      • Clonixin Argininate의 약제학적 연구

        To increase the bioavailability of clonixin, clonxin argininate was prepared and compared with clonxin by determining solubility, pKa, lipid-water partition coefficient, dissolution rate and in vivo tests. The results are summerized as followings; 1) The solubility of clonixin argininate was increased by 20 times in water, about 1.2 times in pH 1.2 and pH 8.0 buffer solution, and about 1.8 times in pH 6.8 buffer solution compared with that of clonixin. 2) pKa values of clonixin, clonixin lysinate and clonixin argininate were 6.32, 7.20 and 7.45, respectively. 3) The lipid-water partition coefficient of clonixin argininate was increased more than that of the clonixin in n-hexane, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, methylene chloride, and n-butanol, but the partition coefficient of clonixin was increased more than that of clonixin argininate in benzene/pH 1,2 buffer solution, ether/pH 8.0 buffer solution, and about 5 min. in pH 6.8 buffer solution. T_60% of clonixin lysinate was about 1.5min. in water, about 1.8 min. in pH 6.8 buffer solution, and about 8min. in pH 1.2 buffer solution. But T_60% of clonixin was about 96 min. in pH 6.8 buffer solution, over 2 hours in water and pH 1.2 buffer solution. 5) Anti-inflammatory effect of clonixin argininate was lapse of time. 6) Analgesic effect of clonixin argininate was increased by 1.5 times more than that of clonixin and the effect of clonixin argininate was nearly identical with that of clonixin lysinate. 7) The absorption rates (Ka) of clonixin, clonixin lysinate and clonixin argininate were 0.169hr^01, 0.652hr^-1 and 0.723 hr^-1 in situ, respectively.

        This is a study on the improvement of the curriculum of food technology department in technical junior college in parallel with the development of scientific technique. The results obtained is as follows; 1. It is emphasised with training the middle-level technician in both quality control and food processing course in curriculum. 2. It is established with new subject; Instrumental Analysis, EDPS, Introduction to Electric Technology, Industrial Management, Quality control. 3. With elimination of overlapping subjects it is assembled with 18, 19 subjects in each course. 4. It is suggested with the topic of experiments and practices extracted from the result of job analysis.

      • 戰鬪地域에서 發生한 踵骨骨折에 對한 臨床的 考察 : 33例에 對한 分析

        The clinical analysis 33 cases of the calcaneal fractures, treated at the Dept. of Orthopedic Surgery of Chin-Hae Naval Hospital for three years from September, 1966 to August, 1969, was reported. The results were as follows; 1) All the patient were male and in the 3 rd. decade of life. 2) There were 20 cases caused by booby trap explosion, 9 cases by gunshot, 3 cases by falling from a height and one case by other causes. The most common cause in this series was the booby trap explosion as 60% in frequency. 3) 21 cases were open fractures and 12 cases were closed fractures. Open fractures were about twice as frequent as closed fractures. 4) The classification in this series was follwed to Essex-Lopresti's; According to his classification, Group I was fractures of the calcaneus not involving the subtalar joint and Group II was -fractures of the calcaneus involving the subtalar joint. 5) Associated injuries were in 22 cases (66%). Among them, 19 cases were caused by booby trap explosion. Comminuted fractures of the tibia and the fibula in 10 cases, comminuted fractures of the femur in 5 cases, loss of soft tissue of heel in 3 cases, injuries of common peroneal nerve in 2 cases, fractures of the metatarsal bone in one case and fracture of the second lumbar vertebra in one case, could be noticed as associated injuries. It is said that fractures of the calcaneus caused by falling from a height were frequently associated with fracture of the spine. But in our series, fracture of the spine could not be observed in the cases caused by booby trap explosion. 6) The principle of treatment in our series was as follows; Conservative treatment for Group I and open reduction or athrodesis for Group II. 7) Disabilities after treatment were 14 cases, in which 10 cases were treated by conservative method and 4 cases by open method. In our series, disability was found more frequently in the cases what had been treated by conservative method than in the cases treated by open method.

