      • E-sports Talent Cultivation Research by Incorporating E-Sports into College Physical Education System

        Purpose: The research aims to explore the feasibility of incorporating e-sports into college physical education from the perspective of college physical education disciplinary construction and program development. The research is conducted in combination with the close linkage between the development of e-sports and industrial economy, the characteristics of the athletes at stage of entrance education and the consideration for constructing college e-sports talents cultivation mode. It is expected that the incorporation of e-sports into college physical education can help achieve a systematic and standard management of e-sports talent cultivation like other traditional sports items, allowing the excellent talents in this field to acquire a national education certificate and enjoy a systematic guarantee over their profession and other interests. Method: Such methods have been adopted in this research as the collection of literature data and network information and the method of comparative study. The research has been provided with a strong theoretical basis by collecting literature data and network information, the papers, thesis and news on the development of e-sports on campus and social needs for talents, as well as the related research findings at home and abroad in the approaches of manual and electronic retrieval. By differentiating e-sports from the traditional sports items and taking reference from the training method of the traditional sports talents in college, the research has made a concentrated consideration on how to construct e-sports talents cultivation mode in college. Result: Judged from the degree of social recognition, e-sports is close to video games in terms of definition. Under the effects of social negative view on video game, e-sports are not receiving a high degree of social recognition. Although it has developed to be a mainstream culture in South Korea, e-sports, as a global cultural phenomenon, needs a recognition from the organizations or institutes with more public trust in world , and a better environment for its development and talent cultivation. In the second place, there are groups of career athletes engaged in e-sports in Europe and America and even some Asian countries. They are basically aged between 16 and 25 and generally have a low education background, due to the lack of corresponding academic programs in universities. As a result, these athletes usually have to suffer from a series of problems at their later job career, like the insufficient school education and professional recognition, difficult occupation transfer and shortage of social system guarantee. In the third place ,Wonderful e-sports games not only require the athletes with consummate skills, and also the professional team managers, sports event organizers and the journalists, especially after South Korea constantly moves e-sports events into exhibition match. For example, e-sports games commentators, besides their great e-sports skill and cultural cultivation, tend to understand the strategic and tactic ideas of the athletes and know how to clearly express the ideas to the audience. Team manager or the journalists can be the profession to be pursued by the athletes after their retirement. In the fourth place, E-sports athletes and related talents are now basically cultivated by club training under the development of industrial economy and their self-growth, without an accurate and scientific cultivation mode and approach to make sure a steady yield of reserve talents. From the perspective of sports discipline, the development of e-sports cannot only limited to technical exchange, but also concerns theoretic research, and the development of the management science and pedagogy. In the fifth place, by taking reference from sports talents cultivation mode in the U.S. and Australia, college e-sports talents cultivation: ①set admission requirement with the criterion of the athletes specialized in sports and select the recruits from social cultivation;②establish an curriculum system combining professional training and academic education by way of "college-enterprise cooperation" for the e-sports athletes and related talents in college, to realize the respective cultivations for e-sports athletes, team management talents and journalism by setting up different specific courses;③absorb e-sports postgraduates, and apply the athletic tactics and strategies of the active and retired athletes into traditional sports items with the help of e-sports software. Conclusion: Firstly, e-sports talents cultivation after the incorporation of e-sports into college physical education system has its social, cultural and educational values. The combination of information technology and sports has endowed e-sports with a positive significance in discipline integration, expanded the scope of traditional sports teaching; and the independent major setup of e-sports has strengthened national and social recognition. Secondly, e-sports talents cultivation after the incorporation of e-sports into college physical education system is a supporting measure for the athletes themselves. The e-sports education in college aims to construct a joint cultivation mode mainly for e-sports athletes and secondly for related management staff, in view of different quality and aptitude of the students and the future development demands of e-sports. In this mode, the excellent e-sports athletes can be provided with the chance for postgraduate education, and the social status of e-sports can be raised by combining together with the traditional sports. Lastly, e-sports talents cultivation by incorporating e-sports into college physical education system is virtually combining e-sports talents social cultivation and college education. College cultivation can guarantee a more accurate career planning for e-sports talents, offer instructive suggestions for both the active and retired athletes, and make them easier to be recognized in profession and education background.

        Investigation of the strength of concrete-like material with waste rock and aeolian sand as aggregate by machine learning

        Solid waste filling is an important development direction for filling mining technology. This paper proposes to use waste rock and aeolian sand as aggregates to fill the underground extraction area in order to reduce the environmental damage of related waste solid. The experiments are optimized by response surface methodology and multivariate nonlinear response models are constructed to investigate the effects of different factors on uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) of concrete-like material (CLM). The performance of different swarm intelligence optimization algorithms is analyzed and combined with support vector regression model (SVR) to construct an intelligent prediction model for UCS. The results show that the packing density has a maximum value of 0.74 when the proportion of waste rock is around 0.6. The response model constructed in this paper has a P-value < 0.01 and R2 > 0.8, which indicates its high significance and goodness of fit. The UCS of CLM increases with the increase of cement content and slurry mass fraction, while it also increases and then decreases with the increase of proportion of waste rock. The ratio of waste rock and aeolian sand will affect the compactness of cemented structure. The better the ratio, the higher the average grey value of the cemented structure, the more compactness the cemented structure. The whale optimization algorithm-SVR model constructed in this paper has a prediction accuracy of more than 99% for UCS of CLM, which achieves high accuracy and fast prediction of UCS under multifactor conditions.

