      • Weak Connection Edges Independent Discriminant of Rapid Spanning Tree Recommendation of Social Network Community

        Aiming at the problem of low accuracy and high computational complexity of the traditional social network community recommendation algorithm, a rapid spanning tree detection algorithm is proposed to independently discriminate social network community with the weak connected edge, in order to improve the accuracy of community recommendation and reduce the complexity of algorithm. Firstly, according to the characteristics of social network community recommendation, the maximum spanning tree algorithm is proposed, which is based on the edge weight distribution node similarity, to realize the effective detection of social network community. Secondly, for the proposed algorithm having the problems of repeated adding and deleting of weakly connected edges and the waste of computing resources, a rapid spanning tree detection algorithm based on the independent discrimination of weakly connected edge is proposed so as to further improve the calculation efficiency of the algorithm. Lastly, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparing the experimental results in the standard test database.

      • Candida tropicalis IFO-0589로 부터 구연산 生成 變異株 誘導

        The strain Candida tropicalis IFO-0589 was treated with N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine in order to obtain the most potent citrate-producing mutants. Three mutants 601, 1202 and 1205 were induced and found to be superior and inferior in citrate and d-isocitrate producibilities, respectively, to other strains. When those mutants and parent were cultured in a basal medium containing 10% glucose at 3O℃ for 168 hrs. using a reciprocatory shaker (50mm stroke amplitude), mutant 601 and 1202 were superior to other strains in citrate and cell producibilities, respectively and mutant 1205 was inferior to other strains in d-isocitrate producibility. There was little difference in morphology between those mutants and parent.

      • 黑麴菌에 依한 고구마粕 구연산 醱酵에 關한 硏究

        The 229 strains of black Aspergillus sp. producing citric acid were isolated from soil. Among them, the strains KTR-81 and KTR-91 were found to be superior for citric acid production. Their basic cultural conditions as well as high citric acid producible conditions from the liquefied sweet potato cake which is a byproduct obtained from waste material in the production of sweet potato starch, were investigated, and the results obtained are as follows: 1. Those two strains produced citric acid to maximum 63.0-63.5% from glucose when the liquefied sweet potato cake media had 16% in its total sugar concentration. The nutritional conditions added to the media were 0.15%, 0.06% and 0.03% of urea, mixture of equal amount KH_2PO_4 and K_2HPO_4, and MgSO_4·7H_2, respectively. Some hindrances were likely to be appeared in the production of critic acid by the change of the amount of the nutrients as shown above. 2. Since the oxalic acid-forming activities are relatively dull, those two strains may be available for the citric acid fermentation industry.

        Studies were conducted to investigate the response of some horticultural plants to various light qualities provided by different kind of materials such as cellophane sheets, EVA, PVC(polyvinyl chloride, and polyethylene (PE) films of different color. Major findings are summarized as follows. White fluorescence light and red light promoted seed germination of lettuce and inhibited that of radish seeds. Blue light inhibited the seed germination of both types of light-sensitive seeds. The light sensitivity varied considerably depending upon the kind of crops, cultivars, and the seed batches of the same cultivar. The blue light was equally or more strongly effective in inhibiting the seed germination as compared to the farred light. The growth of young seedlings developed from seeds was considerably promoted when grown under orange colored plastic film coverings. The growth of larger seedlings was, however, not influenced by the color of plastic films. Mulching pepper field with colored PVC film did not show further advantages over the commonly-used black PE film. Herbicidal activity of oxyfluorfen was very strong under natural light or red light conditions' and weak under blue or green light conditions. The degree of oxyfluorfen-induced phytotoxicity varied considerably depending upon the light quality and the kind of vegetable crops.
