        조직 구성원의 비윤리적 행위에 대한 도덕적 용인의 조절효과 분석

        행정서비스의 수준은 행정의 주체인 공무원들의 의식 여하에 따라서 좌우됨은 재론을 요하지 않는다. 선후진국을 통틀어 정도 차이는 있어도 관료들은 공복으로서 사명감이 부족할 뿐 아니라 국가에 따라서 부정과 부패의 온상으로 여겨지기도 한다. 본 연구는 공무원들의 비윤리적 행위의 억제는 행정 능률성에 직결된다는 판단하에, 부산 지역 근무 공무원들을 대상으로 비윤리적 행위에 영향을 미치는 변수, 크기 및 조절 변인 분석에 목적을 둔다. 그간 조직 성과에 영향을 미치는 변수들에 대해서는 다수 연구들이 이루어져 왔지만, 처벌, 비윤리적 행위 등 부정적인 행동 변수들간 관계에 대해서는 그다지 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있지는 않다. 이 연구는 현재의 통제 지향적 관리체제하에서 그 동안 경시되어 온 비윤리적 행위 등 부정적인 행동을 억제하는 것이 조직 성과 제고 나아가 조직 혁신의 중요 과제라는 가정하에, 변인들간의 관계를 실증 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 분석 결과, 원인변수인 처벌 및 동료는 도덕적 용인과 비윤리적 행위의 중요 영향 변인의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 동시에 도덕적 용인은 원인변수인 처벌 및 동료를 자극하여 비윤리적 행위를 더욱 감소시키는 것으로 나타나서 이들 사이에서 조절변수로서 기능하는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 외생변인들을 처벌, 동료에 한정한 한계는 있지만, 구성 변인들이 요인분석을 통해서 체계적으로 구성되었으며, 비윤리적 행위에 미치는 영향 변인들을 실증분석을 통해서 규명함으로써 분석 결과의 합리화를 추구하고 있는 점에서 연구 가치가 있는 것으로 본다. Nowdays, moral approbation and unethical behavior are expected to negatively related each other, and effect many highly valued organization outcomes in various work contexts respectively. Many previous studies support the belief by suggesting that unfavorable unethical behavior is negatively concerned with organization effectiveness as well as organization competitiveness, members’ job satisfaction, and quality of life. In spite of the discording role of the unethical behavior and moral approbation on organization outcomes, the relative contribution of the two concepts to organization outcomes has not been fully tested yet. Suggesting the relationship between antecedents and outcome variable, ie, punishment, colleague, moral approbation, and unethical behavior, therefore, this study analyzed the relationship between the constructs of over 238 public employees working in Busan City of Korea. Findings based on the moderating regression analysis supported the significantly negative impact between antecedents(punishment, colleague), and unethical behavior with moral approbation as a moderating variable.

      • 선호도제약 중심 스케줄링의 성능향상 기법

        For a complex scheduling system like time table construction, its optimal solution, if exists, is hard to obtain. In this paper, the scheduling environment is reasonably confined as where objects have their own events competing for better slots on boards, and objects have their own board slot preferences and belong to one or more classes of the society which globally constrains them. Here, tow phase method is suggested, where the first phase is human-like preference dirven and the second phase is for fine tuning by considering all the factors given. Included in our system are dynamic object switching, temporal-constraint-driven intelligent backtracking, case-based revisions, object-based approach, and so on. Two satisfaction degrees are also defined to measure the usefulness of our method. In addition, look-ahead dynamic object switching is considered, and additional global constraints are processed using fuzzy logic. A simple scheme is also used to verify the usefulness of the post processing scheme.

      • 실용적인 규칙획득 시스템 HI-ARM

        HI - ARM, a RMINI - based rule acquisition system, developed in out lab is presented in this paper, It is the result of an effort to add all main functions for the practicality of the rule acquisition systems in practical ways. One of the reasons why the conventional approaches fail to to be used for the real domains is that they treat rule acquisition as a learning process and include all idiosynchrosies inside the main loop of the learning. Basically, HI - ARM treats rule acquisition as an optimization process and adopts R - MINI which was transformed from a logic optimization technique. If possible, the basic tool is not modified, but pre-processing and/or post-processing have been used to accomodate all elements for practicality. First of all, linear and structural attributes are possible in addition to the conventional nominal attributes. In case of linear attributes, automatic variable interval setting is provided. To speed up the resulting rule acquisition for some specific cases, quick train mode is prepared, and optionally, the final rule may be reduced to slimmest form to be used for the pessimistic situation. Uncertain information may be handled implicitly by adaptive learning mechanism inherent in the system, but explicit handling of the uncertain information is also prepared in a practical fashion. User interface is also provided to make the system more usable and friendly.

