        고등학교 야영활동 참여가 인성발달에 미치는 영향

        Camping activities were thought as one of educational methods. This study analyzed effects of participation in camping activities on high school students` humanity development variables, which affect humanity development were used for this study and data were collected at high schools in Kwang-ju city. At this site 600 surveys were distributed to a random sample of 300 participant and 30 non participant in camping activities. The results were as follows. 1. Participation in camping activities more positively affected humanity developments of male students` than that of female students`. 2. There was significant relationship between camping activities and sociality, leadership, activity and responsibility development. 3. There is no relationship between frequency of participation in camping activities and humanity development. Since the data were collected only at high schools in Kwang-ju city, further studies on high schools in countrysides would be required.

      • Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens의 Chromosomal DNA에 의한 E-Coli C-600의 형질조각

        1. Amylase를 분비하는 B. amyloliquefaciens KA-63 균주의 chromosomal DNA를 Saito-Miura 방법으로 순수분리 정제하였다. 2. E-coil C-600 rk- mk-균주에서 Plasmid pBR322를 추출 정제하고 제한효소 BamH1 및 Hind III로 처리한 digested plasmid를 얻고, APase를 처리하여 APase treated plasmid를 조제했다. 3. Chromosomal DNA 단편을 plasmid pBR322에 cloning 시켜 Hybrid plasmid를 작성했다. 4. E-coil C-600 rk- mk- 균주를 recipent cell로 하여 transformation 시켰으며, gene bank된 APr transformant 및 APrTCs transformant를 screening했다. 1) pBR322의 Bam H1 부위에 cloning된 AP?TC? transformant 191개로 저빈도 출현되었으며, 2) pBR322의 Hind III 부위에 cloning된 AP?TC? transformant 2081개로 고빈도로 출현했다. 3) pJK523의 Bam H1 부위에 cloning된 AP?TC? transformant는 13개로 극히 저빈도였다. Amylase test에서는 amylase 활성을 가진 것은 검출할 수 없었다. 5. Transformant에서 추출된 Hybrid plasmid를 전기영동한 결과 처리 않된 pBR322보다 큰 band를 함유한 것은 1/3정도의 pattern으로 극히 낮았다. 1. The chromosomal DNA of B. amyloliquefaciens KA-63 excreting amylases, was isolated and purified by the Miura method. 2. The APase-treated plasmid was prepared by treating with APase the digerted plasmid which was isolated and purified from E.coil C600 rk- mk- by the treatment of the restrict enzymes, Bam H1 and Hind III. 3. A hybrid plasmid was made by cloning a chromosmal DNA fragment with plasmid pBR322. 4. E. coil C-600 was transformed using as a recipent cell, and gene banked APr transformant and APr. TCs transformant were screened out. 5. The electrophoresis result of the hybrid plasmid extracted from the transformants showed that one third of the total gave the higher bands than these from pBR322. o APr. TCs transformants cloned on the Bam H1 of pBR322 were 191, showing a low frequency. o APr. TCs transformants cloned on the Hind III of pBR322 were 2081, showing a high frequency. o APr. TCs transformants cloned on the Bam H1 of pJK523 were only 13, showing a rather low frequency. o No transformant having the amylase activity was detected by the amylase test.

      • 상악동거상술을 이용한 인공치아 이식 치험례

        Recently many dentists would like to select the implant installation for the restoration of partially or fully edentulous patient. Usually, it is needed at least 8mm of alveolar bone height for implant installation. But, in many cases, the implant installation is impossible due to anatomic limitation such as maxillary sinus, floor of nose, mandibular canal, lack of width, etc. So, dentists must come over these limitations by methods of sinus lift, nerve repositioning, transmandibular implant etc. Especially, a lot of ridges have inadequate bone height at the upper molar edentulous areas, and to insert implant for such sites represents low success rate. So, autogenous or allogenic or alloplastic bone can be grafted before or at the same thme with implant installation. We report a case of 22 year-old woman who was performed implant installation successfully by using sinus lift technique with iliac block bone graft to a patient whose low alveolar bone height made common implantation impossible. Now, she exerts good occlusive function at the time of 15 months after the operation.

      • 신원방우황청심원액의 심혈관계에 관한 약효

        Abstract-In order to investigate the pharmacological properties of New Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (NSCL), effects of Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (SCL) and NSCL were compared. In isolated rat aorta, NSCL and SCL showed the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^-6 M) regardless to intact endothelium or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presences of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not affect the relaxing effect of NSCL and SCL. NSCL and SCL inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), NSCL and SCL significantly decreased heart rate. NSCL and SCL, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In excised guinea-pig papillary muscle, NSCL and SCL had no effects on parameters of action potential such as resting membrane potential, action potential amplitude, APD_90 and V_max at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. These results suggested that NSCL and SCL have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessels and decrease of heart rate, and that this effect is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.

