저자 등은 심계항진을 주소로 내원한 59세 여자 환자에서 심초음파에 의해 진단하여 종양 절제를 성공적으로 시행한 좌심방내 심방 중격과 승모판 전엽 양쪽에 동시에 부착된 점액종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Myxoma is the most common primary cardiac tumor. It usually develops on the interatrial septum, and occurs in the left atrium in more than 75% of cases. Myxoma in the ventricle is much less common and accunts for only 5% of cases. A myxoma arising from mitral valve is exceedingly rare and is normally located on the atrial side of valve, with and eqivalent distribution between the anterior and posterior leaflets. We report a case of myxoma that arose from both the interatrial septum and anterior mital leaflet. which has not been previously reported in the literature.

이 시대를 살아가는 이들에게 있어 포스트모더니즘이라는 신조어는 이제 그다지 생소하지도, 낯설지도 않다, 거의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 이 말은 빈번히 사용되고 있으며 그러한 말을 배태케한 사회현상에 잘 길들여져 있다. 20세기 초반의 사회적 특징은 기술 집양형의 산업사회로 일관했고 이를 뒷받침한 것은 두 말할 나위 없이 과학이라는 총아였다. 즉 과거 뉴톤 시대의 물리학에서 급진된 아인슈타인의 ‘상대성이론’과 하이젠베르크의 불확정관계이론(불확정관계이론)에 뿌리를 둔 양자역학으로 신세기적 ’전형의 교체(paradigm shift)'를 이룬 것이 바로 그것이다. 그러한 과학의 급진적이 최근에는 고도의 첨단산업과 컴퓨터의 발달로 ‘정보화 사회’로 돌입되고 있는 것이다. 현대는 속도의 문제가 아니라 거대한 정보량의 확보에 의해 동시 진행적으로 문제를 해결과 실마리가 찾아진다. 기업의 형태는 과거의 다국적기업(multinational company)의 형태개념에서 이제는 글로벌 기업(Global company)의 형태개념으로 변해가고 있다. 이로써 이제 현금을 사는 우리는 긊ㄱ한 정보유통에 힘입어 「범세계적 시민권」을 소지한 범세계적 시민이라 불리워지는 것이다. 이러한 정보혁명은 이념이나 국경을 허물어 드렸다. 과거 냉전시대에서는 인쇄물의 유입은 철조망이 막을 수 있었지만 전파는 쉽게 철의장막을 넘나듦으로써 서방 선진국들의 풍요로움과 자유로움을 전달할 수 있었던 것이다. 정보화 사회는 민족적 귀속의식(Identity)의 회복 현상을 낳았다. 최근 구소련의 민족 자치나 미국의 「인종모자이크 문화론」은 불간섭이라는 명분 아래 경제격차를 고착시키고 자치집단의 경제적 빈부문제는 외면해 왔으나 정보유통은 이를 해방시키고 새로운 사회적 긴장과 활성화의 에너지원으로 작용하고 있는 것이다.

인터랙티브 광고의 효과에 관한 연구 : 텔테프레즌스의 수용자변인을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 광고연구의 연장선상에서 텔레프레즌스를 중심으로 한 인터랙티브광고의 효과를 실증적으로 살펴보고, 인터랙티브 미디어 광고의 활용방안 등을 검토해 보는데 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 수용자들이 경험하는 텔레프레즌스의 선행변인들 중 수용자변인을 중심으로 살펴보고, 이러한 요인들에 의해 생성된 텔레프레즌스의 경험이 인터랙티브 광고효과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하면, 인터랙티브광고에 대한 관여도가 높고, 소비자의 사용기술 정도가 높을수록 텔레프레즌스의 경험정도가 높아진다는 것이 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타난 반면, 소비자의 몰입경향은 텔레프레즌스 경험정도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 소비자들이 인터랙티브 광고에 있어 텔레프레즌스의 경험정도가 높을수록 웹사이트에 대한 태도, 브랜드에 대한 태도가 더 호의적으로 나타나고, 재방문 의사도 더 높게 나타났다. 인터랙티브 광고에 있어서 웹사이트에 대한 태도와 브랜드에 대한 태도가 호의적일수록 재방문 의사가 높게 나타났다. 한편, 텔레프레즌스가 재방문 의사에 미치는 효과계수를 살펴본 결과, 텔레프레즌스가 재방문 의사에 미치는 직접적인 효과보다는 웹사이트에 대한 태도 및 브랜드에 대한 태도를 거쳐서 재방문 의사에 영향을 미치는 간접적인 효과가 더 크게 나타났다. 아울러, 연구의 한계점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was investigating the influences of interactive advertising focusing on Telepresence experience of audiences and proposing practical strategies for interactive advertising. Reviewing various preceeding variables of user experience, this study tried to empirically test the effects of Telepresence experience on interactive advertising with the audience variables. The results showed that audiences with the higher involvement on interactive advertising and the more skills about computer technology of interactive advertising indicated stronger Telepresence experience rates. However, audiences' immersive tendency toward stimulus resulted in low effects on Telepresence experiences of audience. The results also revealed that if the users had higher experience rate of Telepresence, they tended to have more favorable attitudes toward the web site and the brand. Further, this higher rate of Telepresence led the audience to higher intentions to revisit the web site. Finally, the effect coefficient of Telepresence variable on intention to revisit the web site also indicated that indirect effects via attitudes toward the web site and the brand was bigger than direct effects of Telepresence.

