        일반 측방 두부규격 방사선사진과 측방 두부규격 전산화 방사선사진에서의 계측점의 신뢰도에 대한 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare & to find out the variability of head film measurements(landmarks identification) between Fuji computed radiographic cephalometry and conventional cephalometry. 28 Korean adults were selected. Lateral cephalometric FCR film and conventional cephalometric film of each subject was taken. Four investigators identified 24 cephalometric landmarks on lateral cephalometric FCR film and conventional cephalometric film. The comparable measurements between lateral cephalometric FCR film and conventional cephalometric film were statistically analysed. The results were as follows: 1. In FCR film & conventional film, coefficient of variation (C.V.) of 24 landmarks was taken horizontally & vertically. There is no significant difference of rank order of landmarks in C.V. between two films. 2. In comparison of significant differences of landmarks variability between FCR film & conventional film, horizontal value of coefficient of variation showed significant differences in four landmarks among twenty-four landmarks, but vertical value of coefficient of variation showed significant differences in sixteen landmarks among twenty-four landmarks. FCR film showed significantly less variability than conventional film in 17 subjects among 20(4+16) subjects that showed significant difference.

        The business management of today require the manager's development administration ability. The growth of this ability helps an enterprise attain great prosperity, and the national economy develop. Thus, its cultivation holds the key to the modern business management. In this thesis, for a start, the concepts of industrial engineering are reviewed so that the theories and technology of management control may be approached as developmental and scientific. Industrial engineering can be said to be the skill of establishing systems for the realization of management within any industria1 circumstances through studying human behavior patterns . Additionally, there should be some conditions for settling the activities of industrial engineering in any kind of business. In other words, these are concerned wilt the desirable relationship between the line and the staff. The staff should assist the line, and not contend for it. The staff is established in order to complement the business of a manager himself, only with which the management on the whole can not sufficiently be carried on. The staff of industrial engineering should be special expert or industrial engineer who assists the manager. He is only an expert in industrial engineering, while not appropriated to the manager. At the same time, the team- work between the line and the staff is important in realizing the industrial engineering activities. The unilateral idea and decision of the line and enforced suggestion of the staff may hamper the active operation of business management, When industrial engineering it carried on in the way that the industrial engineer assists the manager on demand, it is most effective. Introducing industrial engineering to an enterprise means that the whole employee are to be taught industrial engineering, and that the enterprise has industrial engineers as experts of ability. Industrial engineering on the highest level demands exports as Industrial engineer or who are trained sufficiently and have a great deal of experiences. In short, industrial engineering is a technical activity, the result of which Is the outcome of the cooperation between the engineer and the manager. Only when there is realized the sound relationship of cooperation between the industrial engineer and manager, the most desirable result of business administration can be expected.

        Problems of public utility management became important articles to be solved in modern nations, both in advance countries or developing countries. This is derived from the fact that the commodities and services produced by the public utilities are increased year by year in any type of nation, and that these commodities and services are now under way of increase effected by the increase of population, quickened urbanization, and expansion of industrialization to the scale which can effect the natural increase. In this respect, the commodities and services of a public utility is a business of serious interest to the public. These public utilities can be divided into several parts like national railway service, telegraph and telephone service, postal service, radio-broadcasting service, electric and gas utilities and water works, etc. This report is designed to search for measurements for the problems of Korean public utilities by means of the public utilities of advanced nations with those of Korea. In this study is an overall summarization of this report also expressing the athors opinions and suggestions for Korean public utilities. As a means of effort to develop Korean public utilities to meet the international trend of public utilities, the author desires to have the Korean public utilities privately owned. get rid of excessive control of the government, adopt business accountability which provides power of self-management for the managers of the public utility calculate prices rationally and organize rationally.

        This study is conducted on the basis of theoretic studies of job stress and job satisfaction. Its aim is to suggest the effective management strategy of job stress. This study is concluded as follows: 1. The established theories of job stress and job satisfaction are closely examined and systemized into the new related systems of theories. The concept of job stress and job satisfaction is defined by synthesizing the various views of medical science, industrial minds, behavioral science, etc. The psychology of the job stress and job satisfaction is simultaneously taken into consideration by examining the factors of the one influencing the other. 2. The concrete factors of stress are closely examined by the research of the different ranks, or positions, of the manufacturing industrial officials and the service-industry. This study is, therefore, a kind of current research effectively conducted for suggesting the new strategy of the job stress and job satisfaction of the general plants. 3. While the established studies hitherto has suggested the management of job stress, this study is suggest the new management method of stress both in the personal business and in the massive enterprises. The result of this study is expected to be greatly useful for the management strategy of job stress, as well as of the manager's strategy for the job satisfaction.

