To evaluate the morphological and functional changes of the hepatic cells of hybrid chick according to its growing stages, the volume of cytoplasm, nucleus and nucleolus were measured in 10 specimens of each group; the group of 2nd day, 14th day, 2nd month, 5th month and the group of 11th month after hatching. The results were as follows; 1. The volume of nucleus and nucleolus was increased from the 2nd day to the 14th day after hatching (actively growing period) and from the 5th month to the 11th month after hatching (the period of hypertrophy). The volume chage of cytoplasm appears oppositely to that of nucleus and nucleolus. 2. The nucleoplasmic index was increased at actively growing period and the period of hypertrophy, and the ratio of nucleolar volume to nuclear volume was increased at actively growing period, but unchanged at the period of hypertrophy.

피르빅산 탈수소 효소의 고체상 면역학적 분석

A solid-phase electro-blot procedure was used for immunoassay of mammalian pyrurate dehydrogenase(E1) subunits a(Ela) and b(Elb). E1(porcine kidney) was fractionated by sodium-dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Ela and Elb proteins were electrophoretically transferred onto nitrocellulose membrane with a constant current of 70mA as a function of time. The adsorbed proteins(Ela & Elb) were immunoreacted with rabbit anti-E1(porcine kidney) antiserum, then the immunoadsorbed Ela and Elb were identified by goat anti-rabbit IgG-horseradish peroxidase conjugate immunoassay kit. It has been found that the solid-phase immunoassay sensitivity of Ela and Elb increased in accordance with increment of transfer time up to a certain point under these experimenal conditions.

環境技師의 職務滿足度에 關한 調査 (Ⅰ)

To assess the job satisfaction of the environmental engineers affecting to job satisfaction, a questionaire survey was carried out on 95 professional environmental engineers working in the industrial waste water treatment plants in Taegu city and Kyungbuk province from June 1st to June 30th, 1988. The proportion of environmental engineers who were working 10 hours or so a day was 54.74% through Taegu city and Kyungbuk province working in the small facilities were working more than 10 hours a day. As a result of the analytical data of job satisfaction, the human relationship was 64.90% which revealed the highest level and opportunity of promotion was 26.80% which revealed the lowest level. From above results, it was shown that the more working duration and total working career is longer, the more payment has been increased with good human relationship, promotion and job satisfation.

조직정치지각이 경찰공무원의 직무소진에 미치는 영향

조직 내 정치행동은 조직구성원들에게 여러 가지 부작용을 초래할 수 있다. 그동안 조직정치에 관한 연구들이 있어왔지만 경찰공무원들을 대상으로 한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 조직정치지각이 경찰공무원들의 직무소진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위해 대구지역에 근무하는 경찰공무원들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 독립변인으로 조직정치지각을 선정하였고 종속변인으로는 직무소진을 선정하였는데, 직무소진은 정서적 소진, 비인격화, 개인성취감 등 세 가지 하위 구성요소로 구분하였다. 그리고 통제변인으로 성별, 연령, 학력, 계급을 선정하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 조직정치지각은 직무소진 요인인 정서적 소진, 비인격화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인성취감에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 조직정치지각을 높게 인식하는 구성원일수록 정서적인 탈진이 높고, 사람들에게 비인격적인 태도를 가지게 되며, 개인성취감이 낮음을 알 수 있다. 경찰공무원들이 직무소진에 장기간 노출될 경우 여러 가지 심각한 부작용이 초래될 수 있으므로 직무소진을 최소화하기 위해서는 조직 내 정치행동을 잘 관리하고 개선해 나가야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was focused on the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and police officers' job burnout. In this study, the perception of organizational politics is selected as an independent variable and the job burnout is selected as a dependent variable, and the job burnout is again composed with emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment. Moreover, the sex, age, level of education and rank were selected as a control variable. To test the hypotheses, survey data from police officers in Dae-Gu are collected analyzed. Principal component method is used to see which items cluster together in each factors and to calculate factor scores. Multiple regression analysis identifies several factors which have significant effects on job burnout. Key findings can be summarized as follow. The perception of organizational politics have a positive influence on the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. On the contrary to this, the perception of organizational politics have a negative influence on the personal accomplishment. In other words, as the police officers who more realize the perception of organizational politics also they are better for emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, but not for the personal accomplishment. There might be happen some serious side effects for police officers in case of the long-term exposure from the job burnout, so that the political behavior need to be well managed and improved to minimize the job burnout.

