        2014년 10월 2일부터 4일까지 강원도 양양군 하조대 일대를 한국거미연구회 회원(김주필, 예용택, 신정애, 예성훈, 성민규, 이정준, 채준호)들이 조사 연구한 결과 11과 18속 20종이 채집되었기에 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of the Hajodae beach (Gangwon-Do, Yangyang-Gun). In the present paper 20 species of 18 genera belong to 11 families were identified. These specimens are deposited at the Joo-Pil Spider Museum, Namyangju-Si, Gyeonggi-Do.

      • 合成洗劑 生分解 및 環境毒性에 관한 硏究

        Alkyl benzene sulfonate, Persists for long Periods in stream because of its resistance to biologic degradation. Its biodegradation is varied in the environment. This investigation was undertaken in oder to know the biodegradation of synthetic detergents which are comprising soft and hard form from may to september 1990. The biodegradation by settling, aeration and activated sludge were determined. The reduction rates of ABS were 22.92%, 10.05% by settlings for 5 days at 25℃ and 52.20%, 82.74% by aeration and average rate 90.98% of LAS by the activated sludge processing. When activated sludge Processing is carried out in the 30% of LAS, the significant downfall of the biodegradation rate to 87.59% is caused by the withering up of bacteria activity as the poison of LAS directly affects microorganism. In dealing with the TLm of LAS systemed synthetic detergent during 24 hours has revealed 40 ppm and the TLm during 48 hours has revealed 24 ppm.

      • Adriamycin이 Mouse의 肝細胞 小器官에 미치는 影響

        Adriamycin(daunorubicin) which is an authracycline antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces peucetius var. caesius and is of very potent cytotoxic to mammalian cells both in vitro and in vivo, has been widely used in clinics in the field of cytotoxic chemotherapy. It is well known that adriamycin inhibits DNA and RNA synthesis in mammalian cells. Possible mechanisms accounting for the inhibitory effect of adriamycin include 1) interference of the template activities of the DNA by incorporating with DNA double helix; and 2) inhibition of the action of the DNA dependent DNA polymerase. Most of the active antitumor drugs have their major inhibitory activity during DNA synthesis. Unfortunately these compounds offer little, if any, specificity and they are about equally active against tumors and normal cells. The Author has demonstrated the effect of adriamycin on the hepatocytes of mice, observing changes in the cytoplasmic organelles of the hepatocytes. The animals of the adriamycin treated group were give 15mg of the antibiotic per kg of body weight of mouse in the form of adriamycin in distilled water and the animals of control group were given distilled water through intrapertioneal injections, respectively. After an administration of adriamycin or distilled water, the animals were killed at intervals of 6 hours and 12 hours. The specimens which were obtained from the anterior lobe of the liver, were stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate and observed with JEM 100B electron microscope. The results were obtained as follows; 1. Pronounced dilatation, sacculation and fragmentation of the cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum were associated with detachment of the membrane boundribosomes and disaggregation of free ribosomes in the cytoplasm. 2. The proliferation of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum associated with depletion of the glycogen particles were observed. 3. The formation of the autophagic vacuoles, multivesicular bodies and residual bodies were recognized in the hepatocytes of adriamycin treated mice. Consequently it is suggested that intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin would induce a degenerative changes of the cytoplasmic organelles of the hepatocytes in albino mice.

