According to the domestic specification, the curing of the specimen for strength management used to determine the time of the mold deformity of the structure concrete in early spring and early autumn is cured in the field structure condition. However, when the seal curing is performed in the field, the temperature of the specimen is very low compared to the temperature of the actual structure, so the strength of the structure concrete predicted based on the strength of the specimen is much undervalued than the actual one, which causes the mold to be deformed. Therefore, this study analyzed the temperature history and compressive strength characteristics of the specimen for strength management through other sealing curing at 5°C and concrete of the actual structure, and presented the most suitable curing method.

Purpose: Currently, beauty shops are experiencing a crisis of survival due to a decrease in customers due to COVID-19, but research on their survival is lacking. The purpose of this study is to find out how modern people's beauty management behavior due to COVID-19, the social anxiety we are facing affects consumer psychology. Through this, beauty service consumers suffering from COVID-19 seek ways to improve consumer sentiment to use beauty services and reflect this to help prepare countermeasures and establish marketing strategies to cope with the difficulties of industry (mainly face-to-face services) due to COVID-19. hope it can be a resource. Method: The data of this study was an online survey targeting men and women who had experience of using beauty shops nationwide. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0, and first exploratory factor anal-ysis was performed to analyze the validity of the measurement tool. Reliability was analyzed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Frequency analysis and descriptive statistical analysis were performed, and regression analysis was performed. Results: All hypotheses of this study were accepted. Beauty management behavior had a significant impact on consumer sentiment. Beauty management behavior had a significant effect on safety expectations. Beauty management behavior had a significant effect on psychological compensation. Beauty management behavior had a significant impact on service expectations. Conclusion: The results of this study can be said to verify the relationship between beauty management be-havior and consumer psychology. Since beauty management behavior has been verified as a factor that enhances consumer emotion, it is important to stimulate individual beauty management behavior. Information on active beauty management behaviors using offline and online to meet consumption patterns and individual needs nec-essary to activate beauty management behaviors, prepare improvement and measures for intergenerational in-terest and rapidly changing beauty management behaviors should be provided to consumers.
Tapered Coating for Nano-electro-mechanical (NEM) Relay to Improve Energy-delay Product

The impact of beam coating on the energy–delay characteristic is investigated and quantitatively evaluated. In order to improve the energy–delay product, a vertically oriented nanoelectromechanical (NEM) relay with tapered coating is proposed, including its brief fabrication processes. The tapered coated beam, which has an effective spring constant identical to that an evenly coated beam but with lower effective mass, shows less energy dissipation for a given delay time. Furthermore, using the tapered coated beam structure can alleviate the stability problem because the von Mises stress is lower in the tapered coated beam than in the evenly coated beam in the pull-in state.
Improving Heuristic Algorithms for a Batch of the Nonlinear Parameter Estimation Problems

This study pursues to solve a batch of nonlinear parameter estimation (NPE) problems where a model interpreting the independent and the dependent variables is given and fixed but corresponding data sets vary. Specifically, we assume that the model does not have an explicit form and the discrepancy between a value from a data set and a corresponding value from the model is unknown. Due to the complexity of the problem, one may prefer to use heuristic algorithms rather than gradient-based algorithms, but the performance of the heuristic algorithms depends on their initial settings. In this study, we suggest two schemes to improve the performance of heuristic algorithms to solve the target problem. Most of all, we apply a Bayesian optimization to find the best parameters of the heuristic algorithm for solving the first NPE problem of the batch and apply the parameters of the heuristic algorithm for solving other NPE problems. Besides, we save a list of simulation outputs obtained from the Bayesian optimization and then use the list to construct the initial population set of the heuristic algorithm. The suggested schemes were tested in two simulation studies and were applied to a real example of measuring the critical dimensions of a 2-dimensional high-aspect-ratio structure of a wafer in semiconductor manufacturing.
Eruptive sebaceous hyperplasia induced by systemic corticosteroid

Eruptive sebaceous hyperplasia (ESH) which occurs in multiple lesions of sebaceous hyperplasia at similar time is a rare and poorly understood. Several reports suggest association with immune-suppressant, most commonly cyclosporine. Here we report ESH after systemic steroid for treatment of rapid progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN). A 70-year old man presented with a 5-years history of asymptomatic papules on the whole face. These multiple papules had 1-3 mm sized, skin colored with central umbilication. He has been treated with peritoneal dialysis due to chronic renal failure occurring after RPGN. He treated with prednisolone for RPGN 6 years ago. 6 months after prednisolone treatment, multiple papules occurred throughout the whole face. We performed biopsy from the cheek. The histopathologic findings revealed central dilated infundibulum attached to multiple enlarged lobules of sebaceous gland. It was consistent with sebaceous hyperplasia. Considering multiple lesions occurring after using prednisolone and histopathologic finding, we diagnosed the patients as ESH. Patient treated with carbon dioxide laser, because of his little renal function. After treatment, he was in good state without recurrence. Accurate mechanism for ESH is not known. But we suggest that it related with androgen level which reduced by steroid treatment. When ESH occurs, the association with the use of systemic steroid needs to be considered.