      • 일관성 광대역 정합장처리에 의한 수중 이동음원의 위치추적

        최근 수중음향에 대한 관심은 천해와 같은 복잡한 음파의 상호작용과 경계조건이 부정확한 해양환경으로 이동하고 있다. 천해 음향전파에 의해서 발생하는 어려움을 극복하기 위한 방법으로 음원의 광대역 스펙트럼에서 얻어지는 정보를 사용하여 견고성과 신뢰성을 증가시키는 광대역 정합장처리 기법이 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 협대역에서의 음장의 공간 일관성을 확장하여 다중 주파수를 사용한 주파수-공간 일관성 광대역 프로세서를 제안하였고, 이 프로세서를 실제 광대역 이동음원에 적용하여 음원위치추적을 수행하였다. 제안된 일관성 프로세서는 음원의 정위치 추정확률이 높았으며, 특히 정합장출력의 부엽준위에서 비일관성 프로세서와 비교해 일관성 프로세서가 상당히 낮은 준위를 나타내었다. The shallow-water environment presents additional challenges arising from the complex interaction patterns of the sound with the sea bed. In order to overcome the difficulties generated by shallow-water propagation, broad-band matched field processing has been employed in an effort to increase robustness by utilizing multiple frequency information. In this paper, a coherent broad-band matched field processor is introduced that incorporates the spatial coherence of the acoustic field not only over one frequency but across frequencies. The incoherent and coherent processors are applied to the experimental data where it is shown that both processors give a high probability of correct localization. Also it is found that a coherent processor has better performance in the sidelobe pattern of ambiguity surfaces.

First, the language environments of early object-oriented languages are studied and criticized. Then, the methods to overcome the difficulties are discussed. Finally, multiprocessing kernel design for 'answer' structure is briefly studied.

      • Bleomycin이 생쥐 간장의 효소 활성에 미치는 영향에 관한 조직화학적 연구

        항암제인 bleomycin은 투여 1일 후 생쥐 간장의 alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase와 glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase의 활성을 저하시켰으며, acid phosphatase의 활성은 증가시켰다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of bleomycin upon hepatic enzymes inmice. The experimental animals were administered with single dose of bleomycin 150mg/kg by the intraperitoneal injection. Histochemical studies observed the activity of the alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. The following results were obtained: 1.The activities of alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase were visibale decreased, but acid phosphatase markedly increased from the 1 day group. 2.The activities of alkaline phosphatase and acid phosphatase were begun to be changed at the 2 hours, and the lactate dehydrogenase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase at the 8 hours.

      • Cytarabine이 마우스 간장의 Alkaline Phosphatase와 Adenosine Triphosphatase 활성 세포의 조직화학적 분포에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        미정맥으로 투여된 Cytarabine은 마우스 간장의 효소 분포 양식에 영향을 미쳐 투여 4시간군부터 alkaline phosphatase의 활성이 문맥관 주변부와 중간대 간세포에서 감소되기 시작되어 투여 8시간군에서는 현저히 저하되었고 adenosine triphosphatase 활성은 이때부터 중심정맥 주변부와 중간대 간세포에서 증가되었으며, alkaline phosphatase의 활성 감소는 투여 24시간군까지 지속되었으나 adenosine triphosphatase의 활성 증가는 24시간군에서 정강으로 회복되었다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of cytarabine on the distribution pattern of the hepatic alkaline phosphatase and adenosine triphosphatase in mouse. The experimental animals were administered with single dose of cytarabine, 1.6 mg/kg, by the intravenous injection. The following results were obtained. 1.In the normal hepatic lobule of mouse, the alkaline phosphatase activity was concentrated particularly in the portal canal and the midzonal area. And the adenosine triphosphatase appeared to the mild activity in the overall area. 2.The activity of alkaline phosphatase began to be slightly decreased from the 4 hours and appeared to be markedly decreased at the 8 hours in the portal canal and midzonal area. And the activity of adenosine triphosphatase began to be markedly increased from the 8 hours and recovered to the normal state at the 24 hours in the central area and midzonal area.

      • ILP法에 의한 확대기초의 最適設計에 관한 硏究

        This study is directed for the Optimum design for R.C footing section for the minimum cost design based on the strength design method of ACI(308-77). In this study, the design constraints based on ACI Code Provisions, such as flexural and shear constraints are taken as the constraints of the nonlinear formulation for the optimum design of R.C footing, and cost function including the material cost of concrete and reinforcing steel minimum cost design of structures are adopted as the objective function. The incremental linear programming technique is used as the optimization technique of the nonlinear Programming formulated in this study by Successively transformming nonlinear equations into the linear equations. It has been observed that the optimization model and technique computerized by FORTRAN Program for the optimum design of R.C footing proposed in this study significantly reduce the construction cost, when compared with the conventional design. Also, it has been proved optimization algorithm deviced in this study is very efficient for the convergence of optimization sections.

      • 복합레진 수복시 사용되는 수종의 상아질 결합재의 미세누출 양상과 Streptococcus mutans에 대한 항균효과에 관한 비교연구

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the microleakage patterns and to compare antimicrobial activity on Streptococcus mutans in three dentinal bonding agent. Scotchbond multi-purpose, GLUMA bonding system and ALL-BOND were used as test materials and 60 extracted premolars were selected. For evaluation of microleakage patterns, methylene blue were penetrated and then cut, microleakage patterns were graded by stereomicroscopic observation. For comparison of antimicrobial activity, Streptococcus mutans (ATTC 27351) were grown in brain heart infusion( BHI ) broth, after inoculated, the disk diffusion test were carried out. After all plate were incubated for 48 hrs at 37 C, inhibitory zones were measured with a sliding calipers. Antimicrobial test were repeated three times. The results can be summarized as follows 1. The microleakage in each experimental groups showed various patterns and there were no statistical significance in three dentinal bonding agent. 2. The mean values of the inhibition zones in Scotchbond and GLUMA were revealed as same as in control. In ALL-BOND 2 the inhibition zones were less than control. 3. In every experimental groups, the inhibition zones were bigger in aerobic incubation than anaerobic incubation
