Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)와 연관된 Nasal type T/Natural Killer(NK)-cell lymphoma 1예

Nasal type T/NK-cell lymphoma는 병리조직학적으로 응고성 괴사가 동반된 혈관중심성 침윤을 특징으로하며 T-cell과 NK-cell 항원을 모두 표현하는 면역조직화학염색 소견을 보이는 매우 드문 피부 림프종으로서 EBV와의 연관성이 흔히 보고되고있다. 저자들은 42세 여자에서 발생한, 전신적인 홍반성 구진, 판, 결절의 임상양상을 보였으며 피부 병변에서의 EBV-encoded RNA(EBER)에 대한 in situ hybridization상 양성소견을 보였고 전산화단층촬영, 골주사, 갈륨주사 등의 검사상 비강, 위장관 및 다른 내부장기 침범소견은 보이지 않아서 피부에만 국한된 경우로 사료되는 nasal type T/NK-cell lymphoma 1예를 보고하는 바이다.

2007학년도 진로 의식조사 : 제주대학교 3, 4학년 재학생을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the career consciousness of Cheju national university students and to provide basic matehals that can be some help to the career guidance and counseling. The data were obtained through a number of senior and junior students at Cheju national university in December 2007. From the gathered information, which resulted in 202 responses that have been used in the study, were analyzed by frequency using SPSS/PC 12.0 program. The result of this study are the following : First, we need to provide practical education to help the student employment and to increase the interest in major by strengthening the major training course. Second, we need to provide various information related to employment around the country. Most students gain career information from their friends and seniors, and mass media, not from school. The thoughtful consideration of finance and policy is requested which can offer systematic information in school, in order that they may easily adapt themselves to their environment. Third, various career counseling programs need to be developed and applied to each student according to their leaming stages. The field of support is increase of job preparation education, english education, strengthening the major training course and the interview training course. Fourth, we need to develop various programs considering necessity and specific of each college. Fifth, it need to be aproached the career guidance according to their gender. Women's needs of job-seeking were very intensive but their preparation level is relatively low. Colleges' career support system and organization utility were uneffective because their programs were not specified for women, It is important to offer various counsel and guidance to women. Sixth, a professor of college needs to increase career counsel with their students, It is important to job-seeking of students. In addition, the limitations of the study and possible follow-up projects are proposed in the conclusion section.

텔레매틱스용 다중대역 CMOS 직접변환기 설계

The direct-conversion mixer in a wireless communication system operating over multiband frequency ranges is presented in this paper. The proposed mixer topology has the modified Gilbert-cell structure with inductive degeneration. This mixer with CMOS technology has highly linear performance, low power consumption and compact size for the integrated RF-SoC. The direct-conversion mixer is designed for the telematics communication terminal converging wideband frequency ranges from 800 MHz to 3GHz. The conversion gain and P1dB of designed mixer are about 1dB and -8dBm, respectively. Also, the noise figure is less than 6.5dB in operating frequency bands. The direct-conversion mixer consumes low current of 4.8mA at 3.3V.

Pyriminobac-methyl과 azimsulfuron 합제의 신규제형인 분산형 정제에 대한 독성 평가

Dispersible tablets disintegrate either to form a stabilized suspension rapidly in water, or to disperse instantaneously in the rice field without the aid of water. In this study, the newly formulated dispersible tablet form of herbicidal combination, pyriminobac-methyl and azimsulfuron, was evaluated the safety for human and animals in the toxicological viewpoints. The LD_(50) value of dispersible tablet form for pyriminobac-methyl and azimsulfuron was above 2,500 mg/kg for the oral route and above 2,000 mg/kg for the dermal route. It is considered to have low acute oral and dermal toxicity based on the findings of the present studies. In addition, the combination of pyriminobac-methyl and azimsulfuron showed mild skin irritant under the conditions of this study and conjunctival redness and slight opacity on cornea appeared from 1 hour after application.

서술시 교육의 방안과 교육적 효과

I intend to propose "the narrative poem" by means of the strategy that would be substituted for "the text analysis" and "the difficulty & the sense of distance". The narrative poem is very useful to make narrow between the reader and the poem. Because this is based on famous story, the reader doesn't refuse to access the poem. So, he can be aware of the poetic emotion and attitude that the narrative poem seek, in me end. Without the concept of the narrative poem in the field of education, there are many problems that the teachers educate the student the outsides of the special feature of the narrative poem. So, in the first chapter, I explain the aim and method of this study, and confirm the concept and character of the narrative poem- And in the second chapter, I abstract the problems in the educational texts, In succession, I study the effective method in the education of the narrative poem - in details, "the understanding of text in the narrative reading" and "the reader-aimed activity in the narrative reading" - in the third chapter, finally, I present the actual education model, in the fourth chapter. Before the regular explanation, there needs to confirm the difference among the narrative poem, the lyric poem and the epic poem. Recently, the narrative poem and the lyric poem in the education of a poem is practically mixed up. And the relation between the narrative poem and the epic poem does not be made clear, If emphasizing the lyric elements or the epic elements, we would miss the real means which the narrative poem has in the educational effect, or be prone to the other. I present the definite and actual method of the narrative poem - the study of the rough structure, the analytical study of text, filling empty space, expression in the other fie1d(for example novel or play), and so on.

