건설산업의 성과지수 개발을 위한 핵심성과지표 : 건설기업 대상 KPI를 중심으로

The Performance Measurement in the construction industry is more important recently. Various researches about PMS (Performance Measurement Systems), such as the government-oriented PMS in U.K. have been done. As growing concern at new vision and target in the Korean construction industry, it is needed to manage the growth of the construction industry using performance measurement. The purpose of this study is to recommend the framework for development of PI(Performance Index) and KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) focusing on the Korean construction industry. First, the framework for development of PI is suggested through literature survey and studying cases performed in the U.K. Second, KPls are suggested through analyzing limitations and problems appeared in the existing researches, questionnaire survey, and interviews to verify and supplement limitations and problems. Finally, the validity of the proposed KPIs are validated by three case studies. This study also suggests the expected effects and further research fields.

Fibrous dysplasia is a rare fibroosseous lesion characterized by replacement of normal spongiosa and filling of the medullary cavity of affected bones by an abnormal fibrous tissue. the skeletal structure. Its appearance in infancy is extremely rare. The authors report a case of maxillary fibrous dysplasia observed in a 36 days old infant as a left maxillary swelling. Excisional biopsy was performed to confirm diagnosis. At 1 year follow up, no new growth has been observed without further treatment. This is the youngest case never reported at any references.

Benign symmetric lipomatosis is a rare disease. Its main characteristic is the symmetric massive deposits of adipose tissue, in unencapsulated form, predominatly on the neck, shoulder, back and upper exterimities. We report a case of a sixty one years old man with benign symmetric lipomatosis. He had a history of alcoholic liver cirrhosis. Due to cosmetic defomity, he wanted surgical treatment. We did a cervical lipectomy. He was satisfied with the result, and there was no evidence of recurrence.

An accessory ostium can be found in the posterior fontanelle of the maxillary sinus during endoscopic examination of the nasal cavity in approximately one quarter of patients. It is not uncommon to find an accessory ostium in a CT scan. Recently, we removed a polyp from inferior meatus of a thirteenyears old girl. After polypectomy, we found accessory ostium of maxillary sinus in the inferior meatus. As far as we know, this is the first case of ectopic accessory ostium of maxillary sinus.

The purpose of this study is to increase the operational efficiency of Tact Planning and Scheduling through effective labor control based on fairly reasonable creation of work area. The main result of the study are as follows: 1) Specific section of work area for electric work lead to no division of zone between internal residence area and bathroom. And designate the work area of each floor so that it would manage labor control effectively. 2) When it comes to equipment work. It set up work area according to "floor" taking account into more frequent unit work comparatively than floor work. The study recommends that. As a future research, eventually aims at establishment of integrated system of labor control Tact Planning and Scheduling by combining respectively divided system into one.

노후공동주택 리모델링 사업 구성요소 및 유형매트릭스 연구

리모델링은 노후한 공동주택의 성능개선을 통해서 기존 공동주택의 유지·관리를 실현하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 2000년대 초부터 꾸준히 진행된 리모델링 사업은 기존 공동주택의 여건이 저마다 달라 사업추진을 비롯한 리모델링 사업활성화에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 리모델링 사업의 한계를 극복하고 리모델링 사업을 보편화하는데 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 리모델링의 사업구성요소와 유형을 제안하였다. 사업구성요소는 리모델링을 통한 주택의 성능향상과 사업성 측면을 기준으로 도출하였다. 사업유형은 구성요소를 바탕으로 실제 리모델링 사업사례를 분석하고 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 정립하였다. 또한 본 연구는 사업구성요소와 유형을 바탕으로 리모델링 사업모델을 일반화할 수 있는 리모델링 사업유형매트릭스를 제안하였다. 사업유형매트릭스는 리모델링 사업대상지별 사업여건을 사업구성요소에 따라서 정형화하는데 활용할 수 있다. 사업유형매트릭스는 리모델링 사업자와 주민이 손쉽게 리모델링 사업의 내용을 인지하고 공유하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Remodeling old multi-family residential becomes a major housing management strategy that focuses on deteriorated apartments improvement in South Korea. However, remodeling old multi-family residential experiences difficulties in covering conditions and needs which vary by each project. This study is to overcome these difficulties of multi-family residential improvement by establishing the component and general types of residential improvement projects. To conduct the research, the laws, policies, and projects of residential improvement are analyzed. Also, expert interviews are conducted to review the feasibility of those components and types. As a result, this study creates a matrix that illustrates various multi-family residential improvement projects in terms of housing improvement and project feasibility. This matrix is expectedly a platform to generalize models of residential improvement projects, which facilitate overall residential improvement projects in South Korea.
