      • Effect of Viscosity on the Microformability of Bulk Amorphous Alloy in Supercooled Liquid Region

        Previously published results have shown that viscosity greatly influences on the deformation behavior of the bulk amorphous alloy in supercooled liquid region during microforming process. And viscosity is proved to be a component of the evaluation index which indicating microformability. Based on the fluid flow theory and assumptions, bulk amorphous alloy can be regarded as the viscous materials with a certain viscosity. It is helpful to understand how the viscosity plays an important role in viscous materials with various viscosities by numerical simulation on the process. Analysis is carried out by linear state equation in FEM with other three materials, water, lubricant oil and polymer melt, whose viscosities are different obviously. The depths of the materials flow into the U-shaped groove during the microimprinting process are compared in this paper. The result shows that the deformation is quite different when surface tension effect is not considered in the case. With the lowest viscosity, water can reach the bottom of micro groove in a very short time. Lubricant oil and polymer melt slower than it. Moreover bulk amorphous alloys in supercooled liquid state just flow into the groove slightly. Among the alloys of different systems including Pd-, Mg- and Zr-based alloy, Pdbased alloy ranks largest in the depth. Mg-based alloy is the second. And Zr-based alloy is the third. Further more the rank order of the viscosities of the alloys is Pd-, Mg- and Zr-based. It agrees well with the results of calculation. Therefore viscosity plays an important role in the microforming of the bulk amorphous alloy in the supercooled liquid state.

        A New Calculation Model for Calcium Requirements After Parathyroidectomy in Patients With Secondary Hyperparathyroidism

        Objectives. We aimed to develop a new calculation model for calcium requirements in dialysis patients following parathy-roidectomy. Methods. A total of 98 patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism receiving parathyroidectomy from January 2014 toJanuary 2022 were enrolled in this study. Among these patients, 78 were randomly selected for construction of thecalcium requirement calculation model, and the remaining 20 patients were selected for model validation. The calci-um requirement model estimated the total calcium supplementation for 1 week after surgery using variables withsignificant relationships in the derivation group by stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. Bias, precision, andaccuracy were measured in the validation group to determine the performance of the model. Results. The model was as follows: calcium requirement for 1 week after surgery =33.798–8.929×immediate postoperativecalcium+0.190×C-reactive protein–0.125×age+0.002×preoperative intact parathyroid hormone+0.003×preopera-tive alkaline phosphatase (R2 =0.8). The model was successfully validated. Conclusion. We generated a novel model to guide calcium supplementation. This model can assist in stabilizing the serumcalcium levels of patients during the early postoperative period. Furthermore, it contributes to the individualized andprecise treatment of hypocalcemia in patients following parathyroidectomy.

        China has a very large area, but the total and average amount of forest resources are always relative scarcity, retrospect the forest history, when the activities of human beings existed on the earth, the forest resources began to reduce gradually, it indicates that the amount of the forest resources have grate connection with the activities of human beings, especially from the foundation of New China, long term out-of- order logging and unsustainable development make the forest resources and ecological environment be destructed seriously. However, although Chinese forest resources still face a large number of complicated problems, it has already begun to recover and been into the right orbit through listing and analysis a series dates. Additionally, six key forest resources program's launching and the strategy shifting will take China enter a bright future.

        眞正的好的批評家永遠是書評家 : 朱光潛的書評理論及其實踐

        朱光潛雖然不是以書評藝術家著稱, 在他的一生中也沒有寫過多少書評文本, 但作爲20世紀的美學大師和文藝理論大師, 他積極參與了30年代在 《大公報·文藝》副刊上的一場書評藝術大討論, 對書評藝術發表了獨到的理論見解, 幷在其書評觀的指導下, 身體力行地創作了一些富有特色的書評文本. 在書評理論的建設方面提出了注重書評主體的修養, 以讀者爲中心的書評目的和任務, 以印象式的創造性書評方法爲主的書評理論. 今天我們重新觀照朱光潛富有特色的書評觀, 對指導當下的書評理論建設和書評實踐將有積極作用. Neither credited with the title of a book reviewer, nor crowned with the achievements of numerous book reviews, Zhu Guangqian, as a master of aesthetics and artistic theory, somehow did took an active part in the 1930ss heated discussions of book review arts which used the issue of art of the Da Kong Bao as a battlefield. He made unique contributions to the development of book review arts and, under the guidelines of his prospective, he wrote a good number of characteristic book reviews. As a result, he proposed a series of review theories, which values the self-possession of the subject of review, applies the image-like and creative methods and, aims exclusively at serving the readers. Now in the modern time. another look us at his theories is very much likely to play a constructive part in the contempory book review practice.

