        The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the building materials used for the housing in the urban squatter settlement. We chose Songhyun-Dong rehabilitation project started in the city of Incheon in 2000 according to the government program of housing amelioration scheme for the deteriorated low-income settlement area Detailed survey data of the physical situation of the area made for the project were examined and processed to scrutinize the traits of materials employed for the original houses. The result is given according to the location of the housing and type of plan, elevation, structure, and roof shape of the houses.

      • TFD 소자의 전기적 특성에 관한 상위전극의 영향

        In this work, we examined the electrical and mechanical characteristics of TFD devices for various top electrode materials by measuring barrier height and performing ASE depth profile. It was found that the shift of current-voltage(Ⅰ-Ⅴ) characteristics of TFD device depends on the top electrode material. The main reason of the asymmetry in Ⅰ-Ⅴ curve was the differences in barrier height of top and bottom electrodes, and chemical composition at the interface region between top electrode and insulator layer also was important reason. The barrier heights(φ_B) evaluated from temperature dependence of the Ⅰ-Ⅴ relation are 0.7795(Al) 1.0287(Ti) and 1.2928(Ta) eV.

        약패드 뜸 방식을 이용한 체간온도변화에 대한 연구

        We implemented the Drug-Pad Moxibustion Method in order to improve the conventional moxibustion therapy. This method is aimed to eliminate burning wounds and smoke, which are the defects of conventional moxibustion therapy. And we performed to verify the efficiency by comparing the Drug-Pad Moxibustion Method with the conventional Indirect Moxibustion Therapy. We measured the body heat and the lasting time of blood circulation improvement using thermography. The moxibustion therapy has two kinds of effects: The formers are pharmacological effects of the Moxa's vasodilators and antioxidants. The latters are thermal effects which cause improvement of the blood circulation. To remove the demerits without omission of above therapeutic effects, we extracted the vasodilators and antioxidant compounds from the Moxa-CH₂Cl₂ fraction Moxa-EtOAc and composed the moxibustion kit with (Ba<SUB>0.8</SUB> Sr<SUB>0.2</SUB>)<SUB>0.996</SUB> Y<SUB>0.004</SUB> TiO₂ + 0.5<SUB>WT</SUB> SiO₂% Positive Temperature Coefficients Thermistor. The experimental demonstrations have been made by the stimulating the spot which is CV4(Kwan-Won), CV8(Shin-Guel), CV12(Jung-Wan) acupuncture points of the conception vessel meridian(CV). And stimulating time was one hour. We divided the subjects into 5 groups such as no stimulation group, conventional Indirect Moxibustion group, only Drug-Pad stimulation group, only heat stimulation group, and Drug-Pad Moxibustion group. In the different cases, we have measured the body heat in pre-stimulation, just after stimulation, 2 hours after, and 4 hours after. The body heats of the group who were stimulated by the Drug-Pad Moxibustion Method were increased by over the 2 ℃. And the body heats of the group who were stimulated by the Indirect Moxibustion Method were increased by average the 1 ℃. We have evaluated that the Drug-Pad Moxibustion Method is improvement on the conventional Indirect Moxibustion Method by the heat-increasing rate is 200% and the lasting time is 150% with the body heat of the abdominal region. In the conclusions, We have implemented the Drug-Pad Moxibustion Method and evaluated the efficiency of the Drug-Pad Moxibustion Method comparing with the conventional Indirect Moxibustion Method.

        혈우병 소견을 가진 뇌출혈 환자 치험(治驗) 1례(例)

        Objective : Hemophilia, a genetically determined disorder, is characterized by abnormality of the coagulation mechanism due to functional deficiency of a specific factor, namely VIII or IX. In this study, the effect of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy on the cerebral hemorrhage patient with hemophilia was evaluated. Methods : We treated him with acupuncture by stimulating Dong-Si acupuncture point(Yuk Wan) and assessed the effect by using manual dynamic evaluation of MRC(Medical Research Council) and Modified Barthel Index. Results : After treatment, the bleeding tendency was grossly reduced and bleeding lesion was absorbed gradually. And manual dynamic evaluation of the upper extremity increased from 4 grade to 5 grade. Conclusions : This result suggest that Dong-Si acupuncture therapy on the cerebral hemorrhage patient with hemophilia was effective. And futher studies are required to concretely prove the effectiveness of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for treating hemorrhagic diseases.

