In recent years, the growing interest in the wireless sensor network (WSN) has resulted in thousands of peer-reviewed publications. Most of this research is concerned with scalar sensor networks that measure physical phenomena, such as temperature, pressure, humidity, or location of objects that can be conveyed through low-bandwidth and delay-tolerant data streams. Recently, the focus is shifting toward research aimed at revisiting the sensor network paradigm to enable delivery of multimedia content, such as audio and video streams and still images, as well as scalar data. This effort will result in distributed, networked systems, referred to in this paper as wireless multimedia sensor networks (WMSNs). This article discusses the state of the art and the major research challenges in architectures, algorithms, and protocols for wireless multimedia sensor networks. Existing solutions at the physical, link, network, transport, and application layers of the communication protocol stack are investigated. Finally, fundamental open research issues are discussed, and future research trends in this area are outlined. Key Words : AFCI, Electrical Panel, ELCB, ZCT, NEC

Pelvic actinomycosis is a chronic granulomatous suppurative disease caused by an anaerobic grampositive organism Actinomyces israelii. It is com-monly associated with an intrauterine device(IUD) and can mimick pelvic or intra-abdominal malignant neoplasm. Ureteral obstruction leading to hydronephrosis is a rare complication of tubo-ovarian abscess. We experienced a case of hydronephrosis as a complication of pelvic actinomycotic abscess. The patient was a 46-year-old women presenting with fever and right flank pain. Leukocytosis and pyuria were present and a hydronephrosis was diagnosed by intravenous pyelography. Ultrasonography and a computerised tomography revealed a mass in right adnexum compressing the right ureter. Removal of retroperitoneal abscess and salphingo-oophorectomy were done and the diagnosis of actinomycosis was made by pathologic finding of resected mass. Postoperatively, the patient was treated with second-generation cephalosporin successfully. (Korean J Nephrol 2002;21(2):337-340)

The purpose of this study was to design and develop a creeper for can-manufacturing that is simple for farmers to operate, light-weighted, endurable, mobile and not space-restricted. Specifically speaking, the most optimal conditions including the most appropriate number of blades and the most optimal power levels were experimentally investigated to design a portable creeper with a built-in compressor. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Circular grooves were cut on the cylinder axle itself to allow air pressure be carried to the blades, so that complicated links were removed easier and successive working was achieved. 2. The most appropriate number of blades for honeybee work was found to be 16 and circular blades were the most efficient. 3. The most appropriate power level for honeybee work was 700kg and the most appropriate out-length of the blades was found to be less than 2mm with scratches minimized.

The main goal of this paper is to establish the overall management network structure for ATM network by adopting TMN concept. Hence, the overall management network structure for ATM network is consisted of many management elements; management layer elements and TMN's. This paper propose TMN management Unit for ATM network. And We choose the main network of overall management and ATM network based upon optical communication is also selected as TMN-DCN.
