      • Electron Cyclotron Resonance O_2 Plasma에서 증착한 규소 산화 박막의 특성

        규소 산화막을 ECR-CVD(electron cyclotron resonance-chemical vapor deposition) 증착방법으로 5인치 기판위에 상온에서 증착하고, 증착공정조건인 증착율, 기판온도, 마이크로파의 세기변화 및 플라즈마 혼합기체의 비에 따른 규소 산화막의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 산화막의 구조적인 특성을 비교하기 위해 FTIR을 이용하여 ECR-CVD 증착한 산화막, RPE-CVD(remote plasma enhanced-CVD) 증착한 산화막 및 열 산화막의 stretching frequency를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과 ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막이 구조적인 면에서 열 산화막과 거의 같음을 보였다. ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막의 전기적인 특성을 전류-전압 및 축전-전압 측정에의하여 분석하였다. 축전된 산화막의 전기적인 특성은 산화막의 전하 밀도는 1×10 exp (11)/㎠이였고, 평균 절연 파괴 전압은 약 6 MV/㎝이다. We have grown thin films of SiO_2 at room temperature by using an ECR-CVD system and have investigated the changes in the properties of the deposited films with changes in the processing conditions such as the deposition rate, the substrate temperature, the microwave power and the plasma gas mixing ratio. We also measured the stretching frequency of three kinds of oxides, and ECR-CVD-grown oxide, a PECVD-grown oxide, and a thermally grown oxide, using FTIR analysis to compare their structural properties. The result shows that the structural properties of the ECR-grown oxide are similar to those of the thermally grown oxide. Additionally, the electrical properties of the ECR-grown oxide were investigated by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage measurements. These electrical results indicate that the oxide charge density and the average breakdown voltage are 1×10 exp (11) ㎝^-2 and 6 MV/㎝, respectively.

      • 전립샘에 발생한 원발성 악성 림프종

        Primary malignant lymphoma of the prostate is extremely rare. This tumor should be rule out infiltration of lymphoma arising in the other site. We experience a case of diffuse large B-cell type of primary prostatic malignant lymphoma in an 70 year-old male. There is no extra-prostatic involvement III extensive staging work-up. Transrectal prostatic needle biopsy was performed. On microscopic examination, the atypical lymphocytes were diffusely infiltrated and replaced of the prostatic parenchyme. The atypical lymphocytes had scant cytoplasm and large nucleus with irregualr nuclear chromatin. Nucleoli were not distinct. Immunohistochernically, the tumor cells were reactive for LCA, CD20 and kappa light chain, but not reactive for CD3, UCHL-1 and Bcl-2. Histopathologic diagnosis is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the prostate.

      • [논문]베이스플레이트의 비선형 거동에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 편심하중이 작용하는 철골 주각부의 모멘트-회전거동에 대한 실험적인 결과와 ANSYS 프로그램을 이용하여 베이스플레이트의 비선형 거동특성을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 또한,베이스플레이트의 비선형 거동에 영향을 미치는 여러 변수들을 고려하였으며, 실험과 유한요소 해석을 통하여 비교하였다. 그 결과 주각부의 회전거동은 반강접성을 나타내며 베이스플레이트의 설계와 골조의 거동해석에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다.

      • 포도에 대한 Captafol 수화제의 안전사용기준 설정

        In order to establish the criteria for the safe use of the fungicide captafol on grapes, 12 plots with different spray frequency and different spray time were placed and sprayed on stems and leaves with the captafol wettable powder up to 3, 7, 15, 30, 45, 60 days before harvest. The results of the analysis of captafol residues on the sample grapes were as follows : 1- Recovery values obtained from fortified control samples were 85.3 and 90.0%, respectively, at the 0.1 and 1.0 ppm levels, the detection limits being 0.06 ng(0.015 ppm). 2. Captafol residues were detected in all samples, ranging from 0.25 to 5.79 ppm. 3. Captafol residues had a tendency to become the more, the more spray frequency and the closer spray time to harvest. 4. The captafol residues on grapes were within the maximum residue limits in the samples sprayed 4 times involving those sprayed up to 3 days before harvest, whereas the residues in the samples sprayed 5 times were beyond the limits. 5. It was recommended that the captafol WP should be sprayed on grapes 4 times up to 7 days before harvest.

      • 김치와 김치재료의 콜레스테롤 저하 및 항암효과

        The purpose of the paper is to explore the current knowledge on the nutritional evaluation, cholesterol-lowering effect and antitumor activity of kimchi and its ingredients(Korea cabbage, garlic, red pepper powder, ginger and onion). Kimchi contains high contents of nutrients such as vitamins(ascorbic acid, β-carotene and vitamin B complex), minerals(calcium, potassium, iron and phosphorous), essential amino acids and dietary fiber. Kimch also contains high levels of lactic acid bacteria, allicin, capsaicin, organic acid, phenol compounds, flavonoid and sulfur compounds. The dietary fiber and lactic acid bacteria isolated from kimchi are effective in improving intestinal microflora of human. Insoluble dietary fiber shows anticancer activity, but soluble dietary fiber shows hypocholesterolemic effect. Lactic acid bacteria isolated from kimchi acts as a hypocholesterolemic or anticancer agent. A major ingredient of kimchi is mainly cruciferous and allium family vegetables, which were also reported to prevent cancer and atherosclerosis. It is suggested that kimchi is important not only as one of traditional fermented Korea foods but also as therapeutic agent for carcinogenesis and hypercholesterolemic state.

