        고랭지 농업 용수확보를 위한 소규모 빗물 이용시설 적용방안

        최근 기후변화로 지난 2009년과 2012년에 강원도 태백시에서는 가뭄으로 인하여 엄청난 피해를 경험한 적이 있다. 또한 가뭄과 장마의 예측은 점점 더 어려워져 가는 실정이다. 특히 태백시의 87일간의 가뭄과 제한급수에 따른 피해액은 일상생활 134억원, 산업부문 338억원, 공공부문 47억원, 정신적ㆍ사회적 피해 1, 430억원 등 총 1, 949억원에 달하는 것으로 분석되었다. 태백시에 또 다른 큰 문제점은 가뭄으로 인한 고랭지 농업 피해로 인한 손실이다. 고랭지 배추를 생산하는 태백시는 우리나라 유일의 고산지역의 도시로서, 고랭지 농업이 특히 발달한 지역이다. 특히 태백 고랭지 배추는 태백시 농산품의 95.9%, 총 경지면적의 86.6%를 차지하고 있으므로, 배추의 생산성이 태백시 농산품 생산성을 대변한다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 태백시의 공공기관과 고랭지 농업 지역을 직접 방문하여 소규모 빗물 이용 시설에 대한 현황조사 및 시설의 상태를 점검하고 가뭄발생시 고랭지 농업지역의 피해를 최소화 할 수 있도록 소규모 빗물 이용 시설의 적용 방안 및 효과를 분석하였다. Recently, drought and rainy season are getting more serious. It is getting hard to forecast about drought because drought frequency is getting shorter than before. In 2009(winter) and 2012(summer), Taebaek-si was suffered from enormous damage due to the drought. Particularly, in 2009, cost of damage due to drought and restriction on water supply for 87days were estimated daily life sector 134 billion won, industry sector 338 billion won, the public sector 47 billion won, mental and social damage 1, 430 billion won. The other big issue of Taebaek is decrease in products of Highland Agricultural caused by the drought. Highland chinese cabbage which is the most important agricultural product in Taebaek-si account for 95.9% of all agricultural production of Taebaek-si and account for 86.6% of all gross area. For this reason, chinese cabbage of Taebaek-si is tropical agricultural product and is in charge of supply cabbage definitely. It is considered that if small scale rainwater harvesting system would be installed in highland agriculture area, it could reduce damage of drought at low cost and damage of cabbage would be decrease by system. For this study, We have researched regarding current status of Small Scale Rainwater Harvesting System of Highland Agriculture area in Taebaek-si and have compared with the amount of damage and installation cost in case of drought for the beneficial effects of Small Scale Rainwater Harvesting System, flexible supply of water and damage minimization of agricultural products.

        Childhood is very important in one s physical and psychological development through the whole life. The development status of childhood exerts an influence upon physical and spiritual health of the future. Especially its development is dominated by environmental conditions. Unlike adults, children have fantastic, clear, and various sensibility. As they always express themselves following their inner desires, we should provide them with children s culture and environment which can satisfy with their desires and promote their intelligence and spirit. As we investigate carefully that how our children live under the rapid changes of modem society, what they want, and how they behave, express and feel, it s necessary to develop the diversified and reasonable play things fit for children s characteristics which can satisfy with their eyelight improving lack facilities and considering what the want, and also can help the development of their physique, language, emotion, acknowledgment and sociality. First, as a plaything to help children s creativity, social development and physical development in a small in a small area, we made it to be used variously. Second, we made it be controlled according to the height and length because children grow up rapidly in their height and weight. Third, as it s users are young. we made it to be assembled easily and mode it with hygienic and strong materials. Fourth. we improved the degree of children s color satisfaction and efficiency, providing various colors to consider their psychology. As they can experience disjointing, jointing, stability and rhythm through children s various playing desires and the basic type of things using the playthings designed like these, their world can be more rightful.

        고등학교 기술교과에서 외래 용어의 구체적 설명 수업이 학업 성취도에 미치는 효과

        The major purpose of this study was to have students improve their learning ability in technology subject through the understanding of the students' learning achievement effect causing from specific explanation about foreign-terminology in high school technology subject. Students were divided into two groups. On group was the specific foreign-terminology explanation group(experimental group), and the other group was the traditional instruction group(control group). Each group also was classified into two groups, high grade group and low grade group. To clarify the high and low group, middle range grade students were eliminated. So the 4 groups(EH: experimental high, EL: experimental low, CH: control high, CL: control low) were used in this study. The results of the study were (1) There was statistically strong evidence(F=10.69, p=0.0013) that the experimental group and the control group were different in learning achievement on the subject. The experimental group showed much high score on the test than the control group did. (2) There was no evidence(F=0.64, p=0.43) that the EH group and CH group were different in arning achievement on the subject. (3) There was also no evidence(F=0.23, p=0.63) that the EH group and EL group were different in learning achievement on the subject. (4) There was statistically strong evidence(F=9.89, p=0.0021) that the EL group and CL group were different in learning achievement on the subject.

