        Supramolecular Micelle from Amphiphilic Mn(III)-porphyrin Derivatives as a Potential MRI Contrast Agent

        Amphiphilic porphyrin derivatives have been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS. All porphyrin derivatives showed very high solubility to aqueous medium as well as hydrophobic organic solvent. The UVvis absorption of the porphyrin derivatives showed significant broadness and decrease of maximum intensity of absorption in aqueous solution. SEM experiment showed the formation of spherical micellar structure. The T1 relaxation time of aqueous medium was drastically decreased in the presence of Mn(Ⅲ)-porphyrin derivative, indicating that the supramolecular micelle has strong possibility to use as a T1 contrast agent.

        Risk Determination for Localised Renal Cell Carcinomas under 4 cm or Less

        Purpose: To determine the malignant potential in clinically localised small renal cell carcinoma (RCC) (≤4 cm) in patients using postoperative pathologic outcomes. Materials and Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of 2,085 patients in 7 urology centres with clinical T1a RCC who underwent nephrectomy. The pathologic upstaging group (PUG) was defined by pathologic T3a after the operation. Multivariate analyses were used to examine predicting factors for the risk of PUG. Next, Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to examine the PUG for worse recurrence-free survival during the follow-up period. Results: The PUG had 73 patients (3.5%); they were older and had a larger tumour size than the other patients (all p<0.001). After adjusting for clinical characteristics, age (odds ratio [OR], 1.04; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.02–1.06) and tumour size greater than 3 cm (OR, 1.94; 95% CI, 1.21–3.11) were found to be independent predictors for the PUG after nephrectomy. Furthermore, the PUG had worse recurrence-free survival during the follow-up period. Conclusions: In this multi-institution analysis, RCC 3 cm or greater in older patients had a high malignant potential compared to relatively small tumours in younger patients. These results may be helpful for stratifying patients to manage small renal masses.

        스마트교육 기반 플립러닝 실천을 위한 초등교사 역량모델 개발

        이 연구의 목적은 스마트기기를 활용한 플립러닝이 실천되고 있는 학교 현장에 이론적이고 실제적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 스마트교육 기반 플립러닝 실천을 위한 초등교사 역량모델을 개발하고, 역량 수준분석을 통해 현장 실천 교사들이 가장 필요로 하는 역량이 무엇인지를 탐색해 보는 것이었다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌 탐색을 통한 자료수집, 플립러닝 실천이 뛰어난 우수교사 8명으로 대상으로 한 행동 사건면접과 초점집단인터뷰 통해 잠정적 역량모델을 도출하였으며, 관련 전문가 10명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하여 잠정적 역량모델의 타당성을 검증하고 수정·보완한 뒤 최종 역량모델을 개발하였다. 이어서 완성된 역량모델을 바탕으로 역량 측정 평가지를 제작하고, 현장교사 100명을 대상으로 Borich 공식과 The Locus for Focus Model을 활용하여 요구도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 역량모델은 2개 영역, 4가지 역량군, 15개 역량, 56개의 행동지표가 개발되었다. 도출된 15개 역량 중 현장 교사가 우선 순위로 갖추어야 할 역량으로는 인적 네트워크 형성, 플립러닝 실천의지, 온오프라인 활동연계능력, 디딤 영상 제작능력, 그리고 자기수업 성찰 등이 확인되었으며, 그 중 최우선 순위로 개발되어야 할 역량은 온오프라인 활동 연계능력인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 역량들이 교사연수를 통해 체계적으로 개발된다면 스마트교육 기반 플립러닝을 실천하고자 하는 교사들의 전문성을 크게 신장시킴으로써 플립러닝이 현장에 안착하는데 큰 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구 결과는 스마트교육 기반 플립러닝 실천을 위한 교사 연수프로그램 개발 및 운영, 그리고 스마트교육 기반 플립러닝을 실천하는 교사들에 대한 역량 평가에도 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study aimed to develop a competency model for practicing flipped learning and providing theoretical and practical help to those who are implementing flipped learning based on smart education. Through the analysis of a group of elementary school teachers’ competency levels, the study identified the most critical competencies teachers need. For data collection, a related literature study was conducted, and eight excellent teachers were interviewed using behavior event and focus group interview methods. Through the process, the basic competency model could be selected. In addition, using the Delphi method, the tentative competency model was reviewed twice by ten experts in the education field. The final competency model was established after several revisions. Based on the final competency model, an evaluation form for competency measurement was developed and a need analysis was conducted with 100 teachers in school settings. Additional analysis was performed by using the Borich method and the Locus for Focus Model for educational needs analysis regarding each competency. The resulting competency model for adapting flipped learning based on smart education has two sections, four competency groups, fifteen competencies, and fifty-six behavioral indicators. Among the fifteen competencies, the top priority competencies that instructors should acquire are (a) building a personal network, (b) willingness to learn flipped learning, (c) the ability to connect the online and offline activities, (d) the ability to make a video for preview, and (e) introspection of their classes. The findings show that if these essential qualities are gained beforehand, instructors could be more professional and confident about flipped learning practices based on smart education. Finally, the findings can be helpful for designing teachers’ training programs about flipped learning based on smart education and evaluating of their capabilities.

