        The purpose of this study was to compare starting section records by kick action of different type on crawl swimming. The results were summarized as follows: (1) For elementary school. male swimmers had no difference of records both Dolphin Kick and Beat Kick. but female swimmers had a little superior on records with Dolphin Kick. It was showed that there was possibility to apply Dolphin Kick (2)For middle school. male swimmers had more superiority with Dolphin Kick than Beat Kick. The frequency of Dolphin Kick is three times enough. Statistically. Dolphin Kick was superiority more or less (3)For high school. male swimmers had more superiority with Dolphin Kick than Beat Kick. Dolphin Kick is five times enough. Female swimmers had also more superiority with Dolphin Kick than Beat Kick

        도시지역에서 선행강우지수를 고려한 저수유출 시뮬레이션 모형

        This study is aimed at the development of a deterministic runoff model which can be used for low flow runoff. The model is formulated by the watershed runoff model. Based on the assumptions that runoff system is nonlinear, the proposed watershed runoff models are the conceptual model and artificial neural network model. In the model structures, the conceptual model divide the runoff system into a surface structure and a subsurface structure corresponding to the surface flow, and inter flow and ground water flow. The lag time effect of surface can be represented by the sub-tank of surface structure in the conceptual model. Fifteen neural networks models using Quasi-Newton technique were prepared to find the optimum parameters with each of them having different numbers of hidden layers and hidden layers nodes. The parameter calibration of inter flow and ground water flow in the subsurface structure of the conceptual model is made by separating the components with numeric filter. The runoff coefficient (α_2, K_1) is expressed as the function of antecedent precipitation index (API) in the conceptual model. The parameters related to the surface flow can be calibrated with the runoff coefficient (α_1, α_11, C_1, C_2) in the conceptual model. In the conceptual and ann model an algorithm are developed to calibrate the parameters automatically based on efficiency criteria. The conceptual model shows more closely to the observed hydrograph than ann model.

        Abstract - Recently, the IP multicast providing point-to-multpoint delivery has received wide concerns due to the ever increasing applications based on it, such as video on demand, IP broadcasting service, and so on. However, most of the exiting multicast protocols have a scalability problem in which the network performance degrades as the increase of the network size. Among the existing protocols, the Protocol Independent Multicast(PIM) protocol has been known as one the effective protocols that handles the scalability problem. Especially, the PIM-SM is more suitable for the realistic situation of the current Internet. The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of this threshold value on the network performance in respect of the packet loss for a variety of network topologies.

      • Capillaria hepatica 感染 마우스에 있어서 間接螢光抗體反應을 이용한 IgG, IgM 및 IgA의 變動에 관한 硏究

        The immunoglobulin kinetic study was performed to observe the serum IgG,IgM and IgA levels by the method of indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT) in Capillaria hepatic infected ICR mice. Antigen used were frozen sectioned eggs in liver tissue and lyophilized embryonated eggs. A total of 98 mice (b.w.15g) was divided into two groups (A,B) and 100 and 1,000 embryonated eggs were infected orally respectively. All mice were bled and killed by retro-orbital puncture prior to infection and at weeks 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,11,13,15, and 26 after infection. As negative control sera, 6 mice were used. Fluorescein conjugated anti-mouse immunoglobulins produced in goats (MELOY Laboratories, Inc.) were used as working protein concentration of 500㎍/ml in IgG, IgM and IgA respectively. The antigenic localities were inner membrane of sectioned egg antigen and on the precipitates around the mucoid plugs which were induced by circumoval precipitation reaction. The serum dilution of 16 or over were regarded as positive titer. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. IgG titers detected by IFAT using sectioned egg antigen increased at three weeks after infection and kept positive reactions until 13 weeks in light infected group. The titers detected using lyopilized egg antigen showed positive reactions between 3 and 11 weeks after infection. 2. IgM titerd using sectioned egg antigen increased rapidly at two weeks after infection and kept positives until 7 weeks in light infected group and at two weeks until 11 weeks in heavy infected group. The titers detected using lyopilized egg antigen showed positive reactions between 2 and 9 weeks after infection. 3. IgA antibodies were not detected by IFAT in both antigens i.e., sectioned egg antigen and lyophilized egg antigen in all tested sera of ICR mice.

