축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

사카린 유도체는 제초제, 항독성, 살균제 등에 광범위하게 연구되어져 오고 있다. 새로운 농략 활성을 가진 물질을 합성하기 위해 먼저 선도물질로 사카린 1을 산화, 염소화 시킨 3-chloro-1,2-benzisothiazol-1,1-dioxide(BID-CI) 2와2cholromethy-1,2-benzisohizol-3-one1,1-dioxide 4를 합성하였다. 선도물질, amines, imidazoles, trones등과 반응시켜 다음과 같은 물질들을 얻었다. ; 3-cyclohexylamino-1,2-benzisothiazol-1,1-dioxide 6, 3-furylamino-1,2-benzisothiazol-1,1-dioxide 8, 3-(3-imidazol)-1,2-benzisothiazol-1,1-dioxide 10, 3-(2-methy-3-imidazol)-1,2-benzisothaizol-1,1-dioxide 12, 2-(3-imidazol)methy-1-1,2-benzisothiazol-3-one-1,1-dioxide 13, and 2-(-3-imidazol)methyl- 1,2-benzisothiazol-1,1-dioxide 14.

When large scales DG are connected to the distribution system of unidirectional power currents, bi-directional power currents are formed, making it impossible to use conventional overcurrent protection methods alone to detect and isolate fault sections for ground and short-circuit faults. To solve these problems, this study proposed the method of protection against single-line-ground fault of common neutral line multi-contact local power distribution system using distance relay and directional relay. The proposed protection method was applied to the common neutral multi-ground distribution system to validate the protection against single-line-ground fault through the PSCAD/EMTDC software package and efectively detect and isolate only the zone of single-line-ground fault without malfunctions.

The selective absorption ability of low density heavy metal(Pb(Ⅱ) ion or Cu(Ⅱ) ion) of eggshell(raw or boiled) is better than one of existing absorption materials in treatment ability and experimental condition. The elimination ability of chlorine of eggshell(raw or soiled) is worse than one of active carbon. In elimination of trihalomethane, the effect of treatment of eggshell is almost the same as one of pine cones. And surface of eggshell(raw or boiled) after absorption of heavy metal ion was observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). Application and availability of eggshell(raw or boiled) as absorption material need lots of experiments. The experiment on baked eggshell is proceeding.

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma is the most common soft tissue sarcoma in adult life and shows a mixed proliferation of both fibroblastic and histiocytic cells. Because of its highly variable morphologic pattern, this tumor has often been confused with other sarcomas such as pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma and liposarcoma. We report a case of malignant fibrous histiocytoma occurring in a 22-year-old male who presented with a adult's fist-sized mass with several brown colored nodules on the right buttock of 3 years' duration. Histologic findings shows spindle cells arranged in a storiform pattern characteristic of the typical pleomorphic malignant fibrous histiocytoma.

The 'The Optimum Design of Soil-Naiing System' aims to minimize the construction cost. The Construction cost is affected by many factors like resources, utilities, construction duration etc. However, the total length of the nail(total length of boared hole) is one of the most important factor for the cost of soil-nailing system. So, the total length of nail is chosen as a object function for this optimum problem. In this study, an analytical approach to develop the optimum design technique of soil-nailing system was made. For this purpose the Genetic Algorithm which adopted the Neural Network was used for searching algorithm. Also, the nailed-soil wall displacements expected during the construction stage were taken into account. The nailed-soil wall displacements were predicted by using the Neural Network. In addition, the systemetric disign method of soil-nailing facing element was proposed. Finally, Based on the developed optimum design technique of soil-nailing system, the estimation of importances of various design parameters was made in detail. Also, the optimum design technique was applied in a practical case for the comparison the suggested optimum design method and the ordinary design method. By the comparison the optimum shape of nailing system was proposed for the particular case.

This study aimed at an evaluation of the reliability and validity of Ewha Defense Mechanism Test(EDMT) for standardization during the period from June 25 to July 10 with nationalwide sample which was standardized by Rhee Kun Hoo. Kin Jae Un. Kim Jung Kyu. and Park Young Sook. The number of subjects were 1.323 who were sampled by the method of proportional stratification on age. sex. education. local area variables. This test is composed of 20 defense mechanism subscales and total items of the test are 200. The results were as follows : 1) The range of means of each scales were from 2.70 to 3.34 and the range of items standard deviation was from .71 to 1.28. 2) The corrected item-total correlation coefficients were than .10 for all items except two items which was the index of internal consistancy. 3) The spearman-Brown split-half reliability coefficients were more than .66 and the retest reliability coefficients were more than .72 for all scales. 4) By the evaluation of the cross validation with “16 Personality Factor Inventory”. it was found that 11 factors were consistent with expectation among 16 factors so that the result of cross validity was moderately sufficient. 5) By the factor analysis. four factors were extracted. Factor 1 was “unstable sensitization defense mechanisms”which were acting out, displacement, somatization. dissociation. projection. and passive-aggressive behavior. Factor 2 was “ego-expansive defense mechanisms” which were composed of controlling. distortion. altruism. humor. and sublimation. Factor 3 was “ego-denial defense mechanisms” which were reaction formation. bragging identification. and regressin. Factor 4 was “reality evasive defense mechanisms” which were denial rationalization. suppression. anticipation. and evasion.
