      • Supercritical nano-plating 시스템에서 전해질/계면활성제 조성이 니켈 전기도금에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In this study, experiments of a nikel elecroplating were performed in a supercritical nano-plating system using CO_2 as a supercritical fluid. Electrolyte and surfactant were important parameters on the nickel plating proces. Resistivity values decreased 60, 35, and 22 at 20, 30, and 50 wt% electrolyte, respectively, and over 60 wt%, the resistivity value was kept constant at 20. Surface properties of nickel film electroplated by the 60 wt% electrolyte solution with 2 wt% surfactant. The weight ratio of CO_2 and electrolyte as 1:9 was better then any other ratio in the plating properties.

        In this study, experiments of a nickel elecroplating were performed by a conductive emulsion solution of CO_2/electrolyte/surfactant/entrainer in the supercritical nanoplating system to investigate the effect of the resistivity on plating properties. Resistivity values decreased 60, 35, and 22 Ω at 20, 30, and 50 wt% electrolyte, respectively, and over 60 wt%, the resistivity value was kept constant at 20 Ω. Surface properties of nickel film electroplated by the emulsion solution with 60 wt% electrolyte at 8 MPa was better than that at atmospheric pressure.

      • Supercritical Nano-Plating 시스템에서 전기도금된 니켈 막의 표면특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, experiments of a nickel electroplating were performed in a supercritical nano-plating(SCNP) system using CO₂as a supercritical fluid. Surface properties of nickel film electroplated by the electrolyte solution with 0.2 vol% surfactant and volume ratio of CO₂and electrolyte as 1:9 was the best in the plating properties, where surface roughness(Ra) of nickel film plated for 30 min by SCNP was 0.021 ㎛. The property of plated film with this new method was better than that by a conventional method.

      • 8진트리를 이용한 3차원 영상의 표면추출

        The surface information was extracted from the complete octree by using the geometric spatial structure of octree. Excluding the unnesassary inner structure, it reduced the computation time. Surface finding method was satisfied to the inner, outer border and multiple structure cases. Compared to the number of input voxels, the required memory size with surface data structure was reduced at all testing cases.

      • 下水處理場의 效率的인 管理를 위한 基礎的 硏究

        The main purposes of this study are to analyse the characteristics of effluent water qualities BOD, COD, SS and ES-by types of sewer system and season for treatment plants in separate sewer system and combined sewer system, and to identify the variables which exert great influences on them run in a standard activated sludge process. The characteristice of effluent water qualities by types of sewer system ad season were analysed by t-test which tests the difference in subpopulation means of 2groups, and by correlation analysis. The results thereof could be obtained as follows; (1) While there was no difference by types of sewer system in COD, there were much differences in BOD, SS, ES. (2) While BOD, SS, and ES were influenced by season in separate sewer system, in combined sewer system, BOD presented difference just between autumn and winter SS between spring and summer, spring and autumn, summer and winter, autumn and winter, and ES did not show any difference save spring.

        단일용액형 접착제의 접착강도

        The purpose of this study was to compare the bond strength of single bottle type dentin bonding systems to conventional dentin bonding systems and to evaluate the relationship of the hybrid layer to the shear band strength of single bottle type dentin bonding systems. The results were as follows; 1. Mean shear bond strengths of single bottle type dentin bonding systems ranged from 12,48±2.63 MPa for One-Step to 16.71±4.59 MPa for Optibond Solo, comparing 19.14±4.84 MPa for Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Plus of conventional adhesive system. 2. Single bottle type dentin bonding systems produced hybrid layers similar in morphology to the convention adhesive system. 3. The thickness of the hybrid layers were 2∼3 ㎛ for EG Bond, One-step, and Prime&Bond 2.1, 3∼5 ㎛ for Optibond Solo and Single Bond. 4. The thickness of the hybrid layer of Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Plus which is one of conventional adhesive was 6∼8 ㎛. 5. In the fractured surface, resin tags, resin cohesive fracture and dentin cohesive fracture were observed. 6. The relationship of the hybrid layer and the shear bond strength was confirmed.

      • 스포츠센터 경영자의 리더 유형에 따른 직원의 직무만족 차이

        The Purpose of this study were to examine the difference related with the job satisfaction about Spouts Center Workers according to the sports Center Manager leader's type. The Subjects in this study were 293 Sport Center Works who were selected by random sampling form 10 sports center, among 23 in Kyonggi province. The content of the questionnaire used for this research was made up, the reliability and appropriateness of the questionnaire was confirmed based on pilot study, a meeting of specialists, a calculation of Cronbach's α value used analytic technique. In order to analyze the data, this study used a SPSS/WIN Version 9.0 program for statistical analysis, and was completed using frequencies, t - test, oneway ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, etc. The follows are the conclusion of this study based on the above studying method, process, and data analyzing. First, as for the difference of job satisfaction according to sports center worker's social background, showed the difference in terms of sex, education and career. Second, as for the difference of job satisfaction according to the leader type in sports center manager, showed the difference task directivity and harmony directivity, but no remarkable difference in the aspect of bureaucratic directivity.

        중학교 가정 교과 수행평가 방법 및 도구 개발

        The purpose of the study is to develop a Performance Assessment Method & Tools for Home Economics at middle school. Through the content analyses of middle school Home Economics curriculum and 8 textbooks of lst, 2nd, and 3rd grade respectively, teching elements for each content area were drawn and each specific learning objectives were idntified accordingly. In addition, assessment element for student's performance in each teaching element were specified for analysis. Analytic framework for the development of Performance Assessment Method and Tools were proposed by each teaching element. Beased on the analytic framework proposed, a model method and tools were developed by 10 different test measures of description written test, statement written test, oral test, pro and con discussion, performance test, experiment, interview, observation, self-test report, and portfolio. The model proposed in the study has been modified and improved through the feasibility studies of experts' examination and field research application. The model assessment method and tools for the study has been compleeted finally by proposing 45 performance assessment tools for the content areas of food, clothing, housing, resource management and consumerism, human development and family relationship.

      • 직류 서보 전동기의 가변구조 위치제어

        Position control is a classical problem with various industrial application. Proportion-integral-derivative(PID) feedback control is perhaps the most common control design used by industry. But PID control is difficult to gain low overshoot, and also it is hard to compensate nonlinearity such as backlash. So, variable structure system(VSS) is one of the useful theories to constrain overshoot, and rise time. The VSS system transforms its structure by switching. Then, the state trajectory slide along the switching line to the phase-plane origin. The phase trajectory is known as the sliding mode. The main feature of VSS is that it has the so-called sliding mode on the switching surface. Within the sliding mode, the system remains insensitive to parameter variations and disturbances and its trajectories lie in the switching surface. In this paper, the position control of a DC servo motor in the sliding mode was performed, proposed the algorithm of variable structure control and analysed the insensitivity of the system with parameter variations and disturbance in the sliding mode. Experimental results indicated that VSS controller constrained overshoot and rise time of the system response.