        Bayesian Analysis for Multiple Change-point hazard Rate Models

        Change-point hazard rate models arise for example in applying "burn-in" techniques to screen defective items and in studing times until undesirable side effects occur in clinical trials. Sometimes in screening defectives it might be sensible to model two stages of burn-in. In a clinical trial there might be an initial hazard rate for a side effect which after a period of time changes to an intermediate hazard rate before settling into a long term hazard rate. In this paper we consider the multiple change points hazard rate model. The classical approach's asymptotics can be poor for the small to all moderate sample sizes often encountered in practice. We propose a Bayesian approach avoiding asymptotics to provide more reliable inference conditional only upon the data actually observed. The Bayesian models can be fitted using simulation methods. Model comparison is made using recently developed Bayesian model selection criteria. The above methodology is applied to a generated data and to a generated data and the Lawless(1982) failure times of electrical insulation.

      • 요크 형식에 따른 물림구조의 해석 및 실험 분석

        Function of Intermediate shaft is connecting device between steering column and steering gear box with revolving force. Therefore, the automotive industry is lately interested in reduction the noise by change the steering column type which is EPS. Yoke’s serration area is mounting by fastening torque with inserted to column shaft and gear box. In vehicle, noise may be generated by wearing and deforming of yoke’s serration area with consistent steering force. In conclusion, this study purpose is analyzed by the effect factor of mounting condition and also, stress distribution of yoke is confirmed by the CAE Analysis. DOE of noise generation is found by CAE Analysis for verification. H’ form of yoke , which is removed the 9 serration may be having the best structure due to the stable and safe. Additionally, results of CAE Analysis is supported the this conclusion.

        동절기 저온환경에서 양생한 UHPC의 압축강도 발현 평가

        동절기 저온 환경에서 콘크리트 품질이 저하되는 문제는 꾸준히 보고되고 있다. 콘크리트의 품질을 평가하고 확보하기 위한 노력은 지속되어 왔으나 주로 압축강도 확보를 위해 화학 혼화제를 포함한 배합 재료의 개선 및 양생 기술에 관한 연구에 집중되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 추가적인 조치가 없는 조건에서 재령이 증가함에 따라 압축강도가 발현되는 경향을 확인하고자 하였다. 100 MPa급 초고성능 콘크리트(UHPC)에 대하여 0 ℃ 및 -15 ℃ 조건에서 양생한 콘크리트의 압축강도를 측정하였다. 또한, 초기 동해피해를 입은 UHPC가 일정 기간 동안 상온에서 회복 기간을 갖는 경우 압축강도가 발현되는 경향을 비교하였다. 실험 결과 초기 동해를 입은 UHPC는 재령 84일에서 목표 압축강도 수준으로 발현되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 동절기 환경에서 UHPC의 특성을 이해하고, 동절기 시공 계획수립에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. Deteriorating concrete quality is a typical problem reported in a low-temperature environment in winter. Therefore, efforts to evaluate and secure the quality of concrete are always carried out. In this study, the researchers primarily focused on developing curing methods and improving the quality of mixing materials, including chemical admixture, to secure compressive strength of concrete. The study investigated the compressive strength of concrete according to its age and observed that the compressive strength increases under the experimental conditions without any additional protection measures for the winter season. The compressive strength of the cured concrete was measured at 0 and -15 ℃ for 100 MPa Ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC). Additionally, the property of compressive strength was compared with that of UHPC, which suffered damage due to the cold, went through a certain recovery period at room temperature. Consequently, it was confirmed that UHPC, damaged from the cold weather, achieved the specific compressive strength after 84 days. The findings from this study can enhance further understanding of the characteristics of UHPC in winter environments and contribute to establishing a construction plan for withstanding the winter seasons.

