      • 大邱地域 中小企業의 效率的인 技術開發 方案에 관한 硏究

        For modern business firms, the most important factor in determining comprtitiveness of a firm is technology, rather than capital. Technogical innovation is a driving force to develop an economy and is essential in growth and/or survival of a business firm. Following studies concerned with this subject, small business firms seem to be more efficient in technological innovation and developing new technology in several respects. Espercially in the new technology based industries, the small business firms have several advantages in technological innovation. In this study, we tried to show how to plan a technology development strategy in relation to management strategy when small business of theoretical and empirical study, we aimed to show the way to efficient management and procedure of technological innovation. For the research methodology, we firstly reviewed and analyzed current and previous studies about technological innovation strategy, efficient management, and selection of R&D projects. Secondly, the results of this theoretical study was examined empirically. The empirical study contains 153 questionaires and 30 interviews for business firms of this area. In addition, for the evaluation criteria for the selection of R&D projects, we sent questionaires to 60 professors who teaches R&D OR in university or college level. The result of these questionaires was analyzed and compared with that of the business firms of this area. The result of this empirical study shows that top management of small business firms should notice the importance of technological innovation and try to stimulate R&D activity. For the evaluation criteria for R&D projection, the criteria which could reduce the possibility of future uncertainty, maximize profit, and he suited for the situation of the business firm, should be established.

        In the present climate in the field of study of national literatnre, the tendency is toward annotation and chronological arrangement of works, and what is worse, it is liable to be regarded as the only method of pursuit in national literature. This article is designed to contribute to the establishment of a system of study of Korean literary arts by applying the general methodology of literary arts, in order to breathe fresh air into the current academic climate. When a historian of literature presents a chronological record of literary works and nothing more, it is just like collecting husks with no life in them. The gusto of a work will not present itself until the pulsating life, and the beautiful cadence emanating there from, are pursued. In this article, therefore, the writer has made an attempt at paving the study of national literary arts, on the basis of aesthetics. As an approach to the determination of the proper area and the direction of this particular study, the writer has examined various problems involved in the formation of the conception of the study of Korean literary arts, and possible questions in this almost uncultivated field. At the same time he has groped for the direction of the philosophial and psychoanalytic studies of literary works in terms of aesthetics.

        This article treats the structure of the study of Korean literary arts, in addition to the article carried in the previous volume of this journal. It especially enters into the methodology of this specific field of study. An approach to this study, corresponding to the literary climate of this country and the nature and tradition of the nation, has been presented through an exploration of the character of the study of Korean literary arts in its relations to philology, comparative literature and the like. It is emphasized that the study of literary arts should by no means be included in that of the history of national literature nor should it be treated as an isolated study requiring specific methods. The study of Korean literary arts should be established as a more comprehensive and synthetic system in the methodical study of the history Korean national literature.

      • 광파이버 변위 센서를 적용한 자기베어링 정적 부상 제어 연구

        Five expensive sensors are necessary to control a magnetic bearing system. The sensor price rate of magnetic bearing system is high. So it is necessary that cheap and good sensor is developed. The optical fiber displacement sensor is adaptive to satisfy this condition. We can design magnetically suspended spindle based on static characteristic of optical fiber displacement sensor developed. The controller can be designed by decoupled feedback PD. Therefore, it is simpler than any other controller comparatively.

      • 능동자기베어링 시스템의 제어기 설계 및 불균형 진동 분석

        Active magnetic bearings (AMB's) have become practical in many industrial fields and numbers of studies for magnetic bearing systems have been reported. However, AMB systems are open-loop unstable and thus require feedback control for robust stabilization and performance. In this paper, first, a rotation of the rotor around the inertial axis is considered and a rigorous modeling of a magnetic bearing system in which the rotation of the rotor is on its axis of inertia is developed. Next, to stabilize the AMB system a PID controller is used and experimentally analyze its rotational response.

