Background : This study was carried out in order to investigate the discrepancy between the histology obtained through the preoperative endoscopic biopsy and post operative resection. Methods :To analyse the factors affecting the discrepancy 280 cases, in 270 gastric adenocarcinoma patients who underwent surgical operation in this hospital since 1st August, 2004, to 31st July 2005, were subjected to present study. Histologic types were categorized into well-differentiated tubular(WD-T), moderately-differentiated tubular(MD-T), poor-differentiated tubular(PD-T), signet ring cell carcinoma, and papillary adenocarcinoma(Pap). The data is gender, tumor marker, concordance of pathologist, tumor location, T and N factor, and stage in this study Results : From the cases exhibiting WD-T, MD-T, PD-T, and SRC in endoscopic biopsy,52.9%, 60.4%,38.9% and 65.6%, respectively, showed the same pathology in resected specimen. The sensitivity was analysed as 70.3%, 52.9%, 26.9%, 80% respectively. For the statistically significant factors affecting the pathologic discrepancy, male patient showed higher discrepancy. In this cases, the discrepancy rate of gender is 49% in male, 34% in female patients with elevated CEA level had higher discrepancy. And that is statistically significant factors affecting the pathologic discrepancy. However, Patients with elevated CA19-9 levels also showed higher discrepancy, but no significance. Also, There is no difference about discrepancy according to concordance of pathologists who reported histologic biopsy, in the preoperation and postoperation. When discrepancy was presented, 44.9% was reported in accord case, 44.2% was reported in discord case with respect to pathologist. As for the discrepancy following the location of tu or, data showed less discrepancy, in cases where tumor was located at the lower 1/3, but this showed no significance. In the change of pathologic results based on T,N factor, It showed no significance.but, it is noticeable in mucosal, submucosal cancer that was reported 32.2% and 57.4% present rate of discrepancy, patients with elevated stage had higher discrepancy, but this showed no significance. Conclusions : The statistically significantly factors that affected the pathologic discrepancy were gender, and rise in CEA level. Mucosal and submucosal cancer showed discrepancy in 32.5% and 57.4% respectively, and further study is thought to be necessary. Also, further retrospective study with more cases is thought be needed for early gastric adenocarcinoma

학교체육 경영 활성화를 규정하는 조직풍토요인의 분석 : In the Case of the Managerial Organization for School Physical Education

This paper refered to the managerial organization for school physical education. But reports of this type of study have apparently not been published to date. Then in this paper it was indicated that the managerial organization should be discussed from three view points; (1) correlation between the school organization and managerial organization for physical education. (2) contingency theory. (3) motivational approach. The purposes of this paper. therefore, were to clarify the structure of the organizational climate and to analysis the relation between the organizational climate and the effectiveness of managerial organization. The survey was conducted at 7 primary school and 6 junior high school by questionnaire, and the subjects were 312 teachers. The summary of the results were: 1) The organizational climate of a school was consisted of six clements as follow: Maintenance, Cooperation, Task Achievement Job efficiency, Disengagement. Hindrance. These elements were integrated two dimensions that were HUMA-SYSTEM and TECHNICAL-SYSTEM. 2) The correlation between the organizational climate and Integration-Latency function of the managerial organization was significant high. Especially the organizational identification of the managerial organization was significant high. Especially the organizational identification which was one of the effectiveness variables was influenced most strongly by HUMAN and TECHNICAL-SYSTEM dimensions. 3) The positive attitude toward physical education services of teachers created innovation of management for physical education.

학교체육경영에 있어서 교사의 직무태도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

The purpose of this paper two to find out elements which have an effect on teacher's behavior and job satisfaction/dissatisfaction on physical education services in the managerial organization. These elements were called "Determining Factors of Job Accomplishment", and divided into immanent and external side in job. The former was defined as a sense that teachers have directly throughout job accomplishment, and the latter meant the organizational context of teacher's job accomplishment. It was assumed that the relation between some organizational elements and teacher's behavior would be conditioned by contingency variables as follow: types of physical education service, sex. Data were collected from 138 teachers in elementary schools and lower secondary schools by questionnaires in the fall of 2003. The summary of the results was: 1) In every of service job immanent side affected the positiveness of job accomplishment behavior. 2) Any categories of job external side have no effect on teacher's behaviors in Club Service(C.S). While in Program Service(P.S.) 4 categories: teachers group, principal, chief of physical education teachers, physical education service, related to daily behavior. And in addition to these 4 categories well-filled material condition was important in Area Service(A.S.). 3) Female teacher was activated only by job immanent side, while male teacher's activity was influenced by both sides. It was suggested that as to organizational power, the male accepted more compliantly than the female. 4) High job satisfaction exalted the willingness to job accomplishment but job dissatisfaction did not have relation to in it every services. 5) About the same factors provided for job satisfaction and dissatisfaction in C.S. but determining factors of both feelings to job were different in P.S., that is, job immanent side and the policy of services contributed to job satisfaction, fully equipped social and physical conditions reduced dissatisfaction.

