        온라인 한국어교육에 대한 태도, 기대, 인식 연구 -온라인 세종학당 교원과 학습자 비교를 중심으로-

        This study analyzed the attitudes, expectations and Awareness for online Korean language education for teachers and learners who participated in the online King Sejong Institute curriculum. As a result of the survey, teachers preferred offline education to online education and had lower attitudes and expectations for online Korean education than learners. Unlike teachers, learners showed no difference in satisfaction between online and offline education, and their attitudes and expectations toward online education were also high. It was found that well-prepared online classes can be satisfactory to learners through the learners’ high attitudes and expectations for online Korean education. In addition, it was confirmed that online education, like offline education, satisfies learners by operating an appropriate curriculum and providing high-quality materials, and can sufficiently contribute to the improvement of learners’ language ability. It was found that teachers, unlike learners, had difficulties in conducting online education and did not have much confidence in the effectiveness of education. In particular, they complained of a lot of anxiety and difficulty about the unfamiliar teaching method, which is interpreted as reflecting the attitude of teachers who are familiar with real-time education. From this point of view, it can be seen that it is most important to provide teachers with the ability to utilize online teaching tools and implement various online teaching and learning in order to conduct online Korean language education. If appropriate teacher education for online education, provision of educational materials, and system support are provided, it is expected that teachers’ attitudes and awareness of online education will also increase.         플랫폼기업 진입으로 인한 중국 영화산업 가치사슬의 재구조화: BAT(바이두, 알리바바, 텐센트)의 사례를 중심으로

        인터넷의 보편화와 디지털 기술의 발전은 투자-제작-배급-상영으로 이어지는 영화산업 가치사슬 전반에 걸쳐 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 본 연구는 중국의 3대 대형 플랫폼기업 BAT(바이두, 알리바바, 텐센트)가 영화산업으로 진입하면서 기존의 중국 영화산업 가치사슬이 어떻게 재구조화 되었는지를 고찰한 후, 기존 영화사와 BAT 기반 영화사의 관계를 정립하였다. BAT는 대략 2013년부터 영화산업으로 사업영역을 확장하여 2019년 상영을 제외한 투자-제작-배급 영역 부문에서 주목할 만한 성과를 거두었다. BAT가 출시한 온라인 티켓 판매 플랫폼은 기존의 배급 방식을 바꾸어 놓았고, 온라인 동영상 플랫폼은 전통적 의미에서의 영화 관람 방식을 바꾸어 놓았다. BAT 산하 영화사는 모회사가 기존에 보유하고 있던 플랫폼을 적극 활용하여 ‘폐쇄형 영화산업 생태계’를 구축했다. 그럼에도 불구하고 차이나필름, 화이브라더스 등 중국의 기존 영화사들은 여전히 건재하다. BAT의 영화산업 진입은 기존 영화사와 협업을 통해 중국 영화산업의 규모를 키웠다는 점, 배급과 상영의 패러다임을 바꾸었다는 점, 영화의 다양성 확대에 기여했다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다. Value chain of the film industry, which includes a series of investment-production-distribution-screening process, has changed a lot with the emergence of digital technology in the Internet era. This study focused on the business extension of big 3 platform companies (BAT: Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent) in China, also analyzed the relation between existing film companies and BAT based film companies. BAT started to expand their businesses to the film industry since 2013. As of 2019, they made notable achievements in investment, production, and distribution, except screening. To be specific, On-line ticket sales platforms introduced by the BAT has changed the way film distributed. Moreover, BAT’s On-line platform also affects the way consumers enjoy films. By using their on-line resources, BAT based film companies established their own ecological system in the film industry. Still, existing film companies (e.g. China film, Huayi Brothers) are thriving. However, the magnitude and the diversity of the film industry has increased in China, as BAT companies expand their businesses to the film industry. Also, the way of screening and distributing film has completely changed. All these are meaningful changes in the film industry of China.

