        東皐 李浚慶의 國政運營論 硏究

        This study aims to look into the theory of governance of Lee Jun-kyung who had been Yeongeuijeong (Premier of the Joseon Dynasty) through King Myeongjong and King Seonjo regimes. Lee Jun-kyung is a character with intellectual and political capabilities, who solved several challenges like overcoming the crisis of a political vacuum, evaluated as a leader who opened the so-called ‘Age of Politics by Sarim (Confucian Scholars).’ Based on his own recognition of the major philosophical concepts of Confucianism such as ‘Tian Ren He Yi (Heaven-man Unity)’ or ‘Zhonghe (The Golden Mean),’ Lee Jun-kyung postulated that the king should take the responsibility for the realization. He thought that the political chaos and crisis of the times, like the massacre of scholars was caused by the king’s lack of the cultivation of his own moral character. In other words, the king did not set his mind straight, and made wrong decisions. Thus, according to his judgment, in order to prevent such a calamity from recurring and allow stable governance, most of all, the king should cultivate his own moral character. Lee Jun-kyung emphasized ‘the acceptance of admonition’ because of that. Along with this, Lee Jun-kyung thought that Confucian scholars’ discussion about radical and excessive reform might throw the administration of state affairs into confusion and furthermore, cause a counteroffensive of impure forces. This is the reason why he took a position prioritizing stabilization on major political issues. In other words, political confrontation and conflict should be settled by proceeding step by step gradually, and variables that could cause risks should be prevented in advance. Thus, his argument means that it could bring complete success to affairs, even if it takes time. Lee Jun-kyung’s theory of governance like this marks ‘stability’ with a side dot. The king should cultivate his own moral character for the ‘stability’ of governance and should manage policies and reforms gradually also for ‘stability.’ This line may delay reforms and may cause missing the best time; however, it can exhibit a power to make the reforms have timeliness and minimize side effects on reality. 본고는 명종과 선조 대에 걸쳐 영의정을 지낸 동고 이준경의 국정운영론을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이준경은 학문과 정치적 역량을 겸비한 인물로, 권력 공백의 위기를 극복하는 등 여러 가지 난제들을 해결하고 소위 ‘사림정치의 시대’를 연 주역으로 평가받는다. 이준경은 ‘天人關係’나 ‘中和’와 같은 儒學의 주요한 철학적 개념들에 대한 나름의 인식을 바탕으로, 그 실현의 책임을 임금에게 상정했다. 그는 士禍 등 당시의 정치적 혼란과 위기의 책임이 임금의 수신이 부족한 데서 기인한다고 생각했다. 임금이 자신의 마음을 바로잡지 못했기 때문에 잘못된 결정을 내렸다는 것이다. 따라서 그러한 참화가 재발하지 않도록 하고 국정이 안정적으로 운영될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는, 무엇보다 임금이 수신에 힘써야 한다는 것이 그의 판단이다. 이준경이 納言을 강조한 것도 그래서이다. 아울러 이준경은 사림의 급진적이고 과격한 개혁 논의가 국정을 혼란에 빠트리고, 나아가 小人들의 역공을 유발할 수 있다고 생각했다. 문소전 배향, 삭훈, 붕당 등 주요 정치적 이슈들에 있어서 그가 안정 우선의 입장을 취한 이유이다. 점차적으로 단계를 밟아감으로써 정치적 대립과 알력을 해소하고, 위험을 일으킬 수 있는 변수들을 사전에 차단해야 한다는 것이다. 그래야 비록 시간이 걸리더라도 일을 온전히 성공시킬 수 있다는 것이 그의 주장이다. 이러한 이준경의 국정운영론은 安定에 방점이 찍혀있다. 군주가 수신을 해야 하는 이유도 국정의 ‘안정’을 위해서고, 정책이나 개혁을 점진적으로 운용해야 하는 것도 ‘안정’을 위해서인 것이다. 이러한 노선은 개혁을 지연시키고 자칫 最適期를 놓치게 할 우려도 있지만, 개혁이 시의성을 갖추고 현실에서의 부작용을 최소화하도록 하는 힘을 발휘할 수 있다.

