웹 기반 학습에 있어서의 상호작용적 자기조절학습 전략 연구

최근 웹 기반 학습의 우수성이 크게 대두되고 여러 방면의 연구들이 진행되고 있으나 학습자의 주도적인 참여를 요구하기 때문에 이를 극복하려는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 웹 기반 학습 시스템이 가지고 있는 결함을 보완하기 위해서 학습 환경을 촉진시키기 위한 자기조절학습 전략을 개발하였다. 자기조절학습 전략은 일반적이고 추상적인 내용으로 구성되어 있어 이를 구체적으로 구현하기 위한 하위 전략들을 도출한다. 또한 좀 더 체계화된 시스템 개발을 위해 하위 전략 요소에 대한 상호작용적 설계를 하여 보다 진보된 웹 기반 학습 시스템을 구축하고 이를 검증하였다. Many web-based learning systems have been developed and used widely. Most of the researches on web-based learning systems assume learners' active participation in the learning activity. However, learners do not always actively participate in the learning. This paper presents a novel self-regulated learning strategy to create a learning environment that encourages learner's active participation. We have derived sub-strategies that can be implemented as a web-based system. The derived sub-strategies have been implemented as an advanced web-base system and are verified by an empirical study.

In this study, we define the appropriate classification of information and telecommunication industry, including telecommunications equipment and service industry in order to provide the concerned governmental institutions with data useful for establishing industry promoting policy. And on the basis of this classification, we analyse traits and structure of the recent market, and also perform trends-analysis and market-forecast using data which have been fielded in our DB system since 1984. First, we classify telecommunications industries into telecommunications equipment industry, information equipment industry, S/W industry, telecommunications component manufacturing industry, and telecommunications service industry. And then, we classify telecommunications equipment industry and telecommunications service industry into more details; respectively, wire communication equipment / wireless communication equipment, computer equipment / peripheral equipment, system software / application software, active component / passive component / service / other telecommunications service industry. The characteristics of the recent industry are as follows; 1. in the economic-industrial aspect, role enlargement of information and telecommunications industry. 2. in the aspect of technology environment, rapid development of technology and technology commercialization. 3. in the market structure aspect, expansion of Regionalism.

Animal husbandry in Korea has made a remarkable progress during the last two decades, and domestic animal population is expected to be doubled in 2000's Without any major changes in international trade policy of the Government. Under such circumstances, substantial part of efforts and researches on the improvement of quality of animal products should also he placed to meet public demands. Current epidemic status of animal diseases in Korea shows that 2 diseases(Newcastle disease and hog cholera) are endemic in the field among 16 kinds of OIE list A diseases, and 32 diseases are recognized among 95 kinds of list B diseases, respectively. Therefore it is very important to formulate a consolidated strategy for protection of domestic animal industries from possible introduction of foreign or exotic diseases. In addition, systemic disease control measeures and policy should be practiced to eradicate the major diseases causing economic losses by improvement of field sanitation, diagnostic and disease preventive technology. To meet international open trade policy initiated from UR round agreement, it is expected that the veterinary frameworks would be reorganized to accomodate for effective disease control from 1992 in the scheme of the 7th economic development plan. and subsequently the Government input also must be extended to support the small scale domestic animal industries. Meanwhile it is imperative to recognize that farmers and producers should make every effort not only to increase the productivity but also to provide the safe products for consumers by practicing the sanitary farming and hygienic processing technology. In order to accomplish a good farming system, it is essential to connect the cooperative disease control systems organized by the Government, cooperatives and individual farmer in the near future. In addition, advanced diagnostic and prophylactic technology and disease control measures will be inevitably utilized to support the system. This paper described possible amendment of current veterinary structures and animal disease prevention acts, and also presented new strategy for the effective disease control measures in 2000's.
이온선택성막전근에 관한 연구 : 2AgI·PbI_2막전극의 이온선택성에 관하여

2AgI·PbI_2 막전극으로 Pb(Ⅱ)이온의 활동도에 대한 전위를 측정한 결과 Pb(Ⅱ)용액의 농도가 1.00×10^-1M로부터 1.00×10^-5M 범위에서 직선관계를 나타냈다. 검정선의 기울기는 Nernstian slope에는 약간 벗어난 25.3mV/P^pb이었으나 재현성이 좋고 안정된 감도를 보여 주었다. 이 전극의 전위에 영향을 미치는 이온은 납이온과 난용성염을 형성하는 S^2-와 Ag^+, I^-를 제외한 다른 이온은 이 전극에 거의 감응하지 않았고 pH2∼7사이의 용액에서 적용할 수 있으을 알았다. 이 전극을 전시전극으로 사용하여 1.00×10^-2M Pb(NO_3)_2 시료용액에 1.00×10^-1M NaOH, 1.00×10^-1M K_2CrO_4, 1.00×10^-1M Na_2SO_4 등의 표준용액으로 침전법적정을 할 수 있었다. In this experiment, the ion-selective membrane electrode of 2AgI-PbI_2 has been produced and the sensitivity, stability and reproducibility of the electrode have been investigated along with the influence of inhibitor ions and the response to pH changes. The results may be summarized as follows: 1. A linear relationship can be obtainde in the range of Pb(Ⅱ) concentration from 1.00×10^-5M to 1.00×10^-1M. 2. Although the observed potential shows some deviation from the Nernstian slope, a satisfactory sensitivity and also a good reproducibility have been obtained. 3. The electrode does not respond significantly to ions except S^2-, I' and Ag^+. 4. The electrode may be employed in the pH range of2∼7. 5. Using the electrode as the indicator electrode, the precipitation titration has been carried out with 1.00×10^-2M sample solution to determine Pb^2+ by use of standard solutions such as 1.00×10^-1M NaOH, 1.00×10^-1M K_2CrO_4, and 1.00×10^-1M Na_2SO_4.