        Bearing Capacity Test and Calculation Theory on CHS X-Joints Stiffened with Joint-Plates

        In this study, three circular hollow sections (CHS) tubular X-joints strengthened with different external stiffeners or not were investigated by experimental and nonlinear finite element anlaysis (FEA) to study the bearing capacities, failure modes, and the strengthening effect of joint-plates. The test results showed that the bearing capacity of the X-joints could be improved by using the stiffened joint-plate, and the joint failure process was delayed, and the cambered surface of chord was straightened by tensile braces. Compared with the tested results, the nonlinear FEA could simulate the failure modes and its bearing capacity behavior of steel tubular X-joints well. To estimate the contribution of joint-plates on bearing capacity, four kinds of parameters were selected, and the corresponding FEA of stiffened X-joint were performed. Then, the influencing law on bearing capacity of different parameters was investigated. According to the superposition method of bearing capacities, the annular calculation model and the multi-parameter calculation theory of stiffened circular steel tubular X-joints were proposed, in which the coefficients were determined through regression analysis. Lastly, the comparisons on tested, simulated, and theoretical bearing capacities of stiffened X-joints were carried out, and there had good agreement between them.

        Quantized Output Feedback Control for Stochastic Semi-Markov Jump Systems With Unreliable Links

        <P>This brief is concerned with the problem of quantized output feedback (OF) control for semi-Markov jump systems subject to unreliable links. The jump among the operation modes is subject to the semi-Markov process, where the transition probabilities depend not only on the next system mode but the sojourn time at current mode as well. The communication link is considered to be unreliable, in which the packet dropouts described by a stochastic Bernoulli parameter and signal quantization are taken into account simultaneously. The purpose is to synthesize an OF controller, which ensures that the closed-loop system is mean-square <TEX>$\sigma $</TEX>-error stable. Some sojourn time-dependent criteria are established for the realizability of admissible OF controller. With the help of those criteria, the controller gains could be obtained by finding a solution to a convex optimization problem. Finally, both a numerical example and a PWM-driven boost converter are presented to confirm the availability and feasibility of the proposed approach.</P>

        The Role of Gut Microbiota and Genetic Susceptibility in the Pathogenesis of Pancreatitis

        Pancreatitis is one of the most common inflammatory diseases of the pancreas caused by autodigestion induced by excessive premature protease activation. However, recognition of novel pathophysiological mechanisms remains a still challenge. Both genetic and environmental factors contribute to the pathogenesis of pancreatitis, and the gut microbiota is a potential source of an environmental effect. In recent years, several new frontiers in gut microbiota and genetic risk assessment research have emerged and improved the understanding of the disease. These investigations showed that the disease progression of pancreatitis could be regulated by the gut microbiome, either through a translocation influence or in a host immune response manner. Meanwhile, the onset of the disease is also associated with the heritage of a pathogenic mutation, and the disease progression could be modified by genetic risk factors. In this review, we focused on the recent advances in the role of gut microbiota in the pathogenesis of pancreatitis, and the genetic susceptibility in pancreatitis.

        Inhibition of Fatty Acid β-Oxidation by Fatty Acid Binding Protein 4 Induces Ferroptosis in HK2 Cells Under High Glucose Conditions

        Background: Ferroptosis, which is caused by an iron-dependent accumulation of lipid hydroperoxides, is a type of cell death linked todiabetic kidney disease (DKD). Previous research has shown that fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) is involved in the regulation of ferroptosis in diabetic retinopathy. The present study was constructed to explore the role of FABP4 in the regulation of ferroptosis in DKD. Methods: We first detected the expression of FABP4 and proteins related to ferroptosis in renal biopsies of patients with DKD. Then, we used a FABP4 inhibitor and small interfering RNA to investigate the role of FABP4 in ferroptosis induced by high glucosein human renal proximal tubular epithelial (HG-HK2) cells. Results: In kidney biopsies of DKD patients, the expression of FABP4 was elevated, whereas carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1A (CPT1A), glutathione peroxidase 4, ferritin heavy chain, and ferritin light chain showed reduced expression. In HG-HK2 cells, the induction of ferroptosis was accompanied by an increase in FABP4. Inhibition of FABP4 in HG-HK2 cells changed the redox state, suppressing the production of reactive oxygen species, ferrous iron (Fe2+), and malondialdehyde, increasing superoxide dismutase, and reversing ferroptosis-associated mitochondrial damage. The inhibition of FABP4 also increased the expression of CPT1A, reversed lipiddeposition, and restored impaired fatty acid β-oxidation. In addition, the inhibition of CPT1A could induce ferroptosis in HK2 cells. Conclusion: Our results suggest that FABP4 mediates ferroptosis in HG-HK2 cells by inhibiting fatty acid β-oxidation.

        This paper gives an overview of research on the field of structure vibration-attitude coordinated control of spacecraft. First of all, the importance of the technology has been given an introduction, and then later the research progress of space structure dynamics modeling, research progress of structure vibration-attitude coordinated control of flexible spacecraft have been discussed respectively. Finally, future research on application of structure vibration-attitude coordinated control of spacecraft has been recommended.