        Influence of Al2O3 Content and Cooling Rate on Crystallization in Fe2O3–CaO–SiO2–Al2O3 Systems

        The behavior of silico-ferrite of calcium and aluminum (SFCA) phases and the influence of sintered ore quality were investigatedusing a confocal laser scanning microscope to understand how the Al2O3content of iron ore affects the sintered orestructure and the crystallization behavior of SFCA in a Fe2O3–CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 pseudo-quaternary system. The experimentalresults were used to inform simulations of the heterogeneous dynamic behavior in response to the rapid temperature changesand various chemical compositions typically encountered in actual sintering processes. Increasing the Al2O3content in theFe2O3–CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 pseudo-quaternary system led to the hematite content decreasing, which affects the reducibilityof the sintered ore. The correlation between the creation of SFCA and the cooling effect associated with varying the Al2O3is discussed in detail.

      • Nematicidal and egg‐hatching inhibition activities of Kaempferia galanga rhizome‐derived materials and constituents toward root‐knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita)

        The toxicity of Kaempferia galanga rhizome materials and constituents against Meloidogyne incognita second‐stage juveniles (J2) and eggs were examined. The active principles of K. galanga rhizome were identified as the phenylpropanoids ethyl (E)‐cinnamate (EC, 1) and ethyl (E)‐p‐methoxycinnamate (EMC, 2) by spectroscopic analysis. Results were compared with those of carbofuran, fosthiazate, and metam‐sodium. In direct‐contact mortality bioassay, EC (LC50, 0.037 mg/ml) was the most toxic constituent, followed by EMC (0.041 mg/ml). EC was more effective than carbofuran (LC50, 0.092 mg/ml) but less active than fosthiazate (0.002 mg/ml). EC, egg hatch was inhibited 100, 93, and 87% at 125, 62.5, and 31.25 μg/ml, respectively. EMC caused 100, 81, and 75% inhibition of egg hatch at 125, 62.5, and 31.25 μg/ml, respectively. The inhibition of two phenylpropanoids were similar or more inhibition to that of either carbofuran or metam‐sodium but was lower than that of fosthiazate. In contact + fumigant mortality bioassay, EC and EMC treatments resulted in 86 and c 73% mortality at 0.5 and 0.125 mg/g soil, respectively. The lethality of these phenylpropanoids was almost similar to that of either carbofuran or metam‐sodium but was lower than that of fosthiazate. In vapor‐phase mortality bioassay, EC and EMC were more effective in closed container than open containers, indicating that the mode of delivery of these compounds was, in part, a result of vapor action. K. galanga rhizome‐derived materials, merit further study as potential nematicides and hatching inhibitors for the control of M. incognita populations.

        코아-셀 구조를 가지는 전도성 폴리피롤 나노섬유를 이용한 메탄올 센서 제작

        Electrically conductive polypyrrole-polyvinylpyrrolidone (PPy-PVP) nanofiber mats with a core-shell structure have been successfully fabricated by a two-step process: the formation of FeCl3-containing PVP nanofiber mat by electrospinning, and the vapor-phase polymerization (VPP) of pyrrole monomer on the mat in a sealed chamber at room temperature. Surface morphology and chemical composition of the PPy-PVP mat were characterized by SEM, EDX and FTIR analyses. The as-prepared nonwoven mat was composed of PPy-PVP nanofibers with an average diameter of 300 nm. The sheet conductivity of the nanofiber mat was measured to be approximately 0.01 S/cm by a four-point probe. We have also investigated gas-sensing properties of PPy-PVP nanofiber mat upon exposure to methanol vapor. The PPy-PVP nanofiber sensors were observed to have excellent methanol-sensing performance. The nanofiberbased core-shell nanostructure could give an opportunity to fabricate a highly sensitive and fast response sensor due to its high surfaceto-volume ratio.

