        설비보전 자격검정을 위한 직무분석 모형 구축

        Job analysis is essential in the development of vocational education and hiring course as well as developing guidelines for vocational qualification exams. However, due to inadesuacy in systematic job analysis in the past, development and revision of educational programs, vocational training standards and guidelines for examination questions not only lack efficiency and Connectivity, but are also becoming a waste of resources. The purpose of the research lies in developing methods of job analysis and procedure models for establishment of a system that efficiently links education, training and qualification by understanding the job analysis. The purpose also lies in developing basic materials for vocational education and training course as well as developing guidelines for examination questions through job analysis on plant engineering in the field. Job analysis was conducted according to the newly established job analysis procedure and form for plant engineering mentioned above, and as a result, knowledge, function and tool were obtained and vocational education and training course as well as guidelines for examination questions were developed.

      • 탈수 칼륨 및 칼슘-제올라이트 A 구조에서 큰바구니의 8-고리에 존재하는 양이온 1가 및 2가와 골격산화물 이온에 대한 화학 특성

        Starting with the structural unit of 8-ring in supercage for dehydrated ?? and Ca-zeolite A, we studied chemical characterization and electronic structure and properties of monovalent ?? and divalent ?? cations with framework oxide ions of the above materials by semiempirical molecular orbital theory. On 8-ring in the supercage for dehydrated Tl and Ca-zeolite A, framework oxide ions are strongly bonded by chemical bonding. This results show structure stability of structural skeleton for z대lite A. When ?? or ?? cations are incorporated in 8-ring, framework oxide ions with ?? cation are bonded by chemical antibonding while framework oxide ions with ?? cation are weakly bonded by chemical antibonding. Charge transfer in ?? with framework oxide ions is moved ?? to 8-ring. Then, net charge of O atoms in 8-ring including ?? cation are increased. But, net charge of O atoms in 8-ring including ?? cation are decreased. With these results, we here indicate that ?? ion are located in the 8-ring and ?? ion are not located in the 8-ring. These results are supported by the recent X-ray experimental study by Kim et al..

        노인에서 한국판 행동통제척도의 표준화 및 타당도 연구

        The aims of this study are to demonstrate the reliability and the validity of the Korean version of Behavioral Dyscontrol Scale (BDS-K.) and to present the normative values of BDS-K among the Korean elderly. The BDS-K was administered in a standardized manner to 1,389 healthy volunteers aged over 65 years recruited from the cornmunity. The elderly with serious neurological, medical or psychiatric disorders were excluded using screening tests. BDS-K showed good intemal consistency (Cronbach's alpha=0.812), test-retest reliability (r=0.88) and inter-rater reliability (r=0.99). Age and educational level were found to affect BDS-K score. Based on this result, normative values of BDS-K. were calculated by age and educational level. The validity of the BDS-K were demonstrated in comparison with MMSE-KC (r=0.72). BDS-K is reliable and valid instrument for measuring executive function of the elderly. The normative values suggested by this study can be widely used as reference values to objectively interpret BDS-K scores of the Korean elderly.

        한천, Sodium Alginate 및 Carrageenan첨가가 유과(부수게)바탕의 품질에 미치는 영향

        This study was to evaluate effects of agar, sodium alginate and carrageenan on quality of Yugwa(Busuge) base. In the base preparation agar, sodium alginate and carrageenan were added 0.0, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 and 3.0%(w/w), respectively. Volume, shape, hardness. color(L, a and b value), crude lipid content and sensory evaluation(taste and crispness) of the Yugwa base was measured. Volume of the base was higher than control in case of 0.1~0.5%(w/w) agar, sodium alginate and carrageenan, of which sodium alginate was the highest. Shapes were similar to control. Hardness and crude lipid content was decreased proportional to amount of addition of the three seesweed polysaccharides. the whiteness(L-value) was increased but the yellowness(a-value) and the redness(bvalue) decreased. Taste and crispness were increased in the case of 0.1~1.0%(w/w) of sodium alginate, but agar and carrageenan decreased.

