Web Impact Factor and Link Analysis of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) Organizations

There have been extensive studies done on webometrics, particularly on the impact of websites and the web impact factor. The present study analyzed the websites of ICAR organizations, according to the webometrics indicator. It examines and explores the 92 ICAR organizational websites in India and identifies a number of web pages and link pages,and calculates the Overall Web Impact Factor (WIF) and Absolute Web Impact Factor (WIF). In this study, all websites were analyzed and data extracted using Google search engine. It suggests that Web Impact Factors can be calculated as a way of comparing the attractiveness of web sites or domains on the Web.

La0:667Ca0:333Mn 1. xM xO3. d (M ¼ Mg, Li or Re) exhibit insulating behaviour and nonlinear currentvoltage (JE) relationshipwith voltage-limiting characteristics at temperatures below the ferromagnetic transition (Tc). The high current region is set in at eldstrengths< 60 V/cm. Nonlinearity exponent,a in the relationJ¼ kEa increases inversely with temperature. In presence of an externalmagnetic eld, theJE curves show higher current density at lower eld strengths. Microstructural studies indicate that there is nosegregation of secondary phases in the grain boundary regions. There is remarkable changes inqðTÞas well asJE curves with thegrain size. Annealing studies in lowerpO2 atmospheres indicate that there is signicant out-diusion of oxygen ions through the grainboundary layer (GBL) regions creating oxygen vacancies in the GBL regions. The concentration of Mn4þ ions is lowered at the GBLintroduced between two conducting grains and the carrier motion between the grains is inhibited. Thus belowTc, where sucientincrease in resistivity is observed the conduction may be arising as a result of spin dependent tunneling across the barrier. Externalelectric eld lowers the barrier height and establishes carrier transport across the barrier. Above certain eld strength, barrier heightdiminishes signicantly and thereby allowing large number of carriers for conduction, giving rise to highly nonlinear conductivity.. 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. A study of palm oil mill processing and environmental assessment of palm oil mill effluent treatment

This work discusses the palm oil mill processing carried out at Jugra Palm Oil Mill Sdn Bhd, situated at Selangor, Malaysia with the capacity of 45-t fresh fruit bunch (FFB)/h. Typically, oil palm residues and palm oil mill effluent (POME) from FFB are generated while processing. Prior to discharge, POME should be treated to remove pollutants in the effluent. As such, the performances of anaerobic and aerobic ponds were assessed in this study to determine temperature, pH, biological oxygen demand (BOD), sludge volume index (SVI), and dissolved oxygen (DO). From the experiments, mesophilic temperature due to better process stability was applied in anaerobic ponds. The pH results displayed a fluctuating trend between lower control limit and upper control limit, and, the pH value increased from one pond to another. The final discharge BOD and SVI appeared to be lower than 100 mg/L and 10 mL/L indicating low degree of pollution and good settling ability for biomass/solid. DO was close to normal, mostly below 2 mg/L. The experimental outcomes revealed the effective treatability of POME in adherence to the standard regulation, which is the priority for environmental sustainability within this industry domain.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>By varying Co:Sb molar ratio, crystalline CoSb<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> was synthesized through surfactant free hydrothermal method. The tetragonal crystal structure and phase composition of cobalt antimonate were obtained through XRD Rietveld refinement method. CoSb<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> exhibits a direct band gap of 2.89 eV was computed using First-principle density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Here, the Fermi energy level is upshifted to conduction band region, representing the n-type behaviour of the CoSb<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> unit cell. The oxidation state of +2 and + 3 of Co was identified through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis (XPS). Formation of submicron size, rod shape particles was confirmed by Transmission electron microscopic (TEM) images. Cyclic voltammogram exhibits a specific capacitance of 598 F g<SUP>−1</SUP> at 2 mV s<SUP>−1</SUP> in 1 M KOH. More importantly, Galvanostatic charge-discharge analysis (GCD) delivered the specific capacitance of 382 F g<SUP>−1</SUP> at 1 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP>. For practical application, an asymmetric supercapacitor is constructed using Ni<SUB>3</SUB>(Fe(CN)<SUB>6</SUB>)<SUB>2</SUB>(H<SUB>2</SUB>O) as a positive electrode and synthesized one-dimensional CoSb<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> as a negative electrode, which offered a maximum specific capacitance of 279 Fg<SUP>-1</SUP> at 1 mV s<SUP>−1</SUP>. Cycling stability of the fabricated device demonstrated the retention of almost 100% and hence depicts its promising nature as an efficient electrode for supercapacitor application.</P>

Primary tracheobronchial lipoma is an extremely rare entity, the diagnosis of which is often missed initially. Cases are generally diagnosed late after initial treatment for asthma and bronchitis. We report a case of a 42-year-old man with a left main bronchus lipoma that caused near-total obstruction. The lipoma was treated by bronchoscopic resection with an electrosurgical snare and cryoablation.