        댄스스포츠 활동 참가자의 유형에 의한 인식도 조사 연구

        This research aimed to study differences in participation awareness by pattern of participation in dance sport and chose women who were learning dance sport now as the population. The sample group was identified by stratified cluster random sampling and 407 questionnaires were used in the analysis. Questions pertaining to participation awareness were derived from those relevant in the studies of Kim, Ae-Ri(2000) and Ahn, Tae- Wook(1999) SPSS Ver 11.0 program was used to calculate the means and the standard variances of all the data and one-way ANOVA analysis was performed to identify changes in participation awareness by background variables and participation pattern. Scheffe`s method was employed to compare differences among sample groups in post-analysis verification and the following conclusions were derived: First, differences in ages of dance sport participants were found to lead to significant differences in awareness of both values and development directions; Second, differences in educational background of dance sport participants were found to result in few significant differences in value awareness but some in awareness of development direction; Third, differences in duration of participation in dance sport resulted in significant differences in awareness of both values and development directions; Fourth, differences in duration of participation in dance sport led to significant differences in social attitudes such as those regarding social control, social-emotional development and social integration.

      • 가상공간의 가공 공정과 상태 구현에 관한 연구

        This paper presents virtual machining system in order to realize turning process in virtual space. A reliable virtual turning process simulation was developed based on the surface shaping system which is capable of considering geometric model, thermal error model, and vibration model. Accuracy of surface shape resulting from proposed machining simulator was verified experimentally. This paper also developed the watchdog agent that continuously assessed, diagnosed, and predicted performance of products and machines in machining. The Watchdog agent extracted feature signal using time-frequency analysis among various signals from multi-sensor and evaluated machining condition using performance confidence value.

      • 살수여상과 연계한 활성 슬러지 복합공장의 돈사폐수 처리를 위한 연구

        A research was conducted in order to evalute the treatment method particularly appropriate to these conditions for the small type medium-size hog farms in Korea. The part of research was evaluted the removal efficiencies of organic matters in activated sludge with single stage trckling filter as secondary treament. The following conclusion could be drawn on the basis of experiment. The combined tricking filter/activated sludge(TF/AS) process was operated at the TF hydraulic loading of 0.64 to 1.27 kgBOD/㎥/d and AS organic loading of 0.82 to 1.95 kgBOD/㎥/d. the overall BOD removal efficiencies in the TF/AS process were in the range of 79 to 91%.

        Almost Wastewater treatment plants treated organic compounds without removal nutrients in Korea.But we have to add new plants to the operating and operated plants for advanced treatment.NAP(Nightsoil Application Process) is a advanced treatment that used nightsoil or animal waste for the external carbon sources.It was applicated to low COD/N ratio. This study aims at phosphorus removal characteristics by hydraulic retention time in NAP.T-P removal efficiency was 66.3-79.3% in RUN 1 and 68.3-78.3% in RUN 2.There was no special different changes by hydraulic retention time in this study.

      • 대체 냉매를 사용한 마이크로핀 직관 내 증발 열전달에 미치는 냉동기유 농도의 영향

        Present study experimentally investigated the effect of the concentration of refrigeration oil on evaporation heat transfer performance in the microfin straight tube with R-22/mineral oil and R-407C/POE oil. Experiments were conducted under the following test parameters : 0∼10% oil concentration, 300, 400 kg/m²heat flut and 0.1∼0.5 inlet quality. The test section inlet pressure was o.65 MPa. Average heat transfer coefficients turned out to decrease with oil concentration increment up to 5% in test section suiing R-22/mineral oil. But average heat transger coefficient for R-407C/POE oil in straight section was increased at 2.7% oil concentration and gradually decreased up to 10% oil concentration.