      • 산성강하물이 지표수의 산성화에 미치는 영향 Ⅰ: 현장 조사

        Effects of acid deposition on the acidification of surface water over a short period were studied during June~October, 1995. A reservoir located in Chunchon, Kangwondo was selected for this study because this reservoir had received little man-made pollutants. Geological survey within the study area was carried out and the pH of a small and shallow stream flowing from the mountain valley down to the reservoir was monitored. Rainfall was measured by using a rain gauge and the precipitation was collected by automatic precipitation sampler. During the study period, rain pH was in the range of 3.81~5.77 with an average of 4.8. The EC was in the range of 8~189㎲/cm with an average of 10.6㎲/cm. Ionic composition of the rainfall showed that, of the anions, deposition of SO₄^(2-) was highest with 3,119.7 kg/㎢, and is was NH^(4+)with 1,053.2kg/㎢ for cations. The surface water pHs were maintained neutral or weak basic, representing little evidence of acidification regardless of the acidic rainfall pH. Every time of sampling, however, the pHs exhibited increasing tendency as elevation of measuring site of the stream become lowered, which indicated the impacts of acid-base reactions by acidic or basic substances during travel of water downstream. This result suggested the necessity of further research to determine the respective buffering capacity of soil and underlying rocks. 산성강하물이 단기간에 걸쳐 지표수의 산성화에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 1995년 6월 부터 10월까지 외부오염원이 거의 없는 강원도 춘천시에 위치한 저수지를 선정하여 인구를 수행하였다. 연구지역 일대의 지질을 조사하고 산골짜기에서 저수지로 흐르는 작고 얕은 하천의 수질을 분석하였다. 강우량은 우량계를 이용하여 측정하였고 강하물은 자동포집기를 이용하여 포집하였다. 연구기간동안의 강우의 pH범위는 3.81~5-77로 평균 4.8을 나타내었으며 전기전도도(EC)sms 5~189㎲/cm로 평균 10.6㎲/cm를 나타냈다. 음이온 중에서는 SO₄^(2-)의 강하량이 3,119.7kg/㎢로 가장 많았고, 양이온 중에서는 NH^(4+)가 1,053.2kg/㎢로 가장 많았다. 지표수의 pH는 중성 또는 약염기성으로 강우의 pH가 산성이었음에도 지표수의 산성화 현상은 관찰되지 않았다. 그러나 골짜기에서 흐르는 하천수를 측정할때마다 측정지점의 고도가 낮아질수록 pH값은 증가하는 경향을 나타내어 물이 하류로 흘러가는 동안에 일어난 산성 또는 염기성물질로 인한 산염기반응의 영향을 보여주었다. 이 결과는 토양의 완충능력과 모암내에서의 중화능력을 각각 구별하여 조사할 필요성을 제시하였다.

      • Paste법에 의한 0.1V강의 침붕처리에 관한 연구

        0.1V강의 표면경도를 향상시키기 위해서 Boronizing처리를 실시하여 Hv=1500∼2000의 높은 경도값을 나타내는 붕화물층을 얻었다. 붕화물층의 두께와 처리시간과의 사이에는 방물선관계를 나타내었으며 붕화물층 생성 겉보기 활성화에너지는 94kJ/mol이다. 또한 900˚C, 3시간 침붕처리했을 때가 가장 높은 경도분포값을 나타내었으며 그 이상 장시간 처리하면 오히려 경도가 감소하는 경향을 나타낸다. 그리고 침붕층은 20% HCl, 20% H₂SO₄용액에서는 뛰어난 내식성을 가지나, 20% HNO₃용액에 대해서는 상대적으로 내식성이 떨어졌다. 그리고 내고온산화성은 대기중 800˚C까지는 침붕처리한 시편이 우수했으나 900˚C부터는 오히려 감소했다. To improve the surface hardness of the 0.1V steel, by Boronizing Treatment, We got boride layer showing high hardness, Hv=1500∼2000. A parabola relationship was appeared between boride layer thickness and treatment time, and apparent activation energy to form the boride layer 94kJ/mol. Moreover, We obtained the most high hardness distribution value when had the boronizing treatment for 3 hours at 900˚C. On the contrary, If we did boronizing treatment above 3 hours, the hardness appeared decreasing tendency. The boride layer had a good corrosion resistance at a solution of 20% HCl and 20% H₂SO₄, but correlatively the corrosion resistance of the boride layer was declined at a solution of 20% HNO₃. And the boronized specimen had a good high temperature oxidation resistance until 800˚C in the atmosphere but the high temperature oxidation resistance go down above 900˚C.

        웹을 이용하면 전 세계 어디라도 연결할 수 있고, 원하는 정보 또한 쉽게 제공받을 수 있다. 이러한 웹의 장접을 이용하여 다양한 교육용 콘텐츠가 개발되어지고 있다. 본 연구는 C언어 학습 콘텐츠를 개발중 값비싼 C 컴파일러를 구매하지 않고 쉽게 실습할 수 있는 방법으로, 클라이언트에 제한적으로 실행되어지는 C 컴파일러를 인터넷에서 이용하게 한 연구로 LINUX 기반의 서버측 C 컴파일러를 이용하여 프로그램을 작성 실행시켜 보는 시스템을 개발하였다. 구현된 시스템은 상용의 컴파일러를 구매하지 않아도 되는 경제적인 장점을 가진다.