        Genetic Evaluation of ALADIN Gene in Early-Onset Achalasia and Alacrima Patients

        Background/Aims ALADIN gene has been known to cause achalasia, alacrima, adrenal abnormalities and a progressive neurological syndrome. A considerable proportion of achalasia patients has been known to show alacrima (decreased secretion of tear). However, the genetic mechanism between achalasia and alacrima has not been defined yet. We postulated that ALADIN gene may be involved in the occurrence of early-onset achalasia; thus, we investigated the correlation of ALADIN gene in early-onset achalasia patients. Methods From 1989 to 2007, patients who were diagnosed as primary achalasia before age 35 were enrolled. All of the enrolled patients were asked for (1) blood sampling for DNA, (2) Shirmer test and (3) dysphagia questionnaires. Results The ALADIN gene in exon 1, 2, 10, 11 and 12 from 19 patients was investigated (M:F = 12:7). The mean age of patients at diagnosis was 27 ± 5 (15-35) years old. Eight out of 19 (42%) showed alacrima by the positive Shirmer test. In spite of thorough exam in the genetic study, there was no definite abnormal genetic finding in this study. Conclusions A considerable number of achalasia patients showed alacrima. Due to the limitation of this study, it is difficult to conclude that early-onset achalasia may have significant correlations with the ALADIN gene. (J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2011;17:169-173)

      • Suggestion of a Substantial Alternative to Implement Asian WADGPS Network : Decentralized WADGPS

        In recent years, there has been the international adoption of Satellite-Based Augmentation System, i.e., the WAAS in U.S., the EGNOS in Europe, and the MSAS in Japan. Moreover, the Chinese Satellite Navigation Augmentation System (SNAS) has been introduced recently. But with these standard SBASs in East Asia, there are significant political and legal issues. As a compromise between these non-technical issues in East Asia and the system performance, a variation of SBAS, called Decentralized WADGPS, has been proposed in this paper. In particular, we mainly focus on WADGPS software algorithms to estimate the vector corrections for the improvement of navigation accuracy. Simulations would be performed through a proposed decentralized WADGPS algorithm. A full range of performance analysis will be discussed and synthesized. Moreover, information fusion would be conducted in correction domain. Information fusion center (IFC), which is newly introduced in a higher level of the hierarchy, is expected to yield estimates that are globally optimal, or conservatively suboptimal. It means the degradation of WADGPS accuracy to an acceptable extent compared with existing centralized architecture.

      • Microsatellite DNA as Potential Markers for Strain Identification of the Silkworm (Bombyx mori)

        The silkworm (Bombyx mori), as an industrial insect, possesses a high economic value. Casual discrimination and accumulated genetic information of silkworm varieties are essential ground for the practical utilization and long-term conservation. In this study, nine available microsatellite loci were successfully genotyped from ~50 silkworm strains preserved in Korea. According to genotyping analysis, we obtained 3 ~ 16 alleles per locus, with an average of 7.4, the observed heterozygosity ranging from 0.04 to 0.98, and the polymorphic information content (PIC) ranging from 0.06 to 0.88, revealing that some loci are highly variable. Among 54 strains 13 strains were casually identified by the presence of 17 strain-specific apomorphic alleles. Furthermore, 30 among remaining strains contained strain-specific allele combinations that are also apomorphic to each strain, allowing us to discriminate each of these from other strains by genotyping of multiple loci. These results collectively suggest that the silkworm microsatellite DNA is actually and potentially important molecular marker for the discrimination of the silkworm strains that are preserved as hundreds in Korea, as more loci are genotyped.