쥐 배종양세포의 Endo-B 유전자 발현

Endo-B, the mouse form of Keratin 18, is the first member of the large intermediate filament gene family to be expressed during embryogenesis. Thus, the differentiation of cultured murine embryonal carcinoma cells has been used as a convenient model system of early mouse development. F9,22(mouse embryonal carcinoma) cells were treated with retinoic acid (5 x 10_6M/l) for 72 hours, and then they were fixed with the mixture of glutaraldehyde(2%) and formaldehyde(2%) in phosphate buffered saline for 5 min at 4℃. The fixed cells were immunoreacted with the rabbit anti-Endo-B antiserum. Endo-B was visualized by reaction with rhodamine conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibodies. Some of the differentiated F9 cells exhibited strong fluorescence indicating the expression of Endo-B filament.

생쥐 배종양 세포에 있어서 tPA 유전자 발현에 관한 연구

F9 murine embryonal carcinoma cells expresed gene for tissue plasminogen activator(tPA), upon differentiation in vitro induced by retinoic acid(5×10 exp(-6)M/1). A recombinant plasmid(pBTPA) capable of tPA sense and antisense RNAs was constructed, and used for the RNA protection assay for tPA gene transcript in the differentiated F9 cells.

WPAN에서 WMN 특허 기술동향 분석

In spite of the efforts in researching and developing mobile ad hoc networks in the last decade, this type of network has not yet witnessed mass market deployment. The low commercial penetration of products based on ad hoc networking technology could be explained by noting that the ongoing research is mainly focused on implementing military or specialized civilian applications. On the other hand, users are interested in general-purpose applications where high bandwidth and open access to the Internet are consolidated and cheap commodities. From this user requirements, a new class of networks is started as mesh networks in WPAN(Wireless Personal Network). In this paper we analysis e patents trend of WPAN and estimate future technology progress. And we also investigate the WMN (Wireless Mesh Network) patents which is current emerging technology to improve the radio performance of WPAN. The results of this paper would be a reference document for the researchers and developers who is seraching the related patents in WPAN and WMN.

피르빅산 탈수소 효소(돼지 신장)의 순수 정제

Pyruvate dehydrogenase(El) composed of two nonidentical subunits a & b has been isolated from Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex(PDC) (porcine kidney). Essential steps in this purification process are involved in fractionation of PDC component by sodium dodecyl sulfate -polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS -PAGE), electroelution of E1 (a, b) using dialysis membrane, and ethanol precipitation of eluate. Anti-El antiserum has been raised in a rabbit against El(a, b) purified from porcine kidney. The anti-El antiserum is immunoreacted with 20ng of Ela or Elb by a dot-blot assay.

3-oxoacid CoA-transferase cDNA 클론의 혈청학적 동정

A cDNA clone for 3-oxoacid CoA-transferase was identified in a λgtll expression gene bank with a monospecific polyclonal rabbit anti-rat 3-oxoacid CoA-transferase. The cDNA clone bank was constructed from poly(A^+) RNA isolated from rat(12 day-old) brains. The cDNA clone was subcloned into M13mp18 and used for further characterization.

의료자원의 지역간 불균형분포 완화방안

To get a good primary medical treatment on proper time and to supply a smooth medical service through the reasoable cooperation of the higher level of medical facilities, one of the basic prerequisites is t secure a proper distribution of the medical resources in the country. In order to promote the efficiency of the medical service as well as to achieve the purpose of having an equal opportunity for well-qualified medical service, the followings should be taken into consideration. (1) The first consideration is that the locally balanced distribution of medical resources along with the national and development program. (2) The second is the local residents should easily get the good medical service through the rational distribution of the medical resources, and the demand for primary medial service varies in the different localities should be heeded, too. (3) Planning of local unit medical system is required and should be introduced. (4) To make an easily approachable medical service for the local residents, a new medical service model should be developed along with the cooperative programs of other regional development, and so that all the resources must be developed and fully utilized. (5) Finally it should be considered that through the introduction of the government's proper planning and coordination system, the equal opportunity of getting well-qualified medical service with a low fee could be enjoyed be the citizens.