대학생의 이성관계 실태에 관한 조사연구 : 제주대학생을 중심으로 mainly the students at CNU

It is the purpose of this research that to find the programs and guidance for university students' healthy intersextual acquaintance, by surveying their actual conition of the acquaintance, analyzing their problems and agonies and giving the positive materials that can help to solve their problems. Is is the more concrete purpose that to study the matters about boy or girl friends, the students' experiences and agonies, opinions, and their relation with parents. 351 students ad Che-ju National University were made the object of this research. These are 33 questions, 1) general matters about their boy or girl friends(8) 2) experiences of intersexsual acquaintance and agonies(6) 3) the attitude to intersexsual acquaintance(8) 4) the relations with their parents(8) 5) their own value as to the people of the other sex(3). The followings are the findings. 1) 46.2% of the students have boy or girl freinds, and the rate of the men(46.7%) is similar to that of the woman(45.9%) 2) They've met boy or girl freinds with blind dates, clubs, lecture rooms, computer chatting as starts. 3) Financial power, personality, apperance, family, affection, religion and sence of value are importante in this acquaintance. 4) Thy've got some advantages from this acquaintance such as healthy relationship with others(27.3%), understanding of the people of the other sex(19.1%), mature formation of personality(18.8%) and clearing up loneliness. The students in lower grades say that healthy relationship with others and understanding of the people of the other sex are most advantages from it, but in higher grades mature formation of personality and clearing up loneliness are the advantages. 5) The differances in characters(54.7%), deficiency in people's understanding(10.9%) and financial difficulties (7.1%) are the hardest problems in intersexsual acquaintance. 6) In this acquaintance, the main advisors are friends(80.2%), whereas only 13.8% get advice from their parents, teachers and professional adviors. 7) In the decision of boy or girl friends, the rate that shows their own decision(88.9%) is the highest. A great number of men(95.0%) compared with women(85.7%) make their own decisions, and the rate of the women who have talks with their friends or parents is greater than that of the men. 8) The most important conditions are personality(42.8%), affection(39.0%), prospect(4.8%) and religion(2.6%), The men and women each have taken affection and personality as the first. 9) They want intersexsual acquaintance because of their growth(30.8%), extensive lives(24.2%)and healthy relationship with others(14.5%). 10) 82.6% think that boy or girl friends are different from lovers, whereas only 16.8% have the opposite idea. More women than men think the relationship - boy or girl friends and lovers - are different. 11) Sense of value(45.8%), communication(18.5%), etc.(7.7%), skinship(5.2%), home background(3.7%), occupational consciousness(2.3%) and religion(2.0%) are the conflicts in intersexsual acquaintance. 12) If they are to receive education to make the relationship better, they expect it trough programs, and want to know most about their own growth(19.0%), the formation of truth(18.2%), conversation technique(16.7%), healthy consciousness of the people of the other sex(14.4%), understanding of conflicts(13.8%), sense of value that is in common(10.3%) and knowledge about the relationship with the people of the other sex(6.8%) Judging from these findings, intersexsual acquaintance has some merits in students' mental state and scholastic achivement, whereas many students undergo difficulties. So we need guidance professors' deep condcern as well as the endeavor of the institutions for student guidance.

내압 및 수직하중 작용시 Radial Tire Sidewall부 변형의 시간에 따른 변화 연구

본 연구에서는 타이어 sidewall부에 대한 내압 및 수직하중 그리고 시간에 따른 변형율 변화를 strain gage를 사용하여 측정하였다. 결과적으로 타이어에 최초 내압 작용 후 24시간이 지나면서 타이어의 strain 값이 안정되는 것을 확인하였으며 수직하중에 대한 실험 수행 시 1시간 이상 지난 후에 측정해야 하중작용 실험의 영향이 나타나지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 이로서 Strain gage를 이용한 실험 및 해석의 기반을 마련하였다. In this paper, variation of the strain on the radial tire sidewall with inflation pressure and vertical loading has been measured with respect to the time by experiment of method. As a result, the strain was stable after 24 hours, and vertical loading test must be done after I hour later from the prior loading test. The experiment was conducted to verify the deformation behavior experiment analyze method using strain gage. So the basis for the experiment and analysis of sidewall strain was established.

XML / JAVA를 이용한 상품 카달로그 시스템 구현

A catalog system is defined as an electronic commerce entity that provides a common web-based storefront to a group of merchants. Customers access the "catalog system" web site to browse catalogs of merchant companies that deliver goods and services. This enables customers to search for goods, compare prices at a central location instead of visiting multiple dislocated web sites. The catalog system model is attractive to small business for which the benefits of maintaining an individual web site may never justify the overhead. The catalog system maintains a database containing catalog information for each merchant. A existing catalog system don's have a standard catalog system. This paper presents an implementation model, that uses Extensible Markup Language(XML) and JAVA to overcome the standard problem. We propose goods catalog system with XML, and JAVA.
