Given a case of known dimensions, a collection of rectangular boxes of different size, and number of boxes of each type, the problem is to find suitable positions for placing the boxes in the case in such a way that spaces required can be minimized. You occasionally face this problem at business, shipment or truck cargo area. This paper developes three dimensional space cutting, space packing, space merging techniques. The method proposed is verified superious to any others with comparision.

동일하지 않는 병렬기계 시스템에서 지연작업수를 최소화하는 Tabu Search 방법

This paper presents a Tabu Search method to minimize a number of tardy jobs in the nonidentical parallel machine scheduling. The Tabu Search method employs a restricted neighborhood for the reduction of computation time. In this paper, we use two different types of method for a single machine scheduling. One is Moore's algorithm and the other is insertion method. We discuss computational experiments on more than 1000 test problems.

비대칭 외판원문제에서 호의 후보집합 결정

The traveling salesman problem (TSP) is an NP-hard problem. As the number of nodes increases, it takes a lot of time find an optimal solution. Instead of considering all arcs, if we select and consider only some arcs more likely to be included in an optimal solution, we can find efficiently an optimal solution. Arc candidate set is a group of some good arcs. For the Lack of study in the asymmetric TSP, it needs to research arc candidate set for the asymmetric TSP systematically. In this paper, we suggest a regression function determining arc candidate set for the asymmetric TSP. We established the function based on 2100 experiments, and we proved the goodness of fit for the model through various 787 problems. The result showed that the optimal solutions obtained from our arc candidate set are equal to the ones of original problems. We expect that this function would be useful to reduce the complexity of TSP.

加熱酸敗油 給與時 흰쥐의 血淸脂質에 미치는 vitamin B₆의 效果

This experiment is carried out to study influence of vitamin B₆ on serum lipids of rat fed with oxidized oil by heat. The experimental animals use 35 male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 100 ± 2g. They are divided into 5 groups and fed to experimental diets which are added to 10%, 15%, 20% oxidized oil by heat in addition to 0.01%, 0.04%, 0.06% vitamin B₆, Oxidized oil by heat is prepared from the soybean oil by heating at 180℃ for 50 hours. After feeding for 4 weeks, lipid concentrations of sera are as follows; 1. Body weights are higher in experimental diet groups than control diet group. 2. Liver weights are higher in experimental diet groups than control diet group, but spleen weights are lower in experimental diet groups than control diet group. 3. The contents of serum total cholesterol, free cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol are lower in experimental diet groups than control diet group. 4. The contents of serum triglyceride are significantly higher in experimental diet groups than control diet group. 5. The contents of serum phospholipid are lower in experimental diet groups than control diet group.

닭 coccidia의 純粹分離와 eimeria tenella의 鷄胎兒 培養에 관한 연구

Sporozoites inoculated into the cecal of 3 weeks SPF chicken through the cloaca for the propargation and purification of Eimeria tenella and 5×105.8 oocyst was recovered. The population of oocyst and mortality rate of chicken embryo ating were affected by culture condition of Eimeria tenella. Maximum oocysts yields were obtained inoculated with 10³ sporozoite in 10 days chicken embryo on 8th day after inoculatin and yield of ocysts was 1×105.3±0.2. Nine to ten days chicken embryos suitable to culture host of E. tenella because vigorous cell differentiation of CAM observed at 9 days after incubation. The allantoic cavity was proper route of inoculation for the oocyst production and the numbers of oocyst per chicken embryo were 1105.3. Cell division multiplication observed in inner-cell membrane of CAM after sporozoite inoculation, and lst, 2nd and 3rd generation schizont produce a large quantity of merozoite at 48 hours, 72 hours and 144 hours after inoculation, respectively. Macrogametocyte differentiation appeared by the 168 hours and sufficient oocyst obtained after 7 to 10 days of inoculation. Maximum yield of oocyst recovered on the 8th day after inoculation that was 1×105.3 and significantly higher than the 7th day. Most of oocysts observed in the urate deposits of CAM and very few oocysts appeared in the allantoic fluid. The sporulation rate of harvested oocysts on 7th and 8th day after inoculation showed 0.1% and 31.6%, respectively. It was conclude that the high temperature culture(41℃) decrease the fertilization rate as time goes by. Inoculation of Sporozoite cause coccidiosis with haemorrhage and an inoculum of 10³, 10⁴ and 105 sporozoites killed 12.5%, 79% and 100% of of eggs from coccidiosis on 7th days after inoculation.

With an appropriate choice of time-slice the conveyor system can be represented exactly as a dynamic flow network which can be solved by an efficient pure network algorithm.

민주공화주의 하에서 원활한 소통의 미학

본 연구는 민주공화국 하에서 소통의 문제점과 그 해결책을 논한다. 언론은 소통을 원활하게 하는 도구이지만, 현대사회의 언론은 자본주의의 재생산에만 관심을 가짐으로써 사회 내에서 소통의 미학 확산에는 소원했다. 사회는 경직되고, 자본주의 물질구조는 더욱 견고화된다. 이 연구는 현실적 의미에서 민주공화국의 원래의 의미, 그 의미와 소통의 문제, 그리고 그 해결책을 논한다. 즉, 본 연구는 ①소통의 의미가 무엇인지, 그리고 그 발달과정은 어떤 경로였을지, ②소통과 그 도구인 미디어는 공화정 하에서 어떤 기능을 하는지, ③공화정이 미디어의 발전과 관계를 맺어왔다면 원활한 소통의 미학은 무엇인지 등 연구문제를 풀이한다. 궁극적으로 본 연구는 사회 내 커뮤니케이션의 활성화에 관심을 갖는다. 더욱이 우리가 접하고 있는 새로운 개인의 디지털 미디어는 직접 참여와 ‘상호 작용성’의 확산으로 소통을 더욱 원활하게 하는 민주공화국을 잉태시킬 것 같다. 본고는 새로운 미디어 하에 소통의 활성화에 관심을 갖는다. This paper will discuss the problem of communication under Korean democratic republicanism. In modern Korean society, mass communication tools, such as the print media, movies, radio and television, are highly developed but the phenomena of social communication appears to be a great problem. Little by little, social inequality has become a major problem in Korea. The mass media has created a passive audience and only a few people actively participate in the decision making process. The ideas of republicanism can induce larger participation in the government. Under this ideology, civic virtue was a high norm of self-abstinence in ancient Greek society. The ways in which citizens directly participated in the discussion process of government issues at an agora, a gathering space found in marketplaces, provides a good model for suggesting solutions to the problems in Korea. In this paper, the communication strategies at the agora in Greece will be discussed at length. In addition, an explanation of James Madison’s ideas of republicanism will be given, including a detailed look at the essay ‘Federalist No. 10’ that encouraged freedom of the press as a way to limit the voice of ‘factions,’ or special interest groups as they are known today. Also, the history of Korean republicanism will be investigated as a way for the Internet media to create a participant democracy and republicanism because it can provide direct participation and interactivity. Finally, the paper will suggest that, similar to the situation in ancient Greece, the Internet can provide communication estheticism under new Korean democratic republicanism.
