Background Implant-based breast reconstruction has evolved tremendously in the last decades, mainly due to the development of new products and techniques that make the procedure safer and more reliable. The purpose of this study was to compare the outcomes in immediate one-stage breast reconstruction between acellular dermal matrix (ADM) and inferior dermal flap (IDF).Methods We conducted a retrospective comparative study of patients submitted to immediate breast reconstructions with an anatomical implant and ADM or IDF in a single center between 2016 and 2018. Outcomes evaluated included major complications, early complications, reinterventions, readmissions, and reconstruction failure. Simple descriptive statistics and univariate analysis were performed.Results A total of 118 breast reconstructions (85 patients) were included in the analysis. Patients in the IDF group had a higher body mass index (median = 27.0) than patients in the ADM group (median = 24). There were no statistically significant differences among both groups regarding immediate major complication, early complications, readmissions, and reinterventions.Conclusion There are no significant differences in complications between the ADM and IDF approach to immediate implant breast reconstruction. In patients with higher body mass index and large, ptotic breasts, we recommend an immediate implant reconstruction with IDF.

A protocol for in vitro propagation from pseudobulb sections of Lycaste armomatica (Graham ex Hook) Lindl., an ornamental and fragrant orchid, was developed. The effect of four cytokinins: kinetin (K), metatopolin (mT), $N^6$-benzyladenine (BA), and thidiazuron (TDZ), in equimolar concentrations, was investigated. Shoot formation from apical and basal pseudobulb sections was obtained in all treatments. A few medial sections cultured in media supplemented with BA formed protocorm-like bodies. Shoot formation was greater from the basal section than the apical, and mainly occurred in explants cultured in media containing TDZ. The highest average numbers of shoots per explant were achieved from basal sections cultured in media supplemented with TDZ at 4.4, 8.87 and 2.2 ${\mu}M$, forming on average 9.9, 8.6 and 7.3 shoots per explant, respectively. Since the medial pseudobulb section was the worst explant for propagation of L. aromatica, we recommend that pseudobulbs be divided into two sections; the basal half should be cultured in MS medium supplemented with TDZ at 4.4 ${\mu}M$ and the apical half with TDZ at 2.2 ${\mu}M$. Subculturing individual shoots in MS medium without plant growth regulators allows further development and rooting. A survival rate of more than 90% under greenhouse conditions was achieved. This research represents a direct contribution to the conservation and sustainable use of this valuable natural resource.

A revisionofgenus Xyalaspis (Hymenoptera: Anacharitinae) in Asia is given. Xyalaspis lituricis Belizin, 1965 is synonymizedwith Xyalaspis hyalina Belizin, 1951. Four new species are described: Xyalaspis esbelta n. sp., Xyalaspisdimorphica n. sp., Xyalaspis orientalis n. sp., and Xyalaspis siamensis n. sp. Diagnostic characters are illustrated anddata about biology, distribution and morphological variability of the studied species are discussed. A key to theAsian species of this genus is included.

As the importance of automotive electronic systems grows, we are faced with the need to reduce software development resources and improve quality. To accomplish this purpose, we aim to achieve the goal of quality improvement by automating information export, analysis of design information, and production process based on formal requirements. As a result of applying these automation systems, we have found that resources are reduced and quality is improved. We expect this automation system to have a positive effect on the automotive industry.

The poorly known Anacharitinae fauna fromChina is studied. Two species of genus Aegilips Haliday, 1835 (which only had one species previously recorded there) are recorded in China. The genera Anacharis Dalman, 1823 and Xyalaspis Hartig, 1843 are recorded for the first time with two and four species present respectively. A new species of Xyalaspis, X. ribesi sp. n., is described. Diagnostic characters of the new species are illustrated, and data about biology, distribution and morphological variability of the Chinese Anacharitinae are discussed.

After years of research, it has been shown that the type of motivation that foreign language learners have towards the language directly influences their learning, from aspects ranging from language proficiency to the amount of time invested in studying it, and even the emotional development of the learner (Rabadán and Orgambídez, 2018; Nowakowska, 2020). Although, traditionally there has been talked of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation concepts, recent studies have also demonstrated the existence of so-called required motivation, especially in educational contexts in Asia (Gardner and Lambert, 1972; Gardner, 1979; Warden and Lin, 2000; Xu and Case, 2015). At the same time, despite Spanish being taught as a foreign language (ELE) in Korea for over 70 years in both university and school settings, there are still no studies on the reasons why Koreans decide to learn this language. Thus, this work aims to explore and analyze the motivations of university students studying ELE. In particular, it seeks to answer whether the required motivation is appreciated by this group. To this end, an online questionnaire was conducted among students from various Hispanic Philology departments in South Korea. Based on their responses, it was concluded that the main interest of these students is intrinsic motivation, followed by extrinsic and required motivation.

Wind is considered a strong disturbance for quadrotor aircrafts (UAV) when an outdoor task at a fixed point is carried out. The effect of wind produces a distortion on the attitude of the vehicle which is reflected on undesired longitudinal movements. This paper addresses a real-time implementation and design of a robust embedded control-observer based on a type high-gain observer algorithm for on-line estimation and compensation of external disturbances produced by wind gusts on an autonomous quadrotor aircraft. A real-time experimental implementation of embedded Residual High Gain algorithm control is proposed in order to eliminate the effects of real perturbations in the hover position of the UAV. A Lyapunov function was used to practical stability analysis the system. Also numerical simulations were carried out to estimate wind behavior by the use of Drydel mathematical wind model. The main contribution of this work is the implementation of a Residual High Gain Observer in an outdoor real-time experiment in presence of real wind gusts perturbations. The proposed embedded algorithm control improves the stabilization of an UAV in the presence of real wind gusts with average of 8 m/s. The proposed algorithm improved the UAV behavior as shown by the GPS position experimental results, decreasing the wind effect on the translational movement of the aircraft.