        This paper describes how is able to perform telepathic communications using Psi waves among a human being and all things in the universe, and the possibilities of telepathic communications. All human beings have not only a physical triune brain but also 4 or 7 mind layers. And then they can transfer a various information each other with the Psi waves. Accoring to the energy exchange curves, all things in the universe is evolving toward the absolute repeatedly. The fact that can exchange their energy each other from the mineral to the absolute has been generally known. Everyone can perform telepathic communications with the Psi waves. Those can be done by the connection of "Antahkarana", a information transfer path between the triune brain and 4 or 7 mind layers through the purified mind and the train of meditation. Although by the human beings of the minority, if the effort which make a thorough investigation for their virtuous mental attitude is accomplished without intermission, the day that can make use of telepathic communications will not be far distant.

      • 민주지산(충북 영동)의 식물상

        본 조사는 1997년 6월부터 11월까지 충청북도 영동군 상촌면 일대의 민주지산(1,241.7m)과 각호산(1,176m)의 북동사면을 중심으로 한 지역의 관속식물을 조사하였다. 조사된 관속식물은 92과 308속 472종 75변종 1아종 5품종으로 총 553종류로 나타났으며 이중 40종류는 이번 조사에서 추가되었다. Raunkiaer의 생활형 spectrum 분석결과는, 민주지산이 대체로 남한의 것과 비슷하나 대형지상식물, 소형지상식물 및 착생식물이 비교적 낮고, 반지중식물과 지중식물이 비교적 높게 나타났다. 지리대사초, 뻐꾹나리, 금강제비꽃, 자란초 등 17종류의 한국특산식물이 이곳에서 확인되었다. Floristic composition of Mt. Minjujisan(36。 02' 13" N, 127。 51' 06" E, 1,241.7m a.s.l.), Youngdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, has investigated from June to November 1997. This study was carried out through the process of direct collection on actual vegetation, drying, fixation and identification of each specimen, The vascular plants in Mt. Minjujisan were consisted of 553taxa; 92 families, 308 genera 472 species, 1 subspecies, 75 varieties, 5 forms. Compared with Raunkiaer's lifeform spectrum, the percent of mega-mesophanerophyte nanophanerophyte and epiphyte were lower and hemicryptophyte and geophyte were higher in spectrum of Mt. Minjujisan than South Korea In this study, the endemic plants of Korea are 17 taxa Carex okamotoi, Polygonatum lasianthum var. coreanum, Tricyrtis dilatata, Salix hallaisanensis, Salix hulteni, Melandryum seoulense, Clematis trichotoma, Tholictrum rochebrunianum var. grandisepalum, Chrysosplenium barbatum, Vicia hirticalycina, Viola diamantica, Pimoinella koreana, Vaccinium koreanum, Ajuga spectabilis, Cacalia pseudo-taimingasa, Saussurea seoulensis, Serratula coronota var. insutaris. And the subsidiary knowledge from this study will provide practical information on the study for biodiversity and habitat conservation.

        한국산 바질(Ocimum basilicum L.)의 휘발성 성분

        동시증류추출장치를 사용하여 분리한 Sweet계 바질(Ocimum basilicum)의 4개 품종(anise, darkopal, lettuce, sweet)의 휘발성 성분을 GC/MSD로 확인하였다 확인된 성분을 기능기별로 분류하면 alcohol 성분들이 11종, carbonyl 화합물이 6종, terpene 관련 화합물이 19종. ester 화합물이 5종으로 나타났다. 주요 화합물들은 1,8-cineole(2.86∼5.04%), camphor(1.07∼l.87%), α-Bergamotene(2.05∼5.40%), methyl chavicol(0∼25.49%), eugenol (3.55∼13.53%) 등의 carbonyl 화합물과 linalool(28.52∼36.50%), bornyl acetate(0.48∼2.79%), methyl cinnamate(0∼23.12%)등의 alcohol과 ester류, cis-ocimene(1.15∼2.02%), β -cubebene(2.77∼4.80%), cadinene(1.08∼1.70%)등의 terpene 화합물이 주요 성분으로 확인되었다. Darkopal, lettuce, sweet 바질은 linalool(30.09∼35.50%), methyl chavicol(8.09∼25.49%)이 주요 성분으로 나타났고, Anise 바질은 linalool(28.52%), methyl cinnamate(23.12%)가 주요 성분으로 확인되었으나 바질의 주요성분으로 알려져 있는 methyl chavicol은 검출되지 않았다. The essential oils of anise, darkopal, lettuce and sweet basils cultivated in Korea were extracted by simultaneous steam distillation and extraction method and were analyzed by GC/MSD. Total 41 components were identified in essential oils including 11 alcohols, 6 carbonyls, 19 hydrocarbons and 5 esters components. The major components were 1,8-cineole, linalool, α-bergamotene, β-elemene, methyl chavicol, β-cubebene, methyl cinnamate and eugenol. Darkopal, lettuce and sweet basils were rich in linalool(30. 1∼36.5%), methyl chavicol(8.1∼25.5%) and relatively poor in methyl cinnamate(0∼2.71%). Anise basil was rich in linalool(28.5%) and methyl cinnamate(23.1%). However, methyl chavicol, which was known as one of the main components of basil, was not detected.