        설계공정과 제조공정 연동을 위한 PDM/CPC 통합 인터페이스 시스템 개발

        Recently, the situation of the new product development has been drastically changed. Also, the analysis of PDM(Product Data Management) has long been interested by researchers. PDM system is the system which collects and manages the information of the products in the products development process, especially in the design stages. They are hastening the implementation of PDM and CPC(Collaborative Product Commerce) for getting market initiatives and to get an advantage in competition through Product Collaboration. Industries begin to require the PDM which integrated design and manufacturing information concurrently to reduce the delivery time to market of new products. Finally from this study, I compared with the deduced model of methodology and the mod-el of ERP Systems implementation. Additionally, PDM/CPC System as decision making needs more to be provided the stage of system product collaboration process to get easy-of-use for diverse user than verified the model of ERP System implementations by many users

        팜유와 대두유가 유과 바탕의 품질과 저장성에 미치는 영향

        The shelf0life of Yugwa(Busuge)is very short because of the low oxidative stability of soybean oil which is conventionally used as the frying oil of Yugwa base with porous structures. To identify the possibility of replacing soybean oil with palm oil whose oxidative stability is high. POV(peroxide value). AV(acid value), colorness(L, a and b), hardness and sensory characteristics during storage of the Yugwa base fried with the soybean oil and palm oil stored in the anaerobic packaging or the aerobic packaging at 10 and 30℃ for 75 days were measured. POV and AV of the Yugwa base fried with palm oil were significantly lower than those of Yugwa fried with the soybean oil. Hardness and colorness were not different each other and, sensory evaluation was slightly higher than that fried with soybean oil. Lipid absorption amount was not significantly different between the Yugwa base fried with palm oil and the one fried with soybean oil.

      • 재조합 미생물, Escherichia coli MT201를 이용한 L-Threonine 생산성 향상

        의료 및 가축사료용으로 폭 넓은 용도를 지니는 _L-threonine의 대량생산을 위하여 _L-aspartate 생합성계 대사 변이주이며 _L-threonine 생산균주로 개량된 E. coli MT201를 이용하였다. _L-Threonine의 생산성 향상을 위한 일환으로 C. glutamicum으로부터 정제·회수된 pyruvate carboxylase 구조유전자 ORF를 E. coli 발현용 plasmid pTrc99A에 도입하여 plasmid pPC를 제작하였다. 변이주 E. coli MT201 균주에 plasmid pPC를 형질전환법으로 도입하여 과량의 _L-threonine을 생산하는 우수한 재조합 균주인 E. coli MT-pPC을 얻었다. Glucose를 단일 탄소원으로 사용하였을 경우 균체의 생육 및 _L-threonine의 생산량이 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 이를 극복하기 위하여 glucose와 citrate(sodium citrate와 ammonium citrate)를 각각 첨가한 결과 sodium citrate에서 우수한 결과를 flask배양을 통하여 관찰하였다. 적절한 sodium citrate의 첨가 비는 탄소원인 glucose와 sodium citrate의 첨가비가 3.5:1.5일 때 _L-threonine 생산량과 생육이 월등히 향상되었다. 이를 바탕으로 발효조를 이용한 유가배양에서 생산량 75.7g/L를 얻었다. 따라서 본 실험을 통하여 _L-threonine의 생산량이 획기적으로 증가하는 재조합 균주를 개발하였고 생산량도 향상시켰다. _L-Threonine, which is used in the medical field for amino acid infusion and in feedstuff for livestock, is an essential amino acid for man and animals. Microorganisms are genetically bred for industrial production of amino acids including _L-threonine. In this study, Escherichia coli MT201, which was obtained with the view of overproducing for _L-threonine, is the metabolic mutant for a biosynthetic pathway of aspartate family. E. coli MT-pPC was obtained for the improvement of _L-threonine production by introducing plasmid pPC, which is an expression vector for pyruvate carboxylase coding gene(pyc) of Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC13831 at E. coli MT201 strain. When only glucose was used for carbon source in E. coli MT-pPC, cell growth and _L-threonine production was reduced. For solving this problem, we added glucose and citrates in culture media. From the results, sodium citrate was more effective than ammonium citrate and the optimal ratio, which was the most efficient among those ratio employed here, was the 3.5 : 1.5 of glucose to sodium citrate. In our experiment, _L-threonine production, which was 75.7 g/L for 86 hr by E. coli MT-pPC added with 3.5 : 1.5 ratio of the glucose to sodium citrate in fed-batch culture, and these were higher than 1.2 fold of E. coli MT201 and 3.2 fold of E. coli MT-pPC, respectively, in glucose.

