The random access systems, with retransmission diversity (RD) employment, over large random spreading code division multiple access (CDMA) channel subject to fading is investigated, under the assumption of infinite number of users and infinite spreading gain with their ratio converging to a constant. The low bound of the signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) is shown to converge almost surely to a constant. The throughput, spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency in the dominating systems are obtained. The analytical results are confirmed by simulations. We find that in high traffic loads the throughput with fading is higher than that without. When the energy efficiency increases, the spectrum efficiency tends to two contrary values due to SNR increases or decreases. For the ordinary stable systems, the stability region is shown to shrink as the traffic increases and enlarge with RD employment.
Improved Adaptive Compensation of Variant Fighter With Multiple Faults via Extended Observer
Kaiyu Hu,Wenjing Sun,Zian Cheng 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2023 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.21 No.7
This research is devoted to devising a fault-tolerant control system to resolve the challenge of multi-fault automatic repair in variable-structure flight conditions of fighters. In the classical fighter system, the increment of the state parameter is used to represent the variable structure parameter. To illustrate the broad applicability of the following technique, Rudder and Sensor Gain Loss and Bias Faults are constructed. The Extended Observer is designed to simultaneously gauge faults, states, and disturbances. Furthermore, the harmonic functions is designed to quickly adapt to fighter configuration changes, time-varying disturbances, and to estimate all failures. Similar harmonic functions also appear in the design of fault self-healing algorithms, i.e., adaptive fault-tolerant controllers with variable-structure harmonic functions, simultaneously repairing gain loss and bias faults of rudder and sensors. Verification of the method’s effectiveness is achieved through semi-physical simulations, while the Lyapunov function function demonstrates the system’s stability.
ShareSafe: An Improved Version of SecGraph
( Kaiyu Tang ),( Meng Han ),( Qinchen Gu ),( Anni Zhou ),( Raheem Beyah ),( Shouling Ji ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2019 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.13 No.11
In this paper, we redesign, implement, and evaluate ShareSafe (Based on SecGraph), an open-source secure graph data sharing/publishing platform. Within ShareSafe, we propose De-anonymization Quantification Module and Recommendation Module. Besides, we model the attackers’ background knowledge and evaluate the relation between graph data privacy and the structure of the graph. To the best of our knowledge, ShareSafe is the first platform that enables users to perform data perturbation, utility evaluation, De-A evaluation, and Privacy Quantification. Leveraging ShareSafe, we conduct a more comprehensive and advanced utility and privacy evaluation. The results demonstrate that (1) The risk of privacy leakage of anonymized graph increases with the attackers’ background knowledge. (2) For a successful de-anonymization attack, the seed mapping, even relatively small, plays a much more important role than the auxiliary graph. (3) The structure of graph has a fundamental and significant effect on the utility and privacy of the graph. (4) There is no optimal anonymization/de-anonymization algorithm. For different environment, the performance of each algorithm varies from each other.
Fuzzy Adaptive Hybrid Compensation for Compound Faults of Hypersonic Flight Vehicle
Kaiyu Hu,Fuyang Chen,Zian Cheng 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2021 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.19 No.6
Based on the adaptive control technique, this study investigates the active-passive hybrid fault-tolerant control (FTC) for hypersonic flight vehicles (HFVs) with compound faults, including system and actuator faults. System and actuator compound faults are defined in multi-augmented Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy HFV systems. Indirect passive compensation factors shield the system faults. An observer with adaptive learning rates that combine fault magnitude and fuzzy premise variable is then designed to estimate actuator faults, where a novel bionic variable parameter algorithm improves the sensitivity and accuracy of fault estimation to the incipient fault deviations. Hence the fault-tolerant controller actively compensates for the actuator faults by using estimated information while shielding the system faults. Finally, the improved adaptive active-passive hybrid FTC for compound faults are completed, and the system’s robust stability is proven. Simulation results are provided to illustrate the effectivenessof the proposed FTC scheme.

Purpose: The aim of this retrospective study was to compare the anatomical and functional outcomes between bilateral sacrospinous hysteropexy (BSHP) and bilateral sacrospinous ligament fixation with vaginal hysterectomy (BSLF/VH) in women with apical-predominant uterovaginal prolapse. Methods: Clinical data from patients with symptomatic Pelvic Organ Prolapse-Quantification (POP-Q) stage 2 or higher uterovaginal prolapse who underwent either BSHP (48 patients) or BSLF/VH (69 patients) between January 2014 and December 2018 were reviewed retrospectively. The primary outcome was the subjective satisfaction rate evaluated by Patient Global Impression of Improvement, and the secondary outcomes included objective anatomical success rates, impact on disease-specific quality of life evaluated by the Pelvic Organ Prolapse/Urinary Incontinence Sexual Questionnaire-12, Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-Short Form 20, and Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire 7, and surgical complications. Results: After a median follow-up of 35 months (range, 25–58 months), all patients in both groups demonstrated significant postoperative improvements in anatomical and functional outcomes (P<0.001). There were no significant differences in postoperative subjective and objective results, sexual satisfaction outcomes, or disease-specific quality of life between the BSHP and BSLF/VH groups, and similar incidence rates of intraoperative and postoperative complications were also recorded. Conclusions: The uterus-sparing BSHP procedure yielded noninferior anatomical and functional outcomes compared to the BSLF/VH procedure and could be adopted as an alternative to conventional hysterectomy-based native-tissue repair modalities for symptomatic apical-predominant uterovaginal prolapse.

Sun Yangzeng, Wang Rutong, Wang Geng, Bao Shigong requested the publication. A total of three orders were issued, a total of thirty-nine kinds. There are 32 kinds of books in the collection of juzhen editions in Jangseogak, 31 kinds of which are currently in existence. The edition is composed of two parts: woodcut and movable type. Among them, the woodblock edition is the original Zhejiang reprint edition, and the wood movable type printing edition was a trial run after the promotion of the Wuyingdian Juzhen edition. The purpose of the edition published in Zhejiang is to promote cultural knowledge, not for profit. Therefore, the price of the edition published in Zhejiang is relatively low compared to other books of the same period. It is cheap for senior officials with higher salary, but as an ordinary person, the purchasing power is still limited
Study on the doping mechanism and electronic structure for Nb5+ doping PbWO4 crystals
Teng Chen,Kaiyu Xu,Dongli Shi,Mingjie Wang,Tingyu Liu 한국물리학회 2010 Current Applied Physics Vol.10 No.1
The existing forms of the impurity Nb5+ in the Nb5+:PbWO4 (PWO) crystals are simulated by computer technology. The possible various kinds of defects in the Nb5+:PWO crystals are also simulated. By analyzing the calculation results of defect formation energies and binding energies, the optimal substitution positions of the Nb5+ ions and the charge compensating mechanism [Nb-w+V2+ o +Nb-w] in the Nb5+:PWO crystals were obtained. The electronic structures for Nb5+:PWO were calculated with density functional theory code CASTEP. It shows that the doping of Nb5+ ions could suppress the 350 nm absorption band.
