This paper presents the results of load rating for highway bridges in service. Total 1,380 bridges including 88 of steel box girder, 42 of preflex girder, 467 of PSC I-girder, and 783 solid slab types of bridges, respectively, are rated by using the bridge rating program coded in this study. The major objective of this study is to calculate the live load carrying capacity of highway bridges against the design load originally specified, in relatively efficient and systematical manners. All the data used in the rating are from the Bridge Management System. Allowable Stress Method and Load Factor Method are used as the rating methods and Inventory and Operating Ratings are used as the two rating levels. Conditions of bridge members are automatically considered in the rating equations by using the inspection data stored in the Bridge Management System. The results of load rating for highway bridges will be used for the essential data in the Bridge Management System.
포스트 코로나 시대의 4차 산업혁명 도래에 따른 복지선교 방향 모색

본 연구의 목적은 포스트 코로나 시대의 복지선교 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 미래는 포스트 코로나 시대이다. 앞으로는 코로나와 함께 하는 시대, 즉 ‘위드 코로나(With Corona)’시대가 될 것으로 예상된다. 포스트 코로나 시대에 ‘복지선교’를 이루기 위해서는 시대적 이해가 필수적이다. 포스트 코로나 시대의 특징은 4차 산업 혁명이다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명의 특징을 살펴보았다. 4차 산업혁명의 특징은 한마디로 정의하기 어렵지만, 핵심적인 개념들은 그 특징들로 설명될 수 있을 것이다. 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(Iot), 5G(Five Generation)와 6G(Six Generation), 빅 테이터(Big Data)와 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud Computing) 등이다. 다음으로 ‘복지선교’를 위해 기독교사회복지의 특성을 논하였다. 기독교사회복지의 목표가 ‘복지선교’이기 때문이다. 마지막으로 복지선교의 방향성을 모색하였다. 첫째는 ‘하나님 중심’ 복지선교이다. 과학이 만능이 되는 포스트 코로나 시대를 극복할 수 있는 것은 ‘하나님 중심’이다. 둘째는 하나님의 형상을 회복하는 복지선교로 나아가야 한다. 포스트 코로나 시대는 인간 소외, 인간 존엄성 상실 등의 사회적 문제가 유발될 수 있다. 이 문제를 극복하는 것은 하나님의 형상을 회복하는 것이다. 셋째는 정신건강을 회복하는 복지선교로 나아가야 한 다. 포스트 코로나 시대는 많은 정신적인 문제들을 일으킬 것이다. 정신건강의 문제는 신앙과 직결되는 문제이다. 따라서 정신건강을 회복하는 방향의 복지선교를 전개해야 한다. 마지막으로 달라진 생애 주기에 맞춘 복지선교로 나아가야 한다. 포스트 코로나 시대는 인간의 수명이 연장된다. 이에 따라 인간의 생애 주기의 변화가 올 것이다. 따라서 새로운 생애 주기를 맞춘 복지선교가 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of welfare missions in the post-corona era. The future is the post-corona era. In the future, it is expected that we will live with Corona virus, that is, the era of 'With Corona'. In order to achieve ‘welfare missionary work’ in the post-corona era, understanding the situations of the times is essential. The characteristics of the post-corona era will go with the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore, understanding the Abstract Searching for the Direction of Welfare Missions in Accordance with the Advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution in the Post-corona Era Choi, Kwang Soo (Chongshin University, Assistant Professor) characteristics of the 4th industrial revolution is crucial. Thus, it will be discussed in this paper. The characteristics of the 4th industrial revolution are difficult to define in one word. Key concepts can explain their characteristics. Artificial intelligence(AI), Internet of Things(Iot), 5G(Five Generation) and 6G(Six Generation), Big Data and Cloud Computing, etc. And then the characteristics of Christian social welfare were discussed as a ‘welfare mission’. This is because the goal of Christian social welfare is ‘welfare missionary work’. Finally, the direction of welfare missions were sought. The first will be God-centered welfare mission. That is, God-centered life style can overcome the post-corona era when the science becomes omnipotent. Second, we must move forward with the welfare mission to restore the image of God. In the post-corona era, social problems such as alienation of humans and the loss of human dignity will be caused. Restoring the image of the God is the solution of overcoming the problem. Third, we must move forward with the welfare mission to restore mental health. The post-corona era will cause many mental problems. Mental health issues are directly related to faith. Therefore, it is necessary to develop welfare missions in the direction of restoring mental health. Lastly, we must move forward with welfare missions in line with the different life cycle. The post-corona era will extend human lifespan. As a result, the human life cycle will be changed. Therefore, welfare missions with a new life cycle are required.
Ride Comfort Measuring Approach of Tilting Train based on Bio Parameter

