      • 계층적 분석 기법을 이용한 워드프로세서의 기능성 평가

        This research utilized the Analytic Hierachy Process(AHP) methodology for evaluating usability of word-processor. Subjective evaluation of interface usability, especially for word-processor, has been done with respect to such measures as completion time, human error, and functionality. And questionnaires, interviews, and verbal protocols are among the most common methods for data collection. However, since there are many functions or capabilities in any word-processor, and worse yet, complicated hierarchical relationships among them, it is not easy to evaluate the functionality of word-processors as a whole. Highlighting this, the present research used the AHP methodology to build a structure of software capabilities. Twenty-three university students participated in the experiment. They were asked to rate the importance of 43 selected major functions of three widely-used word-processors. The results from the AHP methodology showed that respect to functionality the "Edit" function is the most highly evaluated, followed by "File" and "Table" functions. In each of those major functions, the structure of sub-functions were also set up. The results can be applied to study the user'priority among various capabilities of user interface.

      • 德裕山 森林群落의 植物社會學的 硏究

        Mt.Dukyoo is 1,594m high, located in latitude 35。51'N and longitude 127。45'E, and very famouse mountain in Korea. The vegetation, soil and topographical factors of the mountain were investigated, and discussed on the continuous changes of the vegetational structures and species compositions according to the elevational changes. The vegetation of Mt.Dukyoo was changed continuously along with elevational increase. Below of 1,100m of the sea level was dominated by Quercus serrata and Q.mongolica and the upper parts of the level was dominated with Q.mongolica almost absolutely. The top part of the mountain was covered with dwarfed Q.mongolica, Betula platyphylla var.japonica and Taxus cuspidata. These continuous changes of vegetation coincide with vertical distribution of Kira's Warmth Index and didn't affected by soil factors such as soil pH, organic content and water content. In the point of view of climatic factors and species composition, the vegetation of the Mt.Dukyoo is assumed to be cool temperate broad leaved forest in lower part of the sea level 1,300m and the beginning of subalpine coniferous forest in upper of the level. On the order hand, species diversity and eyeness for each diversity index were very in all plots sampled, so that the plant communities of Mt.Dukyoo seems to be mature and very stable.

      • 폴리스타이렌 아이오노머와 액정중합체 블렌드의 기계적 성질

        The dynamic mechanical properties of thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester (LCP) blends with polystyrene (PS) and Li sulfonated polystyrene (PSSLi) were investigated. It was found that PS forms an immiscible blend with LCP. However, above the matrix T_(g) of the PS, the addition of the LCP increases the modulus of the blend significantly because the LCP acts as filler below its T_(g). In PSSLi/LCP blend system, it was also found that, in the temperature range between two T_(g)s of the ionomer, the LCP acts as filler and thus increases the modulus of the blend. However, the filler effect of the LCP on the modulus decreases rapidly with increasing temperature and disappears above the T_(g) of the LCP. Finally, it was suggested that the PSSLi may be partially miscible with the LCP via ion-dipole interactions between a Li^(+) cation of the PSSLi and a carbonyl group of the LCP.

      • 삼림토양의 미생물군집과 아밀라아제 활성에 관한 연구

        식생형이 다른 임상의 토양에서 토양요인과 총 세균수, 토양 amylase 활성 및 미생물량을 측정하고, 각 임상토양으로부터 분리된 세균에 대하여 상수리나무와 리기다소나무의 생잎 추출액의 타감효과를 검토하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 1. 총 세균수는 서어나무림 토양이 소나무림보다 4~7배 많았으며, 이러한 차이는 발효층에서 가장 컸다. 2. 토양 아밀라아제 활성은 총 세균수, 토양유기물 함량과 매우 높은 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 발효층은 부식층보다 4~5배, 부식층은 A층보다 2~4배 활성이 컸다. 3. 미생물량은 연중 여름철에 가장 많았으며, 토양의 깊이 증가에 따라 감소하는 수직분포를 나타냈다. 대부분의 경우 소나무림 토양이 졸참나무림 토양보다 큰 값을 나타냈다. 4. 리기다소나무와 상수리나무 생잎 추출액은 토양에서 분리된 세균들에 대하여 그들의 성장을 촉진 또는 저해하였다. 상수리나무 생잎 추출액의 경우 리기다소나무 추출액보다 많은 균종에 대하여 그 성장에 저해를 나타냈다. 리기다소나무림과 상수리나무림 토양에서 분리된 균주가 우점종의 생잎 추출액에 의해 저해받는 경우는 각각 4.2%, 25%로 나타났다. Soil condition, total number of bacteria, soil amylase activity and microbial biomass (CO₂-C) were measured at soil of different forest types. And the difference of the allelopathic effect was determined between fresh leaf extract of Quercus acutissima and Pinus rigida to the bacteria isolated from soil of different forest types. 1. Total number of bacteria in Carpinus laxiflora forest soil was 4~7 times larger than that in Pinus densiflora forest soil. 2. Soil amylase activity was positively correlated with total number of soil bacteria and soil organic matter content. The amylase activity at F layer was 4~5 times larger than that at H layer, and that at H layer was 2~4 times larger than that at A layer. 3. Seasonal changes of microbial biomass showed a peak in summer, and vertical distribution of microbial biomass decreased with increasing soil depth. The microbial biomass in Pinus densiflora forest soil was larger than that in Quercus serrata forest soil. 4. Fresh leaf extract of Pinus rigida and Quercus acutissima showed an acceleration or inhibition effect on the growth of soil bacteria, and that of Q. acutissima inhibited larger number of soil bacterial strains than that of P. rigida. 4.2% and 25% of soil bacterial strains isolated from soil of P. rigida and Q. acutissima forests were inhibited by fresh leaf extract of P. rigida and Q. acutissima, respectively.