      • 農藥과 環境과의 關係 : 農藥使用量 推移 및 農藥販賣商에 關하여 Agricultural chemical use and status of agricultural chemical dealers

        In order to understand the interrelationship of agricultural chemical consumption with environment, the preliminary study was conducted to evaluate consumption of the agricultural chemicals in Korea and the present status of agricultural chemical dealers in Daegu city, emphasizing specially on qualification and academic background. The agricultural chemicals consumed in 1975 was 8,618.8 ton(a.i) and increased upto 14,454.2 ton(a.i.) in 1979, showing approximately an increase of 1.7 times during five years period. The academic background of managers working in the agricultural chemical dealers was mostly high school graduates and only 5.7% of them was agricultural college graduates in Daegu city as of December, 1981.

      • Pipemidic Argininate의 藥劑學的 硏究

        Pipemidic acid, 8-ethyl-5,8-dihydro-5-oxo-2 (1-piperazinyl)-pyrido [2,3-d] pyrimidine-6-carboxylic acid is a synthetic antibacterial agent structurally related to nalidixic acid. Pipemidic acid is insoluble drug in water, which is aimed at increasing solubility to improve upon the bioavailability in case of oral administration. Then writer was reacted by the basic amino acid, arginine, into the pipemidic acid, produced the pipemidic argininate and examined for solubility, dissolution rate, apparent partition coefficient and antibacterial activity. The results were summerized as followings. (1) The solubility of pipemidic argininate has been increased by 2~6 times more than that of pipemidic acid in each solvents. (2) In dissolution test, the time required to dissolve 60% (T_60%) of pipemidic argininate was about 1.5 minutes in each solvent. But pipemidic acid was over 120 minutes in each solvent. (3) The lipid-water partition coefficient against pipemidic argininate was generally greater than that of pipemidic acid. (4) In Vitro antibacterial activity, namely, the MIC values of pipemidic acid and pipemidic argininate were same against for Bacillus subtillis and Escherichia coli. But against Staphylococus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Proteus vulgaris, pipemidic argininate was much lower than that of pipemidic acid.

      • H형강 구조물의 T-joint에서 용접조건에 따른 용접잔류응력의 영향

        In the welding for the steel structures of H-beam with mild steel and 490N/mm2 high tensile steel, we applied the fillet weld mostly and 6∼8mm weld length(AISC-spec.). And a new developed metal-cored-wire is used in automatic welding as well as semi-automatic welding. In this study we have attempted to raise the welding productivity and to stabilize the quality on horizontal positions of fillet welding with the following items : We improved the weld productivity using metal based cored wire with a high deposition rate in the steel structures of H-beam. We tested the weldability and evaluated the quality of the weldmetal by horizontal fillet CO2 welding. The process is carried out in combination with a special purpose metal-based FCW with excellent resistance to porosity and high welding speed. We studied the micro structure of the weldmetal by the various welding conditions. We studied the effect of welding residual stress by the welding conditions in T-joint. Therefore, it can be assured that more productive and superior quality of the weldmetal can be taken from this study results.

      • Pipemidic Argininate 및 Pipemidic Acid β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex의 장관흡수실험

        Pipemidic argininate and pipemidic acid β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was examined for the absorption by rat intestin in situ recirculation. The absorption rate constant was pipemidic acid 0.096hr^-1, pipemidic argininate 0.276hr^-1 and pipemidic acid β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex 0.221hr^-1. The absorption rat of pipemidic argininate and it's complex turned out to be greater than that of pipemidic acid. And the absorption mechanism of pipemidic argininate was examined by everted sac of rat intestin, 0.1mM drug buffer solution was incubated in serosal and mucosal for 30 minutes, and the result showed that drug concentration of serosal was 0.144mM, concentration of mucosal was 0.0897mM. Through this study it is infered that the absorption mechanism was a special transport.