        진균 세포벽 형성 저해물질 생성 Streptomyces속 세균의 분리 및 수리동정

        본 연구의 목적은 진균의 세포벽 합성을 저해하는 항진균 물질생성 방선균을 개발하는 데 있다. 다양한 환경으로부터 채취한 토양 시료로부터 방선균 선택 배지를 이용하여 860여 방선균을 선택적으로 분리하였다. 분리 균주 중 Penicillium cyclopium, Cryptococcus laurentii, Aspergillus flavus에 특이적 항균 활성 물질을 생산하는 균주 EMS4, EMP22, L234를 각각 선별하였다. 화학적 동정과 형태학적 동정을 통해 분리 균주들이 Streptomyces속 세균임을 알 수 있었다. 총 50개의 주군집, 34개의 부군집 형질을 분석하고, 이 실험 결과를 TAXON program에 적용하여 종의 수리동정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 분리균 EMS4는 Streptomyces의 제 61 주군집에 속하는 Streptomyces lavendulae의 한 균주로 동정되었고, EMP22는 제 1B 주군집에 속하는 S. willmorei의 한 균주로 동정되었으며, L234는 제 3 부군집의 S. aburaviensis의 한 균주로 동정되었다. The aim of the present research program wa to identify and develop stains of actinomycetes producing antifungal antibiotics which inhibit cell wall biosynthesis. 860 strains of Actionomycetes were isolated from various soil samples. Three isolates, EMS4, EMP22, and L234 were selected as the strains producing antifungal antibiotics inducing abnormal morphology against Penicillium cyclopium. Cryptococcus laurentii, and Aspergillus flavus, respectively. Taxonomic unit characters of the strains were tested and the data were analyzed numerically using TAXON program. EMS4, EMP22, and L234 were identified to be a member of Streptomyces lavendulae, Streptomyces willmorei, and Streptomyces aburaviensis, respectively.

        복합영화관에서 화재시 과밀공간 파악을 통한 관객의 피난 행태연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate specific crowding areas resulted from diverse physical factors of multi-plex theaters In a fire evacuation, Identify psychological factors of human behaviors affecting those crowding, and more accurately predict the evacuation route of people To achieve these purposes, the architectural characteristics of three multi-plex theaters have been chosen, and the evacuation experiments through the computer simulation called Simulex and surveys for occupants were also earned out for each on the these theaters Finally, interviewing with fire fighters, the results between the Simulex and the surveys were compared and analyzed The conclusions from this study are as follows (l)Among several human behaviors in the Familiarity, Space using pattern, Turning back, Accessbility, and landmark perception are different in each theater (2)Crowding usually happens cross areas between theater inside and corridors, and Crowding rate depends on the number of cross areas (3)Specialists pointed out the possibility of wayfindind difficulties due to visual accessbilities

      • 미생물 컨소시엄에 의한 페놀수지 Resole의 분해

        Microbial consortia were screened for their ability to degrade resole at the sole carbon source. Five microbial consortia were derived from a plant site where a biological treatment of liqid waste stream of a manufacturing facility was located. Among the consortia, the test consortium, designated as MS2, displayed approximately 70% degradation of the substrate, 0.1 g of resole per liter, within the first twelve days of incubation but the degradation did not proceed to completion. pH was decreased and resole degradation was inhibited under the conditions. UV-spectroscopy was used quantitatively to monitor the residual concentrations of resole in the present work. UV-scans of spent culture showed that wavelength of maximum absorption was 216nm for resole.

        MSPD법과 HPLC를 이용한 계란내 플루오로퀴놀론계 항균물질의 동시 다성분 정량분석

        A multi-residue matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction and the liquid chromatographic determination of enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and ofloxacin in eggs is described. Blank and fluoroquinolones fortified egg samples (0.5 g) containing oxalic acid 0.05 g and sodium sulfate (anhydrose) 0.5 g were blended with octadecylsilyl (C_(18), 40 m, 18% load, endcapped, 2 g) derived from silica. After homogenization, C_(18)/egg matrix was transferred to column made of 10 ml plastic syringe and filter paper, and compressed 4.0 4.5 ml volume. A column was washed with 8 ml of hexane followed by 8 ml of ethylacetate and dried under N2 gas. Fluoroquinolones were eluated with 8 ml of methanol under gravity. The eluate contained fluoroquinolones, was free from interferences when analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Correlation coefficients for the fluoroquinolones standard curves (linear regression analysis, n = 5) ranged from 0.99918 (± 0.0035) to 0.99985 (± 0.0002). Aveage recoveries of fortified samples were between 89.4 and 103.5%. The method comparared favorably with the classical method in terms of the sample size, analysis time and overalls costs.

        산란계에 투여된 플루오로퀴놀론계 합성항균제의 계란내 이행 잔류 연구

        In the past few years the use of four fluoroquinolones such as of ofloxacin(OF), norfloxacin(NORE), ciprofloxacin(CIP), enrofloxacin(ENR) in veterinary practice has increased. The aim of this study was to determine the elimination of fluoroquinolones into eggs, by intramuscular injection of laying hens(2.5mg of ENR/kg, 5mg of CIP/kg, 5mg of NOR/kg, 5mg of OF/kg). The treatment of fluoroquinolones was carried out in 3 stages with 9 laying hens (Isabrown), with mean weight 1.8kg, which were housed in individual cages. Four fluoroquinolones were administered to 9 laying hens through intramuscular injection at 1 day, 2 days, 5 days trial respectively. Sample (Albumen, Yolk, Whole egg) were analysed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a fluorescence programmable detector and matrix solid phase despersion (MSPD) extraction. Residues of fluoroquinolones were much higher in the yolk than in the albumen. Detectable residues persisted for 12 days, 14 days, 16 days, respectively, in albumen and yolk after the injection was discontinued. The increase of the fluoroquinolones concentration in yolk was very rapid and reached a plateau after 3 days of dosing. In albumen, the fluoroquinolones concentration increased during intramuscular injection. As soon as the injection was discontinued, residues decreased in the albumen and the yolk.