        Fluid transport model을 이용한 치근단 역충전 재료의 혈액오염시 미세누출평가

        Leakage studies have been performed frequently, since a fluid-tight seal provided by various dental filling materials has been considered clinically important. The leakage of the various root-end filling materials has been widely investigated mostly dye penetration method. These dye studies cannot offer any information about the quality of the seal of a test material over a long period of time The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microleakage of root end cavities in blood contamination filled amalgam, intermediate restorative material(IRM), light cured glass ionomer cement(GI) and mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) by means of a modified fluid transport model. Fifty standard human root sections, each 5mm high and with a central pulp lumen of 3mm in diameter, were and filled with our commonly used or potential root end filling materials after they were contaminated with blood. At 24h, 72h, 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after filling, leakage along these filling materials was determined under a low pressure of 10KPa(0.1atm) using a fluid transport model. The results were as follows: 1. MTA group showed a tendency of decreasing percent of gross leakage(20ml/day) in process of time, whereas the other materials showed a tendency of increasing in the process time. 2. At the all time interval. GI group leaked significantly less than amalgam group and IRM group (p<0.05). 3. At the 4 weeks, the percentage of gross leakage in MTA group decreased to 0% thereafter, the low percentage of gross leakage was maintained in MTA group until the end of the experiment, whereas the percentage in IRM group increased to 100%. 4. At the 12 weeks, percentage of gross leakage was significantly low in MTA group(0%), comparison with GI group(40%), amalgam group(90%) and IRM group(100%), but there was no significant difference between latter two materials.

      • I-Muscone의 심혈관계에 관한 약리연구

        In order to investigate the pharmacological properties of l-muscone, effects of l-muscone and musk were studied on the cardiovascular system with various experimental models. In isolated rat aorta, l-muscone and musk made the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrin (10^-6M) in endothelium-containing rings of the rat aorta, but not in endothelium-denuded rings. However, l-muscone and musk in the presence of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not make the relaxation of blood vessel. In spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), l-muscone and musk slightly reduced blood pressure but significantly decreased heart rate. In the isolated perfused rat hearts. l-muscone and musk did not affect significantly on LVDP, contractile force, coronary flow and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt). These results suggest that l-muscone and musk have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessel and decrease of heart rate, but without significant cardiac functions.

      • 蒙古症 兒童의 睡液內 免疫글로블린A 濃度와 우식罹患率의 相互 關聯性

        The purpose of this study was to research salivary IgA concentration and the relationship between dental caries incidence and salivary IgA concentration in mongoloid children. In addition to this, it was investigated salivary flow rate and DI-S which was a division of OHI-S. 25 mongoloid and 25 normal children aged from 7 to 13 were selected for this study. The obtained results were as follows: The mean value of IgA concentration in unstimulated whole saliva was 29.60±15.70㎎/100ml in mongoloid children group and 18.60±8.65㎎/100ml in normal children group, and its difference was significant statistically (p<0.025). Relationship between salivary IgA concentration and DMFS index (deciduous and permanent tooth) was revealed negative correlation in mongoloid (r=-0,555, p<0.005), but there was very poor negative correlation in normal children group (r=-0.284, p<0.1). The value of df rate, dft rate, DMF rate and DMFT rate of mongoloid children group was lower than that of normal children. The mean value of salivary flow rate in mongoloid children group was lower than that of normal group, and its difference was significant statistically (p<0.0005). The mean value of DI-S in mongoloid children group was higher than that of normal children group, and its difference was significant statistically (p<0.005).

      • 木州歌에 關한 몇 가지 問題點 硏究

        1. The Mokjooka has been believed up to the present as a work created in Silla period based on the material recorded in the Koryosa. But this work came to be known as a folk song of Koryo period composed by a filial daughter in a Mokjoo region. The above fact was made clear from the investigation of the name of the region. The side evidences are as follows:in case they make the name of a region the title of a song, the title of the song can not be changed by the variation of the name of the region; the editors of the Koryosa modified at will the contents of the Koryosa; the errors have been found recently by some historians. 2. The thory held by prof. Byeong-Kee Lee that Mokjooka is no other than the Samokog is believed to be an error caused by a superficial investigation.The Mokjooka and Smokog are the same in treating mother as the subject matter. But we can know both works are different from each other in that the Mokjooka is a complaining and self-grieving song in view of a filial daughter's complaining to herself,while the Samokog is singing of mother's love being more subtle and deeper than father's.The assertion held by prof. Byeong-Kee Lee that the record of the Samogok is added to the Mokcheon folk tale included in the Mokcheon Hyeonjee copied by Jeong-bog Ahn is proved to be unfounded. 3. The theory that after the Mokjooka had been regared as a work of Silla period, it was changed into the Eotnoree, which, in turn, was changed into the Samokog became unreasonable due to the fact that the Mokjooka is neither a work of Silla period nor another name of the Samokog. 4. The Mokjooka together with the Samokog will be a very precious material. The Mokjooka, however, might have been vanished as a folk song in which a filial daughter who lived in Mokjoo sang of her unfortunate fate, or else it might have been kept buried unnoticed. 5. The Mokjooka, if found again, should be researched into.
