were moderate, while the other's being almost negligible. The bactericidal activity of PX was more active than that of the other quinolones. Increasing concentrations of the quinolones resulted in a parallel increment of killing rate. However, when levels of quinolones were excessive beyond the most effective bactericidal ones, the bactericidal activity was decreased. In the combined growth inhigitory tests of RP with quinolones by checkerboard agar dilution method, synergistic and additive effects were rarely observed, and antagonism was noticed among the combinations in the following order: RP-NA, 22 strains (71%); RP-PA, 21 strains (67.7%); RP-OA, 17 strains (54.8%); RP-PX, 15 strains (48.4%) and RP-NA, 14 strains (45.2%). In the combined bactericidal tests measured by time-killing method, RP was found to reduce the activities of all five quinolones tested. And the gradual increasing of RP dose was revealed to reduce progressively the bactericidal action of the quinolones. But when RP was added to quinolones after 1 hour of incubations, the bactericidal activities were not affected.

      • 고려인삼의 주아 발달 경로에 대하여

        본 시험은 인삼의 채종종자의 조직을 관찰하여 잠아의 실체를 조사하였고 묘삼의 잠아특성을 산지별로 조사하여 다경이 되는 잠아의 발달경로를 알아보았다. 그리고 묘삼을 본포에 이식하여 3년생을 채굴하여 4년생이 될 주아의 생성경로를 조사하였다. 1. 묘삼의 주아는 발아종자의 경근천이부에서 피층조직이 융기하여 돔(dome)형태의 원잠아 또는 측잠아가 형성된 후 이들 조직이 분화하여 발달하였다. 2. 묘삼의 단뇌는 90%가 원잠아에서 유래하였고 쌍뇌는 원잠아와 2%정도의 측잠아1개가 발달되어 형성되었으며 3뇌는 원잠아와 측잠아 2개가 발달하여 형성되었다. 3. 본포에서 2년생과 3년생은 주아가 단뇌로 형성되어 있어 2경개체가 발생하지 않으나 4년생은 3년생에서 발달한 쌍뇌 이상의 주아가 있어 2경개체이상이 관찰되는 최초의 연생이었다. 4. 4년생의 주아는 종자에서 형성된 원잠아, 측잠아와 2-3년생에서 뇌두부위에서 형성된 피층잠아에서 유래하는 것으로 고년생으로 갈수록 쌍뇌 또는 3뇌는 원잠아에 비해 피층잠아 유래의 주아가 많았다. We studied the substance of latent bud by surveying the embryo of harvested seed and developmental pathway of latent bud by analysing the characteristics of latent bud of local ginseng lines. We transplanted one year old ginseng seedlings in the field and harvested it out two years later. And then We investigated developmental pathway of the main bud which would be the shoot of ginseng in the fourth year. Main bud of seedling was formed from the region between root and shoot of germinating seed. Primary and axillary latent buds protruded in dome shape from cortex tissue and differentiated into main bud. Ninety percent of single main bud was derived from primary latent bud, twin main buds were derived from primary latent bud and one axillary bud, and triple main buds were derived from primary latent bud and two axillary latent buds. In the field, We could not find 2-stem plant from 2-3 years old plant, however, We found 2-stem plant from 4-year-o1d plant because twin main buds developed from 3-year-o1d plant. Therefore 2-stem plant was observed obviously from the plant at least 4 years old. Main buds of 4-year-old plant were formed from primary and axillary latent bud of seed and cortex latent bud of rhizome from 2-3 years old plant. In older plants, twin and triple main buds were derived more from cortex latent bud than primary latent bud.

        Recently, much interest has been paid in using plastic materials for replacing glass substrates with increasing applications for large scale flexible flat panel display and flexible film-typed dye sensitized solar cell(DSCs) In particular, flexible film-typed dye sensitized solar cell(DSCs) has attracted much interest because it can be applied to a smart window, a wearable PC as a supplementary power supplier and a winter clothes In this paper ZnO:Al thin film, which serves as a transparent conducting layer, was deposited on the polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrate by the capacitively coupled r. f. magnetron sputtering method The effect of r. f. discharge power on the morphological, electrical and optical properties of ZnO:Al thin film were studied The film deposited on the PET substrate at r. f. discharge power of above 200 W and gas pressure of 5mTorr showed the minimum resistivity of about 2×10-3 Ω-cm, a transmittance of about 87% and optical band gap of 3.56 eV.