      • 태권도 겨루기 준비자세에 따른 앞돌려 차기 시간의 분석

        This study was under taken to identify the speed times among Free fighting stance Knee joint straighted stance, Knee joint bented stance, and Bouncing stance in TaeKwon-Do, by utilizing a high-speed camera(HSV 200 made from NAC Company in Japan), which will be able to take 200 frames per second. The 15 subjects employed for this study were selected form the Korean National TakKwon-Do players in 1995. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, The data were analyzed with One-way ANOVA to determine the speed time of each stance. The results showed that there were statistical differences between the four stances each other. Therefore, to test the differences, Scheffe-test foe post-hoc comparisons was applied to the four dependent variables. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The Knee joint bented stance is the fastest motion(0.571 sec). 2. The Free fighting stance is the 2nd fastest motion(0.626 sec). 3. The Bouncing stance shows the 3rd rank of the fast motion(0.627 sec). 4. The last rank of the stance motion is the knee joint straighted stance(0.654 sec). According to the above-mentioned results, the implications of the study suggest that the Knee joint bented stance and the Bouncing stance will be applicable to the competition effectively, and especially, the Knee joint bented stance will be beneficial against the count-kick in the competition.

      • 有限要素法에 依한 notch部의 應力解析과 光彈性實驗과의 比較

        The design of machine elements formed with various notched shapes requires accurate predictable stress value of the notched position, therefore, many investigators have dealt with this subject, but they only reached approximate value In this paper, the stress concentration factors of the U-notched plate and V-notched plate subjected to tensile force was calculated by the photo-elasticity experiment and the finite element method, subsequently with equations by above method and many invesgatied equants were compared. The result was as follows. (1) The values of photo-elasticity experiment of the U-notched plate are greater than the values calculated by the finite element method. by 0.5% (2) The values of photo-elasticity experiment of the V-notched plate are 0.4% greater than the values calculate by the finite element method. by 0.4% (3) Trying to compare the values, we applied Armbruster's equation to the U-notched plate and to the V-notched plate and the values calculated by the finite element method. The values of the both theoritical equations are 1.7%, this is 10% greater than the values by finite element method respectively.

        韓國人에서 多重增幅 重合酵素反應으로 分析한 STRs 遺傳座位의 遺傳的 多樣性

        The tetrameric STRs loci were studied in a population of Korean(n=223) for allele frequency distribution and applicability to identity and paternity testing, using multiplex PCR with electrophoresis of the PCR products in DNA sequencing gels and subsequent detection of allelic fragments by silver staining. The STRs loci analyzed were HUMCSF1PO, HUMTPOX, and HUMTHO1 ; in the Korean population, 9 alleles with their frequency range of 0.002-0.363 are detected in the HUMCSF1PO, 5 alleles with those of 0.020-1.480 in the HUMTPOX, and 6 alleles with those of 0.002-0.489 in the HUMTHO1. The highest observed heterozygosity is found at the locus HUMCSF1PO(0.709), those of the loci HUMTPOX and HUMTHO1 being 0.646 and 0.632, respectively. All loci meet Hardy-Weinberg expectations ; there are good agreement between the observed and expected values under Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Moreover, pairwise comparisons between loci show allelic independence for all the 3 loci comparisons. The power of discrimination (PD) determined for the locus HUMCSF1PO is 0.8896 (88.96%), that of the HUMTPOX is 0.8818(88.18%), and that for the HUMTHO1 is 0.8367(83.67%) ; the combined power of discrimination for the triplex is 0.9976(99.76%). The power of exclusion(PEX) calculated for the loci HUMCSF1PO, HUMTPOX, and HUMTHO1, being prior probability that a falsely accused father will be excluded, and 0.5173(51.73%), 0.4610(46.10%), and 0.5101(510.01%), respectively, and the cummulative power of exclusion(CPE) for all the three loci is 0.8726(87.26%). Thus, these allelic frequency data can be used to construct the database of the multiplex PCR-based DNA profile in the Korean population. The calculated parameter, "power of discrimination(PD)" and "power of exclusion(PEX)", show the informativeness of these loci for the determination of identity and relatedness of individuals.

      • 지구과학의 地震 학습을 위한 STS 프로그램의 개발

        과학적 소양을 갖춘 시민 양성이 오늘날 과학교육의 중요한 목적 중의 하나임은 주지의 사실이다. 이를 위한 교육방법의 하나인 STS 교육은 우리나라에서도 그 중요성이 크게 인정되고 있는 형편이다. STS 교육을 활성화하기 위해서는 실제로 우리 나라의 교육 환경 하에서 활용할 수 있는 STS 프로그램, 진행을 위한 안내서 및 기본 자료의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점들을 고려하여, 학습자들이 교수-학습 활동의 중심이 되며 교사는 조력자로서의 역할을 하는 STS 수업의 실제 상황을 예시하고, 이 과정에서 적용한 교수-학습 방법과 활용한 자료들을 바탕으로 고등학교 지구과학의 지진 분야 학습을 위한 STS 프로그램을 개발하여 제시하여 지구과학 수업에서 STS 교육이 가능하도록 하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. It is a well known fact that it is a one of important objects of science education today to bring up citizens with scientific attainments. As a way to achieve the above object, STS's importance is being highly emphasized. To activate STS education, it is needed to develop STS programs, guide books and fundamental materials. Considering these sectors, this study shall present actual situations of STS education in which students are at the center of teaching and learning process and teachers are assistants. Based on teaching learning methods and material applied in the above process, this study shall help to enable STS in earth science by developing and presenting STS program for earthquake portion in high school earth science.
