서울 市內에서 販賣되고 있는 製造 會社 製品과 製果店의 Ice cream 10種의 營養價를 測定하여 얻은 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 水分 含量은 61.21~67.05%로 보고되어 있는 62.21~65.3%와 비슷하였다. 2. 組蛋白質의 含量은 3.07~5.05%로 보고 되어 있는 4.0%에 비하여 4種의 Ice cream이 낮은 含量이었다. 3. 組脂肪의 含量은 13.29~21.11%로 Federal standrd의 10~12.5%에 비하여 대체로 높은 편이 었다. 4. 組灰分의 含量은 0.49~0.98%로 1種을 제외하고는 보고 되어 있는 0.9%와 비슷한 含量이었다. 5. Total sugar의 含量은 16.28~20.90%로 보고 되어 있는 20.6~ 23.6%에 비해 약간 낮은 含量이었다. 6. 各 Ice cream 100g當의 熱量은 213.4~277.9Cal로서 高熱量 食品에 속한다고 볼 수 있겠다. The results of nutritional analysis on the Ice cream selling in Korea, were as the followings : 1. The water content of Ice cream analyzed was 61.21 to 67.05%, which is similar to the reported content in the references. 2. The content of crude protein was 3.07 to 5.05%. 3. The content of crude fat was 13.29 to 21.11% which is much higher value compared to U.S.Federal standasds of 10 to 12.5%. 4. The content of crude ash and total sugar were analyzed as 0.49 to 0.98% and 16.28 to 20.90% each. 5. The calory per 100g of Ice cream was 213.4 to 277.9 Cal which means that Ice Cream would be one of high caloric foods.

This research identified a disturbance regime caused by wild boar in a mature Quercus mongolica forest and analyzed the impact of this disturbance on the structure and distribution of herbaceous plants in Mt. Jeombong, Korea. We demonstrate that disturbance by wild boar was most frequent from winter to early spring, but also occurred year round. Areas which were frequently disturbed by wild boar included the mountain ridge, the mild slope on the north face, and sites with high concentration of Erythronium japonicum. The disturbance cycle by the wild boar in this region was estimated at approximately 2.8 years. The wild boar's reduced the community's species diversity and herbaceous coverage, and increased its evenness. This disturbance reduced the coverage of spring ephemeral; Veratrum nigrum var. ussuriense, Symplocarpus niponnicus, Anemone koraiensis and Corydalis turtschaninovii were particularly sensitive. In addition, summer green herbaceous plants such as Astilbe chinensis, Ainsliaea acerifolia, Meehania urticifolia, and Pimpinella brachycarpa were sensitive to the wild boar's. It was found that wild boar ate E. japonicum most selectively of all plants in this investigation area. In conclusion, together with micro-topography, wind, formation of gaps of a forest and rearrangement of litter layer, wild boar's disturbance is an important factor influencing the dynamic changes of an herbaceous community in a mature temperate hardwood forest.
RFID와 얼굴 인식을 이용한 폐기물 관리에 관한 연구

It prevents the problem beforehand such as second infection by an illegal disposal of the waste which is harmful for people, can solve the real problem caused by management and disposal of the waste, using the RFID that is kernel technology of the next generation in this paper. At first, it is possible to prevent managers' impure intention beforehand, using the authentication card that is storing managers' bio-information who is managing the hazard material. Also it suggests efficient solution that can offer better environment that previous managers' working environment, applying the RFID system to every stage, from the first point of the occurrence time of the waste modeled on general material distribution process to the final processing stage.

캐나다는 사우디아라비아, 베네수엘라 다음 세계 3위의 석유 매장량을 보유하고 있으며(BP, 2020), 이 중 약 97%가 오일샌드 형태로 부존하고 있다(CAPP, 2020). 이러한 중질유는 특히 서캐나다 지역에 집중되어 있으며, 가장 많은 자원량이 부존하고 있는 앨버타(Alberta) 주에는 약 1,654억 배럴 규모의 확인매장량(Proved reserves)이 있을 것으로 평가되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 미개발 지역이 많아 현재 전 세계에서 중질유 개발이 가장 활발하게 진행되는 곳이며, 유가 하락에도 상업적 생산을 가능하게하기 위한 최신 기술이 다양하게 적용되어 생산 및 운반효율을 높이기 위한 기술개발이 현재에도 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 앨버타 주에서도 매장량이 가장 많고 관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되는 아사바스카(Athabasca) 지역을 중심으로 오일샌드 분포양상을 분석하고자 한다.