        남북한 도로교 설계기준을 반영한 교량 상부구조 활하중 분석

        남북한은 다양한 사회적 어려움에도 불구하고 최근까지도 건설인프라 협력 사업을 추진하였다. 이러한 건설인프라 협력사업을 진행하기 위해서는 기반기술의 구축이 필요할 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 향후 남북 관계 개선에 대비하여 기반기술의 구축을 위한 남북한 교량설계기준 분석을 수행하였다. 북한 도로현황 분석과 최신 교량설계기준을 확보하여 고정하중, 온도하중 및 차량 활하중 등을 검토하였다. 남북한 교량설계기준 분석 결과를 활용하여 강섬유보강 초고성능콘크리트를 적용한 U-형상의 거더교를 모델링하였다. 교량 상부구조의 활하중 검토 결과, 북한의 최신 차량하중을 적용한 경우, 남한의 KL-510 하중과 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 다만 상세한 비교를 위해서는 단면형식과 사용재료에 대한 추가 검토가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 남북 인프라 협력 또는 북한의 인프라 시장 진출 시 남북간 건설기준 연계 기술을 구축하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. Despite various social difficulties, the Korean peninsula has promoted cooperation for infrastructure development. These infrastructure cooperation projects must establish a fundamental technology with an understanding of both North and South Korea. Therefore, this study analyzed bridge design standards of both countries for establishing infrastructure technology. The design standards, such as the dead, live, and temperature loads, were comparatively investigated by securing the North Korean road design standards and the latest road status. Based on the investigation results of the bridge design standards, the U-type girder bridge with ultra-high-performance concrete was modeled for analytical comparisons. From the analysis results of the bridge superstructure, the latest vehicle load of North Korea standard showed a similar trend to the KL-510 load of South Korea. However, an additional detailed investigation has required a specific comparison, including the cross-section, materials, and so on. This research would be expected to be fundamental data for establishing cooperation for infrastructure development in the Korean peninsula.

        지배소 후보 집합을 이용한 한국어 의존 구문 분석 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 ‘지배소 후보 집합(sets of head candidates)’을 이용한 한국어 의존 구문 분석(dependency parsing) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 모든 의존소와 지배소의 관계를 전역적으로 탐색하는 일반적인 비결정적 의존 구문 분석과는 다르게 각 의존소에 대하여 문법적 관계를 가질 수 있는 지배소 후보들을 제한하여 분석의 복잡도를 감소시켰다. 그리고 한국어 구문 분석시 일반적으로 고려되는 교착어적 특징, 지배소 후위 및 투사성(projectivity) 원칙을 반영한다. 학습데이터 및 평가데이터로는 세종 구문 분석 말뭉치를 의존 구문 분석 말뭉치의 형태로 변환하여 사용하였으며, 실험결과는 아크단위 87.52%의 정확도(accuracy)와 문장단위 34.43%의 정확도를 보였다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 문장의 길이에 따라서 CYK 파싱 알고리즘보다 약 3배에서 11배 정도 빠른 구문 분석 속도를 보였다. This paper presents Korean dependency parsing algorithm using sets of head candidates. In this algorithm, the characteristics of Korean language has been used, which are agglutinative, head-final, and projective. Our approach differs from the general non-deterministic dependency parsing that searches whole dependents and heads globally. Instead of considering whole dependents and heads, we restrict to only heads which could be related in grammar for each dependent. Such an approach can reduce the parsing complexity. In addition, we have modified the structure of Sejong tree-tagged to dependency structures, which was originally composed of phrase structures. Such a tagged corpus has been used for training and test data. Our experiments show 87.52% arc accuracy and 34.43% sentence accuracy, respectively. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm shows 3 to 11 times faster than CYK parsing algorithm depending on the lengths of sentences.

        Emotional Quality Criteria of steering system in vehicle is more important and required from customer. Intermediate Shaft Assembly is not only simple design and also, easily mounting to the vehicle. Therefore, purpose of this study is to improve the product engineering of Intermediate shaft assembly by evaluated and analyzed the related quality factors with each type of Intermediate shaft. This study is verified the 5types of Intermediate shaft assembly with following items; noise, torsional stiffness, FFT analysis and emotional quality with looseness grade in bench and vehicle. The results are followings; First, vibration value is small when sti ffness is high in bench and vehicle. Especially, ball-slider type is best stiffness and quality. Second, Vibration value is small when an gle variation is small with lash. For example, Vibration value is increased with minimum lash for 23’and emotional level is evaluate d for 6+.In conclusion, to meet the emotional level for 7-, accepted lash criteria of Intermediate shaft assembly may be considered the maximum lash for 14’ under the loaded the torque for 4N.m when tested.