        마스크 착용 의무화 해제 이후, 마스크 착용을 효과적으로 권장하기 위한 앰비언트 공익광고에 대한 디자인연구 -작품제작을 중심으로-

        본 논문은 마스크 착용의 의무화가 해제될 시기를 대비하여, 국민의 건강증진을 목적으로 효과적인 마스크 착용권장 공익광고를 연구하고자 한다. 우리는 마스크 착용 의무화 이전에 미세먼지 수준 나쁨 이상일 때 국민들의 저조한 마스크 착용률을 통하여, 기존 마스크 착용권장 공익광고의 커뮤니케이션에 문제점이 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 포스터 형식으로 진행되던 공익광고의 방식에서 탈피하여 크리에이티브 발산에 자유롭고 소비자의 흥미를 이끌 수 있으며, 주변의 각종 사물과 환경을 이용하여 광고메시지를 직관적으로 전달할 수 있는 장점을 지닌 ‘엠비언트 옥외광고’ 방식을 활용하여 작품제작을 통해 효과적인 공익메시지 전달의 연구를 진행하고 자 한다. 연구방법은 앰비언트 옥외광고의 선행 성공사례를 통해 정보전달 방식과 크리에이티브를 살펴보며 영감을 얻고, 실제로 공익 앰비언트 옥외광고의 작품을 제작이 이뤄졌다. 연구결과 총 3가지 작품이 제작되었고, 이후 실제로 성균관갤러리에서 작품을 전시하면서 대중들에게 “이 공익광고를 본 뒤, 마스크 착용 의무화가 끝난 후에도 마스크를 쓸 의향이 생겼다면, 스티커를 붙인 후 마스크를 받아가 주세요”라는 문구와 함께 마스크를 배부했다. 그 결과 총 7일의 기간 동안 약 300명의 관람객이 방문했고 총 260개의 마스크를 배부할 수 있었다. 이로써 약 87% 정도의 소비자들에게 공익광고의 긍정적인 커뮤니케이션 반응을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 한국의 공익광고가 다양한 광고방식을 시도하고 대중들과 더욱 적극적으로 소통할 수 있기를 기대한다. This paper seeks to study the recommended public advertisement for effective mask wear for the purpose of promoting the health of the people. We found that there was a problem with the communication of existing public advertisements recommended to wear masks through the low rate of mask wear when the fine dust level was above the level of fine dust before the mandatory wearing of masks. Therefore, this paper intends to conduct effective research on public service message delivery through the production of works by utilizing Ambient Advertising, which is free from creative production and can attract consumers' interest by moving away from the existing public service advertising method. The research method was inspired by looking at the information delivery method and creativity through the good deeds of Ambient Advertising, and the production of the works of Ambient Advertising was actually carried out. As a result of the study, a total of three works were produced, and while exhibiting the works at Sungkyunkwan Gallery, they distributed the masks with the phrase, "If you are willing to wear masks after the public service advertisement, put on stickers and get masks." As a result, about 300 visitors visited in a total of seven days and a total of 260 masks could be distributed. This allowed about 87% of consumers to see the positive communication response of public advertisements. This study hopes that Korea's public service advertisements will try various advertising methods and communicate more actively with the public.

        Study on 3 DoF Image and Video Stitching Using Sensed Data

        This paper proposes a method to generate panoramic images by combining conventional feature extraction algorithms (e.g., SIFT, SURF, MPEG-7 CDVS) with sensed data from inertia sensors to enhance the stitching results. The challenge of image stitching increases when the images are taken from two different mobile phones with no posture calibration. Using inertia sensor data obtained by the mobile phone, images with different yaw, pitch, and roll angles are preprocessed and adjusted before performing stitching process. Performance of stitching (e.g., feature extraction time, inlier point numbers, stitching accuracy) between conventional feature extraction algorithms is reported along with the stitching performance with/without using the inertia sensor data. In addition, the stitching accuracy of video data was improved using the same sensed data, with discrete calculation of homograph matrix. The experimental results for stitching accuracies and speed using sensed data are presented in this paper.

        R-CRDSA: Reservation-Contention Resolution Diversity Slotted ALOHA for Satellite Networks

        <P>In this letter, a reservation scheme with contention resolution diversity slotted ALOHA (CRDSA), called R-CRDSA, is proposed. Although CRDSA promises excellent performance compared to slotted ALOHA (SA), there are two barriers to be overcome for its use in satellite networks. The first is a low critical point of an offered load; i.e., at this point, as the offered load increases, the throughput will decrease. CRDSA has a lower critical point than that of SA. The second barrier is that CRDSA has a lower capacity efficiency compared to SA; i.e., on average, CRDSA requires more power or bandwidth than SA for transmission. R-CRDSA can overcome these barriers at the same cost as CRDSA, especially for multi-packet messages. The analytic performances are derived by the observation of the transition between two successive frames, and the average number of packets in a message. The simulation results show that the analytic derivations are valid, and they confirm that the barriers are resolved by R-CRDSA.</P>

