        수출입 컨테이너 장치장 배정을 위한 소프트웨어의 개발

        The Pusan Container Terminal faces a rapid increase in berthing time of container ships as well as in waiting time of external trucks, which is due to an absolute lack of yard space. This research is focused on the development of a decision support system for the planning of the container terminal yard assignment so that the yard space would be utilized most effectively. Efforts should be given to the reasonable assignment of the yard storage and the dynamic adaptation to the ever changing environment. The software introduced here is based o the know-how of the field exports and its framework takes the approach of the hierarchical decision making.

      • 石炭, 洋灰關聯産業이 嶺東地域經濟에 미치는 波及效果 分析

        본 논문의 목적은 지역산업연관표를 이용하여 영동지역의 산업연관 관계를 계량적으로 분석하는데 있다. 이러한 산업연관 분석방법은 영동지역의 산업상호간 경제활동과 구조적 특징을 체계적으로 분석하고 장래의 산업 변화에 대한 예측을 가능하게 한다. 본연구의 결과에 나타난 몇가지 중요한 점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 석탄, 양회산업은 지역산업연관효과가 매우 높은 수준으로 측정됨으로써 이들 특화산업이 지역발전의 선도산업으로서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 이들 두 산업이 영동지역내에서는 중요한 산업이지만 양회산업의 경우 지역전체 생산에서 차지하는 비중이 매우 높은 산업임에도 불구하고 고용승수로 측정되는 고용효과 측면에서는 그 영향이 그리 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 시멘트 산업이 자본집약적인 장치산업으로서 자본의 규모에 비해 고용자를 많이 사용하지 않기 때문인 것으로 평가된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quantitative characteristics of the Young-Dong regional economy in industrial interleatedness by using the 1990 I-O table. The analysis of this structural character and industrial interrelatedness makes it possible to estimate the current structural problems and future prospects of Young-Dong regional economy. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1)The coal mining and cement industries sector have relatively high and wide-spreading positive impacts on the regional output and income. 2)Above two sectors showed different impacts pattern on the employment. Coal mining sector gives relatively higher impacts on the regional employment but cement industry sector gives lower impacts on the regional economy because cement industries sector is labor saving industries with large equipment requirement.

      • 複合荷重狀態의 應力擴大係數의 實驗的 決定法

        A number of numerical and experimental solutions for the crack tip stress-intensity-factor have greatly widened the scope of application of fracture mechanics technology. Determination of stress-intensity-factor by stress analysis through photo-elastic method often provides the criterion avaiable to the actural design problems. In this paper, it is shown that photoelastic method can be used to determine stress-intensity-factors for multi-axis load condition. The stress distributions around the crack tip are obtained using shear difference method with specimen notch radius ρ=0.25㎜, and the results are used to determine the stress-intensity-factor K_Ⅰ, K_Ⅱ by method Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ. Good agreements are obtained between the experimental results and theoritical values.

        Lipase를 이용한 (S)-3-acetoxy-2-methylpropanol의 제조

        Captopril, α-tocopherol, erythromycin A, muscone과 같은 의약품, 향료등 생리활성물질의 합성에 있어서 유용한 중간원료로 이용되는 광학활성인 D-(-)-β-hydroxyisobutyric acid를 제조하기 위하여 그 전구체로 (S)-3-acyloxy-2-methylpropanol을 선정하여 lipase의 부제가수분해반응을 이용하여 이의 개발을 시도하였다. 대칭성 기질 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol diacetate 2를 다양한 lipase를 사용하여 부제가수분해(asymmetric hydrolysis)시킨 결과 lipase PS(Amano 제약, Pseudomonas sp.)의 경우는 phosphate buffer pH 7.0 조건하에서 광학순도(optical purity) 95% e.e.의 (R)-(-)-3-acetoxy-2-methylpropanol을 80% 수율로 생산하였으며, lipase AY(Candida rugosa)의 경우는 phosphate buffer pH 6.5/isobutyl alcohol (1/1), O℃의 조건하에서 목적으로 한 (S)-3-acetoxy-2-methylpropanol 3을 광학순도 약 60% e.e.로 생산하였다. Optically active carboxylic acid, D-(-)-β-hydroxyisobutyric acid {(D)-(-)-HIBA} is a useful chiral starting material for the preparation of enantiomerically pure bioactive compounds which have a chiral methyl carbon center in the molecule such as captopril, α-tocopherol, erythromycin A, muscone and so on. (S)-3-Acetoxy-2-mthylpropanol can be used as the precursor of (D)-(-)-HIBA, that is, chemical oxidation of the hydroxyl group and subsequent hydrolysis of acyl group in (S)-3-acetoxy-2-methylpropanol affords D-(-)-β-hydroxyisobutyric acid. (S)-3-acetoxy-2-methylpropanol was prepared by lipase-catalyzed asymmetric hydrolysis. In the enzymatic hydrolysis system, lipase AY (Candida rugosa) provided the expected (S)-3-acetoxy-2-methylpropanol in 60% e.e. of the enantiomeric purity under the phosphate buffer and organic co-solvent system.

