      • The Effects of Information System Technology on The Savings Institutions

        In a study involving 52 large organizations in the savings institutions industry, the relationship between information systems technology (IST) structure and competitive strategy was investigated based on structural contingency theory. Structural contingency theory argues that organizational performance is contingent on the congruence between structure and contingent factors. Competitive strategy is considered to be the most important contingent factor among organizational context variables. Two dimensions of IST structure and three types of competitive strategy were employed to test a contingency model. It was found that enhanced congruence between IST structure and competitive strategy was associated with higher competitive advantage. The structural dimension significantly associated with the "defender" strategic stance was more centralized and more integrated application of IST, while the structural dimension significantly associated with "prospector" positing was more decentralized and less integrated application of IST.

        心悸와 關聯된 經穴을 支配하는 神經元의 標識部位에 對한 硏究

        最近에 많이 利用하는 神經解剖學的 追跡子인 WGA-HRP와 CTB를 使用하여 心悸와 關聯하여 臨床에서 利用되는 神門(H?) 內關(P?) 心兪(B?) 厥陰兪(B?) 및 단중(CV?)을 선택하여 흰쥐에서 이와 相應하는 經穴部位를 支配하는 神經細胞體 및 神經纖維의 標識部位를 中樞神經系內에서 形態學的으로 觀察하였다. 本 實驗 結果로서 心臟의 標識部位와 神門 內關 心兪 厥陰兪 단중의 標識部位 사이의 類似點을 볼 수 있었으며, 또한 心臟에서의 交感神經細胞體 領域의 별모양신경절, 神門에서의 脊髓神經節에 標識된 感覺神經細胞體의 領域과 脊髓에 投射되는 感覺神經纖維, 內關의 脊髓神經節에 標識된 感覺神經細胞體의 領域과 脊髓에 投射되는 感覺神經纖維에서는 左側이 右側보다 優勢하게 標識되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 것은 心臟疾患의 主要徵候의 하나인 心悸에 多用되는 神門 內關 心兪 厥陰兪 단중과 心臟의 神經解剖學的 聯關性을 보여주며, 經絡과 經穴의 機能的 實體를 짐작할 수 있게 해준다. 또한 心臟 및 神門 內關의 標識部位가 左側에서 優勢하게 標識되는 것은 心臟痛의 특징인 右側 上肢보다 左側 上肢에 優勢하게 나타나는 것과도 관련이 있을것으로 思料된다. The location and local arrangement of the motor, sensory neurons and the primary afferent fibers within the brain stem, the nodosal ganglia, the spinal ganglia, the spinal cord and the sympathetic ganglia projecting to the rat's heart and the acupoints B14, B5, CV17, H7 and P6 were investigated by the HRP histochemical staining methods and the CTB immunohistochemical methods following injection of 5% WGA-HRP and 1% CTB into the heart and the acupoints B14, B5, CV17, H7 and P6. 1. The parasympathetic motor neurons innervationg the rat's heart were founded within the nucleus ambiguus, rostoventral reticular neucleus of reticular formation, dorsal motor nucleus of vagus nerve in the brain stem. The sensory nerve fibers in the brain stem were founded in nucleus tractus solitalius in the caudal portion and area postrema of medulla oblongata. The sympathetic motor neurons innervating the rat's heart were labeled within the left and right stellate ganglia, the left and right T4-T9 sympathetic chain ganglia, left side was much more labeled than the right side. The sensory neurons projecting to the rat's heart were founded in the left and right nodosal ganglia, in the left and right C8-T5 spinal ganglia. The primary afferent fibers projecting to the rat's heart were labeled in the dorsolateral part, middle part and medial part of lamina I-V within the C8-T9 spinal cord segments. 2. The priamry afferent fibers projecting to the rat's acupoints B14, B15 were labeled in the left and right posterior horn of lamina I-V within the C8-T7 spinal cord segments, and motor neurons were observed in the left and right anterier horn within the C8-T7 spinal cord segments. The sympathetic motor neurons innervating the rat's acupoints B14, B15 were labeled within the left and right superior cervical ganglia, middle cervical ganglia, stellate ganglia and the left and right T4-T9 sympathetic chain ganglia. The sensory neurons were founded in the T1-6 spinal ganglia. 3. The primary afferent fibers projecting to the rat's acupoint CV17 were labeled in the left and right posterior horn of lamina II-VI within the C7-T6, and motor neurons were observed in the anterior horn within the C7-T6 spinal cord segments. The sympathetic motor neurons innervating the rat's acupoint CV17 were labeled within the left and right middle cervical ganglia, stellate ganglia and the left and right T4-T6 sympathetic chain ganglia. The sensory neurons were founded in the T2-5 spinal ganglia. 4. The primary afferent fibers projecting to the rat's acupoint H7 were labeled in the medial part, middle part of the left and right posterior horn of lamina II-VI within the C5-T2 spinal cord segments, and motor neurons were observed in the left and right anterior horn within the C8-T1 spinal cord segments. The sympathetic motor neurons innervating the rat's acupoint H7 were labeled within the left and right middle cervical ganglia, stellate ganglia. The sensory neurons were founded in the C6-T6 spinal ganglia, left side was much labelled than right side. 5. The primary afferent fibers projecting to the rat's acupoint P6 were labeled in the medial part, middle part of the left and right posterior horn of lamina II-VI within the C5-T2 spinal cord segments, left side was much more labelled than right side, and motor neurons were observed in the left and right anterier horn within the C5-T1 spinal cord segments. The sympathetic motor neurons innervating the rat's acupoint P6 were labeled within the left and right middle cervical ganglia, stellate ganglia. The sensory neurons were founded in the C6-T1 spinal ganglia, left side was much labelled than right side. This results were neuroanatomically suggested that the location of rat's motor and sensory neurons innervating the acupoints(B14, B15, CV17, H7 and P6) related to the palpitation were closely related to those innervating the heart.

