        Recently, CdTe is one of the most promising material for thin film terrestrial photovolatic, because it has a near-optimal direct band gab of 1.5eV at room temperature for solar energy conversion and a high optical absorption coefficent. And the vacuum evaporation is a very attracive mehod for low-cost and largearea solar cells. In this paper, lthe material charateristics analysed for vacuum evaporated CdTe film. It can be checked that the incerasing frain size, improving crystallinity and loger electric carrier life due to lthe suvstrate temperature of CdTef films in creased. But the ratio of optical conductivity is decreased

      • 자성금속박막의 광학상수가 반사율과 투과율에 미치는 영향

        This paper contains the effects of various optical constants for magnetic metal thin film on reflectance and transmittance. Multi-layered magnetic thin film constructed protective layer, magnetic metal layer and substrate. Reflectance and transmittance is useful value to estimate optical constants for opacity metal thin film. Also reflectance and transmittance sensitively depend on complex reflective index and thickness of each layer. This paper includes dependence of reflectance and transmittance on wavelength for various complex reflective index and thickness of each layer. This various analysis can be used to design for effective multi-layerd magnetic thin film.

      • 보호막을 갖는 자성금속박막의 광학성수 산정

        This thesis contains mainly the study on the estimation of complex refracive index for magnetic metal thin film with protective layer. The study for the complex refractive index of ferromagnetic metals is useful for analysing the magneto-optical effects of these materials and the structure of spin-polarlized electron. After analysing various problems produced in estimating of complex refractive index for the RT equation guided by taking energy interference of substrate into consideration. I proposed a concrete method to solve them in this paper. I examined how optical constant in every layer of proposed model has an effect on reflectance and transmittance and made Fe, Co and FeCo alloy thin film specimen as base metals which are mainly as magneto optical recording medium.

        It is alanyzed the erosing process of the polymeric insulator for outdoor use with the inclined plane method. Materials used are the different type of silicone rubber, they have the content of filler and component each other. As the content of filler added to improve the tracking and erosion resistance, It has the difference of electrical performance and erosion rate. the dry-band arc is also the parameter of accelerating erosion, and appear in the form of leakage current, and the activities of leakage current has a close relationship with the surface hydrophobicity. In this paper, the erosion growth is observed by measuring the time from the voltage application to the whole breakdown, and the erosion depth. In addition, It is measured the hydrophobicity and leakage current to be a cause of erosion by the erosion steps, studied SEM, EDX for observing the transformation of surface structure by erosing.

The successful implementation of monitoring technology developed for the factory automation and unmanned operation of plant and extended to FMS, CIM technology. For achieving intelligent manufacturing system, lots of technologies fields, ie. sensor, signal processing, monitoring, diagnosis, adaptive control, must be developed.

      • 無機物充塡 Epoxy樹脂의 導電特性에 미치는 紫外線照射의 影響

        This paper studies the effect of ultra-violet light on the conductivity of epoxy resin which is widely used to enhance the insulating capability of materials or to reinforce the insulating feature of various kinds of electrical apparatus. The speciman employed in this study is type A Bisphenol epoxy resin filled with MgO and Al(OH)₃, which is irradiated with UV light. The following conclusions are made based on the results obtaned: (1) With prolonged Irradiation of UV light the conductivity of the unfilled spedcimen and the filled specimen with weight percent of 15 of below increases, while that of the filled specimem with the weight percent of 30 of above decreases. (2) The Tg temperature of the specimen is increase when prolonged irradiation of UV light.

      • Walsh 함수에 의한 모델의 간단화

        This paper deals with the simplification of system in a time domain. the error signals between the original and the simplified model is synthesised is synthesised and the latter is estimated by the Walsh function. It tries to minimize the errors between the time responses of the two systems. This method is by compared with the existing method means of a numerical example. The time response of this simplified model approximates closely to that of the original model. The proposed method is simpler in analysis and easier in implementation than the existing methods. Though the walsh function can be easily generated with the discrete values, it has errors because its zero crossings are not continuous. This method aims at the reduction of the errors in the two systems by deviding into the more sub-intervals, and selecting the reduced-order model according to the response of the model. As a result, it can be applied for the simplification of higher order functions into lower order functions and for the design control systems.

        This paper propose one of the design for controller circuit of the parallel operating converter.In this case the most important point of the design is the performance of shared load current equivalently.Proposed control circuit can be approached to the equilibrium state quickly and simple with the ZCT method using only one CT using the master-slave method. As the approaching for practical use, I have done computer simulation and analysing the standard 4 type control circuit by varying the frequency of pole and zero, thus chose the scheme of control circuit which has excellent response characteristics, as a result showed the circuit component parameters.

      • Sol-gel法에 의한 超微細 Co_(0.9)Zn_(0.1)Fe₂O₄粉末의 合成과 磁氣的 特性에 關한 硏究

        Ultrafine Co0.9Zn0.1Fe2O4 particles are fabricated by a sol-gel method. The magnetic and structural properties of powders were investigated by x-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometery and Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy. Co-Zn ferrite powders that were annealed at and above 673 K have only a single phase spinel structure and behave ferrimagnetically. Powders annealed at 523 K and 573 K have a typical spinel structure and are simultaneously paramagnetic and ferrimagnetic in nature. The magnetic behavior of Co-Zn ferrite powders annealed at and above 573 K shows that an increase of the annealing temperature yields a decrease of the coercivity and an increase of the saturation magnetization. The maximum of the coercivity and the saturation magnetization of Co-Zn ferrite powders are 1328 Oe and 81.1 emu/g, respectively. Mo¨ssbauer spectra of Co-Zn ferrite have been obtained at various temperatures from 20 to 800 K. The isomer shifts indicate that the iron ions were ferric at the tetrahedral [A] and the otahdral [B]. The Ne´el temperature was determined to be TN=790 K. It is found that Debye temperature for A and B sites of the sample annealed at 1,123 K is found to be ΘA=756± 5K and ΘB=199±5K.

        Usefulness of recent versions of PSPICE, personal computer implementation of the SPICE, circuit simulation computer software rogram is demonsterated in simulation of the hysteresis loops magnetic materials. In order to model the hysteresis loop of a particular magnetic core's B-H characteristics, the values of five parameters, which affect the shape of the hysteresis loops, must be established. There is no efficient procedure for selecting the values of five parameters. Neither the PSPICE instruction munual nor any current books or papers address this problem. This paper presents a method for illustrating the effect that each parameter has on the shape of the hysteresis loop.