      • 알루미늄 MIG熔接에 있어 熔接入熱量이 熔接部 形狀에 미치는 影響

        This study was designed to investigate the effects of heat inputs on weld size and shape in aluminum MIG welding. Bead-on-plate welds were made on 5mm-thick aluminum plate under various heat input conditions. The conclusions obtained under given conditions are as follows; 1. A straigt-line relationship has been established between weld cross-section area(A) and the factor J·S^(1/3) when they were plotted on a log-log coordinate. However, the value of the weld cross-section area is far below the line, if the heat input is relatively small. 2. It could be predicted that in pratical butt-joint welding a most proper heat input would be around 4,000 Joules/㎝. 3. The proportion of heat input, which coutributes to melt the base metal, increases with increase in effective heat input.

      • 국내 다층지반의 지반물성치 및 토압에 관한 고찰

        This paper study on soil properties and earth pressure at the domestic multi layer. Reliable predictions of the movement of earth retaining structures and the ground adjacent to the braced walls in urban excavation are often difficult due to many variable factors. Also, Unpredictable behavior of ground and retaining structure due to variation of the above factors may cause considerable damage to the adjacent structures, and cost many of human lives as a results of retaining wall failure. The earth pressure at the retaining walls was measured at total 13 numbers sites and Peck's empirical earth pressures adapted at the design stage. The geotechnical properties by this research was proposed as a preliminary design guide line in urban excavation where controling ground movement and safety assurance of adjacent structure. The earth pressure of rock masses were found to be 70.14% of Peck's earth pressure and the earth pressure of soil were found to be 44.4% of Peck's earth pressure.       • 소아 Mycoplasma Pneumoniae에 의한 폐렴의 임상적 고찰

        The author determined mycoplasma antibody titer in 127 cases of pneumonia who were admitted to the pediatric ward of Chosun University Hospital from December, 1989, to Novemver, 1990, and clinical investigation and statistical analysis were performed between mycoplasma antibody positive group and negative group. The following results were obtained: 1) In 127 cases of children with pneumonia, incidence of mycoplasma antibody positive cases was 22.8%(29/127). 2) Comparison of mean age between mycoplasma antibody positive group and negative group revealed significantly older in positive group than negative group (5.9±2.8 years, 2.7±3.5 years respectively), 3) The sex ratio was 1:1.23 in mycoplsma antibody positvie group and 1.6:1 in negative group. 4) There was no significant difference in the clinical symptoms and the physical signs betweem both groups. 5) There was no significant difference in total leukocyte count and ESR between both groups. 6) On radiological findings, the bronchopneumonia was significantly related to mycoplasma antibody positive group.

      • 강원도 함백폐탄광지역에서 생성되는 광산배수의 수질 특성

        This study investigated geochemical characteristics of the mine drainage discharged from the abandoned coal mine in the Hamback area. Sampling of stream waters(21) were carried out in the Hamback area. The pH, EC, TDS, Eh and Do contents were measured in field and ions such as Na, K, Mg, Ca, Mn. Fe, S r , Al. Cr, Cu. Zn, Ge, As, Mo, Cd, Sb, Ba, Pb, F, Cl. No₃ and SO₄ were analyzed by GFAAS, AAS, ICP-AES, ICP-MS and IC. In stream waters, pH values increased, whereas total dissolved solids(TDS), electrical conductivity(EC) and dissolved oxygen(D0) values decreased with distance. Eh negative values a t upstream site were found, suggesting that its caused by the organic material in the retention pond, and these value in stream water effluent from the retention pond increased progressively with distance. The concentration of toxic heavy metals and major cations except Na, Cl, No₃, Cu, Mo and Sb decreased rapidly due to retention pond, but the concentration of Na, Cl, No₃, Cu, Mo and Sb increased gradually with distance. The concentration of Na, Cl and No₃ increasing with distance, which indicate by domestic waste. Major ions, such as Na, K, Ca, Mg, F, Cl, SO₄ and HCO₃ were statically analyzed in order to investigate relationship with TDS contents. M is observed that TDS contents have-positive relation with K, Ca, Mg, F, so4 and HC0₃ contents, but negative relationships with Na, Cl and No₃ contents. Most stream surface waters showed a calcium-sulfate and noncarbonate hardness dominating water quality type. In geochemical modeling for stream surface waters, the saturation index of gibbsite were oversaturated with respect to gibbsite.

      • K형 강관접합부의 보강효과에 관한 실험적 연구

        In current design, the strength formula for a Gusset-Tube connections stiffened with rib-plate is proposed only in the limited case because of its complexity of the behavior. So in this study, experimental study and finite element analysis were performed to investigate the behavior and strength of a Gusset-Tube connections stiffened with rib-plate. Because of limitations in loading capacity, the specimens were fabricated with 1/3 scale of full size. Tensile coupon tests and stub column tests were also carried out. Of primary interest here are the stiffened effect of Gusset-Tube connections considering lateral force ratio, gusset plate length, eccentricity, stiffened length. Consequently, we intend to obtain accumulated database to propose practical strength equation and suggest rational reinforcing method of Gusset-tube connection.