        The surface rolling, one of the plastic working processes, provides good surface roughness with the reduction of diameter and the increase of surface hardness. In this study KBC bearing 6000zz bearing were used for surface rolling on SM20C steel the results obtained as follows : 1) The good surface roughness can be obtained with rolling surface radius of curvature of 24mm after the 2nd rolling. 2) The reduction of specimen diameter of SM20C steel were -10.8mm due to rolling.

      • 가령에 따른 백서의 하악와 섬유층 세포내 vimentin 면역양성 중간세사의 출현

        백서에 있어서 하악와에 가해지는 기계적 부하의 증가와 관련하여 나타나는 조직의 반웅중 특히 하악와 섬유층의 섬유모세포의 세포질내에 다량으로 나타나는 중간 세사가 무엇인지, 또한 이 중간 세사의 출현이 가령 및 기계적 부하의 증가와 상관관계가 있는가를 규명하기 위하여 백서를 생후 14일, 28일 55일, 성쥐(체중 300g 이상)군으로 나누어 악관절 부위를 적출하여 면역염색을 실시한 뒤 광학 현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 생후 14일군에서 vimentin 면역양성반응을 나타내는 세포는 전혀 관찰되지 않았다. 생후 28일군에서는 하악과 관절면의 섬유층에서 vimentin 면역양성반응을 나타내는 세포를 다수 관찰할 수 있었다. 특히 하악와 관절면의 중심부에서 많이 관찰되었으며 모양은 섬유모세포와 비슷하게 방추형으로 나타났고 핵의 주위에서 반응이 관찰되었다, 55일군에서는 하악와 관절면의 섬유층, 특히 하악와의 중간 부위에서 다량의 vimentin 면역 양성 세포를 관찰할 수 있었으며 이들 세포들은 방추형을 나타내어 섬유모세포와 유사한 양상을 보였다. 면역양성반응은 주로 핵주의의 세포질에서 핵을 둘러 싸고 있는 양상으로 나타났다. 성쥐군의 경우에도 하악과 관절면의 섬유층에서 다량의 vimentin 면역 양성 세포를 관찰할 수 있었으며 하악와의 중간부위에서 반응이 잘 나타났고 반응은 핵 주위의 세포질에서 관찰되는 등 대체로 55일군과 비슷한 양상을 보였다. 본 실험의 결과를 통해 가령에 따라 또한 incision 및 저작에 따른 기계적 부하의 증가와 관련하여 백서의 하악와에서 vimentin 면역양성 세포가 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate what the intermediate filaments in the cells of rat mandibular fossa fibrous fibrous layer are and any relationships between the presence of these filaments and aging. Mandibular fossae of 4 groups of rats(14-day, 28-day, 55-day and adult groups) were removed en bloc and processed for immunostaining and were subjected to light microscopic examination. The results were as follows: In 14-day group, there were no immunoreactive cells in fibrous layer of mandibular condyle articular surface. But in 28-day group, many immunoreactive cells were seen in fibrous layer, especially central portion of articular surface of mandibular fossa. These cells were fusiform shaped and immunoreactivities were seen in the cytoplasm around the nucleus. In 55-day group many immunoreactive cells were seen in fibrous layer of mandibular fossa. These cells were fusiform shaped and distributed evenly in central portion of this fibrous layer. Immunoreactivities were sseen in the cytoplasm around the nucleus. In adult group, the results were similar to 55-day group. Many immunoreactive cells were seen in fibrous layer of mandibular fossa especially central portion. According to these results, vimentin immunoreactive filaments appear with aging and increment of mechanical load associated with incision or mastication.

