화재위험성이 큰 유흥업소에서 주로 사용하는 내장재중 방염 카페트, 방염 후처리 합판, 쇼파 레자등 3가지 시료에 대한 연소특성과 CO, CO_2, O_2, NO_x, SO_2, HCN, HCI등 독성가스를 검출하여 화재 위험성을 비교평가 하였다. 연소특성에 있어 방염 카페트가 방염 후처리 합판, 쇼파 레자 보다 연소가 잘 되었고, 폭연 연소가 일어났다. 모든 시료에서 CO의 발생은 연소시작 후 1분 이내에 치사농도를 상회(上 It was studied a compared estimation of the fire risk of the three kinds of the interior materials, such as a resist carpet, a resist-after-treatment plywood and sofa leather. Toxic gases, CO, CO_2, NO_x, SO_2, HCN, HCI were detected during the combustion of the samples. A resist-carpet was more combustible than the resist-after-treatment plywood and sofa leather in the combustion characteristics and has a blow-up-combustion of combustion in all the samples. The generation of CO reached the lethal doses in minute after the combustion was begun. NO_x and So_2 were detected not more that each of the lethal doses, while HCN was detected in the carpet 20.6 times than the sofa leather, and 4.6 times than the resist-after-treatment plywood. HCI was detected in the carpet 4.48 times than the sofa leather and 2.47 times than the resist-after-treatment plywood. It is conclusion that the carpet was the highest in the fire risk among the three kinds of the interior materials.

Characteristics of ZnO Thin Film Transistors Fabricated Using a Microwave Sol-Gel Method

We synthesized a gel-like phase of zinc oxide (ZnO) by employing a microwave-assisted technique and then used this gel-like phase to fabricate ZnO thin film transistors (TFTs). By utilizing this method, we were able to prepare the ZnO gel-like phase in a relatively short time and obtained polycrystalline ZnO thin films. This microwave-assisted technique also allows the use of low-temperature thermal processes in the fabrication of ZnO-TFTs. The bottom-gate TFTs with a ZnO layer as the active channel exhibited a field effect mobility of 0.6 cm2/V·s, a sub-threshold slope of 9 V/decade, and an on/off current ratio greater than 104. These results point to the possibility of using microwave-assisted techniques for transparent and flexible electronic devices based on ZnO. †(Received July 16, 2013)
半側臥位肋骨下弓狀橫切開로 行한 腹膜外 腎露出法에 關한 硏究

For the past few decades the lumbar incision described by Mayo in 1912, has been generally accepted as a common method for renal surgery. However, one often experiences difficulties and disadvantages in performing complicated renal surgery such as partial nephrectomy or nephrotomy with this ordinary lumbar incision. A more suitable approach has eagerly been sought, by which the patient is placed in a relatively comfortable position and the pedicle can be exposed for safer and easier manipulation under direct vision. In this study, the author developed a new method in which the patient is placed in a semilateral position and an extraperitoneal abdomino-lumbar(antero-lateral) approach to the kidney with subcostal transverse incision is performed. This method was applied in 64 patients during the past 3 years and excellent results were obtained in all cases. In this method the patient is placed semilaterally giving about 45 degree tilt using one sand bag on each side as shown in fig.(Ⅰ. Ⅱ. Ⅲ.) This tilting can be adjusted to a convenient degree during the operation. Another advantage of this position is that it facilitates easier respiration for the patient. A transverse skin incision is then made subcostally starting about 5㎝ away from the costovertebral angle running forward along 1㎝ below the 12th & 11th rib in a arcuate line and is extended to the paramedian line of the abdomen. This is deepened until the kidney fossa is reached. Attention should be paid not to injure the peritoneum. The advantages of this incision are an easy exposure of the kidney pedicle, better visualization of the entire kidney and the possibility of performing rather complicated procedures more easily. Therefore, it can be concluded that this method is a more convenient and safe approach to the kidney for renal surgery.
生長調整劑 B-9과 CCC 撤布가 韓藥材가 靑小豆의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

This study was carried out to obtain information for utilization of plant growth regulators in regume crops. To investigate the B-9 effects of B-9(succinic acid 2, 2-dimethyl hydrazide : 850g ai/ℓ) and CCC(2-chloroethyl-N, N, N-trimethylammonium chloride; Chlormequat : 460g ai/ℓ) on the growth and yield in mungbean, these growth retardants at 0,2,3, and 4ℓ/㏊ and applied at 4 and 5 leaf stages of growth, respectively. The stem height was reduced by 7 to 20% as increasing the concentration. The number of pods per plant was decreased by applying B-9 but was not difference by applying CCC. Grain yields was not difference between application times and between control and 2ℓ/㏊ concentration of B-9 and CCC but more than 2ℓ/㏊ concentrations was decreased significantly. Therefore, to apply 2ℓ/㏊ of CCC is good to reduce lodging without yield loss.

An analyzing method for pressure fluctuations in oil hydraulic pipe network was developed in this study. The object pipe network has multi-branch configuration, and the pipelines of it are composed of steel tubes, flexible hoses. Also, accumulators, orifices and lumped oil volume components are attached on it. Transfer matrix method, in other words impedance method, was used for the analysis. The reliablity and usefulness of the analyzing method were confirmed by investigating computed results and experimental results got in this study.
