활석을 이용한 사포나이트의 수열합성

삼팔면체형의 스멕타이트계 사포나이트(saponite)를 천연 광물질인 활석을 이용하여 수열법에 의해 합성하였다. 출발물질은 활석에 Na₂CO₃를 첨가하여 공기중에서 800℃로 가열한 후, 화학양론적 조성에 맞게 Al(No₃)₃·9H₂O 및 Mg(No₃)₂·6H₂O 금속염 수용액을 첨가하였고, pH는 7∼12 범위 내로 NH₄OH 수용액에 의해 조절하여 제조하였다. 수열반응 조건은 약 1리터의 수열반응 용기에서 230 ℃, 압력은 25∼75 kgf/㎠의 범위 내에서 10∼60시간이었다. 실험결과, 반응온도 및 회전속도를 230℃와 180 rpm으로 고정시킨 수열조건 하에서 반응시간, 반응압력, pH 조건을 각각 40시간, 25 kgf/㎠, 약 10으로 하였을 때, 그리고, 화학조성을 화학양론적 조성에 필요한 Na₂O의 양보다 200% 과량 추가하였을 때, 양호한 사포나이트가 합성되었다. 또한 압력을 75 kgf/㎠까지 증가시켜도 결정도에 미치는 영향은 미미하였으며, 반응시간이 길수록 더 좋은 결정도를 나타냈다. Saponite was synthesized from talc by hydrothermal method. The starting material was prepared by adding Al(N0₃)₃·9H₂0 and Mg(N₃)₂·6H₂O solution to the talc powder, which was previously activated in air at 800℃ together with Na₂C0₃. The alkalinity of the solution was controlled by NH₄0H solution. The autoclaving was carried out in the closed stainless steel vessel (about 1 liter) for 40 hours under the pressure of 25 ㎏f/㎠ at 230℃. The characterization of the reaction product shows that saponite was crystallized successfully. After the experimental results, pressure was not sensitive parameter in the range of 25-75 ㎏f/㎠, but longer reaction time results in better crystallinity.

Abstract-After biotransformation of myrcene with Aspergillus niger KCCM 32005, its neutral metabolites were isolated from the conversion broths and analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Myrcene was converted into various terpenoids. Among them the five compounds, which were considered to be important as flavor, were identified as follows; terpinen-4-ol. α-terpineol, trans-carveol, cis-carveol, and carvone. Higher production was accomplished when the amount of myrcene was kept at lower but steady concentration by portion-wise introduction to the culture broth.

Traditionally, chain of images have been highly valued in Japanese culture. Renga(linked. verse) and Haiku are good examples of this tendency. And the same chain of in images used in Kabuki parodic pictures. There's some principle about works of Kabuki parodic pictures that was subrikated in Edo period. First, parodic pictures are turning a power of its shape classical shapes could be a comedy through expressing or popularizing its power. And parody needs a reference, that is necessity of worked Benkei shows (Fudo's) pause in (Kanjincho), while it is on the stage, there must be a reference that Benkei just had to look like a (Fudo's) servant yamabushi. There was a lot a imitations a parody in the end of Edo period, though they have no value of literature. Parodies with necessities and references are another original writing through a subrication of images.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate whether elderly and young adults differ in their recognition of facial expressions of emotion. Methods : A total of 120 (elderly group 53, young group 67) subjects participated in this study. Korean facial expressions of emotion including happiness, sadness, fear, anger, disgust, surprise and neutral were used as stimuli for facial affect recognition test. Computerized facial affect recognition test that consists of facial affect discrimination test and facial affect intensity test was performed. Results : For facial affect discrimination test, there was a significant difference between two groups (F==3.986, P<.01) after controlling the effect of education. Elderly participants showed significantly less correct recognition rate with sadness, anger and disgust (p<.05). For facial affect intensity test, there was no significant difference between the groups in recognition of emotional intensity. Chi-square test or t-test was done according to the clinical variables. Multivariate analysis of covahance was done to test group differences of correct recognition rate and emotional intensity. Conclusion : This is the first report of differential decrease of facial affect recognition in elderly using Korean facial expressions. This study suggests that the decrement of facial affect recognition maye be a part of normal aging process.

기체 크로마토그래피를 이용한 유기산 및 아미노산의 동시분석에 관한 연구

N(O, S)-isobutyloxycarbonylation with subsequent solid-phase extraction and tert.-butyl-dimethylsilylation was described for the simultaneous gas chromatographic analysis of 19 protein and 12 nonprotein amino acids and 26 organic acids from aqueous samples. Linear responses in the range of 10∼100 ppm were obtained for the most of compounds studied with the correlation coefficient varying from 0.993 to 0.999. When the present method was applied to wine samples, 13 organic acids and 13 amino acids were screened simultaneously.

