컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술의 발달로 인해 영화, 게임 등을 통한 컴퓨터 애니메이션을 쉽게 접할 수 있다. 사용자들은 다양한 콘텐츠를 접하게 되면서 현실세계와 흡사할 정도의 고품질 애니메이션을 요구하고 있으며, 사이버수족관 및 어류생태박물관, 어류백과사전 등을 통해서 어류의 형태나 유영방식을 관찰하고자 한다. 해저의 풍경을 표현함에 있어서 가장 핵심은 어류의 자연스럽고도 역동적인 움직임이다. 본 논문에서는 자연스러운 어류의 유영 형태를 구현하기 위해 환경 요인에 따른 어류 성장 과정 시스템을 설계하고, 어류를 표현함에 있어서 실제 어류와 흡사하게 표현하기 위해 어종별로 유영형태에 따라 다른 기준점을 적용하며, 기준점에 따른 유영속도를 산출하여 자연스러운 유영형태를 구현한다. Thanks to the development of computer graphics, Animation can be easily accessed through movies or games. The users can meet various contents and are asking for high quality animations that resembles reality to a near perfection. The research is proceeded to observe the fish shapes and swimming movements through cyber aquariums, fish ecology museums and fish encyclopedias. The core of expressing undersea scenery is the natural and dynamic movements of the fish. In this thesis in order to achieve the natural shape of fish swimming, it is necessary to design a fish growth process system based on environmental factors and apply different standard points depending on the various swimming types of fish species to express the fish as near reality as possible. And by calculating the different swimming velocities of different standard points, a natural swimming shape will be achieved.

Pulmonary carcinosarcoma is an exceedingly uncommon malignant tumor with less than 100 cases reported to date. Carcinosarcoma of the lung, histologically, consists of intermingling elements of carcinoma (usually squamous cell type) and sarcoma (usually spildle cell type). We experienced a pulmonary carcinosarcoma case of 76-year-old man smoker with hypertrophic osteoarthropathy. The tumor, 12 × 8 × 8 cm sized, was located in the lower lobe of the left lung without endobronchial invasion, Lightmicroscopically, the tumor is composed of an area of tubular structure of adenocarcinoma and spindle cells of sarcoma. In immunohistochemical stain, the tumor consists of tubular structure that reveal positive for cytokeratin and the spindle cells for vimentin. So we report this case of carcinosarcoma of the lung with a literature review.

This study was carried out to map Bphl and bph2 gene in Mudgo and Sangju13 (Oryza sativa L.) respectively conferring resistance to brown plan-thopper (BPH) and to establish the marker-assisted selection (MAS) system. Bulked seedling (grown for 20 days) test was conducted with the 73 F4 lines derived from a cross between Nagdongbyeo and Mudgo for Bphl and with 53 BC3F5 lines derived from the Milyang95/Sangju13 cross for bph2. Bph1 was mapped between RG413 and RG901 on chromo-some 12 at a distance of 7.5 cM from RG413 and 8.4 cM from RG90l. A recessive gene bph2 was located near RZ76 on chromosome 12 at a distance of 14.4 cM. Bphl and bph2 were linked to each other with a distance of about 30 cM. An RFLP marker, RG413 linked to Bphl, was converted to an STS marker to facilitate the marker-assisted selection. BPH resistant genotypes could be selected with 92% accuracy in a population derived from a line of NM47-B-B.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 환경 및 사용자의 상황을 필요로 하는 곳에 센서 노드들을 부착하여 환경 정보를 자율적으로 수집하고, 수집된 정보를 관리 및 제어하여 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 이러한 컴퓨팅환경에서는 사용자에게 제공하는 서비스에 대한 요구를 만족시키기 위해서 상황인식 처리를 위한 센싱 데이터 수집이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 RFID/USN센서를 응용해 출입자 인식에 대한 상황을 연출하고, 출입자의 신원적 상황을 RFID reader와 antenna통해 전달 받는다. 동시에 출입자의 접근 여부를 판단하기 위해서 거리 센서를 장착한 센서 노드를 설치하여 센서정보를 수집하고, 이를 기반으로 출입자의 신원적 상황을 연출하여 이 상황을 인식하고, 실제 생활에 필요한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 시스템에 대하여 사용자에게 필요한 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 설계 구현한다. Ubiquitous computing is technology that provides services appropriate for the user. At places where environmental and situational context are relevant in making the determination of what services are appropriate, there are sensor nodes installed, which automatically collect, manage and control environmental information. In this computing environment, in order to meet the requirements of services provided to users, a context awareness system is needed for context awareness processing. In this thesis, using RFID/USN sensors, the context of a user entering and leaving an area was produced, and the user's identification information was received via the RFID reader and antenna. At the same time, to decide whether or not to allow access for the user, a distance sensor node was installed to collect context data. Based on this, a system that provides practical services needed in real life for users was designed and implemented. The context of a user entering an area was produced, which the system recognized and provided appropriate services for the user.