A Study on FIFA Partner Adidas of 2022 Qatar World Cup Using Big Data Analysis

The purpose of this study is to analyze the big data of Adidas brand participating in the Qatar World Cup in 2022 as a FIFA partner to understand useful information, semantic connection and context from unstructured data.Therefore, this study collected big data generated during the World Cup from Adidas participating in sponsorship as a FIFA partner for the 2022 Qatar World Cup and collected data from major portal sites to understand its meaning. According to text mining analysis, ‘Adidas’ was used the most 3,340 times based on the frequency of keyword appearance, followed by ‘World Cup’, ‘Qatar World Cup’, ‘Soccer’, ‘Lionel Messi’, ‘Qatar’, 'FIFA’, ‘Korea', and ‘Uniform’. In addition, the TF-IDF rankings were ‘Qatar World Cup’, ‘Soccer’, ‘Lionel Messi’, ‘World Cup’, ‘Uniform’, ‘Qatar’, ‘FIFA’, ‘Ronaldo’, ‘Korea’, and ‘Nike’. As a result of semantic network analysis and CONCOR analysis, four groups were formed. First, Cluster A named it ‘Qatar World Cup Sponsor’ as words such as ‘Adidas’, ‘Nike’, ‘Qatar World Cup’, ‘Sponsor’, ‘Sponsor Company’, ‘Marketing’, ‘Nation’, ‘Launch’, ‘Official’, ‘Commemoration’ and ‘National Team’ were formed into groups. Second, B Cluster named it ‘Group stage’ as words such as ‘Qatar’, ‘Uruguay’, ‘FIFA’ and ‘group stage’ were formed into groups. Third, C Cluster named it ‘Winning’ as words such as ‘World Cup Winning’, ‘Champion’, ‘France’, ‘Argentina’, ‘Lionel Messi’, ‘Advertising’ and ‘Photograph’ formed a group. Fourth, D Cluster named it ‘Official Ball’ as words such as ‘Official Ball’, ‘World Cup Official Ball’, ‘Soccer Ball’, ‘All Times’, ‘Al Rihla’, ‘Public’, ‘Technology’ was formed into groups.

수소손상 검출과 평가기술

산업현장에서 수소는 설비를 손상시킬 수 있는 주원인 중의 하나이며, 종종 설비를 파괴시키는 사고를 발생시킨다. 수소손상에 의한 결정립계의 공동 또는 미세균열은 강재의 파괴인성과 강도를 떨어뜨리는 원인이 되고, 따라서 과거 제한적인 방법으로 수소손상을 평가하기 위한 시도가 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 초음파를 적용하여 수소손상을 검출하고 평가하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 미세조직시험에 의해 확인된 시험편을 이용하여 초음파의 속도와 감쇠계수를 구한 결과, 수소손상에 의해서 초음파 속도는 감소하고 감쇠는 현저하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 수소손상을 검출하기 위한 신뢰성 있는 평가법을 제시하였다. The presence of hydrogen in industrial plants is a source of damage. Hydrogen attack is one such form of degradation and often causing large tube ruptures that necessitate an immediate shutdown. Hydrogen attack may reduce the fracture toughness as well as the strength of steels. This reduction is caused partially by the presence of cavities and microcracks at the grain boundaries. In the past several techniques have been used with limited results. This paper describes the application of an ultrasonic velocity and attenuation in hydrogen damage. Ultrasonic tests showed a decrease in wave velocity and an increase in attenuation. Such results demonstrate the potential for ultrasonic nondestructive testing to quantify damage. Based on this study, reliable recommendation is suggested to detect hydrogen attack.
