ON THE PROXIMAL POINT METHOD FOR AN INFINITE FAMILY OF EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMS IN BANACH SPACES

Khatibzadeh, Hadi,Mohebbi, Vahid Korean Mathematical Society 2019 대한수학회보 Vol.56 No.3

In this paper, we study the convergence analysis of the sequences generated by the proximal point method for an infinite family of pseudo-monotone equilibrium problems in Banach spaces. We first prove the weak convergence of the generated sequence to a common solution of the infinite family of equilibrium problems with summable errors. Then, we show the strong convergence of the generated sequence to a common equilibrium point by some various additional assumptions. We also consider two variants for which we establish the strong convergence without any additional assumption. For both of them, each iteration consists of a proximal step followed by a computationally inexpensive step which ensures the strong convergence of the generated sequence. Also, for this two variants we are able to characterize the strong limit of the sequence: for the first variant it is the solution lying closest to an arbitrarily selected point, and for the second one it is the solution of the problem which lies closest to the initial iterate. Finally, we give a concrete example where the main results can be applied.

Studying the thermodynamic parameters of disperse dyeing of modified polyethylene terephthalate sheets using hyperbranched polymeric additive as a nanomaterial

Mina Ahani,Marziyeh Khatibzadeh,Mohsen Mohseni 한국공업화학회 2013 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.19 No.6

Thermodynamic parameters of disperse dyeing of modified PET sheets by various loads of a polyesteramide hyperbranched polymer are investigated in terms of standard affinity (Dm8), enthalpy change (DH8) and entropy change (DS8). The results show that the standard affinity of dye to the modified PET is higher than that to the virgin PET. The bath containing virgin PET displays the highest negative values of the DH8 and DS8, while the bath containing the modified PET with 2% hyperbranched polymer shows the lowest negative values of them. Surface morphology and thermal properties of the samples are analyzed by AFM and DSC.

PYROMILLING SYNTHESIS OF NANOCRYSTALLINE TITANIUM CARBIDE

        M. RAZAVI,S. ZAMANI,M. R. RAHIMIPOUR,P. KHATIBZADEH 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2013 NANO Vol.8 No.2

For the first time, pyromilling synthesis for production of nanocrystalline titanium carbide was presented in this research. Raw materials containing stoichiometric ratio of titanium and carbon were milled and heated simultaneously. Samplings were done at different times. Then, phase transformation, crystallite size and strain of samples were estimated by XRD technique. Microstructures of milled samples were studied by SEM and TEM. Results showed that by increasing temperature, milling time for synthesizing of titanium carbide was reduced. Crystallite size of milled samples were in nanometer scale which were reduced by increasing of milling time and decreasing of temperature while strain was intensified. Existence of created strain changed lattice parameter of synthesized titanium carbide from standard value.