        PQ Control of Micro Grid Inverters with Axial Voltage Regulators

        This paper presents a PQ control strategy for micro grid inverters with axial voltage regulators. The inverter works in the voltage-controlled mode and can help improve the terminal power quality. The inverter has two axial voltage regulators. The 1st regulator involves the output voltage amplitude and output impedance, while the 2nd regulator controls the output frequency. The inverter system is equivalent to a controllable voltage source with a controllable inner output impedance. The basic PQ control for micro grid inverters is easy to accomplish. The output active and reactive powers can be decoupled well by controlling the two axial voltages. The 1st axial voltage regulator controls the reactive power, while the 2nd regulator controls the active power. The paper analyses the axial voltage regulation mechanism, and evaluates the PQ decoupling effect mathematically. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is validated by simulation and experimental results.

      • Evaluating optimum tilt angle for PV modules using solar radiation models in Wuhan, China

        Four models are used to estimate the hourly solar radiation on 15 pieces of different tilted photovoltaic (PV) modules in Wuhan, China based on power and solar radiation data during a whole year. The optimum tilt angle (OTA) in Wuhan for yearly and semi-yearly adjustment was determined. Then it was determined that the best mode is the tilt angle of PV module adjusted every half a year. In semi-yearly adjustment, OTA in semi-year of winter and summer is found as 45°, 15°, respectively. Experimental results verify the theoretical calculated values of the OTA with high precision. Energy radio (ER) reveals PV modules with adjustment of tilt angle twice a year has a capability to improve nearly 7% in comparison with fixed type. The best model was chosen based on test results from statistical indicators. The statistical results demonstrate that among the studied models, Liu&Jordan model is the most accurate.

      • Stability Analysis and Evaluation of ESR for Hysteresis Controlled Buck Converter

        Buck converter using hysteresis controller has been widely used for power supply in industry applications owing to its instantaneous load transient. However the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of output capacitor has a significant effect for the stability performance. In this paper, the critical value of ESR is analyzed and calculated in the hysteresis controlled buck converter. Finally, simulation results indicate that the larger output capacitor ESR is necessary to make sure the converter operate normally, otherwise, the converter will operate abnormally.

      • A Decupled PQ Control strategy of Voltage - Controlled Inverters

        This paper deals with problems caused by high distributed generation penetration and proposes a simple and precise PQ control strategy for voltage-controlled inverters in micro grids. The widely-used current-controlled inverters cannot provide voltage support for micro grids and have to develop seamless transfer strategy between gird connected mode and islanded mode. A voltage-controlled inverter is raised in the paper due to the problems. The new inverter can be regarded as a voltage source cascaded with controllable output impedance. By adopting a new phase-locked loop, the output voltage amplitude and frequency are well decoupled. Thus output active and reactive powers are decoupled satisfactory. The output response is fast and precise. The idea is verified by simulation and experiment results.

        Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Preceramic Polymer for SiBNC Ceramic Fibers

        A new approach for the synthesis of polymer precursor for quaternary SiBNC fibers is presented. The inexpensive, commercially available reactants n-propylamine (C3H7NH2), trichlorosilane (SiHCl3) and boron trichloride (BCl3) were used in a simple one-step reaction. The reaction mainly involved the co-polymerization between Si-Cl, B-Cl and N-CH2CH2CH3 with C3H7NH2 evaporation. Characterization of synthesized polymer was performed by FT-IR and NMR. The polymer has a relatively linear-chain chemical structure, and could be easily converted into flexible green fibers by melt-spun with diameter of 24 μm. After pyrolysis process at 1000 oC under nitrogen atmosphere, SiBNC ceramic fibers were obtained with a diameter of about 19 μm. Those fibers showed average tensile strength of 1.05 GPa and it remained in the amorphous state up to 1600 oC, which made them as the promising candidates for reinforcements in ceramic matrix composites for hightemperature application.

        Evaluation of composite PAN fibers incorporated with carbon nanotubes and titania and their performance during the microwave-induced pre-oxidation

        The composite PAN fbers which incorporated with CNTs and Titania were prepared by mean of wet spinning. These fbers were then pre-oxidized with microwave heating in an air atmosphere. A combination of characterizations was carried out to study the impact of nanoparticles fllers on the properties of as-spun fbers and their performance during the microwave pre-oxidation. The addition of an equal amount of fllers made obvious changes in the chemical and crystalline structure, consequently improves the strength, and this could lower the capability to creep over a wide range of temperatures in the subsequent processes. FTIR and NMR analyses results of the pre-oxidized fbers exhibited clear changes in the PAN structure, where the dehydrogenation reaction and the degree of cyclization were investigated. Additional confrmation of the occur�rence of cyclization reaction was achieved by XRD and thermal analysis. According to the TGA results, the pre-oxidized CNT1 /Ti-PAN fbers exhibit greater thermal stability suggesting high carbon content and good quality could result in the dependent carbon fbers.