      • 연속 회분식 반응조를 이용한 Nightsoil 중의 유기물 제거에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 회분식 활성슬러지법을 이용하여 분뇨중의 유기물 제거에 관해 조사, 분석하였는데 같은 용적의 연속회분식 반응조(SBR, Sequencing Batch Reactors) 2기를 제작하고 처리량 및 유기물 부하변동에 대한 처리효율변화를 알아보기 위해 처리량을 달리하여 실험하였다. 시료는 분뇨처리장의 일차처리 유출수를 10배 희석하여 사용하였으며 SBR 1은 1일에 1cycle만 운전하여 0.5ℓ를 처리토록 하였고, SBRⅡ는 1일에 3cycle을 운전하여 1.5 ℓ를 처리토록 하였는데 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 유기물 제거율은 SBRⅠ이 BOD 92.4%, COD 86.6%, SS 94.5%이었으며 SBRⅡ는 BOD 92.5%, COD 94.3%, SS 94.3%로 처리량이 3배 많았던 SBRⅡ의 유기물 제거율이 SBRⅠ의 유기물제거율과 거의 유사하여 처리량 및 유기물부하 변동에 대한 회분식 활성 슬러지법의 적응능력이 매우 우수한 것으로 나타 났으며 2개의 반응조 모두 유입되는 유기물의 양에 비해 생성되는 슬러지의 양이 적었으므로 잉여슬러지의 폐기가 거의 불필요 하였다. 2. TKN 제거율은 SBRⅠ이 74.0%, SBRⅡ가 79.7%로 시료주입 및 반응을 매 cycle마다 2회로 나누어 실시하였던 SBRⅡ의 처리효율이 더 좋았으므로 질소제거율을 높이기 위해서는 가능한 시료주입 및 반응을 여러차례로 나누어 실시하는 것이 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 3. 계절별로 분뇨의 반입량변동이 매우 심한 읍면 분뇨처리장에 회분식 활성슬러지법을 적용시킬경우 반입량에 따라 cycle을 조절하여 유기물 부하 변동에 쉽게 대처함은 물론, 반입량이 적은 계절에는 cycle 중에서도 대기(Idle)시간을 길게 하므로서 전력비 및 유지관리비도 절감시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단 되었다. Some 1,100 ㎘/day out of 7,900 ㎘/day of collected night soil is treated by small scale rural type night soil treatment plants in Korea. In rural plants, night soil flow varies severely from season to season, thus, the conventional continuous flow activated sludge process is not so feasible technologically as well as economically. This study was carried out to evaluate the performance of Sequencing Batch Reactor(SBR)which can be adapted easily by varying organic loads. Two SBRs of same size were run treating 10 times diluted primary effluents with strength of 490mg/ℓin BOD, 2250mg/ℓin COD, 625mg/ℓin SS;for SBRⅠ, one cycle of feed, react, settle, draw, and idle per day to treat 0.5ℓ/day, and for SBRⅡ, three cycles per day to treat 1.5ℓ/day. The results could be summarized as follows; A. Organic removal efficiency 1) BOD of SBRⅠand SBRⅡeffluents were 37.0mg/ℓand 36.6mg/ℓin average, respectively. Organic removal efficiency of 92.4% for SBRⅠand 92.5% for SBRⅡ were obtained. 2) Average effluent COD from both reactors were same, 302mg/ℓ. Lower removal efficiency of 82.6% was obtained compared to BOD removal. 3) SS of SBRⅠand SBRⅡeffluents were 34.5mg/ℓand 35.5mg/ℓ, respetively. Relativly high SS removal efficieny, 94.5% for SBRⅠand 94.3% for SBRⅡ, was obtained. B. TKN Removal Efficiency. Average TKN removal efficiency was 74.0% for SBRⅠand 79.7% for SBRⅡ. SBRⅡ which had two times of feed and reaction per cycle showed higher efficiency than SBRⅠwhich had one time of feed and reaction per cycle. Therefore, it was thought to be desirable to increase time to fill and reaction for TKN removal. C. In spite of considerably different organic loads, both reactors showed satisfactory organic and nitrogen removal efficiency. This means that SBR process can be satisfactorily applied to the rural type night soil treatment plants. In both reactors, activated sludge produced was so small that the disposal of excess sludge was a minor problem.

        This study is a base research on which the Seoul National University of Education implements the subject of 'Social Service Activities' as part of the formal curriculum. The purpose of this study was to suggest a systematic program for the curriculum implementation. The major research methods of this study were the analysis of precedent literature regarding Social Service Actities, and the interview method. As the research results, this study presents the discussion products regarding the concept·characteristics·contents of social service activites, the present situation of service activites in Korea and other countries, the preparation/attitude of university students who are going to practise those activites. As far as the concrete curriculum implementation is concerned, this study suggests twofold specific ideas. First, this study presents ideas on the curriculum form such as regarding in which semeter the subject is open, how students apply for the subjects, how to designate advising professors, what is the role of the professors, how to evaluate the activity results of students, and how to select the relevant institutions in which the activities are carried out. Second, this study suggests to construct an curriculum implementation committee and to make a implementaion guide. The committee is supposed to carry out manage/control the social service curriculum, and consider important matters on the curriculum impletation.

        악관절 융기 증강술을 통한 습관성 악관절 탈구환자의 치험례

        Recurrent mandibular dislocation is frequent morbidity of temporomandibular joint relatively. There are many etiologic causes in TMJ disorders but, difficult to find obvious one. Various treatment methods have been utilized for a mandibular dislocation. It is categorized into two groups broadly - nonsurgical or surgical methods. The basic rationale of the surgical method is to allow free movement of the condyle by reducing height of articular eminence or to limit anterior excessive movement of the condyle by increasing height of articular eminence or soft tissue anchoring procedure. In this case, 69 year-old woman was treated by augmentation of the articular eminence with mandibular symphysial bone graft leading to osteosynthesis without difficulty. As a result, favorable postoperative outcome was obtained functionally without any complication or recurrence.
