The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship service quality and service loyalty in commercial Sport Facilities. Subjects were 341 customer who have perticipated in commercial sport centers which are used the convenience sampling. This study were questionnaire developed by combing and modifying those that service quality by Park Dong-Kyun(2002), Kim Dae-Kwon(1994). For data analysis the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSSWIN 9.0 The results are as follow. Among the factors of service qualities in the sports facilities, system factor, person factor, physical factor showed influence on service loyalty.

The ion of Mg^(2+), Ca^(2+), Cd^(2+) was doped to silver chloride. The sensitivity of doped membrane electrodes were compared to pure silver chloride. The Physical properties of doped membranes were excellent to use for detection of halogen ions. The membrane electrodes showed nernstian slope of 57mV to Cl^- ion in the 1.0×10^(-1) M to 1.0×10^4M and in the Potentiometric precipitation titration curves found that it was better than to pure silver chloride electrode.

천골강내로 주입한 Morphine 에 의한 상 하복부 수술후 진통효과

Caudal narcotic analgesia was assessed after the injection of 3㎎ morphine diluted in 30ml(physiologic) saline into the sacral canal in 15 patients after upper abdominal surgery, in 20 patients after lower abdominal surgery under general anesthesia, and in 20 patients after perianal surgery under caudal block. Pain relief was evaluated by the subesquent need for systemic analgesics. All cases had considerable relief from pain and the morphine was effective for 12 or more hours. There were no significant differances between pain relif of the upper abdominal and lower abdominal surgery group, upper abdominal and perianal surgery group, and lower abdominal and perianal surgery group(p>0.05, p>0.05, p>0.05). It is suggested that the morphine, which was administered into the sacral, cannal, reached the subarachnoid space and produced it's effect by direct action on the specific opiate receptors in the substantia gelatinosa of the posterior horn cell of the spinal cord. Consequently, whether analgesia from epidural narcotics appears to be segmental in distrib ution or not is still in controversy.

The aim of this study was to investigate the various forms of diet and energy intake, total nutrients intake of daily energy and the changes of building up a meal habit for unmarried women to be slender. For achieving this study, first of all, I selected 50 unmarried women 22∼29 in age, and calculated the exhortative quantity and nutrients intake of each nutrition substance, by means of experimenting 24 hours recollections for each nutrients intake and body mass index. I came to the following conclusion after investigating the body mass index gained by body measure and correlations and nutrients significant on nutrients intake and exhortative quantity. 1. Examing the difference from the exhortative quantity and nutrients intake in unmarried women group of this study, I concluded that the nutrients intake showed less than the exhortative quantity in calorie, very little in protein, and deficient in fat intake. Also the intake carbohydrate, calcium and iron content of the main nutrition showed less than the exhortative quantity, and much in phosphorus, vitamin A, and vitamin C. And there was non-significants with vitamin B_1 and vitamin B_2 The total differences showed nearly the same as calorie(p<0.01), fat(p<0.05), calcium(p<0.05), phosphorus(p<0.01), vitamin A(p<0.01), niacin(p<0.05), and vitamin C(p<0.01) in general nutritive substance. 2. The relation with body weight and age as physical characteristics, the body mass index showed significants to the age. 3. The correlation between the body mass index and each nutrients intake in unmarried women group of this study showed very little differences in other nutrition, but showed significants correlation in vitamin A(p<0.05), and vitamin C(p<0.01).

Effects of soil improvements on distribution of the soil macroarthropods fauna

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of soil improver on the population density and composition of microarthropods in the upland which cultivated pepper consecutively. We have treated soil improver sucf as zeolite, compost, ca, sio2 , and integrated improvement i. e. treated zeolite, compost, ca, and deep cultivate ; 20 cm. We sampled soil to collect soil microarthropods from a week to 15 months after treament at each site by soil-corer and extracted 48 hours in berlese- tullgren funnel. We have classified 16 families, 35 species diversity index of soil microarthropods are highe in the integrated improver and compost site than those found in any other sites. We suggest that soil improvement effrcts of integrated improved site are influenced by compost.

암성격통(癌性激痛)에 대한 신경차단요법

Intractable pain associated with advanced cancer is an important and complicated clinical problem. One hundered and forty cases with cancer pain were treated by several neive blocking techniques at the pain clinic of Yonsei Medica Center during a 4 year period from January 1978 to December 1981. These cases had intractable pain from non-resectable or recurrent cancer of the stomach (35 cases), pancreas (24 cases), lung (17 cases), uterine cervix (14 cases), rectum (13 cases), colon, lymphoma, liver, gall bladder and the others. After cereful evaluation, they were given celiac plexus block with pure and/or 50% alcohol in 73 cases, intrathecal block with 10% phenol glycerine in 19 cases, continuous epidural block with 1% lidocaine in 35 cases and micellaneous nerve blocks including sympathetic ganglion block and local infiltration in 13 cases. Good to excellent pain relief was achieved in the a bove groups as follows; celiac plexus, 93.2%; intrathecal, 89.5%; continuous epidural, 60.5%; miscellaneous, 61.5%. Over all after block, life duration ranged from 2 weeks to 12 months with an average of 2.4 months. When patients are selected carefully, and the block is performed with great caution, risk is minimal, and long lasting relief of intractable pain is possible in the majority of terminalcancer patients. With pain eliminated or significantly relieved, the majority of these patients led normal lives until they died.