Extract of Centella asiatica(ECA), which is poorly water-soluble extract from the Centella asiatica is known to express excellent wound healing properties. ECA-β-cyclodextrin (asiaticoside-β-cyclodextrin and genin-β-cyclodextrin) solid dispersion system, which was prepared by freeze-drying method, was formulated as gels containing poloxamer 407 and propylene glycol, and evaluated with respect to their viscosity. stability, skin permeation and drug amount in the skin of hairless mouse. The average molar ratio asiaticoside-β-CD and genin-β-CD was 1:1,7 and 1:22, respectively. When the molar ratio of genin and β-CD was 1:5, madecassic acid made 100% solid dispersion system and asiatic and about 65%. In dissolution study, >99% of asiaticoside from asiaticoside-β-CD was dissolved in 5 minutes, and >99% madecassic acid and >64% asiatic acid from genin-β-CD. The apparent viscosity of poloxamer 407 gels with ECA-β-CD solid dispersion system increased in proportion to poloxamer 407 and gels showed that asiaticoside was most stable and madecassic acid stable and asiatic acid similar to stability of gel with free ECA. The permeation amount of asiaticoside in poloxamer gels through-hairless mouse skin decreased as the concentration of poloxamer 407 increased. When propylene glycol was added at the level of 10%, the permeation amount of asiaticoside at poloxamer gels through hairless mouse skin increased but from 15% it decreased. The permeation of asiaticoside into the skin of hairless mouse was estimated to be about 0.10 ㎍/㎠.

대구지역 일부 중학생의 건강증진행위와 관련요인

The propose of this study is to find out how well the middle school students are practicing the health Promotion behaviors and the factors relating their health promotion bahavior. Questionnaire survey on 922 middle school students attending 6 middle schools (three middle schools for each sex) located in Taegu City from the 7th through 19th of Feb. 2000 were conducted. The following were as follows; 1.The perceived health status is higher in male students than in female students(p<0.01). And the ratio of the students' feeling that they are healthy becomes also high in proportion to their economic status, and their mothers' educational level, and their parents' interest in health(p<0.01). The perceived importance of health is high in proportion to the student's economic status, and their parent's interest in health. 2.In case of the Health Locus of Control in Personality, the students with both parents have higher trend of inner control than the students with single mother or single father. The perceived self efficacy is significantly higher in male students than in female students(p<0.01). And it becomes significantly high in proportion to the students' economic status and their parents' educational level and interest in health(p<0.01). It is also higher in the students who had no diseases. 3.In case of the perceived benefit of the health promotion behavior, the ratio of the students responding that it is high is higher in male students than in female students(p<0.01). It also becomes high in proportion to the students' economic status, and their parent's educational level and interest in health(p<0.01). The barriers of the health promotion behavior was found to have no variables that are related to itself. 4.According to the data from Multiple Regression of Analysis which has the health promotion behavior practice as a subordinate variable, in male students' case the degree of health promotion behavior practice becomes high in promotion to their parents' interest in health, and the perceived health status. Their degree of health promotion behavior practice is also in proportion to their perceived self efficacy and the perceived benefit of the health promotion behavior practice. But in case of the barriers of the health promotion behavior practice, the result is the opposite. As to the female students, their health behavior practice becomes high in proportion to their parents' interest in health. It also becomes high in proportion to the perceived health status, the understanding of the importance of the health, the perceived self efficacy and the perceived benefit of the health promotion behavior. But in case of the barriers of the health promotion behavior, it was the same as the male students' case.

Bifidobacterium angulatum KCTC3236의 α-galactosidase에 의한 Oligo당 생성의 최적조건

Bifidobacterium angulatum KCTC3236 showed the highest α-galactosidase activity among the tested strains of Bifidobacteria( data not shown). Optimum culture conditions for the maximum production of α-galactosidase were as follows. The culture media was MRS broth containing 1% galactose as a carbon source and its initial pH was 7.0. The incubation temperature and time were 37℃, 21 hours respectively. Melibiose have been used as substrate. The formation of oligosaccharides was maximum at 40℃ when the substrate concentration was 30%. And the unit of α-galactosidase was 40 unit. Finally, we could observe the maximum production of oligosaccharides after 14 hours' enzyme reaction.
