Caproic acid is a precursor substance for the synthesis of ethyl caproate, the main flavor substance of nongxiangxing baijiu liquor. In this study, Clostridium butyricum GD1-1, a strain with high caproic acid concentration (3.86 g/l), was isolated from the storage pit mud of nongxiangxing baijiu for sequencing and analysis. The strain’s genome was 3,840,048 bp in length with 4,050 open reading frames. In addition, virulence factor annotation analysis showed C. butyricum GD1-1 to be safe at the genetic level. However, the annotation results using the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes Automatic Annotation Server predicted a deficiency in the strain’s synthesis of alanine, methionine, and biotin. These results were confirmed by essential nutrient factor validation experiments. Furthermore, the optimized medium conditions for caproic acid concentration by strain GD1-1 were (g/l): glucose 30, NaCl 5, yeast extract 10, peptone 10, beef paste 10, sodium acetate 11, L-cysteine 0.6, biotin 0.004, starch 2, and 2.0% ethanol. The optimized fermentation conditions for caproic acid production by C. butyricum GD1-1 on a single-factor basis were: 5% inoculum volume, 35°C, pH 7, and 90% loading volume. Under optimal conditions, the caproic acid concentration of strain GD1-1 reached 5.42 g/l, which was 1.40 times higher than the initial concentration. C. butyricum GD1-1 could be further used in caproic acid production, NXXB pit mud strengthening and maintenance, and artificial pit mud preparation.

As an important part of the team of university teachers, the university administrative staff plays the significant role in order to make sure that the school teaching, scientific research and other work can be operated orderly and normally. At present, the high education in China is in an important stage of deepening the reform comprehensively, and also, the university administrative system is continuing to explore a new development path positively, which bring the new challenge to the professional ethical construction of university administration. Under such a situation, through classifying the professional roles and analyzing the characteristics of administrative management staff and on the basis of the modern forms of the university administrative professional ethics, this paper made double reflection to the experience and problems of administrative professional ethics in the university and put forward some practical path of the construction combining with the practice.
Surface effect on the necking of hyperelastic materials

Necking is a widely observed instability phenomenon. Surface tension often plays a significant role in the deformation of soft materials, especially at the micro scale, but its influence on the necking behavior of soft structures remains unclear. In this paper, we use the energy method to explore surface effects on the necking of soft plates and cylindrical bars under uniaxial tension. Analytical solutions are derived for the critical conditions of necking instability in the two types of structural components with a power-law constitutive relation. It is found that surface energy shows different impacts on their necking behaviors – it tends to postpone the occurrence of necking in soft plates but promote that in soft cylinders. This work not only deepens our understanding of the instability of soft materials but also helps design soft devices and robots.
An Enterprise Application Development Framework Which Changes According to Need – SmartADF

While there are a majority of enterprises using the J2EE technological structure design and solutions, it is difficult to fulfill the requirements in the complex and various, multi-point and wide-spread business implementation level by relying solely on object and interface oriented technology. SmartADF (Smart Application Develop Framework-Java) is a rapid application development framework. It is a framework suitable for developing the enterprise applications software based on J2EE framework. It adopts a strict hierarchical design. Hence, different levels of developers can find the right level to work. The use of interface coupling between the layers could be realized. It has been proved by the practice result that SmartADF provides a more abundant set of components and technical specifications to develop fast, stable and efficient enterprise applications compared with the traditional J2EE development framework, which improves the efficiency of developers.

The glomerular filtration barrier (GFB), composed of endothelial cells, glomerular basement membrane, and podocytes, is a unique structure for filtering blood while detaining plasma proteins according to size and charge selectivity. Structurally, the fenestrated endothelial cells, which align the capillary loops, are in close proximity to mesangial cells. Podocytes are connected by specialized intercellular junctions known as slit diaphragms and are separated from the endothelial compartment by the glomerular basement membrane. Podocyte-endothelial cell communication or crosstalk is required for the development and maintenance of an efficient filtration process in physiological conditions. In pathological situations, communication also has an essential role in promoting or delaying disease progression. Podocytes and endothelial cells can secrete signaling molecules, which act as crosstalk effectors and, through binding to their target receptors, can trigger bidirectional paracrine or autocrine signal transduction. Moreover, the emerging evidence of extracellular vesicles derived from various cell types engaging in cell communication has also been reported. In this review, we summarize the principal pathways involved in the development and maintenance of the GFB and the progression of kidney disease, particularly in kidney transplantation.
Beam position measurement system at HIRFL-CSRm

Beam position measurement system can not only provide the beam position monitoring, but also be used for global orbit correction to reduce beam loss risk and maximize acceptance. The Beam Position Monitors (BPM) are installed along the synchrotron to acquire beam position with the front-end electronics and data acquisition system (DAQ). To realize high precision orbit measurement in the main heavy ion synchrotron and cooling storage ring of heavy-ion research facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL-CSRm), a series of alignment and calibration work has been implemented on the BPM and its DAQ system. This paper analyzed the tests performed in the laboratory as well as with beam based on the developed algorithms and hardware. Several filtering algorithms were designed and implemented on the acquired BPM raw data, then the beam position and resolution were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the position precision was significantly improved from more than 100 μm to about 50 μm by implementing the new designed filtering algorithm. According to the analyzation of the measurement results and upcoming physical requirements, further upgrade scheme for the BPM DAQ system of CSRm based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology was proposed and discussed.
Research of Customer Loyalty Based on the Improved K-means Algorithm

During the iteration process, the traditional K-means algorithm is easily fall into local optimal solution. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed an improved Kmeans algorithm, and used the method of maximum distance equal division to select the initial cluster centers. We preset k cluster centers, and avoid it falling into local optimal solution. Apply this improved algorithm into e-commerce customer loyalty analysis, this paper put forward a customer loyalty analysis model using the parameters of shopping recency, shopping frequency, shopping monetary, customer satisfaction and customer attention, and used the improved K-means algorithm to analyze the RFMSA customer loyalty model. The studies show that the improved K-means algorithm and RFMSA model can effectively divide the loyalty of the e-commerce customer, it also can fully reflect the customer’s current value and potential value-added ability, and provide the basis that the e-commercial enterprises can adopt different marketing strategies for different target customers.
The Ethical Construction of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Post Epidemic Era

In the new era of normalizing the prevention and control of novel coronavirus, the promotion of the ethical construction of enterprises is beneficial to the standardization of corporate operation and the enhancement of its social influence and reputation. It also impacts the safety and influences the harmony of the entire economic society. This paper approaches this problem in three parts. Firstly, it defines the connotation and domain of ethical construction of CSR; Next, it analyzes the current status and problems CSR is facing; Finally, it proposes constructive and practical ways to solve these problems.