The Korea is consisted of 70% mountain terrain and at existing railroad, which is many of curve railroad segment naturally. The tilting train cancels centrifugal force of the curve railroad segment at sway and need not decelerate speed of tilting train in the curve railroad segment by the tilting of train body. As you get a hunch as term "tilting", the biggest advantage of tilting train is that the train body is tilted when the tilting train is driven. The TTX which is Korean tilting train is acquired tilting angle range from -8° to maximum 8° and can get high speed at railroad which shared with low speed train. But the tilting of passenger compartment gives negative influence by decreasing ride comfort. Presently, the measuring method of train ride comfort is mainly based of vibration, that is, mechanical parameter. This paper would like to show the ride comfort using the biological parameter by measuring R-R interval (Peak to Peak Interval) of ECG(Electrocardiogram), event number and measuring the event area of GSR(Garvanic Skin Response), the number of zero-crossing and magnitude of EMG (Electromyogram) of Human Model. This method is more direct, based on human body response, than mechanical parameter method. In this experiment, we are supposed to know excitement, awakening, muscle fatigue, through examining bio-signals. Considering pleasance and stability, elements of ride comfort, the pleasance is restricted thoroughly and our research will just only think aspect of stability. The research about ride comfort of TTX ultimately must make advance ride comfort of TTX.
Who wins in the money game? The case of KOSPI 200 futures

This study investigates the information efficiency of each investor category (i.e., foreigners versus domestics) and further explores the performance of foreign investors according to their types and nationalities in the KOSPI 200 futures market. We study the nine most recent years of all transaction data including all phases of Korean stock markets. To evaluate information efficiency, we use position and trading gains as well as total gains, and develop adjusted VWAP measures consistent with trading gains. Our empirical findings support the information efficiency of foreign investors over domestics. A joint analysis of investor types and nationalities reveals that securities and investment companies in the U.K., Hong Kong, and Singapore have information efficiency over other groups of foreign investors. Such a phenomenon could be explained, with caution, by the inter-relation of foreign investors among the U.K., Hong Kong, and Singapore and their spot trading in Korea.

Thin films of high dielectric constant materials, specifically titanium dioxide, were investigated as potential replacements for silicon dioxide, which is generally used as a blocking layer for nonvolatile memory devices. A silicon-oxynitride layer using nitrous-oxide plasma as a tunneling layer and using titanium-dioxide as a blocking layer was deposited to fabricate nonvolatile memory on rough poly-silicon. Titanium dioxide thin films were deposited using atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition and spectroscopic ellipsometry and scanning electron microscopy were used to measure the physical properties. A metal-insulator-semiconductor device was fabricated to measure the current density-electric field and a nonvolatile memory device on glass was fabricated to measure the gate voltage - drain current, drain voltage - drain current and retention characteristics. The leakage current density of the sample deposited at 250℃ was the lowest (1.4 x 10-9A/mm² at 2 MV/cm). The threshold voltage shift of the nonvolatile memory device on glass was 1.6 V and the subthreshold swing (~270 mV/decade based on the maximum slope in the transfer curve) and the on/off current ratio (~10 6) remained nearly constant during the programming/erasing operations.