      • How to Facilitate Organizational Development through Team / Trust Building

        오늘날 조직을 개발하기 위해 다양한 기법들(laboratory training, management by objective, role negotiation, scanlon plans)이 사용되고 있지만 Teambulding은 그 자체로써 뿐만 아니라 위의 다양한 기법들과 연결되어 이용될 수 있기 때문에 산업 및 정부조직의 관리향상을 위해 널리 사용되어지고 있다. 본 연구는, 일률적인 경영으로부터 탈피해서, 관리자나 종업원들이 업무를 효율적이고 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 그들이 갖고 있는 지식이나 숙련 등을 체계적으로 협력케 하여 생산성 향상을 꾀하는데 관심을 두고 있다 본 연구는 크게 세 부분으로 나누어져 있다. 첫째, 효과적인 업무수행을 위해 개인들의 느낌, 감정등을 인지하는데 직접적으로 영향을 주는 요소들(trust, support, completion, communication and agreement)을 살펴 보았다. 둘째, 티임이 어떻게 조직되어져야 하며, 어떻게 조작해야 하고, 티임과 구성원들간의 제휴는 어떻게 이루어져야 하는가를 살펴보았다. 1. 터임이 조직되어지는 요소로 세 가지를 보았다. 1) 구성원들로부터 존경을 받는 결과 지향적인 리더가 결정되어야 한다 2) 구성원들의 동의를 얻어 목표가 설정되어야 하고, 부수적으로 정해진 rule이나 약속은 지켜져야 한다 3) 미팅(meeting) 시간이 설정되어야 한다. 이는 같은 날짜, 시각, 장소에서 이루어지는 것이 좋고 시간의 제한을 두지 않는 것이 바람직스럽다. 2 티임의 조작을 위해서는 1) 티임의 활동 등을 측정할 수 있는 기준이 마련되어야 하며, 2) 티임의 목표를 설정하기 위해서는 가능한 많은 자료를 수집해야 하고, 3) 일의 환경과 관련해서 직접적으로 종업원들의 태도나 생산성에 영향을 주는 간접적인 요소(작업환경등과 개인적인 요소)들이 고려되어야 한다 3 티임과 구성원들 간의 제휴관계는 구성원들 각자의 의견이 충분히 의사결정에 반영될 때, 티임속에서 구성원 각자의 價値認知가 이루어질 때, 그리고 결과에 의해 구성원 각자에게 (feedback 이 주어질 때 구성원 각자는 동기가 유발되고, 소속감, 성취감등이 커져 원활한 제휴관계가 유지될 것이다 넷째, 봄 연구의 결론에서는 앞에서 논의된 것들이 충분히 충족되어질 때 티임은 활성화 될 것이고, 이에 따라 조직의 생산성은 향상되고, 종업원들은 더욱더 직업의 만족을 얻을 것이라는 점을 구명하였다

        20세 미만 여성에서의 난소암에 대한 임상적 고찰

        N/A Objective: The purpose of this study was to review the incidence, types, chemotherapy regimens, operation me#thods, pregnancy rate and propiosis of the ov#arian malignancy under the age of twenty years old. Methods: Retrospective reviews of the medical recordings for 22 patients with ovarian malignancy under the age of twenty years old in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hanyang University from 1986 to 1997 were done. Results: Gerin cell tumor accounts for the majority of cases (77%), whereas 5 patients(23%) belong to the common epithelial poup which were all mucinous type. Our experiences with 22 cases are as followings: 5 mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, 8 immature teratoma, 4 endodermal sinus tumor, 3 dysgernma and 2 mixed germ cell tumor. The incidence of this group was 8.2% (22/266) in all ovarian malignancy. Fourteen of them are stage I, each one is, stage II and IV, and six patients are stage III. The average age was 14.9 years old in germ cell tumor and 18.4 yems old in mucinous cystadenoearcinoma. Malignant ovarian cancer under the age of twenty can be treated with conservative surgery, followed by adjuvant chemotherapy. Commonly used chemotherapeutic regimens were VAC(Vincristine, Actinomycin-D; Cyclophosphamide), VBP(Vinblastine, Bleomycin, Cisplatin) and BEP(Bleomycin, Etoposide, Cisplatin). Second look operations were done in 11 patienth and histologic positive findings were detected in 4 of them. The length of follow-up ranged ftom 3 months to 137 months and median value was 44 rnonths. Conclusions: It is concluded that for young women who wish to preserve child-bearing capacity, regardless of the stage of the tumor, fertility preserving surgery with complete surgical staging, if necessary followed by combination chemotherapy is an appropriate treatment.