      • 마늘 잼의 저장과정 중 성상변화

        In order to make a functional jam containing garlic, sugar, acid and pectin were mixed with garlic and concentrated by heating the mixture under atmosphere or vacuum conditions. And changes of some physico-chemical properties of the garlic jam(i.e., color, textural properties, vitamin C) were investigated during storage at 30℃. It was found that lightness(L) was higher in sample of vacuum concentration than that in atmosphere concentration and redness(a) and yellowness(b) were higher in sample of atmosphere concentration. During the storage lightness was found to decrease for all samples with more drastic decrease in sample of atmosphere concentration where browning was more severely observed after 8 weeks of storage. In terms of textural properties, hardness, chewiness and gumminess were higher in sample of atmosphere concentration than that in vacuum concentration. And springiness and cohesiveness were higher in sample of vacuum concentration. Although sensory score for garlic jam found to be lower than that for the existing strawberry jam, the present garlic jam might have high marketability if considering its physiological value. 마늘을 이용한 기능성 잼을 제조하기 위하여 마늘에 당, 산, 펙틴을 첨가하고 평압과 감압에서 농축하여 마늘잼을 제조한 후 색도, 조직특성을 조사하고 30℃에서 저장하면서 색도, 조직의 변화, 비타민 C의 변화를 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 원료마늘의 일반성분은 수분 57.2%, 탄수화물 23.6%, 조단백 1.9%, 조지방 0.75%, 회분0.93%이었고 비타민 C는 8.4 mg/l00g이었다. 명도는 진공농축한 것이 평압농축한 것보다 높았고 적색도와 황색도는 평압의 것이 높았다. 저장기간에 따라 명도는 모두 감소하였으나 평압에서 농축한 것이 감압보다 크게 감소하였으며 갈변화가 저장 8주에는 심하게 나타났다. 마늘잼의 조직특성은 hardness, chewiness, gumminess는 평압농축이 감압농축에 비하여 높았고 springiness, cohesiveness는 평압농축이 낮았다. 마늘잼의 기호성은 딸기잼에 비하여 떨어지지만 기능성을 감안할 때 시장성이 매우 높을 것으로 판단한다.

        췌장을 침습한 위의 암육종 1 예

        Carcinosarcoma of the stomach is regarded as a rare malignant neoplasm composed of both carcinomatous and sarcomatous components in a given tumor. Few cases have been reported since 1904. This is a case of carcinosarcoma of the stomach in a 61-year-old man. He suffered from indigestion, vomiting, and epigastric pain. Endoscopic finding showed a huge protruding mass with intact mucosa on the posterior wall of the antrum up to the pylorus. Surgery was performed and carcinosarcoma with pancreatic invasion was confirmed by pathology.

        In this paper, we designed, implemented and evaluated 32-bit CLA adder with the ENMODL(enhanced NORA Multiple Output Domino Logic) logic style which is new dynamic CMOS logic. The circuit is implemented using 0.8㎛ CMOS double-metal process technology. It operates stably and the addition time is less 3.9 ns. The ENMODL logic style can improve the performance in the high-speed computing circuits depending on the degree of recurrence.
