      • Analysis on Influence Domain of Control Flow Modification in Regression Testing based on FCP

Mingjue Hu,Yongmin Mu,Aiping Xu 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.6

After the version changes, locatingthe influence domain of control flow modificationis a hot issue in software testing, because it helps developersto solve software defects effectivelyand testersto determine the regression test cases. This paper puts forward that an algorithm toanalyzethe influence domain of control flow modification. It can accurately locate the functions which are affected by modified control statements. According to the control flow function calling paths algorithm, a path of nodes is extracted, where control word as well as the function name is regarded as a node, and extract the control block and analysis it, and a static function calling path with the control logic is obtained.Control flow modificationpoint algorithm is put forward to obtain the modified control statements, which is based on Longest Common Substring (LCS) algorithm. An algorithm is also proposed to determine the influence domain of control flow modification.Experimental results show that the proposedalgorithm can determine the influence domain, and provide support for test case reduction in regression testing effectively.

Evaluation of Tunnel Face Stability Subjected to Seismic Load Based on the Non-associated Flow Rule

        Qiguang Di,Pengfei Li,Mingju Zhang,Caixia Guo,Fan Wang,Yingjie Wei 대한토목학회 2022 KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering Vol.26 No.5

Reasonable determination of the stability of the tunnel face under complex conditions is necessary for safe construction. This paper focuses on the seismic stability of the tunnel face in cohesion-frictional soils based on the non-associated flow rule. The pseudo-static approach is adopted to reflect the seismic effect. An analytical model is proposed based on the limit analysis method. A series of numerical simulations are performed to verify the rationality of the theoretical model. Then, parametric analyses are carried out. Results show that the proposed model is reasonable to investigate the tunnel face stability under the seismic load. The study indicates that it is essential to consider not only the seismic load but also the non-associated flow rule when determining the limit support pressure of tunnel face, especially in the soils with high friction angle or unit weight.

Synthesis of Au@MoS2-CdS Ternary Composite Structure with Enhanced Photocatalytic Activity

        Zhe Liu,Liwei Wang,Ruoping Li,Mingju Huang 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2019 NANO Vol.14 No.9

Au@MoS2-CdS, as ternary composite structure, was successfully synthesized by a facile process combining hydrothermal and seed-growth methods. The introduction of Au nanoparticles (NPs) into MoS2 spheres, forming a core–shell structure, demonstrats strong plasmonic absorption enhancement. The incorporation of CdS NPs into the Au@MoS2 core–shell structure further extends the absorption range of visible light and enhances exciton dissociation. The resultant composite structure exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity in photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) solution, compared with Au NPs, MoS2 spheres, Au@MoS2 core–shell and MoS2-CdS heterostructures. The above phenomena are supported by a series of characterization results such as SEM, TEM, XRD, EDS and UV-Vis, etc. Based on structural and morphological analyses, we propose the synthesis method of ternary composite structure photocatalysts, which is helpful for the synthesis of future multicomponent photocatalytic materials.

A Prefabricated Underground Cylindrical Garage and a Corresponding Stiffness Analysis

        Zhenbo Zhang,Pengfei Li,Zheng Li,Mingju Zhang,Haocheng Xiong 한국강구조학회 2020 International Journal of Steel Structures Vol.20 No.3

This paper presents a design of a prefabricated structure for an underground cylindrical garage. The performance of this structure and the node connections in terms of lateral stiff ness is investigated, which is critical to the safety of the excavation process. Analytical solutions of the lateral stiff ness of the prefabricated structure are derived considering compatible displacement. A 3D model of the prefabricated structure is developed and used in the numerical simulation to verify the theoretical model. As the key factor of the lateral stiff ness of the prefabricated structure, the lateral stiff ness of the node is also obtained via laboratory testing. Three connection nodes are fabricated according to the design and are tested in the laboratory. The infl uence of the cross-sectional area of the connection beam and the thickness of the column base on the lateral stiff ness of the connection node is also investigated in the laboratory test.

Production of Transgenic Goats by Sperm-mediated Exogenous DNA Transfer Method

        Zhao, Yongju,Wei, Hong,Wang, Yong,Wang, Lingbin,Yu, Mingju,Fan, Jingsheng,Zheng, Shuangyan,Zhao, Cong Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2010 Animal Bioscience Vol.23 No.1

In this study, the production of transgenic goats using sperm to integrate exogenous DNA and artificial insemination (AI) was carried out and the technical protocols for sperm-mediated gene transfer (SMGT) in the goat were optimized. The standard sperm parameters and the ability to bind foreign genes were assessed to select suitable sperm donor bucks. A total of 134 oestrous does were divided into 4 groups and inseminated using different methods and sperm numbers. The does of Groups I to III were inseminated with fresh semen ($1-2\times10^{7}$ and $10^{6}$ sperm) or frozen-thawed semen ($10^{6}$ sperm), respectively, through conventional intra-cervical AI, and the does of Group IV with frozen-thawed semen ($10^{6}$ sperm) through intrauterine AI. Total genomic DNAs were extracted from ear biopsies of the offspring. The presence of $pEGFP-N_{1}$ DNA was screened by PCR and then by Southern blotting analysis. A total of 76 live kids were produced and 8 kids were tested transgene positive on the basis of agarose gel electrophoresis of the PCR-amplified fragment. Southern blotting analysis of the samples showed 5 positive kids. A transgenic ratio of 10.53% was detected using PCR and 6.58% using Southern blotting. The positive kid rate assayed by PCR and Southern blotting of frozen-thawed goat semen was 3.61% and 9.27% higher than that of untreated semen. The results show that transgenic goats can be produced efficiently by the method of artificial insemination using sperm cells to integrate the exogenous DNA and intrauterine insemination allowed low numbers of DNA-transfected spermatozoa to be used, with satisfactory fertility.

A heat transfer tube wear reliability analysis method based on first-order reliability method

        Xiao Chen,Xing He,Lichen Tang,Yuebing Li,Mingjue Zhou,Weiya Jin,Zengliang Gao 한국CDE학회 2020 Journal of computational design and engineering Vol.7 No.6

The heat transfer tube is one of the most essential components of the nuclear power plant as the boundary between the first and second circuit pressures. The wear between the heat transfer tube and the support plate or the anti-vibration strip is one of the essential reasons for its failure. Based on a heat transfer tube wear analysis method, combined with the reliability analysis theory, the calculation scheme of tube wear failure probability is proposed in this paper. In the analysis and calculation process, the key factors affecting the reliability are determined, including the baffle thickness B and the aperture difference Ce. In the manufacturing process, these key factors can be controlled, which is instructive for engineering practice.