      • 肝吸蟲症에 있어서 血淸 및 濾紙吸着血淸을 이용한 酵素免疫測定法 (ELISA)에 관한 比較硏究

        To observe the usefulness of minute amount of blood obtained by the filter paper technique for serodiagnosis of clonorchiasis sinensis, a study was performed with the subjected cases of 142 egg positive cases and O negative controls by the immunodiagnostic method of ELISA. The absorbance values using the filter paper by ELISA were compared with the absorbance values using sera, and also with the E.P.G.(eggs per gram of feces) and the diameter of wheal size by intradermal test. The antigen used was saline extract of crude Clonorchis sinensis adult worm with the protein concentration of 11.3㎍/ml. The positive threshold of the absorbance value was 0.5 at 488nm. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Comparing the sensitivity and the specificity between the filter paper technique and the method using sera by ELISA, 121 out of 140 egg positive cases were positive(sensitivity, 88.4%) and 69 out of 70 controls were negative(specificity, 98. 6%) when the blood collected on the filter paper were used; and 132 out of 140 egg positive cases were positive (sensitivity, 93.0%) and 67 out of 70 control were negative(specificity, 95.7%) when sera were used. Thus the specificity by the filter paper method was similar to that by the sera although the sensitivity was lower. 2. The relation of the absorbance values between the blood collected on the filter paper (y-axis) and sera(x-axis) made the regression equation: y=0. 473x+0.248, and showed relatively high correlation (r=0. 739, n=210, p<0. 01). 3. The relation of the absorbance values between the blood collected on the filter paper (y-axis) and the number of eggs(Log E.P.G./100) made the regression equation: y=0. 254 x+0.654, and showed some correlation(r=O. 541, n=140, p<0.01). And the mean absorbance values of the four classified groups were increased gradually with the intensity of the infection by E.P.G.: light infection with 1~999 E.P.G., moderate infection with 1,000-9,999 E.P.G., heavy infection with 10,000~.29,999 E.P.G. and very heavy infection with the E.P.G. of 30,000 or over. 4. The relation of the absorbance values between the blood collected on the filter paper (x-axis) and the diameter of the wheal by intradermal test(y-axis) made the regression equation : y=0. 087x+1.169, and showed low correlation (r=o. 192, n=140, p<0.01). 5. The absorbance values of the blood collected on the filter paper and those of sera and the diameter of wheal by intradermal test of the egg positive cases were age-independent. This study showed that the blood collected on the filter Gaper technique was applicable for the diagnosis of clonorchiasis by the method of ELISA.

      • Electron Cyclotron Resonance O_2 Plasma에서 증착한 규소 산화 박막의 특성

        규소 산화막을 ECR-CVD(electron cyclotron resonance-chemical vapor deposition) 증착방법으로 5인치 기판위에 상온에서 증착하고, 증착공정조건인 증착율, 기판온도, 마이크로파의 세기변화 및 플라즈마 혼합기체의 비에 따른 규소 산화막의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 산화막의 구조적인 특성을 비교하기 위해 FTIR을 이용하여 ECR-CVD 증착한 산화막, RPE-CVD(remote plasma enhanced-CVD) 증착한 산화막 및 열 산화막의 stretching frequency를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과 ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막이 구조적인 면에서 열 산화막과 거의 같음을 보였다. ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막의 전기적인 특성을 전류-전압 및 축전-전압 측정에의하여 분석하였다. 축전된 산화막의 전기적인 특성은 산화막의 전하 밀도는 1×10 exp (11)/㎠이였고, 평균 절연 파괴 전압은 약 6 MV/㎝이다. We have grown thin films of SiO_2 at room temperature by using an ECR-CVD system and have investigated the changes in the properties of the deposited films with changes in the processing conditions such as the deposition rate, the substrate temperature, the microwave power and the plasma gas mixing ratio. We also measured the stretching frequency of three kinds of oxides, and ECR-CVD-grown oxide, a PECVD-grown oxide, and a thermally grown oxide, using FTIR analysis to compare their structural properties. The result shows that the structural properties of the ECR-grown oxide are similar to those of the thermally grown oxide. Additionally, the electrical properties of the ECR-grown oxide were investigated by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage measurements. These electrical results indicate that the oxide charge density and the average breakdown voltage are 1×10 exp (11) ㎝^-2 and 6 MV/㎝, respectively.

        The performance of ball bearing is evaluated by both the lubrication between ball and race and the condition of the contact mechanism. The contact between ball and race of bearing is considered as point contact, and point contact generally occurs in the condition of the contact between two spheres or between sphere and plane which is basic form. Therefore, first we have to define the contact mechanism of ball and race to know the performance of the ball bearing. By this reason, in the paper we defined the contact mechanism by using the actual surface parameters.