        생물무기 특성과 사례연구

        생물테러에 사용되는 생물무기는 세균과 바이러스, 리켓치아, 곰팡이 등을 가공하여 만들 어지며, 화학작용제, 방사능작용제와 함께 대량살상무기(Weapons of Mass Destruction, WMD)로 분류되어진다. 생물무기는 다른 대량살상무기들에 비하여 개발과 생산의 용이성, 저렴한 비용, 은닉살포가 가능하다는 운용상 이점들이 존재한다. 본 논문은 생물무기 개발 이 이루어진 역사와 현존하는 생물학적 위협에 대해 분석하고, 생물작용제의 물리적 특성 과 인체내 감염기작을 기초로 생물무기 공격으로 인한 사회적 영향을 예측하였다. 스벨드 롭스크 탄저균유출사고, 아랄스크 두창발생, 2001년 탄저테러 등 생물무기관련 역사적 사 례들에서 사고 인지형태, 작용제 오염확산범위와 피해자의 질병특성을 분석한 결과, 생물 테러는 공격 즉시 인지가 어렵고, 광범위한 확산이 가능하여 대규모 노출자를 발생시키며, 호흡기관련 중증질환을 일으켜 보건·의료기관에 막대한 부담을 일으킬 것이라는 사실을 발 견하였다. 이를 토대로 생물테러에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서 요구되는 보건대응역량을 제시하였다. 효과적인 증후군감시체계 및 관련질병 보고체계를 운영하여 신속히 이상징후 를 파악해야하며, 실험실진단체계를 통해 병원체의 확진을 실시하여야한다. 또한 보건기관 은 역학조사 시 수사기관과의 공조를 통해 잠재적노출자를 명확히 규명하여야 하며, 마지 막으로 인적·물적 자원을 효율적으로 운용하여 집단예방조치가 효과적으로 이루어지도록 되어야할 것이다. 이러한 보건대응역량을 지속적으로 강화한다면 생물테러위협에 성공적 으로 대응할 수 있을 것이다. Biological weapon is manipulated and produced from microorganisms such as bacteria, virus, rickettsia, fungi etc. It is classified as one of the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) along with chemical weapon and radiological weapon. Biological weapon has a number of operational advantages over the other WMDs including ease of development and production, low cost and possibility of covert dissemination. In this study we analyze the history of biological weapon’s development and the existing biological threats. Then, we predict the social impact of biological attack based on the physical properties of biological agent and infection mechanisms. By analyzing the recognition, dispersion pattern of agents, characteristics of the diseases in the biological weapon related historical events such as Sverdlovsk anthrax accident, 2001 anthrax attack, we found out some of the facts that biological attack would not likely to be recognized rapidly, produce large number of the exposed, increase number of paients who suffed from severe respiratory illness. It would lead the public health and medical service providers to be struggled with hugh burden. Base on the facts that we found from this case study, we suggested the main capabilities of public health required to respond to bioterrorism event efficiently. Syndromic surveillance and other reporting system need to be operated effeciently so that any suspicious event should be detected promptly. the pathogen which suspected to be used should be identified through laboratory diagnostic system. It is critical for the public health agency to define potentially exposed population under close cooperation with law enforcement agencies. Lastly, massive prophylaxis should be provided rapidly to the people at need by operating human and material resources effeciently. If those capacities of public health are consistantly fortified we would be able to deal with threat of bioterrorism successfully.

        Classification of impinging jet flames using convolutional neural network with transfer learning

        Depending on the equivalence ratio and the Reynolds number, impinging jet flames exhibit several modes of thermoacoustic oscillation. In this study, we present a machine-learning-based method for classifying the regimes of thermoacoustic oscillation. We perform transfer learning to train the convolutional neural network model designed to classify flame images. We show that an accurate classification of impinging jet flames is achieved with an accuracy of 93.6 % by using just a single snapshot image. This study constitutes the first demonstration of transfer learning in classifying fluid images, opening up new possibilities for robust image-based diagnostics of various fluid and combustion systems.

        Reconstruction of time-domain impedance boundary condition considering the incident intensity effect on perforated-plate acoustic liner

        Based on impedance prediction methods for a perforated plate acoustic liner, time-domain impedance boundary conditions are enhanced with consideration of incident intensity. The impedance coefficient of the time-domain boundary condition is re-derived using parameters of the liner structure, and is classified by physical characteristics. To show the capability of the reconstructed impedance boundary condition, two numerical calculations are performed with comparison to analytical results. The first considers the onedimensional wave propagation problem to account for the reflection wave due to an incident intensity variation on the acoustic liner. The second considers the excess attenuation of impedance surface. The numerical simulation is performed using the linearized Euler equations (LEEs). Dispersion-relation-preserving finite difference scheme and optimized Adams-Bashforth time-integration method are used spatial discretization / time integration, respectively. The numerical results show excellent agreement with analytical results. Moreover, a reconstruction method of impedance boundary condition can easily obtain the impedance coefficients under environments of variant magnitudes of incident waves.