        Modern states have guaranteed the right of economic and social live as well as the civil liberties, and also intervened actively in national life for the public benfit. In order to actualize these things, states assume the form of "Administrative state" built up the executive strength. Administration means the legal action which can realize the national aims, one is the aim for the existence and activity of nation itself, and the other is the social aim for the public benefit. Therefore, korea has adopted various policies enacted the law of Administration, and put it in operation on behalf of the performance of the aims. As a matter of fact, the performance of the policy for national existence, development and benefit clings to the establishment of proper national view through political education. Generally, education contains the dualism of educational view. So to speak, they are "Homo Sapiens" and "Homo Faber". If these two can correspond with each other and develop, the country will improve for sure. This study analyzes some problems resulted from training human bodies and the effectiveness of the law of National Physical Education. 1. People don't have sound mind due to the lack of experience, understanding, and participation in physical education. 2. When the law of National Physical Education was established, the assumption of omniscence, the adoption of best-fitted suggestion, the establishment of the best purpose, and the image of rational economic person were not considered. 3. The law of National Physical Education doesn't include the image of desirable future, the perspective of desirable development, the line of preferable actions, and the policy-intention. 4. It is so passive to participate in the physical activities in schools and work places, and to observe the law of Administration. The administrative function containing the execution and control of the law is very weak, and the advanced specialty is short. 5. The good understanding and participation in physical education should be made by the appropriate educational view, and as for establishing policies, optimal model must be introduced. The execution of the law of National Physical Education should have effect on everyone. And it is very urgent to suggest the concrete devices about the law of National Physical Education for the sake of making walfare state.

      • V/f 一定 制御 多重 電流形 인버어터에 의한 誘導電動機 驅動 시스템 特性

        誘導電動機가 인버어터에 의해서 驅動되는 경우에 機器의 大容量化에 따라서 電流形 인버어터를 使用하는 例가 많은데, 電流形인버어터는 大容量化함에 따라서 인버어터 內部回路에 轉流캐패시터 容量이 增加되고 充電, 放電時 出力電壓에는 스파이크 成分이 發生하게 된다. 이와같은 狀態는 出力側 電流에 多數의 高周波가 包含되어 電動機의 發生토오크는 脈動하게 되어 負荷側에 좋지않은 영향을 미치게 된다. 本 硏究는 旣存 電流形인버어터의 動作時에 電壓 스파이크 및 出力側 電流에 包含되는 多數의 高周波를 除去하고 出力側에 包含되는 電壓 스파이크 成分을 抑制하기 위해서 VCC(Voltage Clamping Circuit)를 附加함으로써 負荷側의 좋지않은 影響을 除去할 수 있다. 또한 인버어터의 轉流時 轉流 캐패시터의 에너지 損失, 轉流 캐패시터와 클램핑回路의 容量을 設定할 수 있는 方案을 提示하고, 旣存 電流形인버어터의 特性을 考察함과 同時에 多重 電流形인버어터의 出力側 波形 改善과 電動機의 V/f 一定 슬립 周波數로 速度制御할 수 있는 方案을 提示하였다. 多重 電流形인버어터 시스템을 ONE CHIP 마이크로컴퓨터로 制御하여 인버어터를 驅動, 出力 波形 및 速度制御등 改善된 結果를 얻을 수 있다. In proportion to the capacity of Induction Motor controlled by Current Source Inverter, the capacitance of the commutation capacitor is enlarged and spike value of output voltage is increased at the moment of charge and discharge. In this way, these lead to a bad effects on performance of Induction Motor in the load that a Current Source Inverter involves a number of harmonic components of oupput current and torque ripple. In this study, by adopting the multiple Current Source Inverter torque riple is generated by the voltage spikes, excluding a great number of harmonics are mostly eliminated. To reduce voltage spikes comprised in the output voltage, particularly, the methodes of eliminating the cause of bad effect upon the load by additional use of Voltage Clamping Circuits, and of commutating capacitor and of selecting the value of commutation capacitor energy loss and characteristic of conventional nultiple Current Source Inverter in commutating are proposed. At this time, to motor speed controll at the constant V/F grequency is applied. Using a Single Chip Microprocessor control is improved to operating the multiple Current Source Inverter, these experimental results are obtained in this paper.

The results showed that the information system of small and medium companies is in the beginning stage. Moreover successful factors are not able to define because of describing the information technology's vagueness.

      • 평벨트에 작용하는 장력과 미끄럼속도 및 마찰특성에 관한 고찰

        The belts has been used for power transmission between two shafs. The belts do grinding between grain size of grinding and workpiece, and the necessary power is transmitted by friction between belt friction surface and pulley. The flat belts for power transmission are composed of tensile element and friction surface. Resulting from the strength, flexibleness and durability, the cotton belts has generally been used. In this paper, I have studied on the relation of tensile forces belt and pulley for cotton flat belts and for normal and tangencial friction forces distribution. I have compared them with their friction characteristics and it was suggested theoretical formula as a surface model. I have studied on the phenomenon creeping, sliding velocity and fric-tion coefficient of friction surface.

      • 열원에서의 증기응축을 위한 냉각장치의 랜킨사이클에 대한 고찰

        Heat engine that changes heat energy into mechanical work does heat exchange between high heat source and low while working fluid undergoes cycle process. When you design and operate a heat engine you should consider not only the cycle itself but the heat exchange process and should calculate the optimum condition. In high heat source there is a heat loss of itself owing to different temperature with surroundings and part of heat transmitted to working fluid in cycle also discharges directly into the air because of heat loss at pipe arrangement and the turbine. In this paper I examined on the output change and the maximum output condition in accordance with the operation condition of reversible cycle and on the operation condition of the cycle to calculate the maximum output by Rankin cycle. I studied on the typical Rankin Cycle by calculationg outputs with various operation condition and examined the results.