      • ZnO:AI 과 ITO 투명전도막을 이용한 플랙시블 DSCs의 변환효율 특성

        In order to investigate the possible application of ZnO films as a transparent conducting oxide (TCO) electrode for film-typed dye sensitized solar cell(F-DSC), ZnO:Al films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering method. The effects of gas pressure on the structural and electrical properties of ZnO films were mainly studied experimentally. F-DSC using either a ZnO:Al or indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode were also fabricated separately under the same manufacturing conditions. The electro-optical conversion efficiency and fill factor of the F-DSCs using both ZnO:Al and ITO transparent conducting electrodes were measured and compared with each other. ZnO:Al films showed the minimum resistivity of 2.6 x10^(-3)Ω-cm and a transmittance of 91.7% under the experimental conditions of doping concentration of 2 wt% of Al₂0₃ and gas pressure of 5mTorr. ITO films fabricated at 5mTorr of gas pressure also showed the minimum resistivity of 1.5x10^(-3)Ω-cm and transmittance of 92.1%. Although the electrical resistivity of ZnO:Al is higher than that of ITO, the conversion efficiency of F-DSC using ZnO:Al was comparable with that of F-DSC using ITO. The conversion efficiency of F-DSCs using ZnO:Al and ITO electrodes are about 2.8% and 2.9%, respectively.

      • AZO 투명전도막의 전기 광학적 특성에 미치는 PET 기판 표면처리 효과

        In this paper aluminium-doped zinc oxide(ZnO:Al) conducting layer was deposited on polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrate by r. f. magnetron sputtering method PET substrate was modified by a DBD(dielectric barrier discharge) plasma before sputtering to improve the electric and optical properties of ZnO:Al film and to increase also the deposition rate The effect of heat treatment time on the dectrical, optical, chemical and structural properties of ZnO:Al thin film were investigated experimentally The PET films modified with the DBD plasma showed a significant decrease in water contact angle The deposition rate of ZnO:Al film in the case of the plasma-treated substrate was also increased by around 2 times compared to the untreated substrate The minimum resistivity of about 28×10-3 Ω-cm and transmittance of about 83.3% were obtained under the experimental condition of 6min of heat treatment time.

        Membranes of TiO2 nanotube arrays were produced by potentiostatic anodic oxidation of 100㎛ thick Ti plate The anodization was performed under constant potential of 60V at ~22℃ for up to 96 hours Electrolyte used was an Ethylene Glycol(EG) solution with an addition of H2O (2.0 vol. %) and NH4F (0.3 wt.%) TiO2 nanotube arrays having lengths of ~200㎛ were grown in vertical direction to the Ti plate TiO2 nanotube membrane was grinded to produce fine particles of nanotubes TiO2 nanotube particles were treated with ozone to improve dye attachment A slurry made with the TiO2 nanotube particles was coated onto transparent conducting oxide(TCO) by doctor blade method to produce dye-sensitized solar cells(DSCs) Electrical properties of the DSC cells were haracterized.

      • Investigation of ITiO Films Properties for various substrate temperature

        In order to investigate the possible application of In2O3 films as a transparent conducting oxide (TCO). The effects of doping concentration on the structural and electrical properties of In2O3 films were mainly studied experimentally. Doping of Ti was performed with 2.5 wt.% and 6.7 wt.%. The optimum growth conditions were obtained for the films doped with 2.5 wt.% of TiO2, which exhibit a resistivity of 1.2×10-4 Ω-cm associated with a transmittance of 80.2% for 606 nm in film thickness. However, a high doping concentration of 6.7 wt.% of TiO2 may induce high defect density and limit the growth of small grains.