      • 海水를 含有한 廢水의 微生物 轉煥에 關한 硏究

        Effects of chloride on the biological treatment process of wastewater containing seawater was studied. The dextrose-synthesized wastewater and the synthesized waste-waters containing different chloride concentrations of 2,760, 8,460 and 16,690 ppm, which were adjusted by adding seawater to the dextrose-synthesized wastewater, were treated, respectively, by the aeration-only complete mixing activated sludge(CMAS) process to evaluate the chloride effects on the values of the kinetic constants, organic substrate removal rate and the effluent quality. The fish-processing wastewater whose T-BOD and chloride concentration were 1,551 and 4,450㎎/ℓrespectively was also treated by the complete mixing activated sludge process with return sludge to estimate the kinetic constant values, organic substrate removal rate and effluent quality. The units of the aeration-only CMAS process were operated with the hydraulic detention time variations of from 0.133 to 0.58 day while that of CMAS process with return sludge was operated with the hydraulic detention time variations of from 0.18 to 9.42 day and cell residence time variations of from 1.10 to 2.5 day. The kinetic constant values of k, Y, ??, for the synthesized wastewater were estimated to be ??, 0.69 and ?? respectively. These values were not changed by the increases in chloride concentration in the synthesized wastewater. However, the Ks value only varied from 83.3 to 139.5㎎/ℓas the chloride concentrations in the wastewater increased. The kinetic constant values of Ks, k, Y and ?? for the fish-processing wastewater were found to be 257㎎/ℓ, ??, 0.54 and ??, respectively. And the oxygen requirement per biomass for endogeneous respiration(b´) were estimated to be 0.25 and ?? respectively. The value of BOD coefficient(Kb) in the waste-water containing seawater were 0.72, which is slightly lower than that of the synthesized wastewater. It was suggested that design parameters for treating the high chloride ion-containing wastewater be evaluated based on the MLVSS rather than MLSS from the fact that the ratio of MLVSS and MLVSS and MLSS was only 0.49. In treating the fish-processing wastewater by CMAS process with MLVSS concentration of 4,000 ㎎/ℓ, it was found that the hydraulic detention time and cell residence time should be greater than 6.2 hours and 1.5 days to meet the effluent quality, respectively.

      • Salicylamide의 腸管吸收에 관한 硏究

        The absorption of salicylamide from the everted intestine of a rabbit in combination with ephedrine, and salicylamide alone and chlropheniramine, was examined. This examination was taken to method of cannulated everted sac technique and used to the Crane and Wilson appartus. The results were as follows: 1. The absorption of salicylamide in the everted intestine were incresed by the compound of ephedrine. 2. Also, the compound of chlorpheniramine was increased to the absorption of salicylamide. 3. Moreover, the compounds of chlorpheniramine and ephedrine were increased to the absorption of salicylamide. 4. In the region of intestine, the absorption of salicylamide showed most increased absorption in the middle region of intestine. 5. The intestinal transfer rate of salicylamide was 2.29 and the intestinal transfer rate of salicylamide of compound with chlorpheniramine and ephedrine was 3.42.

      • 경피제제로서 수종의 플루비프로펜 Vehicle과 O/W 마이크로에멀젼의 평가

        In order to reduce systemic side effects following administration, flurbiprofen was formulated as O/W microemulsion consisting of the surfactant, oil phase and aqueous phase. Particle size distribution, apparent viscosity, solubility and skin permeation of flurbiprofen in various vehicles and microemulsion were evaluated. The domain of O/W microemulsion's phase diagram had difference between oil types and the area of O/W microemulsion was wide distributed by adding to PG and cosurfactant than that of water alone. As increasing 10, 15 and 20% of Brij 97 content and 1, 2.5, 5% of oil content, the solubility of flurbiprofen in O/W microemulsions and various vehicles was 400~1,000 and 10~500 times higher than that of control. Also apparent viscosity of soybean oil microemulsions was higher than that of IPM microemulsions and that of vehicle were increased as increasing vehicle content. Since skin permeation of flurbprofen decreased as increasing viscosity, in each vehicle, it was not affected 2% β-CD and decreased as increasing PG content and to 2, 5 and 10% of HP-β-CD. In O/W microemulsion, 5% soybean oil, 20% Brij 97 and 75% water(A-1) with high viscosity showed low skin penetration.