신경병증성 통증 모델쥐 뒤뿌리신경절의 Nitric Oxide Synthase 아형 및 NADPH-diaphorase 발현에 관한 연구

Injury to peripheral nerve somtimes lead to neuropathic pain. Nitric oxide(NO) is increased in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of neuropathic pain models, and L-NAME, a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor, reduces neuropathic pain. However, it is not known that underlying mechanism of NO involvement in development and maintanence of neuropathic pain. It was found that there were three NOS isoforms-nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS. It is also necessary to investigate NOS isoforms in neuropathic pain. The aim of this study is to investigate NOS isoforms and NADPH-diaphorase expressions and underlying mechanism of NO involvement in neuropathic pain. The 5^th lambar (L5) DRG were obtaind after tight ligation of L5 an L6 spinal nerves for 7 days. Toluidine blue stain, immunohistochemistry for nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS, and NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry were performed. All specimens were observed under light microscope. nNOS expression was increased significantly in the cytoplasm of the DRG of ligated side at 7 day post-ligation (7D PL). eNOS expression was also increased in the blood vessel, a few neurons or satellite cells, and cell membrane of Schwann cells in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. iNOS expression was increased in a few blood vessels and cytoplasm of small neurons in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. NADPH-diaphorase expression was increased significantly in the neurons of the DRG of ligate side at 7D PL, but NADPH-diaphorase expressions were weak or absent in the blood vessel and Schwann cell in the contralateral DRG and the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. It is suggested that NOS isoforms may be closely related to development and mantanence of neuropathic pain in order of nNOS>eNOS>iNOS.

Analysis of cholesterol concentration based on training type presents high in Walking group at 10min but low at recovery 30min. HDL-C Concentration based on training type presents higher at training 10min and recovery 10min than that of jogging group. LDL-C Concentration based on training type presents higher in walking group during stability period but presents high in jogging group at training 30min. However, jogging group presents high at recovery 10min.

Incidence and mortality rates for cervical cancer have decreased steadily in developed Western countries since the 1950s largely as the result of widespread cervical screening. It is now accepted dogma that premalignant disease can be detected by conscientious screening and that cervical cancer can be forestalled by therapeutic modalities that preserve reproductive capacity. However cytologic cervical screening alone has not totally eradicated cervical carcinoma nor has it reduced the incidence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. We reviewed methodologies most widely used for early detection of cervical cancer in detail with introduction of a new method which should in-crease the effectiveness of the former methods when used additionally.

세포브러쉬와 면봉도말법에 의한 부인과 세포학적 검사의 효율비교

A study was undertaken to evaluate the efficiency of the sytobrush compared with the cotton swab for obtaining cells from the uterine cervix. In 300 patients, the cytobrush technique was employed and in control 300 patients was smeared by the cotton swab. In 12 out of 300 patients(4%) endocervical cells were found on the cotton swab technique. A total of 252 out of 300 cytobrush sampler specimen(84%) contained endocervical cells. With the X²method for statistical comparison, the difference in endocervical cell yield between the cotton swab and the cytobrush sampler was significantly different(p<0.01). This was particularly true in older patients. We conclude from study that the cytobrush sampler is of value for obtaining as adequate cervical cytologic specimen.

In order to prevent cost overrun, it is required to check the cost overrun factors periodically. The purpose of this study is to suggest three indexes that can help diagnosing construction cost. Total construction cost can be decomposed into individual cost items according to resource consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to control resources that may cause cost variance. The three indexes suggested in this paper are variance of total resource input, variance of individual resource input, and variance of resource balance, where the resource input and resource balance are measured as cost.

전원계획 경제 모형의 차에 의한 투자형태의 변화에 관한 연구

This paper established a new model introduced the failure cost in the economical concept of WASP package and developed the new algorithm, and the computer simulation was carried out. The proposed model is faster than the other existing models in Generation Planning. This paper compared a new algorithm with MNI package. As a result, two investment patterns from the difference of the economical concept were very similar. For the sensitivity analysis of the Generation planning algorithm, several case-studies on investment pattern change due to initial capacity and failure cost coefficients were carried out. In conclusion the initial capacity have no influence on the investment pattern and failure cost coefficients have influence on the generation planning.