        한국인의 연조직측모 선호경향에 대한 연구

        연조직 측모는 교정치료와 진단에 있어서 중요한 부분이며, 안모 심미성에 대한 개념은 긴 역사를 가지고 변천하여 왔으며 지역이나 문화, 성별, 인종, 관습 등에 따라서 그 심미관이 상이하다. 본 연구에서는 대중들의 연조직측모 선호도를 조사하기 위하여 교정환자들의 주 연령층인 사춘기성장가속기 전의 초등학생, 사춘기 연령의 학생, 20대의 대학생들과 보호자의 주연령층인 40-50대 층을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 설문지의 제작을 위해 기존의 심미적인 안면의 경, 연조직 형태에 관한 연구에서 얻은 연조직 평균계측치에 가까운 연조직 측모를 가진 20대 여성 한 명을 선정한 후 측모천연색 사진을 촬영하여 표준측모로 사용하였다. 전체 설문지는 7 set로 이루어져 있으며, 각 set는 측모에 영향을 줄 수 있는 입술의 돌출도, 코, 이부의 높이와 Sn point를 표준측모에서 변화시킨 천연색 측모형들을 포함하고 있다. 가장 좋다고 생각되는 안모는 1점, 가장 좋지 않다고 생각되는 안모를 5점의 순서로 통계처리를 하여 각 응답자군들의 연조직측모 선호도를 알아보았으며, 성별, 연령에 따른 선호도의 차이를 조사하였다. 또한 대중들이 선호하는 안모와 선호하지 않는 안모와 하안면 측모의 심미적 평가를 위해 기존에 사용되는 기준선들간의 신뢰성을 평가하여 다음의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 응답자의 신뢰도를 평가시 유년기에서 다른 group들에 비해 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 이는 유년기에서는 아직은 측모선호도에 대한 관심이 없는 것으로 평가하였다. 2. 측모 선호도의 연령, 성별 차이는 뚜렷하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 3. 가장 선호하는 측모보다 가장 선호하지 않는 측모에 대한 선택의 일치도가 더 높았다. 4. 응답자의 group별로 순위의 일치성을 나타내는 Kendall의 일치계수(W)는 20대에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 이는 다른 연령에 비해 측모에 대한 선호성에 대한 기준이 명확한 것을 나타낸다. 5. 응답자들이 가장 선호하는 측모의 구순돌출도는 심미적인 안모에 대한 이전 연구에서의 Ricketts의 nose tip-Pog ling(E-line), Burstone의 Sn-Pog line(B-line)에 대한 평균치에 가까운 값을 나타내었다. 이는 이들 기준선들이 임상적으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있음을 의미한다. 6. 응답자들이 가장 선호하지 않는 측모는 E-line과 B-line에 대해 구순이 너무 돌출되거나 후퇴된 경우였다. 7. 응답자들의 측모 선호도는 straight, concave, convex profile순으로 나타났다. Soft tissue profile is a critical area of interest in the development of an orthodontic treatment and diagnosis. The purpose of this study was to determine the facial profile preference of diversified group and to investigate the relationship between most preferred facial profile and existing soft tissue reference lines. A survey instrument of constructed facial silhouettes was evaluated by 894 lay person. The silhouettes had varied nose, lipe, chin and soft tissue subnasale point. Seven sets of facial type were computer-generated by an orthodontist to represent distinct facial types. The varied facial profiles were graded on the basis of most preferred to least preferred. Every facial profile were measured by soft tissue reference lines(Ricketts E-line, Burstone B-line) to observe the most preferred facial profile. The results as follows : 1. In reliability test, the childhood group showed lower value than other groups, which means that this group has no concern on facial profile preference. 2. It appears that sexual and age difference made no significant difference in selecting the profile. 3. An agreement to least preferred facial profile was higher than an agreement to most preferred facial profile. 4. Coefficient of concordance (Kendall W) was higher in the twentieth group. It means that a profile preference of the twentieth is distinct. 5. A lip protrusion (to Ricketts E-line and Burstone B-line) of most preferred facial profile was similar to measurements of previous study that investigate skeletal and soft tissue of esthetic facial profile of young Korean. So these reference lines can be used valuably in clinics. 6. Profile of excessive lip protrusion or retrusion to E-line & B-line was least preferred. 7. Most preferred profile of all respondents group was straight profile. Profile that showing convex profile was not preferred and the least preferred profile was concave profile.

      • 골반 골절 수술에서의 쾌속조형공정의 활용 : 1예 예비 보고

        Background and objectives : The objective of this paper was to propose a new technology of the pelvic bone fracture surgery using reverse engineering (RE) based on CT data and rapid prototyping (RP) . Materials and Methods : The proposed surgical technology utilized symmetrical characteristics of the human body and the capability of the combination of RE and RP, which rapidly manufactures three-dimensional parts from CT data. CT data were converted into . stl file after checking symmetry of the human body. The original . stl data of the injured extent was generated from the mirror transformation of the . stl file for the uninjured extent. The physical shape before injuring was manufactured from RP using the original . stl data. Subsequently, pre-operative planning, such as a selection of the proper implant, preforming of the implant, a decision of the fixation extent and an insertion position for the implant, and an estimation of the incision size, and pre-education of operators were performed utilizing the physical shape. In order to examine the applicability and the efficiency of the proposed surgical technology, case studies, such as an iliac wing fracture, were carried out. Results : The results of case studies showed that 30-40% reduction of the operation time, 50% reduction of the radiation exposure for patient and operators, and 20-70% reduction of the incision size of patient due to the well-fitted preformed implant and the well-educated pre-operative planning. In addition, reduction of morbidity and rehabilitation time was obtained due to the minimization of residual stress and tissue dissection. Conclusion : As results of this research work, it has been shown that the proposed surgical technology is an effective surgical tool of the pelvic bone fracture surgery.
